FYY tech - High End Technology with a twist of glamour

I am observing the world all around more often now and I realize each time that our evolution is unstoppable and every day more and more persons try to catch up with the latest technologies. We use our smartphones every day and to do almost everything, from staying in touch with our family, check out the weather, work, read, plan a dinner or cancel one with a simple click. And if a smartphone isn't enough there are tablets and laptops, many other devices that can keep technology a step closer and in our reach. I find this very useful because this is the way life goes on in this moment and I am sure that most of you agree with me. 
How many of you have the last IPhone or a Samsung Galaxy S10? If that's your case too, later on I will speak about the fyy tech so stay tuned for more infoirmations. 

In all this a very important aspect comes to my mind, can we be techological, practical, functional and stylish too? You might wonder why should a practical object be also high fashion or stylish and the answer is very simple. The reason is the aesthetic pleasure. We are human beeings, not machines, we don't just have to use things, we need to like them, love them, reflect ourselves and our personality in them.
Have you noticed that when you get the thing you wished for, the day suddenly becomes sunny and people look more affable? Well try to imagine giving your daughter a simple phone in a simple black case and not the shinning and glittering one she has always wanted and then having to call her to say that tonight she can't go out with her boyfriend because you need to speak to him first... I get the feeling that the phone will end up in the toilet at best. But if that phone is "protected" by something she likes, something that represents her, like a Wallet Case for Galaxy S10 Plus in 2019, maybe she will wait for you to discuss further the situation.
I for once tend to affectionate with certain things, things that I bought in certain moments of my life, things certain persons gave to me, things that made me feel better in sad moments and I tend to keep those things longer and closer to me. Oggi vorrei parlarvi di un tonico che ho usato con soddisfazione per qualche mese. Il tonico è il Pore & Shine Control Deep Purifying Toner con estratti di amamelide ed eucalipto della linea Clearskin. Ho comprato questo prodotto tramite una rappresentante Avon e mi trovo molto bene con i prodotti di questa linea.

Informazioni dal produttore: Grazie ai suoi ingredienti pregiati e alla tecnologia di penetrazione dei pori questo prodotto promette una pulizia profonda della pelle e dei pori e un controllo degli inestetismi della pelle grassa e oleosa lasciando un effetto rinfrescante. Rimuove i resti di trucco e le impurità calmando e tonificando la pelle. Questo tonico va usato tutti i giorni, mattina e sera dopo la pulizia del viso con un piccolo dischetto di cottone e movimenti circolari. Dopo questo passo va applicata la crema viso per completare la routine di skin care.

Prezzo: da 1,50 a 4 € in base a sconti e promozioni

Opinione personale: fin dal primo momento ho notato la sensazione di freschezza molto intensa e un effetto astringente sulla pelle. Ha un profumo molto fresco, intenso e pungente simile a quello di un farmaco. Io ho sempre associato questo profumo alla pulizia e all'igiene e trovo molto confortevole usare un prodotto con un simile profumo. Non ha colore, è trasparente però nella lista ingredienti ci sono coloranti. Contiene anche silicone fra gli ingredienti (quaternium-22). Ho notato che riduce la lucentezza tipica delle pelli oleosi come a volte lo è anche la mia e anche se non ho notato proprietà anti comedogeniche, le proprietà leggermente astringenti e rinfrescanti donano un aspetto pulito alla pelle. Ritengo che ci sia un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo quando il prodotto è in saldo, purtroppo a prezzo pieno ritengo la quantità insufficiente. Sicuramente acquisterò di nuovo questo prodotto ma non nel futuro avvicinato in quanto sono interessata a provare anche altri prodotti.

PRO: buon effetto tonificante e rinfrescante, buon rapporto qualità – prezzo in sconto

CONTRO: contiene siliconi, profumo e coloranti

Conclusione: consiglio questo tonico alle persone con pelle grassa e oleosa che cercano di ridurre la lucidità della pelle e non hanno problemi nel usare prodotti con ingredienti chimici.

Removes makeup residues and impurities by calming and toning the skin. This tonic should be used every day, morning and evening after cleaning the face with a small cotton pad and circular movements. After this step it should be applied a face cream to complete the skin care routine.

