Oggi vorrei parlarvi di una linea cosmetica che ho usato con grande piacere l'anno scorso. In realtà, uso ancora alcuni dei prodotti di questa linea perciò ho ancora presente nella mente e nei miei sensi la fragranza lussuriosa e le sensazioni riconfortanti e rilassanti che la linea The Ritual of Ayurveda del marchio Rituals offre. L'ayurveda, scienza della vita, ha alla base il principio di condurre una vita equilibrata. Questa antica sapienza indiana aiuta a migliorare la salute e il benessere del corpo purificando e nutrendo l'energia. La collezione The Ritual of Ayurveda è stata accuratamente progettata per sostenere questa filosofia e quindi realizzare una linea di prodotti esclusivi per la casa e per il corpo che aiutano a bilanciare corpo, mente e anima. Il segreto ed il punto forte di questa linea sono due ingredienti preziosi: la rosa indiana e l'olio di mandorle molci. Mentre l'olio contribuisce a regolare l'equilibrio idrolipidico della pelle, la rosa indiana regala un profumo dolce e delicato, dando vita a una composizione floreale, nocciolata e fruttata che armonizza, rilassa e coccola i sensi.

I will then present the products I used, departing structurally from my usual reviews but still making all the considerations and evaluations I deem appropriate.

Questo prodotto è speciale perché ha una formula da gel a schiuma che si trasforma e fiorisce nel palmo della mano inebriandoci con una lussuosa fragranza floreale e una consistenza finissima e cremosa. Grazie a questi antichi ingredienti ayurvedici lascia la pelle morbida, soffice come la seta e nutrita. Viene realizzato con il 91% di ingredienti di origine naturale, mentre il restante 9% è costituito da ingredienti creati in laboratorio a supporto dell'integrità e della sicurezza del marchio Rituals. Ho usato diversi docciaschiuma, il primo, mi fu regalato dopo l'iscrizione e successivamente ne fui talmente estasiata che non resistetti a ricomprarlo svariate volte. Il prezzo, 10,90€ per 200 ml so che può essere alto, se si cerca un semplice prodotto per lavarsi, ma il docciaschiuma the ritual of ayurveda è una vera esperienza di vita. È una coccola quando ci si sente tristi, una ricarica quando ci si sente giù e una gioia avvolgente in qualsiasi altro momento. Inoltre, la pelle mi ha ringraziato ogni volta, non avendone quasi bisogno della crema corpo ma che ho usato comunque alcune volte per completare il trattamento di benessere.

The Ritual of Ayurveda Shower Gel - 200 ml metal tube

This product is unique because it features a gel-to-foam formula that transforms and blossoms in the palm of your hand, enveloping us with a luxurious floral fragrance and a fine, creamy texture. Thanks to these ancient Ayurvedic ingredients, it leaves the skin soft, silky smooth, and nourished. It is made with 91% naturally derived ingredients, while the remaining 9% are lab-created ingredients, supporting the integrity and safety of the Rituals brand. I've used several shower gels. The first one was given to me as a gift after signing up, and I was so thrilled with it that I couldn't resist buying it again several times. I know the price, €10.90 for 200 ml, can be a bit high if you're just looking for a simple cleansing product, but the Ritual of Ayurveda shower gel is a true life experience. It's a treat when you're feeling sad, a boost when you're feeling down, and an enveloping joy at any other time. Plus, my skin thanked me every time, barely needing the body cream, that I still used it a few times, to complete the wellness treatment.

Body scrub al sale - scatola in plastica contenente 300 gr di prodotto 

Il prodotto è uno scrub corpo rigenerante con il 94% di ingredienti di origine naturale, formulato con un mix di oli ricchi e sale rosa che contribuisce a purificare e rigenerare la pelle lasciando una sensazione di divino piacere. Le particelle di guscio di mandorle dolci rimuovono le cellule morte e lasciano la pelle più morbida, nutrita e levigata. Inoltre, lo scrub lascia sulla pelle uno strato sottile e ultra-nutriente di ricchi oli ayurvedici come l'olio di mandorle dolci e olio di cocco e olio di moringa. Ricchi di vitamina E, questi oli offrono una lucentezza sana e naturale dopo che il sale ha rimosso le cellule morte lasciando la pelle nitida e levigata. Ad ogni utilizzo lo scrub va mescolato e una quantità non più grossa di quella che riempie il palmo di una mano è sufficiente per trattare tutto il corpo. Io preferisco però prelevarlo gradualmente e stendere un velo sottile per evitare che cada e mi causi incidenti scivolosi nella doccia o sprechi inutili. Dopo averlo usato la pelle rimane liscia, levigata, soda, setosa e meravigliosamente profumata. Intendo ricomprarlo ma non prima di finire altri prodotti che mi sono stati regalati. E visto che ho adocchiato altri scrub dello stesso marchio, forse ne proverò un altro prima. Il costo dello scrub al momento è di 16.90€ ma io l'ho pagato poco più di 10€, prezzo che trovo giusto sia per le qualità del prodotto che per la quantità (300 g) e non nego che anche il prezzo pieno mi sembra giusto.

