Astazi vreau sa va prezint o reteta pentru un felul doi cu carne foarte delicios. Aceasta reteta foloseste carnea de porc si cateva condimente. Este o reteta simpla si savuroasa. Iata ingredientele si procedura:

Ingrediente: (4 portii) 1 kg de cotlet de porc taiat bucati, 1 lingurita de chimen, 2 catei de usturoi, o legatura de patrunjel, ulei, sare, piper dupa gust

Preparare: Condimentati carnea cu sare fina si piper macinat. Incingeti o lingura de ulei intr-o oala sau tigaie in care sa nu se lipeasca, adaugati un catel de usturoi taiat in bucatele mici iar apoi adaugati si lingurita de chimen. Lasati un minut pentru a aromatiza uleiul iar apoi adaugati carnea. Acoperiti cu un capac si lasati-l sa se gateasca amestecand din cand in cand pana cand apa care va iesi din carne se evaporeaza. Intre timp tocati marunt celalalt catel de usturoi si frecati-l cu sare, un strop de otet si ulei pentru a crea un mujdei. Tocati marunt si patrunjelul iar cand apa de la carne s-a evaporat iar carnea a inceput sa se rumeneasca agaugati mujdeiul de usturoi obtinut. Continuati sa prajiti inca cateva minute iar apoi adaugati patrunjelul, amestecati si stingeti focul. Carnea este gata si puteti sa o serviti cu o garnitura la alegere sau cu zarzavaturile mele la cuptor din reteta de mai jos.

Oggi voglio presentarvi una ricetta per un piatto di carne davvero deliziosa. Questa ricetta utilizza carne di maiale e alcune spezie. È una ricetta semplice e deliziosa. Ecco gli ingredienti e la procedura:

Ingredienti: (4 porzioni) 1 chilo di lonza di maiale tagliata a pezzi, 1 cucchiaino di cumino, 2 spicchi d'aglio, un ciuffo di prezzemolo, olio, sale, pepe qb

Preparazione: Condire la carne con sale fine e pepe macinato. Scaldare un cucchiaio di olio in una pentola o una padella antiaderente, aggiungere uno spicchio d'aglio tagliato a pezzetti e poi aggiungere anche il cucchiaino di cumino. Lasciare un minuto per far insaporire l'olio e quindi aggiungere la carne. Coprire con un coperchio e fate cucinare mescolando di tanto in tanto fino a quando l'acqua che fuoriesce dalla carne evapora. Nel frattempo, tritare l'altro spicchio d'aglio e strofinare con sale, una goccia di aceto e olio per creare una salsa. Tritare bene il prezzemolo e quando l'acqua della carne è evaporata e la carne comincia a dorarsi aggiungere la salsa d'aglio ottenuta. Continuare a soffriggere per qualche altro minuto e quindi aggiungere il prezzemolo, mescolare e spegnere il fuoco. La carne è pronta e potete servirla con un contorno a scelta o con la mia ricetta di verdure al forno qui sotto.

Today I want to present you a recipe for a really delicious meat dish. This recipe uses pork meat and some spices. It's a simple and delicious recipe. Here are the ingredients and the procedure:

Ingredients: (4 servings) 1 kg of pork loin cut into pieces, 1 teaspoon of cumin, 2 cloves of garlic, a clump of parsley, oil, salt, pepper as you like

Preparation: Season the meat with fine salt and ground pepper. Heat a spoonful of oil in a non-stick pot or pan, add a piece of garlic cut into pieces and then add the cumin spoon. Aceasta este o reteta pentru o garnitura simpla, delicioasa si hipocalorica. O puteti servi alaturi de o friptura de carne sau in diferite alte combinatii pentru o masa vegana sau vegetariana.

Ingrediente: (4 persoane) 1,5 kg de morcovi tocati rondele mari, ½ gogosar rosu taiat fasii, ½ gogosar galben tocat fasii, 1 ceapa mare rosie taiata rondele, 2 dovlecei lungi verzi tocati rondele, 1 catel de usturoi, sare, piper

Preparare: Inainte de toate incingeti cuptorul la 200 de grade. Intr-o tava care nu lipeste puneti cateva stropi de ulei si catelul de usturoi tocat in bucatele mici. Adaugati morcovii si ceapa presarand peste sare si macinand putin piper. Acoperiti cu staniol si bagati la cuptor timp de o ora. Adaugati dovleceii si bagati din nou la cuptor fara staniol la foc sus si jos timp de alte 15 minute. Scoateti din cuptor si controlati ca nivelul de gatire a zarzavaturilor e pe gustul vostru, eu sincer prefer zarzavaturile mai crocante. Pofta buna!