Personal opinion: from the first moment I noticed the sensation of very intense freshness and an astringent effect on the skin. It has a very fresh, intense and pungent fragrance similar to that of a pharmaceutical product. I have always associated this perfume with cleanliness and hygiene and I find it very comforting to use a product with a similar fragrance. It has no color, it is transparent but in the ingredient list there are dyes. Also contains silicone among the ingredients (quaternium-22). I noticed that it reduces the shine typical of oily skins as mine sometimes is and even if I have not noticed anti-comedogenic properties, the slightly astringent and refreshing properties give a clean appearance to the skin. I believe that there is an excellent quality / price ratio when the product is on sale, unfortunately at full price I consider the quantity insufficient. I will certainly purchase this product again but not in the near future as I am interested in trying other products too.

Conclusion: I recommend this tonic to people with oily skin who try to reduce skin shine and have no problems using products with chemical ingredients.

Torta alle ciliegie e cioccolato / Prajitura cu cirese si ciocolata / Cherry and chocolate cake

Astazi vreau sa impartasesc cu voi reteta unei prajituri delicioase care a facut furori in familie si pe social network. Eu ador ciresele si am vrut intotdeauna sa fac o prajitura cu cirese in care fructele sa nu se scufunde la fundul aluatului. Dupa indelungi cercetari si programe de bucatarie din care am obtinut multe sfaturi utile si idei inspirate, am ajus sa creez o prajitura pufoasa, aromata in care fructele au ramas la suprafata. Si pentru a face aceasta prajitura si mai delicioasa, am decis sa o acopar cu o glazura de ciocolata amaruie si sa o ornez cu cirese proaspete. Iata cum am procedatat:

Ingrediente pentru aluat: 3 oua, 200 grame de faina alba de grau 00, 120 grame de zahar, 80 grame de ulei de floarea soarelui, 1 fiola de esenta de vanilie, un varf de cutit de sare, praf de copt suficient pentru cantitatea de faina, 200 grame de cirese curatate de samburi

Ingrediente pentru glazura si decoratii: 200 grame de ciocolata amaruie, 1 esenta de rom sau vanilie (otional dupa gust), 20 grame de unt, 50 ml de smantana dulce, circa 20 de cirese pentru decorare

Mod de preparare pentru blat: Inainte de toate porniti cuptorul la 180 de grade si pregatiti o tava adecvata, mie imi place sa folosesc tavi rotunde pentru prajituri. Separati albusurile de galbenusuri, puneti-le in doua castroane separate. in castronul cu albusuri de ou adaugam sarea si incepem sa batem albusurile setand mixerul la viteza crescuta, in general eu folosesc viteza 3. Cand acestea fac varfuri, adaugati saharul treptat amestecand la aceeasi viteza pana band acesta se dizolva complet iar albusurile devin lucioase si se intaresc. Adaugati apoi galbenusurile treptat mixand in continuare si reduceti viteza mixerului la minim inainte de a adauga uleiul. Turnati uleiul usor intr-un fir subtite incorcoparand-ul complet. La sfarsit adaugati esenta de vanilie si faina treptat, incorporand-o cu ajutorul unei palete de silicon cu miscari de jos in sus. Nu folositi mixerul in aceasta faza pentru ca riscati se stricati aerarea albusurilor si compozitia aluatului. Turnati aluatul obtinut intr-o tava captusita in prealabil cu hartie de cuptor. Peste cirese presarati cateva lingurite de faina in mod uniform amestecandu-le usor cu mana, in acest mod nu se vor scufunda in aluat. Adaugati ciresele din loc in loc deasupra aluatului si introduceti tava in cuptor cu caldura provenind doar de jos si lasati in cuptor pentru aproximativ 50 de minute. Inainte sa o scoateti faceti testul scobitoarei, daca scobitoarea iese curata din prajitura atunci acesta este coapta. Puneti prajitura de o parte si lasati sa se raceasca. Nu taiati prajitura cat inca este calda pentru ca riscati ca aerul rece sa incruzeasca prajitura. Daca preferati sa mancati prajitura cu glazura calda, asteptati aproximatic doua ore inainte sa faceti glazura altminteri o puteti face imediat dupa ce ati scos prajitura din cuptor.