Salt Body Scrub - Plastic box containing 300 grams of product

This regenerating body scrub contains 94% naturally derived ingredients, formulated with a blend of rich oils and pink salt that helps purify and regenerate the skin, leaving a sensation of divine pleasure. Sweet almond shell particles remove dead cells, leaving skin softer, nourished, and smoother. Furthermore, the scrub leaves on the skin a thin, ultra-nourishing layer of rich Ayurvedic oils, including sweet almond oil, coconut oil, and moringa oil. Rich in vitamin E, these oils offer a healthy, natural glow after the salt removes dead skin cells, leaving skin clear and smooth. However, I prefer to scoop it out gradually and apply a thin layer to avoid it falling off and causing slippery accidents in the shower or unnecessary waste. After use, the skin is left feeling smooth, supple, firm, silky, and wonderfully scented. I plan to buy it again, but not before I finish some of the other products I was given as gifts. And since I've been eyeing other scrubs from the same brand, I might try another one first. The scrub currently costs €16.90, but I paid just over €10 for it, a price I think is fair for both the product's quality and the quantity (300g), and I won't deny that the full price seems fair too.

Ritual of Ayurveda balancing body cream - contenitore in plastica con coperchio a vite in legno contenente 220 ml di prodotto 

La crema corpo nutriente di The Ritual of Ayurveda è una crema ricca, con una texture soffice e lussuosa arricchita con olio di mandorle dolci ed estratti di rosa indiana per una pelle setosa, morbida e delicatamente profumata. Grazie al l'esclusivo complex Moisture Lock, un mix di ricchi oli naturali con proprietà lenitive, spezie esotiche e muschi bianchi, questa crema avvolge la pelle in un profumo ricco e sensuale lasciandola idratata a lungo, anche 48 ore. La pelle resta idratata, morbida, elastica e senza residui untuosi. Il prodotto si assorbe facilmente ma il massaggio per farlo assorbire è in realtà una coccola. Inoltre bastano piccole quantità per trattare tutto il corpo e visto che la confezione contiene 220 ml, la crema mi è bastata per parecchi mesi. Io l'ho usata a lungo, spesso in combinazione con bagnodoccia normali ed il profumo meraviglioso ha prevalso comunque e durato tutto il giorno trasferendosi anche sull'accapatoio o sulle magliette. Usata in combinazione al bagnoschiuma della stessa linea diventa un'esperienza lussuriosa, rilassante e avvolgente. 

Il costo al momento è di 24,90€, ai tempi, io l'ho pagata solo 19€ ed il barattolo era in plastica. L'aumento del prezzo credo si spieghi anche dal fatto che attualmente questa crema viene commercializzata in barattoli di vetro ma se prima avrei voluto ricomprarla, la nuova tipologia di confezionamento me lo impedisce. Ovviamente è una confezione più lussuosa e chic però, almeno per quanto mi riguarda, il rischio di romperla, causare incidenti e sprechi costosi mi determina ad evitare di comprarla. In merito al mio acquisto ai tempi, il costo di 19€, la quantità di 220 ml, il contenitore di plastica,e tutti i risultati descritti sopra mi fecero considerare un buon rapporto qualità prezzo e l'avrei sicuramente ricomprata ma purtroppo per il momento, visto il cambiamento della tipologia di packaging, non lo farò.

Ritual of Ayurveda Balancing Body Cream - Plastic jar with wooden screw-top lid containing 220 ml of product

The Ritual of Ayurveda's nourishing body cream is a rich cream with a soft, luxurious texture, enriched with sweet almond oil and Indian rose extracts for silky, soft, and delicately scented skin. Thanks to the exclusive Moisture Lock complex, a blend of rich, soothing natural oils, exotic spices, and white musk, this cream envelops the skin in a rich, sensual fragrance, leaving it hydrated for up to 48 hours. Skin is left hydrated, soft, and supple, leaving it free of a greasy residue. The product absorbs easily, but massaging it in is truly a treat. A small amount is enough to treat the entire body, and since the jar contains 220 ml, the cream lasted me for several months. I used it extensively, often in combination with regular shower gels, and the wonderful scent prevailed and lasted all day, even transferring to my bathrobe and T-shirts. Used in combination with the shower gel from the same line, it becomes a luxurious, relaxing, and enveloping experience.

