Astazi nu vreau sa va vorbesc despre moda, nici despre cosmetice sau calatorii, astazi vreau sa va vorbesc de un lucru mult mai important si anume atentia pe care ne-o acordam noua insine.

Traim intr-o lume care alearga mai repede decat un cal de curse, o lume in care intre munca cu orare neobisnuite, diverse angajamente pe care ni le-am asumat nu din placere ci mai degraba din obligatie, familie si casa, adesea nu mai avem timp pentru noi insine. Putinul timp pe care reusim sa ni-l alocam, adesea este lipsit de calitate, este un timp cronometrat, vid, folosit tot pentru a umple angajamente deghizate in placeri personale. Lipsa momentelor de introspectie, a momentelor de atentie genuina fata de noi insine deschid usa unei lumi vaste de probleme, de la probleme de sanatate, la probleme psihologice, familiare si pana la urma si probleme financiare petru ca acele lucruri mici de care nu ne-am ocupat in timp, in final ajung sa colecteze dobanzi grele. 
De ce va vorbesc acum despre aceste lucruri? Motivul este faptul ca ma gasesc intr-un impas prevedibil pentru situatia mea dar sustinut de faptul ca nu mi-am alocat timpul si odihna de care aveam nevoie. 
M-am concentrat asupra cantitatii experientelor traite si nu calitatii lor iar acum realizez ca nu conteaza numarul angajamentelor pe o persoana si le asuma ci modul in care acestea ne satisfac si implinesc la nivel personal,

nu conteaza numarul cartilor cititi ci momentele in care te poti opri sa reflectezi asupra randurilor citite, nu conteaza numarul locurilor vizitate ci modul in care privesti si admiri un loc, nu conteaza cate retete inventezi ci dragostea pe care o pui in fiecare din ele la fel cum nu conteaza ce haine imbraci ci gradul in care acestea iti reflecta personalitatea si starea de spirit in momentul respectiv. Am incercat mereu sa ascund ceea ce sunt si cum sunt si chiar daca nu sunt pregatita sa urlu intregii lumi problemele pe care le am, am inteles ca comportandu-ma astfel devenisem cel mai crunt dusman al meu pentru ca nu ma acceptam cu adevarat si implicit nu ma iubeam.

Asadar dragilor, in postarea de astazi vreau sa va incurajez sa va iubiti, sa traiti fiecare moment ca si cum ar fi primul si unicul, sa va bucurati de plimbarile cu prietenii, sa admirati in liniste fiecare loc in care va gasiti, sa gustati cu pofta un aperitiv la ore neobisnuite si sa iubiti fiecare lucru pe care il faceti. Nu trebuie sa va fie frica sa savurati un pahar de sampanie si sa radeti cu gura pana la urechi daca asa simtiti in acel moment si nu trebuie nici sa va fie jena sa va opriti din mers pentru a va bucura de parfumul trandafirilor din drumul vostru pentru ca fiecare atentie pe care ne-o ingaduim in final se va traduce in liniste, sanatate si fericire. 

Asadar de fiecare data cand va simtiti stresati, obositi si epuizati opriti-va si ingaduiti-va micile lucruri care va fac fericiti. Opriti-va si iubiti-va pentru ca asa cum spunea Federica, o alta fata blogger, prima persoana pe care trebuie sa o iubiti este propria persoana! Eu am decis, de acum incolo voi face totul incet, cu calm, imi voi lua pauze si ma voi odihni, ma voi bucura de fiecare moment, voi continua sa scriu, mai rar dar mai bine si mai cu placere. Voi?

Ciao carissimi,
Oggi non voglio parlare di moda, di cosmetici o di viaggi, oggi voglio parlarvi di una cosa molto più importante, ovvero l'attenzione che  diamo a noi stessi. Viviamo in un mondo che corre più veloce di un cavallo da corsa, un mondo in cui tra lavori con orari insoliti, impegni diversi che abbiamo assunto non per piacere ma piuttosto per obbligo, famiglia e casa, spesso non abbiamo più tempo per noi stessi. Il poco tempo che riusciamo a destinare a noi stessi  è spesso carente in qualità, è un tempo contato, vuoto, utilizzato per soddisfare impegni camuffati da piaceri personali.

