Solo cose belle - edizione luglio 2022 / Only beautiful things - July 2022 edition

Ciao carissimi lettori e amici,

È arrivato il momento di condividere con voi le belle cose e i bei momenti di questo mese. Ho già preannunciato sul mio Instagram account una parte delle bellissime cose di questo mese, cioè la mia "foresta di orchidee", come una mia amica ha chiamato la mia collezione di orchidee fiorite di questo mese. Beh, a dire la verità hanno iniziato a fiorire verso la metà del mese di giugno e sono tuttora qui, a deliziare il mio sguardo con i loro splendidi colori. Una buona parte di loro sono già alla seconda fioritura per quest'anno e alcune sullo stesso stelo. Per coloro che non mi seguono sui social, ecco qui le mie orchidee fiorite questo mese.

The time has come to share with you the beautiful things and moments for this month.  I have already announced on my Instagram account a part of the beautiful things of this month, namely my "orchid forest", as a friend of mine called my collection of blooming orchids.  Well, to tell the truth they started to bloom in the middle of June and are still here, delighting my eyes with their splendid colors.  A good part of them are already in their second flowering this year and some on the same stem.  For those who don't follow me on social media, here are my blooming orchids this month.

Ci sono tantissime altre cose belle che vorrei condividere con voi questo mese visto che ho appena finito le ferie estive però ho scelto di parlarvi adesso solo di uno dei posti che ho visitato e parlarvi di tutti gli altri meravigliosi luoghi nei miei futuri articoli che hanno come argomento principale i viaggi. Il posto di cui vorrei parlarvi oggi è il parco nazionale Adamello o Sozzine Park vicino alla località Ponte di Legno. È uno parco libero, adatto a tutti, anziani, coppie e anche famiglie con bambini visto che sono dotati anche di tanti giochi e attrazioni per i piccini. Nei piccoli laghetti ho visto bambini fare il bagno, sull'erba ho visto coppie giovani o di terza età prendere il sole o famiglie fare picnic. In più, come in qualsiasi città del Trentino, l'acqua che scorre nelle fontane è potabile quindi non serve portarsi dietro litri di acqua per una giornata in natura, basta avere una borraccia da riempire al bisogno con acqua fresca. Nel parco c'è anche un piccolo chiosco dov'è possibile prendersi un panino, un gelato o bibite per rifrescarsi. Ho trovato solo una pecca, i servizi igienici erano raggruppati al centro del parco e non facilmente raggiungibili da persone con problemi di deambulazione.

There are many other beautiful things that I would like to share with you this month since I have just finished the summer holidays but I have decided to talk to you now only about one of the places I have visited and tell you about all the other wonderful places in my future articles that have travel as main topic.  The place I would like to tell you about today is the Adamello National Park or Sozzine Park near Ponte di Legno.  It is a free park, suitable for everyone, seniors, couples and even families with children as they are also equipped with many games and attractions for children.  In the small lakes I saw children bathing, on the grass I saw young or old couples sunbathing or families picnicking.  In addition, as in any city in Trentino, the water that flows in the fountains is drinkable so there is no need to carry liters of water for a day in nature, just have a bottle to fill with fresh water whenever needed.  In the park there is also a small kiosk where you can get a sandwich, an ice cream or drinks to cool down.  I found only one flaw, the toilets were grouped in the center of the park and not easily accessible by people with walking problems.

Ciao carissimi amici e lettori,

Nel post di oggi condivido le cose belle relative al mese di ottobre dell'anno corrente. Il mese è iniziato molto bene perché nella prima settimana o incontrato una carissima amica che non vedevo da tempo. Ogni tanto ci facciamo una chiacchierata al telefono ma non è niente in confronta ad una ritrovata in persona. Purtroppo la situazione che ha sconvolto le nostre vite negli ultimi due anni, hanno anche limitato molto le nostre possibilità di vederci. Quindi potete immaginare quanto fossi impaziente di incontrare nuovamente la mia amica Francesca, con cui ho diverse cose in comune, tra le quali anche la passione per il blogging.  In tale occasione abbiamo scelto un ristorante molto carino e abbiamo pranzato insieme ai nostri cari mariti. Come potete vedere il posto scelto è molto pittoresco con proposte gastronomiche all'altezza e la ritrovata è stata arricchita da una conversazione proficua e appagante. In onestà, siamo stati fra i primi ad arrivare e gli ultimi ad andarsene e quando ci siamo salutati, abbiamo scambiato regali e si siamo proposti di non aspettare cosi a lungo per ritrovarci. Ci siamo regalate la stessa tipologia di regali, indovinate cosa? Libri! Ognuna ha regalato all'altra un libro, di cui aveva già letto un esemplare in precedenza e aveva apprezzato la trama, la narrazione e lo stile letterario. Sono due libri recenti, apprezzati molto dal pubblico lettore tanto da essere editate tante, tante volte. Condivido con voi il regalo che ho ricevuto io, per quanto riguarda il libro che ho regalato io, ve lo farò presente quando condividerò con voi la recensione.