The price currently is €24.90; back then, I paid only €19, and the jar was in plastic. I think the price increase is also explained by the fact that this cream is currently sold in glass jars, but while I would have previously wanted to buy it again, the new type of packaging prevents me from doing so. Obviously, the packaging is more luxurious and chic, but at least for me, the risk of breaking it, causing accidents and costly waste deters me from buying it. Regarding my purchase back then, the cost of €19, the quantity of 220 ml, the plastic packaging, and all the results described above made me consider it good value for money, and I would definitely have bought it again, but unfortunately, for the moment, given the change in the type of packaging, I won't.

Concludo adesso la mia recensione globale dei tre prodotti Rituals della linea Ritual of Ayurveda e credo che userò ancora questo sistema per recensire altre linee di cosmetici con più prodotti della stessa gamma e dove le impressioni sono preponderentemente positive. Fatemi sapere se vi trovate bene con questo output o se preferite il vecchio sistema analitico e schematico. Ovviamente, in quel caso, dovrei realizzare un post per ogni prodotto e richiederebbe molto più tempo e sforzo.

I'm now concluding my overall review of the three Rituals products from the Ritual of Ayurveda line, and I think I'll use this system again to review other cosmetic lines with multiple products from the same line, where the impressions are mostly positive. Let me know if you're comfortable with this approach or if you prefer the old, analytical, schematic approach. Obviously, in that case, I'd have to write a post for each product, which would require much more time and effort.

Solo Cose Belle - mese di Agosto / Only Beautiful Things - month of August

Carissimi lettori e amici,

Confesso che questo mese ho faticato davvero a trovare cose belle di cui parlare. I miei problemi personali e di salute sono stati sovrastati da quello che succede nel mondo, dalle sofferenze e le atrocità che tante persone vivono e mi hanno fatto cadere in uno stato di desolazione e impotenza. Pensando a questo post ho deciso che anche se non sono esplicitamente cose belle, forse la condivisione di alcuni momenti che mi hanno distratta da tutto questo, potrebbe funzionare. 

Ho addolcito la rabbia verso le mie gambe con delle maschere idratanti per i piedi, una vera coccola dopo una vacanza al mare che ha messo a dura prova la loro cute. Se v'interessa un'eventuale recensione, fatemi sapere e cercherò di organizzare un post futuro.

I confess that this month I really struggled to find beautiful things to talk about. My personal and health problems have been overwhelmed by what is happening in the world, by the sufferings and atrocities that so many people experience and have made me fall into a state of desolation and helplessness. Contro le notizie sconvolgenti invece non sapevo cosa fare e allora sono rincorsa al mio fidato youtube, alla ricerca di qualche gruppo o personaggio comico che mi faccia pensare almeno per qualche minuto ad altro e cosi ho scoperto HMATT. Oggi vorrei condividere con voi la recensione di un prodotto destinato alla cura delle unghie. Non so quanto sono importanti le unghie per voi, se le curate a casa voi stessi oppure se preferite andare in centri specializzati e affidarvi alle cure di persone specializzate ma credo comunque che l’uso di prodotti che trattano le unghie può sempre risultare utile. Durante i precedenti periodi di zona rossa, quando i centri di bellezza erano chiusi, avere a casa prodotti destinati alla cura delle unghie mi è tornato molto utile. Per questo motivo oggi desidero parlarvi del trattamento per unghie e cuticole Emozioni floreali – oil infusion del marchio italiano Bottega Verde. Non ho mai avuto grossi problemi con le cuticole ma ogni tanto una sessione di cure e coccole, hanno giovato molto alla cura delle mie mani.

Informazioni dal produttore: Il prodotto è un trattamento per cuticole sotto forma di olio con petali di fiori e oli naturali di girasole, rosa canina e mandorle dolci. Realizzato con 88% prodotti di origine naturale questo trattamento regala nutrimento ed emollienza ad unghie e cuticole prevenendo la formazione delle pellicine. Con un semplice gesto si può avere un contorno unghie perfettamente delineato e un momento di piacevole relax grazie al contenuto di oli preziosi.

