Oggi vorrei parlarvi di una linea cosmetica che ho usato con grande piacere l'anno scorso. In realtà, uso ancora alcuni dei prodotti di questa linea perciò ho ancora presente nella mente e nei miei sensi la fragranza lussuriosa e le sensazioni riconfortanti e rilassanti che la linea The Ritual of Ayurveda del marchio Rituals offre. L'ayurveda, scienza della vita, ha alla base il principio di condurre una vita equilibrata. Questa antica sapienza indiana aiuta a migliorare la salute e il benessere del corpo purificando e nutrendo l'energia. La collezione The Ritual of Ayurveda è stata accuratamente progettata per sostenere questa filosofia e quindi realizzare una linea di prodotti esclusivi per la casa e per il corpo che aiutano a bilanciare corpo, mente e anima. Il segreto ed il punto forte di questa linea sono due ingredienti preziosi: la rosa indiana e l'olio di mandorle molci. Mentre l'olio contribuisce a regolare l'equilibrio idrolipidico della pelle, la rosa indiana regala un profumo dolce e delicato, dando vita a una composizione floreale, nocciolata e fruttata che armonizza, rilassa e coccola i sensi.

The secret and strength of this line are two precious ingredients: Indian rose and soft almond oil. I will then present the products I used, departing structurally from my usual reviews but still making all the considerations and evaluations I deem appropriate.

Gel docciaschiuma The Ritual of Ayurveda - tubetto in metallo contenente 200 ml di prodotto 

Questo prodotto è speciale perché ha una formula da gel a schiuma che si trasforma e fiorisce nel palmo della mano inebriandoci con una lussuosa fragranza floreale e una consistenza finissima e cremosa. Grazie a questi antichi ingredienti ayurvedici lascia la pelle morbida, soffice come la seta e nutrita. Viene realizzato con il 91% di ingredienti di origine naturale, mentre il restante 9% è costituito da ingredienti creati in laboratorio a supporto dell'integrità e della sicurezza del marchio Rituals. Ho usato diversi docciaschiuma, il primo, mi fu regalato dopo l'iscrizione e successivamente ne fui talmente estasiata che non resistetti a ricomprarlo svariate volte. Il prezzo, 10,90€ per 200 ml so che può essere alto, se si cerca un semplice prodotto per lavarsi, ma il docciaschiuma the ritual of ayurveda è una vera esperienza di vita. È una coccola quando ci si sente tristi, una ricarica quando ci si sente giù e una gioia avvolgente in qualsiasi altro momento. Inoltre, la pelle mi ha ringraziato ogni volta, non avendone quasi bisogno della crema corpo ma che ho usato comunque alcune volte per completare il trattamento di benessere.

The Ritual of Ayurveda Shower Gel - 200 ml metal tube

This product is unique because it features a gel-to-foam formula that transforms and blossoms in the palm of your hand, enveloping us with a luxurious floral fragrance and a fine, creamy texture. Thanks to these ancient Ayurvedic ingredients, it leaves the skin soft, silky smooth, and nourished. It is made with 91% naturally derived ingredients, while the remaining 9% are lab-created ingredients, supporting the integrity and safety of the Rituals brand. I've used several shower gels. The first one was given to me as a gift after signing up, and I was so thrilled with it that I couldn't resist buying it again several times. I know the price, €10.90 for 200 ml, can be a bit high if you're just looking for a simple cleansing product, but the Ritual of Ayurveda shower gel is a true life experience. It's a treat when you're feeling sad, a boost when you're feeling down, and an enveloping joy at any other time. Plus, my skin thanked me every time, barely needing the body cream, that I still used it a few times, to complete the wellness treatment.