La mancanza di momenti di introspezione, di momento di attenzione genuina per noi stessi apre le porte ad un vasto mondo di problemi, da problemi di salute, a problemi psicologici, problemi familiari e, infine, finanziari perché quelle piccole cose di cui non ci siamo occupati in tempo, finiranno per raccogliere grossi interessi. 

Perché sto parlando di queste cose adesso? Il motivo è che mi trovo in un momento difficile, prevedibile per la mia situazione, condizionato anche dal fatto che non ho stanziato il tempo e il riposo di cui avevo bisogno. 
Mi sono concentrata sulla quantità di esperienze e non sulla loro qualità ed ora mi rendo conto che non importa il numero di impegni che una persona si prende come questi ci soddisfano e completano a livello personale, non importa il numero di libri letti, ma i momenti in cui uno può fermarsi a riflettere sulle righe appena lette, non conta il numero di posti visitati, ma il modo di guardare e ammirare un luogo, non importa quante ricette abbiamo inventato ma l'amore che si mette in ciascuno di esse come anche non importa quali vestiti indossare, ma il grado in cui essi riflettano la nostra personalità e il nostro stato d'umore in quel momento. 
Ho sempre cercato di nascondere ciò che sono e come sono e anche se non sono pronta a gridare al mondo i miei problemi, ho capito che comportandomi cosi sono diventata il mio peggior nemico perché non mi accettavo e implicitamente non mi amavo. 

Quindi, carissimi, nel post di oggi voglio incoraggiarvi ad amare voi stessi, a vivere ogni momento come se fosse il primo e l'unico, a godervi le passeggiate con gli amici, ad ammirare tranquillamente ogni posto in cui ci si trova, a gustare con appetito un aperitivo in orari insoliti e amare ogni cosa che fatte. Non abbiate paura di assaporare un bicchiere di champagne e ridere a squarcia gola se e quello che sentite in quel momento e non dovreste nemmeno essere imbarazzati a smettere di camminare per godervi il profumo delle rose sulla strada perché ogni attenzione che ci concederemo finirà per tradursi in pace, salute e felicità. Quindi ogni volta che vi sentite stressati, stanchi ed esausti, fermatevi e concedetevi le piccole cose vi rendono felici. Fermatevi e amatevi perché, come lo ha già detto Federica, un'altra ragazza blogger, la prima persona che dovete amare è la propria persona!

Io ho deciso, d'ora in poi, farò tutto lentamente, con calma, mi prenderò delle pause e riposerò, mi godrò ogni momento, continuerò a scrivere, meno spesso ma meglio e con più piacere. E voi?

Today I don't want to talk to you about fashion, cosmetics or travel, today I want to talk about something much more important, that is the attention we give to ourselves. We live in a world that runs faster than a race horse, a world in which between jobs with unusual scheduling, different commitments that we have assumed not for pleasure but rather for obligation, family and home, we often don't have time for ourselves anymore. The little time we manage to allocate to ourselves is often lacking in quality, it's timed, empty, used to fulfill commitments disguised as personal pleasures. The lack of moments of introspection, of moments of genuine attention for ourselves opens the doors to a vast world of problems, from health problems, to psychological problems, family problems and, finally, financial problems because those little things that we had not dealt with in time will end up collecting big interests. Why am I talking about these things now? The reason is that I find myself in a difficult moment, predictable for my situation, conditioned also by the fact that I didn't allocate myself the time and the rest I needed. 

I focused on the quantity of experiences and not on their quality and now I realize that it doesn't matter the number of commitments that a person takes but how they satisfy us and complete us on a personal level, it doesn't matter the number of books read, but the moments in which one can stop and reflect on the lines that has just read, it does not count the number of places visited, but the way one sees and admires a place, it doesn't matter how many recipes we invented but the love that is put into each of them as well as  it doesn't matters what clothes one wears, but how they reflect our personality and mood in that moment. I have always tried to hide what I am and how I am and even if I am not ready to shout out my problems to the world, I have understood that behaving like this I have become my worst enemy because I did not accept myself and implicitly did not love myself. 

So, dear friends, in today's post I want to encourage you to love yourself, to live every moment as if it were the first and only one, to enjoy walks with friends, to quietly admire every place where you are, to enjoy with appetite an aperitif at unusual hours and love everything you do.Do not be afraid to enjoy a glass of champagne and laugh loudly if that's what you feel in that moment and you should not even be embarrassed to stop walking to enjoy the scent of roses on the road because any attention we give ourselves will eventually result in in peace, health and happiness. 