In today's post I share the beautiful things related to the month of October of the current year. The month started very well because in the first week I met a very dear friend that I hadn't seen for a long time. Every now and then we have a chat on the phone but it is nothing compared to seeing ourselves in person. Unfortunately, the situation that has disrupted our lives over the past two years has also greatly limited our chances of seeing each other. So you can imagine how eager I was to meet my friend Francesca again, with whom I have several things in common, including the passion for blogging. On that occasion we chose a very nice restaurant and had lunch with our dear husbands. As you can see the chosen place is very picturesque with delicious gastronomic proposals and the discovery was enriched by a fruitful and satisfying conversation. Honestly, we were among the first to arrive and the last to leave and when we said goodbye, we exchanged gifts and made a promise not to wait that long in order to meet again. We gave ourselves the same kind of gifts, guess what? Books! Each gave the other a book, of which she had already read a copy previously and enjoyed the plot, the narrative and the literary style. Is the case of two recent books, much appreciated by the public reader so much that they have been edited many, many times over. I share with you the gift I received, as for the book I gave as gift, I will let you know when I'll share the review with you.

L'altro evento importante e bello dell'inizio di questo mese è stato l'anniversario del mio matrimonio. In tale occasione abbiamo deciso di passare la giornata fuori facendo le cose che ci piacciono molto e di cui abbiamo fatto a meno negli ultimi anni, iniziando ad usufruire solo dopo l'implementazione del green pass. Abbiamo pranzato e cenato fuori e abbiamo fatto una maratone cinema. A pranzo ci siamo recati in un fast food che apprezziamo molto per gustarci alcuni dei nostri piatti preferiti, poi abbiamo visionato al cinema il nuovo film 007 cioè BOND 25 - NO TIME TO DIE e in seguito la pellicola ESCAPE ROOM 2 - gioco mortale. Abbiamo scelto di concludere questo pomeriggio pieno di emozioni con una cena molto intima, in un ristorante etnico dove il piatto viene condiviso e consumato con le mani. Sono diversi anni che non frequentavamo più questo ristorante e siamo stati molto contenti di scoprire che i sapori e gli aromi erano gli stessi e che l'atmosfera era ancora più romantica e personale. Ovviamente in questa occasione io e mio marito ci siamo regalati le cose che amiamo di più, e mi domando se indovinerete quale sia stato il mio regalo ;)

Un'altra cosa bella che vorrei menzionare è stato il cambiamento che abbiamo notato nell'atmosfera generale fra l'inizio del mese e la fine dello stesso mese. Se ai primi di ottobre il cinema era ancora quasi vuoto, quando siamo tornati alla fine del mese abbiamo trovato le sale quasi piene e per quanto riguarda i ristoranti, i bar e i pub, abbiamo notato che alcuni posti che non avevano ancora aperto le porte, adesso hanno ricominciato a ricevere clienti e deliziarli con le loro pietanze secondo i vecchi orari di apertura. Non so voi, ma io ho interpretato tutto questo come l'inizio di un ritorno alla normalità.

The other important and beautiful event of the beginning of this month was my wedding anniversary. On that occasion we decided to spend the day out doing the things we really like and have done without or less in recent years, returning to a kind of normality only after the implementation of the green pass. We had lunch and dinner out and did a cinema marathon. For lunch we went to a fast food restaurant that we really appreciate to enjoy some of our favorite dishes, then we watched the new movie 007 at the cinema, that is BOND 25 - NO TIME TO DIE and then the film ESCAPE ROOM 2 - tournament of champions. We have chosen to conclude this afternoon full of emotions with a very intimate dinner, in an ethnic restaurant where the dish is shared and eaten with hands. We have not frequented this restaurant for several years and we were very happy to find that the flavors and aromas were the same and that the atmosphere was even more romantic and personal. Obviously on this occasion my husband and I gave ourselves as gifts the things we love most, and I wonder if you will guess what my gift was;)

Another beautiful thing I would like to mention was the change we noticed in the general atmosphere between the beginning of the month and the end of the same month. If at the beginning of October the cinema was still almost empty, when we returned at the end of the month we found the halls almost full and as regards the restaurants, bars and pubs, we noticed that some places that had not yet opened their doors, now they have begun to receive customers and delight them with their dishes according to the old opening hours. I don't know about you, but I interpreted all of this as the beginning of a return to normal.