Questa è una ricetta per un contorno semplice, delizioso e ipocalorico. Potete servirlo con un arrosto di carne o in varie altre combinazioni per un pasto vegano o vegetariano.

Ingredienti: (4 persone) 1,5 kg di carote affettate grossolanamente, ½ peperone rosso tagliato a strisce, ½ peperone giallo tagliato a strisce, 1 cipolla rossa affettata, 2 zucchine verdi tagliate a grandi fette,1 spicchio d'aglio, sale, pepe

Preparazione: prima di tutto, riscaldare il forno a 200 gradi. In una teglia antiaderente, versare qualche goccia d'olio e aglio tagliato a pezzetti. Aggiungere le carote e la cipolla cospargendo di sale e macinando un po 'di pepe. Coprire con pellicola di alluminio e infornare per 1 ora. Aggiungere le zucchine e rimettere la teglia in forno con calore dal'alto e dal basso per altri 15 minuti. Togliete dal forno e controllate che il livello di cottura sia a vostro piacere, io preferisco sinceramente le verdure più croccanti. Buon appetito!

This is a recipe for a simple, delicious and low-calories side dish. You can serve it with a roast meat or in several other combinations for a vegan or vegetarian meal.

Ingredients: (4 people) 1.5 kg of coarsely sliced carrots, ½ red pepper cut into strips, ½ yellow pepper cut into strips, 1 sliced red onion, 2 green zucchini cut into large slices, 1 clove of garlic, salt, pepper