So every time you feel stressed, tired and exhausted, stop and allow yourself the little things that make you happy. Stop and love yourselves because, as Federica, another blogger, has already said, the first person you have to love is your own person!
I have decided, from now on, I will do everything slowly, calmly, I will take breaks and rest, I will enjoy every moment, I will continue to write, less often but better and with more pleasure. What about you?

Cred ca a sosit in sfarsit momentul sa impartasesc cu voi unul din secretele mele. Nu este cu adevarat un secret pentru ca este evident si usor de observat dar cred ca trebuie sa impartasesc cu voi detaliile acestui secret. Cred ca ati observat pana acum ca in anumite fotografii am ochii caprui inchis, un maroniu castana sau cafea iar in altele am ochii de un azur, gri foarte deschis. Secretul? Simplu, lentilele de contact! Inainte sa va vorbesc despre lentilele mele de contact vreau sa va spun ca nu este o postare sposorizata si nu am nici o legatura cu marca de lentile presentata alta decat faptul ca sunt o clienta fidela de ai de zile. Scopul meu este de a impartasi cu voi experienta mea si de a fii de folos si altor persoane care asa ca mine au ochii inchisi a culoare si nu gasesc lentile de contact colorate care sa dea o culoare naturala si un efect atat de spectaculos. Incep prin a va povesti cum am ajuns sa foosesc aceste lentile. Imi doream de foarte mult timp niste lentile de contact colorate si imi doream foarte mult ochii albastri dar nu gaseam nicaieri niste lentile care sa aiba un efect natural pana cand nu am intrat odata intr-un magazin de optica unde se vindeau ochelari si lentile de contact. Spre norocul meu, proprietara era prezenta, si in momentul in care i-am spus de ce eram acolo mi-a marturisit ca si la fel ca mine isi dorea sa aiba ochii albastrii. La fel ca si mine, si ea avea ochii inchisi la culoare si mi-a povestiti cum a incercat diverse marci si diverse nuante pana cand a incercat aceasta marca. Aceste lentile sunt lentilele Soleko Queen Solitaire in nuanta Pearl. In mod amabil, si-a pus o lentila in fata mea si mi-a arat efectul spectaculos al acestor lentile. Orice marturisire verbala sau scrisa, era inutila in fata exemplului viu din fata mea. Mi-a explicat ca persoanele cu ochi inchisi la culoare trebuie sa foloseasca nu o culoare de albastru, asa cum logic am crede, pentru ca maroniul neutralizeaza albastrul, ci culoarea perla, adica o lentila alba, o lentila care in cazul ochilor deschisi la culoare, transforma ochiul in alb, avand in centru doar pupila. Cum puteti vedea si voi, i acest caz, maroul ochilor mei, cu aceste lentile devine un azur-argintiu. Un alt sfat al acestei amabile doamne a fost acela de a folosi lentile de contact trimestrale pentru ca garanteaza un efect mai spectaculos si au un raport pret-calitate optim. Lentilele de contact in cauza sunt marca Soleko si sunt disponibile in magazinele specifice de tipul Milano Optics, Ottica Avanzi, ecc, pe internet pe site-ul lor specific dar si pe Amazon si alte site-uti de genul.  La inceput, lentilele erau disponibile in flacoane mici separate asemeni flacoanelor de antibiotic injectabil dar marturisesc ca nu erau usor de folosit si m-am taiat de nenumarate ori deschizand flacoanele. Daca pentru spalarea si aplicarea lentilelor puteti folosi si o solutie salina, pentru conservare este necesar sa folositi solutia unica care garanteaza sterilitatea lentilelor. Cateva sfaturi practice: va recomand sa aveti unghiile taiate scurt atat dn punct de vedere igienic cat si pentru a putea aplica lentilele fara riscuri, curatati lentilele dupa fiecare folosire si schimbati solutia unica in fiecare zi, daca este posibil. Sper ca informatiile mele v-au fost de folos si pentru ca nu ma astept sa ma credeti pe cuvant si cum stiu din proprie experienta ca imaginile fac cat zece mii de cuvinte, va las sa admirati in imaginile de mai jos, rezultatul acestor lentile si diferenta intre culoarea aturala a ochilor mei si culoarea lor dupa folosirea acestor lentile.