Prepararea glazurii: Se topeste ciocolata la bain marie, se adauga untul si smantana dulce mestecand usor, inainte sa luam vasul de la sursa de caldura adaugati esenta incorporand-o usor. Turnati ciocolata calda peste prajitura si intindeti-o cat de uniform puteti. Decorati prajitura cu alte cirese carora le-ati lasat si coditele. 
Aceasta prajitura poate fi un desert perfect, se poate degusta cu un pahar de vin alb sau rosé spumant sau cu bautura voastra preferata. Daca nu va place ciocolata amaruie sau nu doriti sa faceti glazura, puteti presara niste zahar pudra deasupra.

Ciao carissimi lettori,
Oggi voglio condividere con voi la ricetta di una deliziosa torta che ha fatto furore nella mia famiglia e sui social network. Amo le ciliegie e ho sempre voluto fare una torta di ciliegie in cui il frutto non affondasse nell'impasto. Dopo lunghe ricerche e programmi di cucina da cui ho tratto molti consigli utili e idee ispirate, sono arrivato a creare una torta soffice e aromatica in cui il frutto è rimasto in superficie. E per rendere questa torta ancora più deliziosa, ho deciso di coprirla con una glassa di cioccolato amaro e di decorarla con delle ciliegie fresche. Ecco come ho fatto:

Ingredienti per l'impasto: 3 uova, 200 grammi di farina di grano 00, 120 grammi di zucchero, 80 grammi di olio di girasole, 1 essenza aromatica di vaniglia, un pizzico di sale, lievito sufficiente per la quantità di farina, 200 grammi di ciliegie denocciolate 

Ingredienti per la glassa e per decorare: 200 grammi di cioccolato fondente, 1 essenza di rum o vaniglia (opzionale in base alle preferenze), 20 grammi di burro, 50 millilitri di panna dolce, circa 20 ciliegie per la decorazione

Procedimento per l'impasto: Innanzitutto, accendere il forno a 180 gradi e preparare un vassoio adatto, a me piace usare stampi rotondi quando faccio i per dolci. Separare gli albumi dai tuorli, metterli in due ciotole separate. Aggiungiamo il sale agli albumi in ciotola impostando prima di mixare gli albumi una velocità alta per il miscelatore, io di solito uso la 3. Quando gli albumi sono diventati sodi, aggiungete lentamente lo zucchero mescolando alla stessa velocità fino alla sua completa dissoluzione e fin quando il composto non diventi bianco, lucido e sodo. Poi aggiungere i tuorli gradualmente miscelando e riducendo al minimo la velocità del miscelatore prima di aggiungere l'olio. Versare l'olio lentamente fino al suo completo assorbimento. . Alla fine, aggiungere la vaniglia, il lievito e la farina gradualmente utilizzando una spatola in silicone e movimenti dal basso verso l'alto. Non utilizzare il miscelatore in questa fase perché si rischia di rovinare l'aerazione degli albumi e la composizione dell'impasto. Versare l'impasto in una teglia o tortiera precedentemente foderata con della carta forno. Consiglio di cospargere prima le ciliegie con qualche cucchiaino di farina in modo uniforme e mescolarli delicatamente con la mano, in questo modo non affonderanno nell'impasto. Aggiungere le ciliegie una qua e là sopra l'impasto e cuocere in forno con calore arrivando solo dal basso per circa 50 minuti. Prima di rimuovere dal forno, eseguire il test dello stuzzicadenti, se lo stuzzicadenti esce pulito la torta pronta. Mettere la torta da parte e lasciare che si raffreddi. Non tagliare la torta mentre è ancora calda perché si rischia che l'aria fredda rovini la torta. Se si preferisce mangiare la torta con la glassa calda, attendere circa due ore prima di fare la glassa altrimenti si può fare anche subito dopo la rimozione della torta dal forno.