Preparation: first of all, heat the oven to 200 Celsius degrees. In a non-stick pan, pour a few drops of oil and garlic cut into small pieces. Ce ziceti, e prea devreme pentru o alta recenzie de carte? Am terminat de citit aceasta carte saptamanile trecute dar din pacate nu am avut timp sa fac recenzia mai devreme. Trebuie sa va spun de la bun inceput ca am apreciat foarte mult aceasta carte in toate sensurile si am citit-o pe nerasuflate in orice moment de pauza aveam. Scriitoarea este o tanara din generatia mea, o tanara care in pofida varstei are foarte mult talent si mestesugire in arta nararii. Romanul trateaza povestea de dragoste neobisnuita a doi tineri, dar nu va agitati, nu este un roman de dragoste. Aceasta poveste de dragoste, alaturi de toate celelalte povesti colaterale, serveste pana la urma pentru a ilustra intr-un mod usor de inteles teoria haosului si a butterfly effect a lui Edward Newton Lorenz. Nu stiu daca sunteti familiarizati cu aceasta teorie, ea a fost reluata si in diverse filme precum saga Butterfly Effect (care din punctul meu de vedere nu se refera corect la aceasta teorie), The Adjustement Bureau, Hot Tube Time Machine dar cel mai bine este expusa intr-un film pe care eu l-am vazut si l-am apreciat din adolescenta chiar, filmul cult Donnie Darko ce il vede protagonist pe Jake Gyllenhaal. Efectul fluturelui este o locutiune matematica si fizica care sustine ca orice mica schimbare in starea initiala (input) a unei probleme sau situatii poate schimba radical evolutia acestei situatii, pentru o corecta ilustrare, Edward Newton Lorenz spunea ca bataia aripilor unui porumbel poate schimba pentru totdeauna situatia atmosferica a globului. Definitia stiintifica este urmatoarea: “intr-un sistem dinamic nelinear, o minima variatiunea a datelor din input, poate avea un mare impact asupra rezultatului final intrucat in conditii initiale similare, sistemul poate reactiona in moduri foarte diferite” iata cum s-a ajuns la expresia ca bataia aripilor unui fluture poate cauza un uragan in cealalta parte a globului. Stiu ca pentru multi acest lucru poate parea absurd, in special partea cu uraganul dar cred ca multi dintre voi ati trait astfel de situatii fara sa va dati seama, de exemplu atunci cand intarziati sa iesiti din casa pentru ca nu gasit cheile si in momentul in care ajungeti in strada intalniti in trecere un prieten sau o veche cunostinta care altminteri ar fii trecut in minutul urmator si nu ati mai fi avut ocazia sa va intalniti. O alta situatie similara si definita de multi ca “noroc chior” e aceea cand stati la coada sa cumparati ceva, o persoana se baga in fata dumneavoastra sa cumpere acel loz in plic sau ciocolata cu premii pe care voiati sa o cumparati voi si invariabil voua va ajunge lozul succesiv care este castigator. Daca acea persoana nu ar fi intervenit lozul ar fi ajuns persoanei urmatoare, asadar acea interventie a schimbat atat viata voastra cat si cea a persoanei  din spatele vostru. Cred ca am divagat putin pentru ca ador aceasta teorie dar constituie un determinism care are un substrat si o explicatie stiintifica si tocmai de acea ma pasioneaza.  Cum se aplica aceasta teorie in cartea Sarei Boero? Nu pot face un spoiler spunandu-va ca acest roman nu are un final fericit pentru ca finalul este evident inca din primele pagini, asemeni romanului Dama cu Camelii, iar eu apreciez o astfel de structurare intrucat o gasesc mai intriganta si captivanta decat o structura lineara normala. Din moment ce stiu care este finalul, sunt si mai interesata sa aflu cum a evoluat situatia si de ce s-a ajuns in acel punct. Vorbeam mai devreme despre talentul acestei tinere scriitoare, talentul sau este evident in modul in care a structurat romanul, alternarea de momente din relativul prezent cu bucati dintr-un trecut mai indepartat sau unul mai apropiat mentine treaz interesul cititorului iar modul in care a construit personajele este foarte intrigant si credibil. Avem o tanara, Miriam, o fata destul de banala dar care prin trasaturile sale specifice trezeste interesul unui baiat cu totul neobisnuit, Evan, un baiat care gandeste, vorbeste si traieste intr-un mod complet diferit de ceilalti tineri. Avem si aici de a face cu o prietena libertina si un prieten aratos care nu intra in categoria cliseelor intrucat scopul lor este acela de a scoate in evidenta personajele principale si de a ocaziona intalnirea dintre cei doi. Regasim efectele teoriei mentionate in precedenta in raporturile dintre toate personajele intrucat actiunea unora dintre ele schimba complet  viata celorlalte personaje, Giulia, prietena cea mai buna a lui Miriam prin lucrurile pe care le face si mai ales nu le face schimba radical raportul dintre Miriam si Evan, existenta unui caine  sau copil care deranjeaza intre vecini determina caracterul si comportamentul lui Evan. Am apreciat ca fiind foarte interesanta algoria ingeri/moarte si modul in care scriitoarea a decis sa ii reprezinte: moartea o creatura rapida si eficienta care calatoreste mult si cunoaste pe toata lumea iar ingerii niste creaturi cu probleme, trasaturi si trairi umane. Raportul viata/moarte este sintetizat in simplul joc cu zarurile, care uneori loveste persoane care isi creasera oarecum drum spre moarte iar alteori atinge persoane care ar fi meritat o sansa in plus. Si aici putem observa cum o mica interventie din partea unor lucruri sau personaje schimba situatia e destinatarul final, lucruri pe care noi le-am defini simplu ca “dreptate” sau “nedreptate”. Desigur si finalul poate intra in categoria nedreptate si putem observa ca ar fi putut fii schimbat in orice moment, din pacate acest lucru nu se intampla si atunci pune tinerii in fata unei alegeri crunte, alegeri care va schimba complet viata a nenumarate persoane. 
Dupa ce am citit aceasta carte continuam sa reflectez la cat de importante pot fii si cele mai mici decizii pe care le luam, cat de mult pot defini nu doar viata noastra dar si pe cea a celorlaltor persoane. Sper ca v-am trezit interesul pentru a citi aceasta carte si va asigur ca merita!