Body scrub al sale - scatola in plastica contenente 300 gr di prodotto 

Il prodotto è uno scrub corpo rigenerante con il 94% di ingredienti di origine naturale, formulato con un mix di oli ricchi e sale rosa che contribuisce a purificare e rigenerare la pelle lasciando una sensazione di divino piacere. Le particelle di guscio di mandorle dolci rimuovono le cellule morte e lasciano la pelle più morbida, nutrita e levigata. Inoltre, lo scrub lascia sulla pelle uno strato sottile e ultra-nutriente di ricchi oli ayurvedici come l'olio di mandorle dolci e olio di cocco e olio di moringa. Ricchi di vitamina E, questi oli offrono una lucentezza sana e naturale dopo che il sale ha rimosso le cellule morte lasciando la pelle nitida e levigata. Ad ogni utilizzo lo scrub va mescolato e una quantità non più grossa di quella che riempie il palmo di una mano è sufficiente per trattare tutto il corpo. Io preferisco però prelevarlo gradualmente e stendere un velo sottile per evitare che cada e mi causi incidenti scivolosi nella doccia o sprechi inutili. Dopo averlo usato la pelle rimane liscia, levigata, soda, setosa e meravigliosamente profumata. Intendo ricomprarlo ma non prima di finire altri prodotti che mi sono stati regalati. E visto che ho adocchiato altri scrub dello stesso marchio, forse ne proverò un altro prima. Il costo dello scrub al momento è di 16.90€ ma io l'ho pagato poco più di 10€, prezzo che trovo giusto sia per le qualità del prodotto che per la quantità (300 g) e non nego che anche il prezzo pieno mi sembra giusto.

Salt Body Scrub - Plastic box containing 300 grams of product

This regenerating body scrub contains 94% naturally derived ingredients, formulated with a blend of rich oils and pink salt that helps purify and regenerate the skin, leaving a sensation of divine pleasure. Sweet almond shell particles remove dead cells, leaving skin softer, nourished, and smoother. Furthermore, the scrub leaves on the skin a thin, ultra-nourishing layer of rich Ayurvedic oils, including sweet almond oil, coconut oil, and moringa oil. Rich in vitamin E, these oils offer a healthy, natural glow after the salt removes dead skin cells, leaving skin clear and smooth. Stir the scrub thoroughly before each use, and a palm-sized amount is enough to treat your entire body. However, I prefer to scoop it out gradually and apply a thin layer to avoid it falling off and causing slippery accidents in the shower or unnecessary waste. After use, the skin is left feeling smooth, supple, firm, silky, and wonderfully scented. I plan to buy it again, but not before I finish some of the other products I was given as gifts. And since I've been eyeing other scrubs from the same brand, I might try another one first. The scrub currently costs €16.90, but I paid just over €10 for it, a price I think is fair for both the product's quality and the quantity (300g), and I won't deny that the full price seems fair too.

Ritual of Ayurveda balancing body cream - contenitore in plastica con coperchio a vite in legno contenente 220 ml di prodotto 

La crema corpo nutriente di The Ritual of Ayurveda è una crema ricca, con una texture soffice e lussuosa arricchita con olio di mandorle dolci ed estratti di rosa indiana per una pelle setosa, morbida e delicatamente profumata. Grazie al l'esclusivo complex Moisture Lock, un mix di ricchi oli naturali con proprietà lenitive, spezie esotiche e muschi bianchi, questa crema avvolge la pelle in un profumo ricco e sensuale lasciandola idratata a lungo, anche 48 ore. La pelle resta idratata, morbida, elastica e senza residui untuosi. Il prodotto si assorbe facilmente ma il massaggio per farlo assorbire è in realtà una coccola. Inoltre bastano piccole quantità per trattare tutto il corpo e visto che la confezione contiene 220 ml, la crema mi è bastata per parecchi mesi. Io l'ho usata a lungo, spesso in combinazione con bagnodoccia normali ed il profumo meraviglioso ha prevalso comunque e durato tutto il giorno trasferendosi anche sull'accapatoio o sulle magliette. Usata in combinazione al bagnoschiuma della stessa linea diventa un'esperienza lussuriosa, rilassante e avvolgente. 