Preparazione della glassa: Sciogliere il cioccolato a bagnomaria, aggiungere il burro e la panna dolce mescolando delicatamente e prima di togliere il vassoio dalla fonte di calore aggiungere l'essenza incorporandola facilmente. Versare la glassa calda sopra la torta e distribuirla uniformemente per quanto possibile. Decorare la torta con le altre ciliegie alle quali avete lasciato i piccioli.
Questa torta può essere un dessert perfetto, può essere gustata con un bicchiere di bianco o rosé frizzante o con la vostra bevanda preferita. 
Se non vi piace il cioccolato amaro o non volete la glassa, potete cospargere la superficie con zucchero a velo.

Today I want to share with you the recipe for a delicious cake that has made a furor in my family and on my social networks. I love cherries and I've always wanted to make a cherry cake in which the fruit didn't sink into the dough. After extensive research and cooking programs from which I took many useful tips and inspired ideas, I came to create a soft and aromatic cake in which the fruit remained on the surface. And to make this cake even more delicious, I decided to cover it with a bitter chocolate glaze and decorate it with fresh cherries. Here's how I did it:

Ingredients for the dough: 3 eggs, 200 grams of wheat flour 00, 120 grams of sugar, 80 grams of sunflower oil, 1 aromatic essence of vanilla, a pinch of salt, sufficient baking powder for the quantity of flour, 200 grams of pitted cherries

Ingredients for icing and decorating: 200 grams of dark chocolate, 1 essence of rum or vanilla (optional depending on your preference), 20 grams of butter, 50 milliliters of sweet cream, about 20 cherries for decoration

Procedure for the dough: First of all, turn on the oven at 180 Celsius degrees and prepare a suitable tray, I like to use round molds when I make cakes. Separate the egg whites from the yolks, place them in two separate bowls. Add the salt to the egg whites in a bowl, setting the speed of the mixer before blending the egg whites, I usually use level 3. When the egg whites have become firm, slowly add the sugar, stirring at the same speed until it is completely dissolved and until the mixture  becomes white, shiny and firm. Then add the egg yolks gradually mixing and minimizing the speed of the mixer before adding the oil. Pour the oil slowly until it is completely absorbed.  Finally, add the vanilla, the baking powder and flour gradually, using a silicone spatula and movements from bottom to top. Do not use the mixer at this stage because you risk ruining the aeration of the egg whites and the composition of the dough. Pour the mixture into a baking pan or pan previously lined with greaseproof paper. I advise you to sprinkle the cherries first with a few teaspoons of flour evenly and mix them gently with your hand, so they will not sink into the dough. Add the cherries one here and there over the dough and bake in the oven with heat coming only from the bottom for about 50 minutes. Before removing from the oven, perform the toothpick test, if the toothpick comes out clean the cake ready. Put the cake aside and let it cool. Do not cut the cake while it is still hot because there is a risk that the cold air will ruin the cake. If you prefer to eat the cake with hot icing, wait about two hours before making the icing otherwise you can do it immediately after removing the cake from the oven.

Preparation of the glaze: Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie, add the butter and sweet cream, stirring gently and before removing the tray from the heat source add the essence incorporating it easily. Pour the hot icing over the cake and distribute it evenly as much as possible. Decorate the cake with the other cherries to which you have left the petioles.
This cake can be a perfect dessert, it can be enjoyed with a glass of sparkling white or rosé wine or with your favorite beverage. 
If you don't like bitter chocolate or don't want icing, you can sprinkle the surface with icing sugar.

Nemici della cellulite / Enemies of cellulite

Ciao carissimi lettori,

Oggi voglio parlarvi di un prodotto che ho usato con grande soddisfazione tutto l’inverno in un modo quasi costante. Dico quasi costante perché purtroppo per mancanza di tempo o per dimenticanza non l’ho usato dopo ogni doccia ma comunque diverse volte alla settimana notando lo stesso un miglioramento della pelle e una leggerissima diminuzione della cellulite. Come avevo già menzionato prima, nessun prodotto da solo è in grado ad aiutarvi eliminare o ridurre la cellulite, per ottenere un risultato anche minimamente visibile bisogna seguire una dieta ipocalorica e fare tanto esercizio fisico. Il prodotto di cui voglio parlarvi oggi è: il Trattamento intensivo NO ACQUA anti-cellulite con Sali del Mar Morto e Pronalen del marchio Bottega Verde. Questo è un tonificante istantaneo per combattere gli inestetismi cutanei della cellulite. Secondo la descrizione del produttore contiene pregiati Sali del Mar Morto, ricchi di minerali e sodio e per migliorare la circolazione è stato inserito un potente mix di estratti vegetali come la caffeina, la rugoscenina e i flavonoidi, mix chiamato Pronalen. Non contiene cessori di formaldeide o parabeni. Questo prodotto è indicato per le persone che vogliono una pelle più tonica. I test realizzati su 20 donne hanno evidenziato dopo 8 settimane di trattamento nel 90% dei casi una pelle più levigata e liscia, nel 80% dei casi una pelle più morbida e nei 70% dei casi una pelle più compatta con una visibile riduzione dell’aspetto buccia di arancia della pelle.