Che cosa ne pensate, è troppo presto per un'altra recensione di un libro? Ho finito di leggere questo libro la settimana scorsa, ma sfortunatamente non ho avuto il tempo di recensirlo prima. Devo dirvi fin dall'inizio che ho apprezzato molto questo libro in tutti i sensi e l'ho letto senza fiatto in ogni momento di pausa che ho avuto. La scrittrice è una giovane donna della mia generazione, una giovane donna che, nonostante la sua età, ha un sacco di talento e abilità nell'arte della narrativa.
Il romanzo tratta l'insolita storia d'amore di due giovani, ma non vi dovete agitare, non è un romanzo rosa. Questa storia d'amore, insieme a tutte le altre storie collaterali, serve per illustrare la teoria del caos e l'effetto farfalla di Edward Newton Lorenz. Non so se abbiate familiarità con questa teoria, è stata anche ripresa in vari film come la saga di Butterfly Effect (che a mio avviso non si riferisce a questa teoria correttamente), The Adjustement Bureau, Hot Tube Time Machine ma è meglio esposta in un film ho visto e apprezzato anche nell'adolescenza, il film cult Donnie Darko che vede Jake Gyllenhaal come protagonista. L'effetto della farfalla è una locuzione matematica e fisica che afferma che qualsiasi piccolo cambiamento nello stato iniziale (input) di un problema o situazione può cambiare radicalmente l'evoluzione di questa situazione, per una corretta illustrazione, Edward Newton Lorenz ha detto che il battito delle ali di un piccione può cambiare per sempre la situazione atmosferica del globo. La definizione scientifica è la seguente: "In un sistema dinamico non lineare, una variazione minima dei dati di input può avere un grande impatto sul risultato finale, poiché in condizioni simili il sistema può reagire in modi molto diversi" ed ecco come si arrivò all'espressione che il battere delle ali di una farfalla può causare un uragano dall'altra parte del globo. So che per molti questo può sembrare assurdo, specialmente la parte con l'uragano, ma penso che molti di voi abbiano vissuto situazioni del genere senza rendersene conto, ad esempio quando si è in ritardo a lasciare la casa perché non si trovano le chiavi e al momento dell'arrivo in strada s'incontra per caso un amico o un vecchio conoscente che altrimenti sarebbe passato nel minuto successivo e non ci si avrebbe avuto la possibilità di incontrarlo. Un'altra situazione simile e definita da molti come "culo" è che quando ci si mette in fila per comprare qualcosa, una persona viene davanti a voi per comprare quel gratta e vinci o cioccolato con i premi che vuoi comprare anche tu e invariabilmente a voi arriva il biglietto successivo che è anche quello il vincente. Se quella persona non fosse intervenuta, il biglietto vincente sarebbe arrivato alla persona successiva, quindi quel intervento ha cambiato sia la vostra vita che quella della persona dietro di voi. Non posso fare uno spoiler dicendo che questo romanzo non ha un lieto fine perché la fine è evidente dalle prime pagine, come per il romanzo la Signora delle Camelie, e apprezzo una struttura del genere perché la trovo più intrigante e accattivante di una struttura lineare normale. Poiché so qual è la fine, sono ancora più interessata a scoprire come si è evoluta la situazione e perche si è arrivato a quel punto. Ho parlato prima del talento di questa giovane scrittrice, il suo talento è evidente nel modo in cui ha strutturato il romanzo, l'alternanza di momenti dal presente relativo con pezzi di un passato più lontano o uno più vicino mantiene vivo l'interesse del lettore e il modo in cui ha costruito i personaggi è molto intrigante e credibile. Abbiamo una giovane donna, Miriam, un viso abbastanza comune, ma che, attraverso le sue caratteristiche specifiche, risveglia l'interesse di un ragazzo del tutto inusuale, Evan, un ragazzo che pensa, parla e vive in modo completamente diverso dagli altri giovani. Abbiamo anche qui a che fare con un'amica libertaria e un amico di bell'aspetto che non costituiscono stereotipi, perché il loro scopo è quello di mettere in risalto i personaggi principali e occasionare il loro incontro. Troviamo gli effetti della suddetta teoria nei rapporti tra tutti i personaggi in quanto l'azione di alcuni di loro cambia completamente la vita degli altri personaggi, Giulia, la migliore amica di Miriam attraverso le cose che fa e soprattutto quelle che non fa cambia radicalmente il rapporto tra Miriam ed Evan, l'esistenza di un cane o di un bambino che disturba tra vicini determina il carattere e il comportamento di Evan. Ho apprezzato come molto interessante l'allegoria angeli / morte e il modo in cui la scrittrice ha deciso di rappresentarli: la morte come una creatura veloce ed efficiente che viaggia molto e conosce tutti e gli angeli come creature con problemi, tratti ed sentimenti umani.
Il rapporto vita / morte è sintetizzato nel semplice gioco dei dadi, che a volte colpisce persone che in qualche modo si sono creati da soli la strada verso la morte e a volte toccano persone che avrebbero meritato un'ulteriore possibilità. E qui possiamo vedere come il piccolo intervento di alcune cose o personaggi cambia la situazione e il destinatario finale, cose che semplicemente definiamo "giustizia" o "ingiustizia". Certamente la fine può ricadere nella categoria dell'ingiustizia e possiamo vedere che avrebbe potuto essere cambiata in qualsiasi momento, purtroppo questo non accade e quindi mette i giovani di fronte a una scelta crudele, scelta che cambierà completamente la vita di innumerevoli persone.
Dopo aver letto questo libro, continuo a riflettere su quanto possano essere importanti anche le più piccole decisioni che prendiamo, quanto possiamo definire non solo le nostre vite, ma anche quelle delle altre persone. Spero di aver svegliato il vostro interesse nel leggere questo libro e vi assicuro che ne vale la pena!