Valutazione personale: Come avevo già menzionato non ho acquistato questo prodotto perché ne avessi realmente bisogno ma perché trovandolo scontato di più del 70%, ho deciso di provare i suoi benefici. Come primo beneficio che ho notato è stato il profumo piacevolissimo e la sensazione di relax mentre mi massaggiavo le cuticole con questo olio. Io applico il trattamento in una prima fase su unghie e cuticole, lo lascio agire per un paio di minuti e solo dopo comincio a massaggiare ogni dito alla volta. Mi piace eseguire questo trattamento prima di applicare lo smalto per avere mani curate e in ordine. Subito dopo il massaggio la pelle rimane soffice e liscia. Le cuticole si ammorbidiscono e con un simile trattamento ho evitato la comparsa di sgradevoli pellicine. Il prezzo è abbastanza alto ma considerando che il prodotto che ho io viene usato da circa due anni quasi e ho lo sto finendo solo adesso, ritengo comunque che abbia un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Il marchio offre diversi altri prodotti simili che ourtroppo non ho ancora testato. 

Vorrei aggiungere anche che uso il prodotto da quasi 24 mesi, quindi oltre la validità indicata dal produttore e non ho notato differenze o cambiamenti nella qualità del prodotto e del risultato.

PRO: confezione travel friendly, boccetta maneggevole con un pennello morbido e preciso, fragranza molto piacevole e rilassante, lascia la pelle e le cuticole molto soffici

CONTRO: abbastanza costoso a prezzo pieno

Conclusione: Questo prodotto potrebbe interessare persone con problemi di cuticole e pelle secca, che cercano allo stesso tempo di rilassarsi e curare le mani in modo adeguato.

In previous red zone period, when beauty centers were closed, having nail care products at home came in handy. For this reason, today I would like to talk to you about the Floral Emotions - oil infusion treatment for nails and cuticles by the Italian brand Bottega Verde. I have never had major problems with cuticles but every now and then a session of care and pampering, have greatly benefited the care of my hands.

Information from the manufacturer: The product is a cuticle treatment in the form of an oil with flower petals and natural sunflower, rosehip and sweet almond oils. Made with 88% products of natural origin, this treatment gives nourishment and emolliency to nails and cuticles, preventing the formation of skin. With a simple gesture you can have a perfectly outlined nail contour and a moment of pleasant relax thanks to the content of precious oils.

Personal evaluation: As I had already mentioned I didn't buy this product because I really needed it but because finding it discounted by more than 70% and, therefore I decided to try its benefits. The first benefit I noticed was the very pleasant scent and the feeling of relaxation while massaging my cuticles with this oil. I apply the treatment in a first phase on nails and cuticles, I let it act for a couple of minutes and only then I begin to massage each finger at a time. I like to perform this treatment before applying the nail polish to have neat and tidy hands. Immediately after the massage, the skin remains soft and smooth. The cuticles are softened and with a similar treatment I have avoided the appearance of unsightly cuticles. The price is quite high but considering that the product I have has been used for almost two years now and I am finishing it only now, I still think it has a good quality / price ratio. The brand offers similar other products that I have not managed to test yet. 

I would also like to add that I have been using the product for almost 24 months, therefore beyond the validity indicated by the manufacturer and I have not noticed any differences or changes in the quality of the product and the results.