Esperienza personale: Io ho acquistato questo prodotto grazie ad uno sconto di più di 70% e l’ho pagato solo 7,50 e diverse altre volte ho trovato questo prodotto allo stesso prezzo grazie agli sconti. Nonostante si tratti di un trattamento NO ACQUA, la consistenza di questo prodotto è una liquida. Si assorbe molto facilmente e confesso do aver dovuto applicarlo diverse volte per praticare un massaggio per la durata di 5 minuti. Ha un profumo delicato, fresco e piacevole che non riesco a descrivere con precisione. Applicando questo prodotto ho notato subito una pelle più nitida e liscia e dopo circa 4, 5 settimane ho cominciato a notare dei miglioramenti nell'aspetto della pelle e la riduzione della cellulite. Tutto sommato i risultati sono stati soddisfacenti. Il diffusore rende molto facile l’applicazione, purtroppo è abbastanza grande e ingombrante e quindi non è molto adatto da portare in viaggio. L’ho trovato molto piacevole da usare in inverno anche se non ugualmente efficace quanto la formula in gel recensita QUI. Probabilmente lo acquisterò di nuovo l’inverno prossimo, nel frattempo ritornerò a usare il gel della stessa linea.

PRO: risultati buoni, la pelle risulta subito più liscia e levigata e con il tempo si nota anche una diminuzione degli inestetismi della cellulite. Non contiene cessori di formaldeide o parabeni e viene realizzato con ingredienti naturali pregiati.

CONTRO: prezzo abbastanza alto nonostante gli sconti

Conclusione: consiglio questo prodotto alle persone che cercano una pelle più tonica e la diminuzione della cellulite con l’aiuto anche di una dieta ed esercizio fisico.

As I mentioned earlier, no single product is able to help you eliminate or reduce cellulite, to achieve even a minimally visible result you must follow a low-calorie diet and exercise as much as possible. The product I want to talk about today is: the NO WATER anti-cellulite Intensive Treatment with Dead Sea Salts and Pronalen of the Bottega Verde brand. This is an instant toner to combat cellulite imperfections. According to the manufacturer's description it contains valuable Dead Sea salts, rich in minerals and sodium and a powerful mix of plant extracts called Pronalen has been included to improve circulation, plants such as caffeine, rugoscenina and flavonoids. It does not contain cessors of formaldehyde or parabens. This product is indicated for people who want a more toned skin. The tests carried out on 20 women showed in 90% a smoother skin after 8 weeks of treatment, in 80% of cases a softer skin and in 70% of cases a more compact skin with a visible reduction of orange peel aspect of the skin.

How to use: the manufacturer recommends spraying the product on the interested areas and massaging with circular movements for at least 5 minutes. It is advisable to apply it morning and evening on the first 15 days and then once a day for at least another 6 weeks.

Personal experience: I bought this product thanks to a discount of more than 70% and I paid only 7.50 euros and several other times I found this product at the same price thanks to other discounts. Although it is a NO WATER treatment, the consistency of this product is a licquid one. It is absorbed very easily and I confess I have had to apply it several times in order to massage the skin for a duration of 5 minutes. It has a delicate, fresh and pleasant scent that I cannot describe accurately. Applying this product I immediately noticed a toner and smoother skin and after about 4, 5 weeks I began to notice improvements in the appearance of the skin and the reduction of cellulite. All in all the results were satisfactory. The diffuser makes the application very easy, unfortunately it is quite large and bulky and therefore it is not very suitable to take on the road. I found it very pleasant to use in winter even though not as effective as the gel formula reviewed HERE. I will probably buy it again next winter, in the meantime I will return to using the gel of the same line.