What do you think, is it too early for another book review? I finished reading this book last week, but unfortunately I did not have time to review it before. I must tell you from the beginning that I really enjoyed this book in every sense and I read it without a break in every moment of pause I had.
The writer is a young woman of my generation, a young woman who, despite her age, has a lot of talent and skill in the art of fiction. The novel deals with the unusual love story of two young people, but you do not have to worry, it's not a romance. This love story, along with all the other collateral stories, serves to illustrate the chaos theory and butterfly effect of Edward Newton Lorenz. I do not know if you are familiar with this theory, it has also been mentioned in various films like the Butterfly Effect saga (which in my opinion does not refer to this theory correctly), The Adjustement Bureau, but is best exposed in a movie I have seen and appreciated in adolescence, the cult film Donnie Darko, which sees Jake Gyllenhaal as the protagonist. The butterfly effect is a mathematical and physical expression that states that any small change in the initial state (input) of a problem or situation can radically change the evolution of this situation, for a correct illustration, Edward Newton Lorenz said that the the beating of the wings of a pigeon can change forever the atmospheric situation of the globe. The scientific definition is as follows: "In a non-linear dynamic system, a minimal variation of input data can have a big impact on the final result, because under similar conditions the system can react in very different ways" and this is how we arrived at the expression that the beating of the wings of a butterfly can cause a hurricane on the other side of the globe. I know that for many this may seem absurd, especially the part with the hurricane, but I think many of you have experienced such situations without realizing it, for example when you are late to leave the house because you can not find the keys and upon arrival on the road, a friend or an old acquaintance is met by chance, who otherwise would have passed in the next minute and there would have been no possibility of meeting him. Another similar situation and defined by many as "dumb luck" is that when you stand in line to buy something and a person comes before you to buy that lottery ticket or chocolate with prizes that you also want to buy and invariably to you get the next ticket which is also the winner one. If that person had  not intervene, the winning ticket would have arrived to the next person, so that intervention changed both your life and that of the person behind you. I think I digressed a little because I love this theory, but it's a determinism that has a substratum and a scientific explanation, and that's exactly what I'm passionate about. How does this theory apply in the Sara Boero's book? I can not make a spoiler by saying that this novel does not have a happy ending because the end is obvious from the first pages, as in the novel the Lady with the Camellias, and I appreciate such a structure because I find it more intriguing and captivating than a normal linear structure. Since I know what the end is, I'm even more interested in finding out how the situation has evolved and why it has come to that point. I spoke earlier about the talent of this young writer, her talent is evident in the way she has structured the novel, the alternation of moments from the relative present with pieces from a distant past or a closer one keeps the reader's interest alive and the way she built the characters is very intriguing and believable. We have a young woman, Miriam, a fairly common face, but who, through her specific characteristics, awakens the interest of a completely unusual boy, Evan, a boy who thinks, talks and lives in a completely different way from other young people. We are also dealing here with a libertarian friend and a good-looking friend who do not constitute stereotypes, because their purpose is to highlight the main characters and to bring them together. We find the effects of the aforementioned theory in the relationships between all the characters because the action of some of them completely changes the lives of the other characters, Giulia, Miriam's best friend through the things she does and especially those she doesn't, changes radically the relationship between Miriam and Evan, the existence of a dog or a child that disturbs among neighbors determines the character and behavior of Evan. I appreciated the angels / death allegory and the way the writer decided to represent them as very interesting: death as a fast and efficient creature that travels a lot and knows all teh people and the angels as creatures with problems, traits and human feelings. The relationship between life and death is summarized in the simple game of dice, which sometimes affects people who somehow have created their own way to death and sometimes touches people who would have deserved another chance. And here we can see how the small intervention of some things or characters changes the situation and the final recipient, things that we simply call "justice" or "injustice". Certainly the end can fall into the category of injustice and we can see that it could have been changed at any time, unfortunately this does not happen and therefore puts these young people in front of a cruel choice, a choice that will completely change the lives of countless people.
After reading this book, I continue to reflect on how important even the smallest decisions we make can be, how much we can define not only our lives, but also those of other people. I hope I have awakened your interest in reading this book and I assure you that it is worth it!