Penso che finalmente sia arrivato il momento di condividere con voi uno dei miei segreti. Non è davvero un segreto perché è ovvio e facile da notare, ma penso che ho bisogno di condividere con voi i dettagli di questo segreto. Penso che abbiate notato finora che in alcune foto ho gli occhi marrone scuro, un marrone castagna o caffè, e in altre ho gli occhi di un azzurro molto chiaro, quasi grigio. Il segreto? Semplicemente lenti a contatto! Prima di parlare delle lenti a contatto, voglio dirvi che non è un post sponsorizzato e non ho alcun legame con la marca di lenti presentata se non per il fatto che sono un cliente fedele da anni ormai. Il mio obiettivo è condividere con voi la mia esperienza e aiutare altre persone che come me hanno gli occhi scuri e non riescono trovare lenti a contatto colorate che diano un colore e un effetto tanto naturale e spettacolare. Intendo iniziare raccontandovi come sono riuscita a scoprire questi lenti. Desideravo lenti a contatto colorate e volevo davvero gli occhi azzurri, ma non riuscivo a trovare nessun prodotto che avrebbe avuto un effetto naturale, finché tempo fa non sono entrata in un negozio di ottica dove venivano venduti occhiali e lenti a contatto. Per mia fortuna, la proprietaria era presente, e quando gli dissi perché ero lì, mi confessò che anche a lei piaceva avere gli occhi blu come me. Proprio come me, aveva anche lei gli occhi scuri e mi ha detto come ha provato diverse marche e sfumature fino a quando ha scoperto questo marchio. Queste lenti sono le lenti Soleko Queen Solitaire in colore Perla. Gentilmente ha indossato una lente davanti e mi ha mostrato l'effetto spettacolare di queste lenti. Ogni confessione verbale o scritta era inutile di fronte all'esempio vivente di fronte a me. Ha spiegato che le persone dagli occhi scuri non dovrebbero usare un colore blu, come crediamo logicamente, perché il marrone neutralizza il blu, ma un colore perla, cioè una lente bianca, una lente che nel caso degli occhi chiari , trasforma l'occhio in bianco con solo al centro la pupilla. Se per il lavaggio e l'applicazione delle lenti è possibile usare anche una soluzione salina, per la conservazione serve usare la soluzione unica, soluzione che garantisce la sterilità della lente. Qualche consiglio pratico: è consigliato avere le unghie corte sia per quanto riguarda l'igiene sia per una applicazione priva di rischio, pulire le lenti dopo ogni uso e sostituire la soluzione ogni giorno, se possibile. Spero che le mie informazioni vi sono state utili e siccome non mi aspetto che mi crediate parola e visto che so per esperienza che le immagini valgono molto di più, vi lascio di ammirare nelle immagini qui sotto, il risultato di queste lenti e la differenza tra il colore reale dei miei occhi e il loro colore dopo aver usato queste lenti.

Salutare suflete frumoase,

Astazi revin cu o postare despre produse cosmetice. Produsul despre care vreau sa va vorbesc este serul anti-aging Revitalift x3 de la L’Oréal. In acest moment produsul este epuizat, asadar fac aceasta evaluare dupa o utilizare cotidiama pe o durata de mai bine de 3 luni de zile. Mentionez ca am cumparat acest produs cu banii mei iar scopul acestui post este impartasesc cu voi experienta mea. Mai jos voi enumera caracteristicile produsului din descrierea producatorului, parerea mea personala dar si cateva elemente pro si contra.

•         Produsul se prezinta intr-un tub de sticla rosu semitransparent prin care puteti monitoriza cantitatea de produs
•         Din descriere produsul reduce ridurile, compacteaza si netezeste pielea
•         Contine Pro-Xilane, acid hialuronic si LHA
•         Producatorul promite dupa o utlizare cotidiana o piele mai neteda si uniforma.
•         Promite sa reduca ridurile si sa restranga porii.
•         Pret intre 40 si 81 RON cu o validitate de 12 luni de la prima utilizare

Din experienta personala:

•         Este suficienta o cantitate mica de produs pentru intreaga fata
•         Are o consistenta destul de fluida si se absoarbe imediat
•         Am constatat o piele mai neteda, fina, compacta si o culoare mai uniforma
•         Din pacate ridurile mele au ramas tot acolo, poate a avut un efect asupra micilor riduri pe care nu le observ, dar daca nu le observ nu stiu cat ma intereseaza faptul ca actioneaza asupra lor :P
•          Intentionez sa achizitionez din nou acest produs in viitor (nu foarte apropiat intrucat mai am alte produse de terminat)