Il mio post di oggi non è la solita recensione o presentazione di un prodotto ma vorrei parlarvi di una categoria di prodotti che avevo cominciato ad usare regolarmente da circa un anno per la detersione del viso. Questa categoria di prodotti sono i saponi e le saponette in forma solida. 
Il sapone viene usato da millenni per lavare e anche se non si sa con precisione quando fu inventato, abbiamo tante testimonianze scritte risalenti al 2800 a.C in Mesopotamia, a 1550 a.C in Egitto e perfino la Bibbia ne parla di questo prezioso alleato nella pulizia della persona. 
Il sapone è semplicemente un sale di sodio oppure di potassio di un acido carbossilico alifatico a lunga catena realizzato attraverso un processo di idrolisi alcalina (saponificazione) di grassi di origine animale o vegetale. Le saponette tradizionali reperibili in commercio sono realizzate con 80% sego bovino e 20% olio d'oliva, di cocco o un altro olio di origine vegetale. I saponi naturali biologici come sono i saponi artigianali, vengono prodotti con una tecnica tradizionale, metodo a caldo o a freddo, prediligono gli oli vegetali e sono privi delle componenti chimiche presenti nei saponi industriali. Confesso di aver usato sia saponi artigianali sia saponi industriali, qualche simile prodotto commerciale lo riconoscerete sicuramente anche nelle foto sottostanti e mi sono trovata abbastanza bene con tutti anche perché il sapone va usato in base alla zona del corpo che desideriamo pulire. Qui arriviamo al discorso pH, acido, neutro o basico. Il pH ha un valore da 0 a 14, 7 rappresenta un valore neutro, i valori decrescenti denotano un pH acido mentre i valori crescenti rappresentano un pH basico. La nostra pelle ha un pH che oscilla in media fra 5,4 e 5,9 ma nella zona ascelle, zona perianale e zona genitale il pH è di 6,5. L'acidità della pelle serve a inibire la crescita di funghi e batteri patogeni, mantiene la durezza della cheratina elemento presente nei capelli, unghie e a contrastare i processi di ossidazione cellulare. Per questo motivo le zone intime hanno bisogno di un pH più acido. Il sapone ha normalmente un pH superiore a 7, solitamente fra 8 e 10 quindi ha un pH basico e quindi non è raccomandato per la detersione delle zone intime. 
Il sapone naturale biologico ha sempre un pH basico mentre in commercio esistono anche saponi acidi o "saponi non saponi" chiamati anche syndet dal inglese synthetic detergent. Questi saponi hanno un pH di 5,5 simile a quello della pelle, risultando meno aggressivi per via dell'assenza di alcalinità libera. Questi saponi sono consigliati per le pelli ipersensibili ai saponi tradizionali. 
Al giorno d'oggi abbiamo una scelta molto ampia di saponi realizzati con burro di karitè, olio d'oliva, olio di mandorle dolci, olio di colza, olio di Argan e arricchiti con diversi ingredienti preziosi. 
In questo periodo sentiamo continuamente quanto fosse importante lavarsi le mani trascurando il fatto che anche la detersione del viso è molto importante. Abbiamo tutti una routine preferita per la pulizia del viso e mi piacerebbe conoscere la vostra nei commenti ma io preferisco usare le barrette di sapone. In questo periodo #iorestoacasa e quindi non ho avuto bisogno di cambiare la mia solita routine. Ma visto che rientrerò a breve a lavorare in ufficio e quindi anche a uscire di casa, pensavo di aggiungere un passo in più e cioè lavare anche il viso una volta rientrata a casa perché i germi si depositano anche sul viso oppure io inavvertitamente ho toccato la faccia. Avevo scelto il sapone per la detersione del viso molti mesi fa perché pulisce in profondità. Come probabilmente ve lo ricordiate, ho una pelle con problemi di ipersecrezione seborroica che a volte causa l'ipercheratosi. Per questo motivo necessito una pulizia più profonda che non mi secchi la pelle e la mia scelta è caduta sul sapone. Confesso che amo molto il sapone anche perché ha un bellissimo profumo che permane sulla pelle a lungo. Avevo iniziato a comprare i saponi proprio per questo motivo, perché mi piaceva sentire il loro profumo nei cassetti e negli armadietti ma poi avevo cominciato a usarli anche per la detersione. Pensate che nei miei viaggi, adoravo sempre comprare delle saponette specifici al paese o al posto, prima per regalarle e alla fine per usarle. Le mie amiche quando viaggiano mi portano come ricordo, delle saponette e confesso che ho avuto la fortuna di inebriarmi dei profumi più esotici e frizzanti. Mi piace la schiuma bianca, soffice, brillante che sprigiona un aroma piacevolissimo mentre massaggio la pelle del mio viso, collo e corpo, mi piace sapere che la mia pelle viene curata e detersa con i migliori ingredienti e una volta asciugata, mi piace accarezzare la pelle levigata e fragrante. 
Con il tempo la produzione del sapone è cambiata per far fronte alle richieste della clientela e della società contemporanea ed ecco che cosi abbiamo il sapone antimicrobico, il sapone vegano, sapone con ridotto impatto sull'ambiente, ecc.