Anche se la giornata di oggi è molto brutta, io voglio parlarvi di qualcosa che mi mette di buon umore. E questa cosa è il mio primo ordine sul sito Saponetico che è  arrivato qualche settimana fa e mi ha dato la possibilità di usare i prodotti con tanta emozione e gioia. Prima di tutto voglio dire qualcosa riguardo all'azienda e al sito per coloro che posso essere interessati a comprare. Ho scoperto mesi fa questo sito e ne sono rimasta impressionata dalla loro filosofia di lavoro, dalla coscienza per l’ambiente che ci circonda e dalla cura per la bellezza e le pelli sensibili. Saponetico è una piccola azienda italiana di cosmesi bio che offre una vasta gamma di cosmetici prodotti artigianalmente in Sardegna con materie prime sarde di ottima qualità e certificate bio. I loro prodotti sono adatti per tutti i tipi di pelle e grazie all'utilizzo di principi attivi ed ingredienti scelti accuratamente sono indicati anche nella cura dei diversi problemi di pelle come: pelle allergica o irritata,  dermatite o pelle sensibile. Il sito è disponibile in tre lingue: italiano, inglese e francese, nel caso abbiate bisogno di chiarimenti hanno anche un chat cosi possiate fare tutte le domande che volete. Per la spedizione si servono di un corriere espresso e per il pagamento accettano carta di credito e PayPal.

Parliamo adesso dei prodotti e voglio iniziare con il Siero Viso Illuminante e Levigante Linea Elicriso. Il siero si presenta in un tubo in vetro  molto elegante con un un dispenser e contiene 30 ml di prodotto di un colore giallastro con una consistenza fluida. Con principi attivi come Aloe e Camomilla ed estratti di Elicriso e Acido Glicolico naturale è pensato per chi come me, al caldo vuole usare un prodotto leggero e rinfrescante al posto  della crema e durante l’inverno una base leggera e delicata prima della crema. È ottimo per le pelli sensibili, reattive grazie agli ingredienti lenitivi e calmanti ed è molto adatto anche alle pelli con tendenza acneica, grasse, secche, mature, impure, miste e infiammate in quanto l'elicriso è anche un ottimo seboregolatore naturale che non da reazioni allergiche. Per una persona come me, con problemi di couperose e propensa a formare comedoni questo siero è un ottimo trattamento grazie alle proprietà antiinfiammatorie e seboregolatori dell’Elicriso.

Opinione personale: Devo precisare soprattutto che ho usato il prodotto solo per circa due settimane ma sono da subito rimasta entusiasta.  Adoro la consistenza, il colore e il modo in cui viene assorbito immediatamente. L’effetto che si nota subito dopo l’applicazione è la luminosità e la freschezza dell’incarnato. La pelle diventa radiosa e soffice. Il profumo di questo prodotto è molto particolare. Il suo aroma mi ricorda il profumo delle piante, di erba secca, come la maggior parte dei prodotti bio. Dopo averlo  usato per più di una settimana, ho fatto abitudine e l’odore ormai mi sembra normale. La profumazione è comunque una questione di gusti. Mi auguro soprattutto di non avere lo stesso problema che ho avuto con un altro siero con un dispenser simile che mi aveva impedito di usare tutto il prodotto. La parte oleosa del prodotto tende a separarsi ed alzarsi quindi vi consiglio di agitarlo prima dell'utilizzo. Aggiungo che questo siero è uno dei migliori sieri viso che io abbia mai usato.

Il secondo prodotto è il Contorno Occhi Idratante e Rigenerante Elicriso. Questo delicato prodotto grazie ai principi attivi di argan, mandorla e allantoina e agli estratti di elicrisio e limone è indicato per problematiche di borse, occhiaie, gonfiori e segni di espressione. Ha una consistenza leggera, si asciuga e assorbe rapidamente. Grazie alla composizione di ottima qualità, protegge, leviga ed idrata la zona sensibile degli occhi rendendo meno visibili le piccole rughe. Il packaging è molto carino, un elegante tubo in vetro contenente 15 ml di prodotto bianco con una consistenza abbastanza fluida. È adatto a tutti i tipi di pelle e va applicato al mattino e alla sera.

Opinione personale: Io uso molto i prodotti di questo genere perché geneticamente sono predisposta ad avere rughe e gonfiori intorno agli occhi. Confesso che nell'ultimo anno grazie a diversi prodotti usati ho notato un leggero miglioramento nelle rughe intorno agli occhi e quei prodotti non erano neanche bio quindi non vedo l’ora di esaminare alla lunga gli effetti di questo prodotto con ingredienti tanto preziosi. Per il momento vi dico che mi piace molto la consistenza e il modo in cui viene assorbito. La pelle rimane soffice ed idratata a lungo e le rughe si notano meno. Vi consiglio di fare attenzione soprattutto all'inizio quando premette l'erogatore perché tende a produrre schizzi e c'è il rischio di sprecare il prodotto. Nel caso ci fosse bisogno anche nel vostro caso vi consiglio di avvicinare la mano e premere lentamente l'erogatore senza andare fino in fondo in modo da poter raccogliere tutto il prodotto. Comunque dopo aver recensito il prodotto anche sul loro sito, l'azienda mi ha assicurata che hanno chiesto al produttore di sostituire l'erogatore. In conclusione mi ritengo soddisfatta anche di questo prodotto.