PRO

•         Se absoarbe repede si ofera o piele cu aspect uniform.
•         Util toate tipologiilor de piele si varsta (desigur nu copiilor)
•         Are un parfum delicat si o consistenta placuta

CONTRA

•         Pretul destul de crescut
•         Tubul nu permite utilizarea produsului pana la ultimul strop, cand am ajuns la ultimele straturi a trebuit sa scot pompa si sa adun de pe fund produs suficient pentru o alta saptamana de aplicari

Oggi torno con un post sui cosmetici. Il prodotto di cui voglio parlare è il siero anti-invecchiamento Revitalift x 3 di L'Oréal. In questo momento il prodotto è finito, quindi sto recensendo il prodotto dopo un utilizzo giornaliero per più di 3 mesi. Devo menzionare che ho comprato questo prodotto con i miei soldi e lo scopo di questo post è quello di condividere con voi la mia esperienza. Di seguito elencherò le caratteristiche del prodotto dalla descrizione del produttore, la mia opinione personale e alcuni pro e contro.

•           Il prodotto si presenta in un tubo rosso semitrasparente attraverso il quale è possibile monitorare la quantità di prodotto
•           Dalla descrizione del prodotto riduce le rughe, ridensifica e leviga la pelle
•           Contiene Pro-Xilane, acido ialuronico e LHA
•           Il produttore promette, dopo un uso quotidiano, una pelle più liscia e uniforme.
•           Promette di ridurre le rughe e restringere i pori.
•           Prezzo tra 40 e 81 RON con una validità di 12 mesi dal primo utilizzo

La mia esperienza personale

•         Una piccola quantità di prodotto è sufficiente per l'intero viso
•         Ha una consistenza abbastanza fluida e viene assorbito immediatamente
•         Ho sentito la pelle più liscia, più fine, compatta e con un colore più uniforme
•         Sfortunatamente le mie rughe sono ancora lì, forse ha un effetto sulle piccole rughe che non noto, ma se non le vedo non so quanto fossi interessata ad agire su di esse: P
•         Ho intenzione di acquistare nuovamente questo prodotto in futuro (non uno molto ravicinato dato che ho altri prodotti da finire)

PRO

•      Si assorbe rapidamente e dona alla pelle un aspetto uniforme.
•      Adatto a tutte le tipologie di pelle ed età (ovviamente non bambini)
•      Ha una delicata fragranza e una piacevole consistenza

CONTRO

•         Il prezzo abbastanza alto
•         Il tubo non consente l'utilizzo del prodotto fino all'ultima goccia, quando ho raggiunto gli ultimi strati ho dovuto rimuovere la pompa e raccogliere dal fondo del barattolo abbastanza prodotto per un'altra settimana di applicazioni

Today I come back with a post about cosmetics. The product I want to talk about is L'Oréal's anti-aging Revitalift x 3 serum. At this moment the product is finished, so I'm reviewing the product after a daily use for more than 3 months. I must mention that I bought this product with my money and the purpose of this post is to share with you my experience. Below I will list the characteristics of the product from the manufacturer's description, my personal opinion and some pros and cons.

•      The product comes in a semi-transparent red tube through which you can monitor the amount of product
•      From the product description reduces wrinkles, redensifies and smoothes the skin
•      Contains Pro-Xilane, hyaluronic acid and LHA
•      The manufacturer promises, after daily use, smoother and more uniform skin
•      It promises to reduce wrinkles and shrink pores
•      Price between 40 and 81 RON with a validity of 12 months from the first use

My personal experience

•        A small amount of product is sufficient for the entire face
•        It has a fairly fluid consistency and is absorbed immediately
•        I felt the skin smoother, finer, more compact and with a more uniform color
•       Unfortunately my wrinkles are still there, maybe it has an effect on the small wrinkles that I can not see, but if I do not see them I do not know how I was interested in acting on them: P
•       I'm going to buy this product again in the future (not very soon one since I have other products to finish)

PROS

•         It absorbs quickly and gives the skin a uniform appearance
•         Suitable for all skin types and ages (obviously not children)
•         It has a delicate fragrance and a pleasant consistency

CONS

•      The price quite high
•      The tube does not allow the use of the product until the last drop, when I reached the last layers 
•      I had to remove the pump and collect from the bottom of the can enough product for another week of applications