Solo Cose Belle - Settembre 2021 / Only beautiful things - September 2021

Carissimi amici e lettori, 

È arrivato finalmente il momento di condividere con voi le cose belle che ho vissuto al mese di settembre. 

Prima di tutto vorrei parlarvi di un film che mi ha fortemente impressionato e perciò per me è stato una bella esperienza. Ho visto diversi film al cinema  ma questo è l'unico che ha una storia vera e tratta un'argomento importante che merita finalmente di essere portato all'attenzione del mondo intero. Il film è Blue Bayou, scritto e diretto da Justin Chon (che tra l'altro recita anche la parte del protagonista), un film che nonostante l'argomento triste che tratta, è un film talmente ben realizzato che è stato nominato alla sezione Un Certain Regard del 74° Festival di Cannes. Confesso di essermi emozionata moltissimo e di aver guardato più della del film con gli occhi lucidi. Qualcuno potrebbe chiedersi come posso considerare una cosa bella, una storia triste, tanto triste da far piangere. Beh, la risposta è semplice, perché è stata fatta con il cuore, perché è stata realizzata bene, perché fa riflettere e perché ha fatto correre una cosa che spero non diventi mai immobile in me, la mia mente, il mio pensiero. Non voglio fare spoiler e quindi non vi racconterò il film perché voglio prima di tutto farvi venire voglia di vederlo. E se ci andate, restate fino alla fine, perché dopo quello che è un finale hollywoodiano, che probabilmente è stato il motivo per il quale il film non ha vinto il premio al festival di Cannes, l'argomento che ha ispirato la pellicola diventa concreto e sconvolgente.

Dear friends and readers,

The time has finally come for me to share with you the beautiful things I experienced in September.

First of all I would like to tell you about a movie that greatly impressed me and therefore it was a good experience for me.  I have seen several films at the cinema but this is the only one that has a true story and deals with an important topic that finally deserves to be brought to the attention of the whole world.  The film is Blue Bayou, written and directed by Justin Chon (who among other things also plays the part of the protagonist), a movie that despite the sad story it relates to, is a film so well made that it was nominated in the section A Certain Regard at the 74th Cannes Film Festival.  I confess I was very excited and watched more than half of the movie with tears in my eyes.  Some may wonder how I can consider a beautiful thing, a sad story, so sad it makes you cry.  Well, the answer is simple, because it was done with the heart, because it was done well, because it makes you think and because it put motion to something that I hope will never get blocked in me, my mind, my thoughts.  I don't want to make spoilers so I won't tell you more about the movie because I want to make you want to see it first.  And if you go there, stay until the end, because after what is a Hollywood ending, which was probably the reason why the film did not win the award at the Cannes Film Festival, the argument that inspired the film becomes obvious and shocking.

Dopo avervi parlato di questo film vorrei condividere con voi anche un gesto semplice ma molto carino di mio marito. Settimana scorsa sono tornata a casa da lavoro e ho trovato un mazzo di fiori. Alla mia domanda "con quale occasione?", mio marito mi rispose "perché mi sono reso conto che sono passati un paio di mesi dall'ultima volta che ti ho regalato dei fiori." Il gesto si è ripetuto anche questa settimana, probabilmente dovuto all'entusiasmo manifestato da me la prima volta. Comunque, pensieri simili per me significano molto e sono sicuramente delle cose bellissime da condividere.

Spero che anche per voi questo mese sia stato un mese soddisfacente e che abbiate vissuto tante belle cose.

After talking to you about this film, I would also like to share with you a simple but very nice gesture from my husband.  I came home from work last week and found a bouquet of flowers.  To my question "on what occasion?", My husband replied "because I realized that it has been a couple of months since I last gave you flowers."  The gesture was repeated this week too, probably due to the enthusiasm shown by me the first time.  However, such thoughts mean a lot to me and are certainly beautiful things to share.

I hope that this month has been a satisfying month for you too and that you have experienced many beautiful things.