L’ultimo prodotto di questa linea e un prodotto che io amo particolarmente è lo Stick all’Elicrisoper labbra e multiuso. Adoro questo prodotto perché ha pochi ingredienti, è multiuso, cioè può essere usato come un burro cacao per le labbra ma anche su altri parti del corpo per lenire punture d’insetto, piccole ustioni, bruciature ed eruzioni cutanee improvvise e perché può essere usato anche in caso di herpes. É un prodotto completamente naturale con proprietà idratanti e riparativi ed è adatto a tutti i tipi di pelle, specialmente quelli sensibili. Il principio attivo è l’elicriso. Va applicato quando c’è bisogno e contiene 7 ml di prodotto. 

INCI: Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis Oil, Helichrysum Italicum Flower Extract, Cera Alba, Tocopherol.

Opinione personale: Ho già detto che amo molto questo prodotto, non ho ancora detto che mi piace la facilità con cui si stende senza lasciarti quella sensazione di unto appiccicoso. Il fatto che è un prodotto multiuso è a mio avviso, un importante bonus e un incentivo a ricomprarlo una volta finito. Per un prodotto talmente utile, il prezzo è più che vantaggioso.

First of all I want to say something about the company and the site for all those might be interested in buying. I discovered this site months ago and I was impressed by their philosophy of work, by the conscience for the environment that surrounds us and by the care for beauty and sensitive skin. Saponetico is a small Italian company of organic cosmetics that offers a wide range of cosmetics handcrafted in Sardenga with high quality and certified organic Sardinian first hand materials. Their products are suitable for all skin types and thanks to the use of active ingredients and carefully chosen ingredients are also indicated in the treatment of various skin problems such as: allergic or irritated skin, dermatitis or sensitive skin. The site is available in three languages: Italian, English and French, in case you need clarification they also have a chat so you can ask all the questions you want. For shipping they use an express courier and for payment they accept credit card and PayPal.

Let's talk about the products now and I want to start with the Brightening and Smoothing Face Serum Elicriso Line. The serum is presented in a very elegant glass tube with a dispenser and contains 30 ml of a slightly yellow colored product with a fluid consistency. With active ingredients such as Aloe and Chamomile and extracts of Helichrysum and natural Glycolic acid is designed for those like me, in hot weather want to use a light and refreshing product instead of a face cream and during the winter a light and delicate base before applying the cream. It is excellent for sensitive and reactive skin thanks to the soothing and calming ingredients and is also very suitable for acneic, oily, dry, mature, impure, mixed and inflamed skin, as helichrysum is also an excellent natural sebum-regulator that does not cause alergic reactions. For a person like me, with problems of couperose and inclined to form blackheads this serum is an excellent treatment thanks to the anti-inflammatory and seboregulatory properties of the Helichrysum.

Personal opinion: I must say first of all that I used the product only for a few days but I was immediately enthusiastic. I love the consistency, the color and the fact that it is absorbed immediately.  The effect that is noticed immediately after application is the brightness and freshness of the complexion. The skin becomes radiant and soft. The only thing I liked less was the smell of the product. The whey has a scent of plants, of lye like most of the organic products. After using it for more than a week, I used to have a habit and the smell seems normal to me. Perfume is however a question of taste. I especially hope not to have the same problem I had with another serum with a similar dispenser that had prevented me from using the entire product. The oily part of the product tends to separate and rise up so I advise you to shake it before use.
I would add that this serum is one of the best face serums I have ever used.

The second product is the Hydrating and Regenerating Elicriso Eye Contour. This delicate product thanks to the active ingredients of argan, almond and allantoin and to the extracts of helichrysum and lemon is indicated for problems of bags, dark circles, puffiness and fine lines of expression. It has a light weight, it dries and absorbs quickly. Thanks to its excellent quality composition, it protects, smoothes and moisturizes the sensitive area of the eyes, making small wrinkles less visible. The packaging is very nice, an elegant glass tube containing 15 ml of white product with a fairly fluid consistency. It is suitable for all skin types and should be applied in the morning and in the evening.