Astazi nu vreau sa va vorbesc despre moda, nici despre cosmetice sau calatorii, astazi vreau sa va vorbesc de un lucru mult mai important si anume atentia pe care ne-o acordam noua insine.

Traim intr-o lume care alearga mai repede decat un cal de curse, o lume in care intre munca cu orare neobisnuite, diverse angajamente pe care ni le-am asumat nu din placere ci mai degraba din obligatie, familie si casa, adesea nu mai avem timp pentru noi insine. De ce va vorbesc acum despre aceste lucruri? Motivul este faptul ca ma gasesc intr-un impas prevedibil pentru situatia mea dar sustinut de faptul ca nu mi-am alocat timpul si odihna de care aveam nevoie. 
M-am concentrat asupra cantitatii experientelor traite si nu calitatii lor iar acum realizez ca nu conteaza numarul angajamentelor pe o persoana si le asuma ci modul in care acestea ne satisfac si implinesc la nivel personal,

nu conteaza numarul cartilor cititi ci momentele in care te poti opri sa reflectezi asupra randurilor citite, nu conteaza numarul locurilor vizitate ci modul in care privesti si admiri un loc, nu conteaza cate retete inventezi ci dragostea pe care o pui in fiecare din ele la fel cum nu conteaza ce haine imbraci ci gradul in care acestea iti reflecta personalitatea si starea de spirit in momentul respectiv. Am incercat mereu sa ascund ceea ce sunt si cum sunt si chiar daca nu sunt pregatita sa urlu intregii lumi problemele pe care le am, am inteles ca comportandu-ma astfel devenisem cel mai crunt dusman al meu pentru ca nu ma acceptam cu adevarat si implicit nu ma iubeam.

Asadar dragilor, in postarea de astazi vreau sa va incurajez sa va iubiti, sa traiti fiecare moment ca si cum ar fi primul si unicul, sa va bucurati de plimbarile cu prietenii, sa admirati in liniste fiecare loc in care va gasiti, sa gustati cu pofta un aperitiv la ore neobisnuite si sa iubiti fiecare lucru pe care il faceti. Nu trebuie sa va fie frica sa savurati un pahar de sampanie si sa radeti cu gura pana la urechi daca asa simtiti in acel moment si nu trebuie nici sa va fie jena sa va opriti din mers pentru a va bucura de parfumul trandafirilor din drumul vostru pentru ca fiecare atentie pe care ne-o ingaduim in final se va traduce in liniste, sanatate si fericire.

Ciao carissimi,
Oggi non voglio parlare di moda, di cosmetici o di viaggi, oggi voglio parlarvi di una cosa molto più importante, ovvero l'attenzione che  diamo a noi stessi. Viviamo in un mondo che corre più veloce di un cavallo da corsa, un mondo in cui tra lavori con orari insoliti, impegni diversi che abbiamo assunto non per piacere ma piuttosto per obbligo, famiglia e casa, spesso non abbiamo più tempo per noi stessi. Il poco tempo che riusciamo a destinare a noi stessi  è spesso carente in qualità, è un tempo contato, vuoto, utilizzato per soddisfare impegni camuffati da piaceri personali.

La mancanza di momenti di introspezione, di momento di attenzione genuina per noi stessi apre le porte ad un vasto mondo di problemi, da problemi di salute, a problemi psicologici, problemi familiari e, infine, finanziari perché quelle piccole cose di cui non ci siamo occupati in tempo, finiranno per raccogliere grossi interessi. 