My post today is not the usual review or presentation of a product but I would like to tell you about a category of products that I had started using regularly for about a year or so for facial cleansing. This category of products are bar soaps and soaps in solid form. Soap has been used for millennia to wash and although it is not known exactly when it was invented, we have many written records dating back to 2800 BC in Mesopotamia, 1550 BC in Egypt and even the Bible speaks of this precious ally in personal cleasing. 
The soap is simply a sodium or potassium salt of a long chain aliphatic carboxylic acid made through an alkaline hydrolysis (saponification) process of animal or vegetable fats. The commercially available traditional soaps are made with 80% bovine tallow and 20% olive oil, coconut oil or another vegetable oil. Natural organic soaps, like artisan soaps, are produced with a traditional technique, hot or cold method, they prefer vegetable oils and are free of the chemical components present in industrial soaps. I confess that I have used both artisanal and industrial soaps, you will certainly recognize some similar commercial products in the photos below and I found myself quite well with everyone also because the soap should be used based on the area of the body that we want to clean. Let's discuss now the pH argument, pH might be acid, neutral or basic. The pH has a value raging from 0 to 14, 7 represents a neutral value, the decreasing values denote an acid pH while the increasing values represent a basic pH. Our skin has a pH that fluctuates on average between 5.4 and 5.9 but in the armpit area, perianal area and genital area the pH is 6.5. The acidity of the skin serves to inhibit the growth of pathogenic fungi and bacteria, maintains the hardness of the keratin element present in the hair, nails and to counteract the processes of cellular oxidation. For this reason, intimate areas need a more acidic pH. The soap normally has a pH higher than 7, usually between 8 and 10 therefore it has a basic pH and is thus not recommended for cleansing intimate areas. Natural organic soap always has a basic pH while on the market there are also acid soaps or "non-soaps" also called syndet from the English "synthetic detergent". These soaps have a pH of 5.5 similar to that of the skin, making them less aggressive due to the absence of free alkalinity. These soaps are recommended for skin that is hypersensitive to traditional soaps.
Nowadays we have a very wide choice of soaps made with shea butter, olive oil, sweet almond oil,  rapeseed oil, argan oil and enriched with different precious ingredients.
In this period we continually hear how important it was to wash hands neglecting the fact that facial cleansing is also very important. We all have a favorite facial cleansing routine and I'd like to know yours in the comments but I prefer to use soap bars. In this period I #stayhome  and therefore I didn't need to change my usual routine. But since I will soon return to work in the office and therefore also to leave the house, I thought of adding an extra step and that is of also washing my face once I got home because germs lay on face too or I might have touched it inadvertently. I had chosen soap for face cleansing many months ago because it cleans deeply. As you probably remember, I have skin with seborrheic hypersecretion problems that sometimes causes hyperkeratosis. For this reason I need a deeper cleaning that does not dry out my skin and my choice was the soap. I confess that I love soap a lot also because it has a beautiful scent that lasts on the skin for a long time. I had started buying soaps for this reason, because I liked to smell their perfume in my drawers and lockers, but then I started using them also for cleaning. You should know that in my travels, I always loved to buy soap specific to the country or place, first to give them as small attentions and finally to use them. When my friends travel they bring me as a souvenir a bar of soap and I confess that I was lucky enough to get enebriated with the most exotic and fizzy perfumes. I like the white, soft, shiny foam that releases a very pleasant aroma while I massage the skin of my face, neck and body, I like to know that my skin is treated and cleansed with the best ingredients and once dried, I like to caress my smooth and fragrant skin. 
Over time the production of soap has changed to meet the demands of customers and contemporary society and so we have antimicrobial soap, vegan soap, soap with reduced impact on the environment, etc.

Oggi voglio parlarvi di un prodotto che ho usato con grande soddisfazione tutto l’inverno in un modo quasi costante. Dico quasi costante perché purtroppo per mancanza di tempo o per dimenticanza non l’ho usato dopo ogni doccia ma comunque diverse volte alla settimana notando lo stesso un miglioramento della pelle e una leggerissima diminuzione della cellulite. Come avevo già menzionato prima, nessun prodotto da solo è in grado ad aiutarvi eliminare o ridurre la cellulite, per ottenere un risultato anche minimamente visibile bisogna seguire una dieta ipocalorica e fare tanto esercizio fisico. Il prodotto di cui voglio parlarvi oggi è: il Trattamento intensivo NO ACQUA anti-cellulite con Sali del Mar Morto e Pronalen del marchio Bottega Verde. Questo è un tonificante istantaneo per combattere gli inestetismi cutanei della cellulite. Secondo la descrizione del produttore contiene pregiati Sali del Mar Morto, ricchi di minerali e sodio e per migliorare la circolazione è stato inserito un potente mix di estratti vegetali come la caffeina, la rugoscenina e i flavonoidi, mix chiamato Pronalen. Non contiene cessori di formaldeide o parabeni. Questo prodotto è indicato per le persone che vogliono una pelle più tonica. I test realizzati su 20 donne hanno evidenziato dopo 8 settimane di trattamento nel 90% dei casi una pelle più levigata e liscia, nel 80% dei casi una pelle più morbida e nei 70% dei casi una pelle più compatta con una visibile riduzione dell’aspetto buccia di arancia della pelle.