Solo Cose Belle - mese di Agosto / Only Beautiful Things - month of August

Carissimi lettori e amici,

Confesso che questo mese ho faticato davvero a trovare cose belle di cui parlare. I miei problemi personali e di salute sono stati sovrastati da quello che succede nel mondo, dalle sofferenze e le atrocità che tante persone vivono e mi hanno fatto cadere in uno stato di desolazione e impotenza. Pensando a questo post ho deciso che anche se non sono esplicitamente cose belle, forse la condivisione di alcuni momenti che mi hanno distratta da tutto questo, potrebbe funzionare. 

Ho addolcito la rabbia verso le mie gambe con delle maschere idratanti per i piedi, una vera coccola dopo una vacanza al mare che ha messo a dura prova la loro cute. Se v'interessa un'eventuale recensione, fatemi sapere e cercherò di organizzare un post futuro.

Dear readers and friends,

I confess that this month I really struggled to find beautiful things to talk about. My personal and health problems have been overwhelmed by what is happening in the world, by the sufferings and atrocities that so many people experience and have made me fall into a state of desolation and helplessness. Thinking about this post I decided that even if they are not explicitly beautiful things, maybe sharing some moments that distracted me from all this, could work.

I soothed the anger towards my legs with moisturizing foot masks, a real treat after a beach holiday that put a strain on their skin. If you are interested in a possible review, let me know and I will try to organize a future post.

Contro le notizie sconvolgenti invece non sapevo cosa fare e allora sono rincorsa al mio fidato youtube, alla ricerca di qualche gruppo o personaggio comico che mi faccia pensare almeno per qualche minuto ad altro e cosi ho scoperto HMATT. Qui sotto condividerò con voi un loro video, sono un gruppo di due ragazzi, Luca e Matteo, ai quale molto spesso si aggiungono la ragazza di Matt, Stefania e alcuni loro amici, il più popolare fra questi essendo Benze. Questo gruppo crea video seguendo diversi format e i loro commenti sono memorabili. Condividerò però con voi solo un loro video introduttivo ma nella descrizione del video troverete tutti i link necessari per seguirli, vedere altri video e conoscerli meglio. Spero che i loro video possano divertirvi o se non altro, distrare anche voi dai vostri demoni o dalla sofferenza che c'è intorno.

Against the shocking news, on the other hand, I did not know what to do and so I leaned on my trusty youtube, looking for some group or comic character who would make me think about something else for at least a few minutes and so I discovered HMATT. Below I will share a video of them with you, they are a group of two guys, Luca and Matteo, to which Matt's girlfriend, Stefania and some of their friends are added very often, the most popular of these being Benze. This group creates videos following different formats and their comments are memorable. However, I will share with you only one of their introductory videos but in the video description you will find all the links you need to follow them, see other videos and get to know them better. I hope their videos will amuse you or at least distract you from your demons or the suffering around you.

My post today concerns the nomination and awarding of a blogger prize. This is an initiative promoted by bloggers to help create a cooperation network, raise interest in blogging and share experiences. I am very honoured by this assignement and I am very grateful for this chance.

This initiative also requires me to nominate other fellow bloggers for the same award and I will try to do my best in giving someone else's too this opportunity. 

• Step 1, letting know the blogger who nominated me my gratitude so thank you very much dear DERIA, your nomination has a great value for me especially because I appreciate very much your work and values as a blogger.

• Step 2. Describe how and why you started blogging. Well, I have always loved writing, when I was a child I used to write about everything, I wrote stories, novels and I dreamed of being a journalist. Even if my life decisions took me on another path I have never stopped writing and blogging is for me a great way to express myself and share my experiences and ideas.

• Some pieces of advices for new bloggers... well I would love to share some more tips on that but since some things were already said by my fellow blogger I will try to stay clear and concise. The most important thing is to stay true to your values and yourselves, don't be afraid to speak your mind and say the truth because your readers will notice and appreciate that. Don't rush for collaborations if things aren't clear for you, evaluate offers because your credibility will be involved and in the long term lies will cost heavily. 

• Nominate and notify other bloggers that they are great. This was the most difficult part actually, I know so many great bloggers and I wanted to nominate them all, luckily many of them have already been nominated therefore I tried to choose some that haven't receive this award yet. I would have nominated a very long list of bloggers and I hope I will get to do it in future. I will also say a few words about everyone of them hoping to help you get to know them better so please be patient 😊