Perché sto parlando di queste cose adesso? Il motivo è che mi trovo in un momento difficile, prevedibile per la mia situazione, condizionato anche dal fatto che non ho stanziato il tempo e il riposo di cui avevo bisogno. 
Mi sono concentrata sulla quantità di esperienze e non sulla loro qualità ed ora mi rendo conto che non importa il numero di impegni che una persona si prende come questi ci soddisfano e completano a livello personale, non importa il numero di libri letti, ma i momenti in cui uno può fermarsi a riflettere sulle righe appena lette, non conta il numero di posti visitati, ma il modo di guardare e ammirare un luogo, non importa quante ricette abbiamo inventato ma l'amore che si mette in ciascuno di esse come anche non importa quali vestiti indossare, ma il grado in cui essi riflettano la nostra personalità e il nostro stato d'umore in quel momento. 
Ho sempre cercato di nascondere ciò che sono e come sono e anche se non sono pronta a gridare al mondo i miei problemi, ho capito che comportandomi cosi sono diventata il mio peggior nemico perché non mi accettavo e implicitamente non mi amavo. 

Quindi, carissimi, nel post di oggi voglio incoraggiarvi ad amare voi stessi, a vivere ogni momento come se fosse il primo e l'unico, a godervi le passeggiate con gli amici, ad ammirare tranquillamente ogni posto in cui ci si trova, a gustare con appetito un aperitivo in orari insoliti e amare ogni cosa che fatte. Non abbiate paura di assaporare un bicchiere di champagne e ridere a squarcia gola se e quello che sentite in quel momento e non dovreste nemmeno essere imbarazzati a smettere di camminare per godervi il profumo delle rose sulla strada perché ogni attenzione che ci concederemo finirà per tradursi in pace, salute e felicità. Quindi ogni volta che vi sentite stressati, stanchi ed esausti, fermatevi e concedetevi le piccole cose vi rendono felici. Fermatevi e amatevi perché, come lo ha già detto Federica, un'altra ragazza blogger, la prima persona che dovete amare è la propria persona!

Io ho deciso, d'ora in poi, farò tutto lentamente, con calma, mi prenderò delle pause e riposerò, mi godrò ogni momento, continuerò a scrivere, meno spesso ma meglio e con più piacere. E voi?

Today I don't want to talk to you about fashion, cosmetics or travel, today I want to talk about something much more important, that is the attention we give to ourselves. We live in a world that runs faster than a race horse, a world in which between jobs with unusual scheduling, different commitments that we have assumed not for pleasure but rather for obligation, family and home, we often don't have time for ourselves anymore. The little time we manage to allocate to ourselves is often lacking in quality, it's timed, empty, used to fulfill commitments disguised as personal pleasures. The lack of moments of introspection, of moments of genuine attention for ourselves opens the doors to a vast world of problems, from health problems, to psychological problems, family problems and, finally, financial problems because those little things that we had not dealt with in time will end up collecting big interests. Why am I talking about these things now? The reason is that I find myself in a difficult moment, predictable for my situation, conditioned also by the fact that I didn't allocate myself the time and the rest I needed. 

I focused on the quantity of experiences and not on their quality and now I realize that it doesn't matter the number of commitments that a person takes but how they satisfy us and complete us on a personal level, it doesn't matter the number of books read, but the moments in which one can stop and reflect on the lines that has just read, it does not count the number of places visited, but the way one sees and admires a place, it doesn't matter how many recipes we invented but the love that is put into each of them as well as  it doesn't matters what clothes one wears, but how they reflect our personality and mood in that moment. I have always tried to hide what I am and how I am and even if I am not ready to shout out my problems to the world, I have understood that behaving like this I have become my worst enemy because I did not accept myself and implicitly did not love myself. 

So, dear friends, in today's post I want to encourage you to love yourself, to live every moment as if it were the first and only one, to enjoy walks with friends, to quietly admire every place where you are, to enjoy with appetite an aperitif at unusual hours and love everything you do.Do not be afraid to enjoy a glass of champagne and laugh loudly if that's what you feel in that moment and you should not even be embarrassed to stop walking to enjoy the scent of roses on the road because any attention we give ourselves will eventually result in in peace, health and happiness. 

So every time you feel stressed, tired and exhausted, stop and allow yourself the little things that make you happy. Stop and love yourselves because, as Federica, another blogger, has already said, the first person you have to love is your own person!
I have decided, from now on, I will do everything slowly, calmly, I will take breaks and rest, I will enjoy every moment, I will continue to write, less often but better and with more pleasure. What about you?