Consiglio d’uso: il produttore consiglia di spruzzare il prodotto nelle zone interessate e massaggiare con movimenti circolari per almeno 5 minuti. Si consiglia di applicarlo mattina e sera nei primi 15 giorni e in seguito una volta al giono per almeno altre 6 settimane.

Avvertenze: Contiene alcool, non va utilizzato sulla cute lesa e nel caso di contatto con gli occhi bisogna sciaquare con acqua abbonantemente.

Esperienza personale: Io ho acquistato questo prodotto grazie ad uno sconto di più di 70% e l’ho pagato solo 7,50 e diverse altre volte ho trovato questo prodotto allo stesso prezzo grazie agli sconti. Nonostante si tratti di un trattamento NO ACQUA, la consistenza di questo prodotto è una liquida. Si assorbe molto facilmente e confesso do aver dovuto applicarlo diverse volte per praticare un massaggio per la durata di 5 minuti. Ha un profumo delicato, fresco e piacevole che non riesco a descrivere con precisione. Applicando questo prodotto ho notato subito una pelle più nitida e liscia e dopo circa 4, 5 settimane ho cominciato a notare dei miglioramenti nell'aspetto della pelle e la riduzione della cellulite. Tutto sommato i risultati sono stati soddisfacenti. Il diffusore rende molto facile l’applicazione, purtroppo è abbastanza grande e ingombrante e quindi non è molto adatto da portare in viaggio. L’ho trovato molto piacevole da usare in inverno anche se non ugualmente efficace quanto la formula in gel recensita QUI. Probabilmente lo acquisterò di nuovo l’inverno prossimo, nel frattempo ritornerò a usare il gel della stessa linea.

PRO: risultati buoni, la pelle risulta subito più liscia e levigata e con il tempo si nota anche una diminuzione degli inestetismi della cellulite. Non contiene cessori di formaldeide o parabeni e viene realizzato con ingredienti naturali pregiati.

CONTRO: prezzo abbastanza alto nonostante gli sconti

Conclusione: consiglio questo prodotto alle persone che cercano una pelle più tonica e la diminuzione della cellulite con l’aiuto anche di una dieta ed esercizio fisico.

I say almost constant because unfortunately due to lack of time or forgetfulness I have not used it after every shower but nevertheless I used it several times a week noticing the same, an improvement in the skin and a very slight decrease in cellulite. As I mentioned earlier, no single product is able to help you eliminate or reduce cellulite, to achieve even a minimally visible result you must follow a low-calorie diet and exercise as much as possible. The product I want to talk about today is: the NO WATER anti-cellulite Intensive Treatment with Dead Sea Salts and Pronalen of the Bottega Verde brand. This is an instant toner to combat cellulite imperfections. According to the manufacturer's description it contains valuable Dead Sea salts, rich in minerals and sodium and a powerful mix of plant extracts called Pronalen has been included to improve circulation, plants such as caffeine, rugoscenina and flavonoids. It does not contain cessors of formaldehyde or parabens. This product is indicated for people who want a more toned skin. The tests carried out on 20 women showed in 90% a smoother skin after 8 weeks of treatment, in 80% of cases a softer skin and in 70% of cases a more compact skin with a visible reduction of orange peel aspect of the skin.

Personal experience: I bought this product thanks to a discount of more than 70% and I paid only 7.50 euros and several other times I found this product at the same price thanks to other discounts. Although it is a NO WATER treatment, the consistency of this product is a licquid one. It is absorbed very easily and I confess I have had to apply it several times in order to massage the skin for a duration of 5 minutes. It has a delicate, fresh and pleasant scent that I cannot describe accurately. Applying this product I immediately noticed a toner and smoother skin and after about 4, 5 weeks I began to notice improvements in the appearance of the skin and the reduction of cellulite. All in all the results were satisfactory. The diffuser makes the application very easy, unfortunately it is quite large and bulky and therefore it is not very suitable to take on the road. I found it very pleasant to use in winter even though not as effective as the gel formula reviewed HERE. I will probably buy it again next winter, in the meantime I will return to using the gel of the same line.