Personal opinion: I use a lot of products of this kind because I am genetically predisposed to have wrinkles and puffiness around the eyes. I confess that in the last year thanks to different products I used, I noticed a slight improvement in wrinkles around the eyes and those products were not even bio so I can not wait to examine in the long run the effects of this product with such precious ingredients. For the moment I tell you that I really like the consistency and the way it is absorbed. The skin remains soft and hydrated longer and wrinkles are less noticeable. I advise you to pay attention especially at the beginning when pressing the dispenser because it tends to send out the product to splash and there is a risk of wasting the product. If this your case too,I suggest you bring your hand close and slowly press the dispenser without sticking all the way in order to collect all the product. However, after reviewing the product on their site, the company assured me that they asked the manufacturer to replace the dispenser.In conclusion, I consider myself satisfied with this product too.

The latest product of this line and a product that I particularly love is the Stick for for lips and multipurpose Elicriso Line. I love this product because it has few ingredients, it is multi-purpose, that it can be used as a lip balm but also on other parts of the body to soothe insect bites, small burns and sudden rashes and because it can also be used in case of herpes. It is a completely natural product with moisturizing and reparative properties and is suitable for all skin types, especially sensitive skin. The active ingredient is helichrysum. It should be applied when needed and contains 7 ml of product.

Ingredients: Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis Oil, Helichrysum Italicum Flower Extract, Cera Alba, Tocopherol.

Personal opinion: I have already said that I really love this product, I have not yet said that I like the ease with which it applies without leaving that feeling of greasy and sticky. The fact that it is a multi-purpose product is, in my opinion, an important bonus and an incentive to buy it back once it is finished. For a product so useful, the price is more than beneficial.

Oggi ritorno con un fashion post, un post non molto comune per me e per il mio blog in quanto non mi ritengo molto fotogenica e da quando ho messo su peso, non mi piace molto vedermi nelle foto e ancor meno farmi vedere. Comunque grazie a tante di voi ho capito che non mi devo vergognare e che se un vestito è bello, è giusto farlo vedere in tante taglie e misure. Come vi avevo accennato in  un post precedente, per festeggiare San Valentino io e mio marito siamo andati in una piccola vacanza, per esattezza siamo ritornati a Cogne dove abbiamo passato anche un bellissimo Natale. Come potete vedere Cogne a febbraio è bellissima, c’è ancora tanta neve, si può sciare, la città è ancora decorata, i negozi accolgono calorosamente i turisti e la città brulica di persone. Siccome siamo ancora in inverno e a Natale ho capito che a Cogne regna il freddo, per passare un bellissimo e tranquillissimo weekend senza raffreddori, mi sono vestita pesantemente. Tutto questo non vuol dire che non possiamo essere alla moda o indossare vestiti trendy. Ho scelto 2 colori che fanno molto tendenza quest’inverno, il blu scuro e il grigio e gli ho accessoriati con i miei gioielli preferiti. Non prediligo le cose griffate, preferisco una bella borsa non di un marchio prestigioso, come questa favolosa borsa di Primadonna anziché un falso o una copia di un marchio famoso. Per i gioielli, in questi momenti speciali preferisco indossare i pochi gioielli di marchi famosi che ho e che ho ricevuto come regali in occasioni speciali. Al contrario delle borse e dei vestiti, per quanto riguarda i gioielli e gli orologi ritengo che si possa investire e comprare un gioiello o un orologio griffato in quanto questi oggetti durano molto, quasi una vita e con il passare del tempo accumulano ancora più valore diventando storia. Cosa ne pensate di questo outfit casual per una passeggiata in montagna?

Today I return with a fashion post, a post not very common for me and my blog because I do not consider myself very photogenic and since I put on weight, I do not really like to see myself in the pictures and even less show myself. However, thanks to many of you I realized that I do not have to be ashamed and that if a piece of clothing is beautiful, it is right to show it in many sizes and body figures. As I had mentioned in a previous post, to celebrate Valentine's Day my husband and I went on a little holiday, therefore we returned to Cogne where we also spent a beautiful Christmas. As you can see Cogne in February is beautiful, there is still a lot of snow, you can ski, the city is still decorated, the shops warmly welcome tourists and the city swarms with people. Since we are still in winter and at Christmas I realized that in Cogne the cold reigns, to spend a beautiful and calm weekend without getting cold, I dressed heavily. All this does not mean that we can not be fashionable or wear trendy clothes. I chose 2 colors that are very trendy this winter, dark blue and grey and I have accessorized with my favorite jewels. I do not like designer things, I prefer a beautiful bag not of a prestigious brand, like this fabulous Primadonna bag instead of a fake or a copy of a famous brand. For jewelry, in these special moments I prefer to wear the few jewels of prestigious brands that I have and received as gifts on special occasions. As opposed to bags and clothes, as far as jewelry and watches are concerned, I believe that we can invest and buy a designer jewel or watch as these objects last a lot, almost a lifetime and with the passage of time accumulate even more value becoming history.