PRO: good results, the skin is immediately smoother and neater and over time I also noticed a decrease in cellulite blemishes. It does not contain formaldehyde or parabens and is made with valuable natural ingredients.

Anche per stavolta il post di oggi riguardo una mia personale recensione di un prodotto cosmetico, una recensione che non è una collaborazione ma la mia onesta testimonianza dopo l’utilizzo di questo prodotto. Avevo sentito parlare molto della linea Caffè Verde di Bottega Verde e appena ho visto il loro Gel Rassodante Seno con estratto di caffè verde  e oli essenziali non ho saputo resistere. Prima di tutto lasciatemi dire che ho acquistato questo prodotto grazie ad un coupon nelle cartoline individuali estive al prezzo di solo 5,99 e dopo averlo provato tutta l’estate e appena mi sono trovata per le mani un’altra cartolina, ho usato un altro coupon per lo stesso motivo. Per quanto riguarda le informazioni disponibili dal produttore questo prodotto è un gel fresco che si assorbe facilmente, ideale per tonificare la cute del seno. Contiene estratto di caffè verde, collagene vegetale derivato dal sesamo, olio di lavanda, olio di arancio amaro, neroli, pino silvestre e ylang ylang. Va applicata una piccola quantità sulla zona interessata massaggiando dal basso verso l’alto fino a completo assorbimento una o due volte al giorno. Come risultato si dovrebbe ottenere una effetto tensore immediato e una pelle più tonificata ed elastica per un scollatura sempre bella. Dalla confezione possiamo leggere che non contiene parabeni, cessori di formaldeide e oli minerali, in più come per tanti atri prodotti Bottega Verde la confezione è realizzata in plastica riciclabile.

La confezione è un tubo molto pratico che contiene 100 ml.

Il prezzo pieno in negozio è di 14,99 e anche se non è molto alto consiglio sempre di usare i loro sconti ogni volta che avete occasione.

Opinione personale: Prima di tutto la consistenza è più simile ad una crema ce ad un gel e si assorbe abbastanza facilmente. Ho veramente notato una certa freschezza ma per quanto riguarda il profumo sa molto di sapone fatto in casa. Sono sicura che però siete interessati soprattutto ai risultati e devo confessare che il risultato ha superato le mie aspettative. Ho subito notato una pelle più compatta e tonica effetto che si sente al tatto ma si vede anche a occhio libero, infatti mio marito ha apprezzato molto l’uso di questo prodotto. Certo se avete problemi di ptosi non vi aspettate l’effetto di un intervento chirurgico per quello non l’ho otterrete mai con nessun prodotto cosmetico ma per quanto riguarda l’aspetto della pelle quello è stato decisamente migliorato. L’ho ricomprerò ancora in futuro dopo aver finito la seconda confezione anche se non avrò più uno sconto. Dal mio punto di vista questo è un prodotto che merita i suoi soldi.

First of all let me say that I bought this product thanks to a coupon in the individual summer cards at the price of only 5.99 and after having tried it all summer and I found I had another promotion card on my hands, I used another coupon for the same reason. As for the information available from the manufacturer, this product is a fresh gel that is easily absorbed, ideal for toning the skin of the breast. Contains green coffee extract, vegetable collagen derived from sesame, lavender oil, bitter orange oil, neroli, Scots pine and ylang ylang essential oil. A small amount should be applied to the affected area, massaging from bottom to top until completely absorbed once or twice a day. As a result, an immediate tensor effect should be obtained and a more toned and elastic skin for a well-defined bust. From the packaging we can read that it does not contain parabens, releasers of formaldehyde and mineral oils, in addition as for many other Bottega Verde products the packaging is made of recyclable plastic.

The full price in the store is 14.99 and although it is not very high I always recommend using their discounts whenever you might get the chance.

Personal opinion: First of all, the consistency is more similar to a cream than to a gel and is absorbed quite easily. I really noticed a certain freshness but as far as the scent is concerned, it reminds me a lot that of homemade soap. I'm sure, however, you are especially interested in the results and I must confess that the result exceeded my expectations. I immediately noticed a more compact and toned skin effect that is felt to the touch but can also be seen with a clear eye, in fact my husband has appreciated the use of this product. Of course if you have problems with ptosis do not expect the effect of surgery because that can't be obtained with any cosmetic product but regarding the appearance of the skin that has been decidedly improved. I will re-buy it again in the future after finishing the second tube even if I won't have more discounts. From my point of view this is a product that deserves its money.