Il costo al momento è di 24,90€, ai tempi, io l'ho pagata solo 19€ ed il barattolo era in plastica. L'aumento del prezzo credo si spieghi anche dal fatto che attualmente questa crema viene commercializzata in barattoli di vetro ma se prima avrei voluto ricomprarla, la nuova tipologia di confezionamento me lo impedisce. Ovviamente è una confezione più lussuosa e chic però, almeno per quanto mi riguarda, il rischio di romperla, causare incidenti e sprechi costosi mi determina ad evitare di comprarla. In merito al mio acquisto ai tempi, il costo di 19€, la quantità di 220 ml, il contenitore di plastica,e tutti i risultati descritti sopra mi fecero considerare un buon rapporto qualità prezzo e l'avrei sicuramente ricomprata ma purtroppo per il momento, visto il cambiamento della tipologia di packaging, non lo farò.

Ritual of Ayurveda Balancing Body Cream - Plastic jar with wooden screw-top lid containing 220 ml of product

The Ritual of Ayurveda's nourishing body cream is a rich cream with a soft, luxurious texture, enriched with sweet almond oil and Indian rose extracts for silky, soft, and delicately scented skin. Thanks to the exclusive Moisture Lock complex, a blend of rich, soothing natural oils, exotic spices, and white musk, this cream envelops the skin in a rich, sensual fragrance, leaving it hydrated for up to 48 hours. Skin is left hydrated, soft, and supple, leaving it free of a greasy residue. The product absorbs easily, but massaging it in is truly a treat. A small amount is enough to treat the entire body, and since the jar contains 220 ml, the cream lasted me for several months. I used it extensively, often in combination with regular shower gels, and the wonderful scent prevailed and lasted all day, even transferring to my bathrobe and T-shirts. Used in combination with the shower gel from the same line, it becomes a luxurious, relaxing, and enveloping experience.

The price currently is €24.90; back then, I paid only €19, and the jar was in plastic. I think the price increase is also explained by the fact that this cream is currently sold in glass jars, but while I would have previously wanted to buy it again, the new type of packaging prevents me from doing so. Obviously, the packaging is more luxurious and chic, but at least for me, the risk of breaking it, causing accidents and costly waste deters me from buying it. Regarding my purchase back then, the cost of €19, the quantity of 220 ml, the plastic packaging, and all the results described above made me consider it good value for money, and I would definitely have bought it again, but unfortunately, for the moment, given the change in the type of packaging, I won't.

Concludo adesso la mia recensione globale dei tre prodotti Rituals della linea Ritual of Ayurveda e credo che userò ancora questo sistema per recensire altre linee di cosmetici con più prodotti della stessa gamma e dove le impressioni sono preponderentemente positive. Fatemi sapere se vi trovate bene con questo output o se preferite il vecchio sistema analitico e schematico. Ovviamente, in quel caso, dovrei realizzare un post per ogni prodotto e richiederebbe molto più tempo e sforzo.

I'm now concluding my overall review of the three Rituals products from the Ritual of Ayurveda line, and I think I'll use this system again to review other cosmetic lines with multiple products from the same line, where the impressions are mostly positive. Obviously, in that case, I'd have to write a post for each product, which would require much more time and effort.

Ciao carissimi lettori,

Oggi ritorno con una recensione cosmetica, la recensione di un prodotto make-up per esattezza. Anche in questo caso si tratta di uno dei miei brand preferiti e il prodotto che andrò a recensire oggi, lo uso con soddisfazione da qualche anno addirittura. Credo ricordiate quindi il marchio Urban Decay e le recensioni delle matite eyeliner Perversion (colore nero matte) QUI e Deep End QUI (colore pavone metallico con finish shimmer). Quindi anche in questo caso recensirò una matita eyeliner e si tratta della matita URBAN DECAY 24/7 Glide – On Waterproof colore Roxy, un bellissimo colore blu vivace con un finish glitter.

Informazioni dal produttore: la pluri-acclamata matita waterproof, grazie alla sua formula innovativa vegan, arricchita con olio di jojoba, olio di semi di cottone e vitamina E, ha una consistenza molto cremosa e un tratto molto preciso. Tutto questo permette un’applicazione senza sbavature e facile da sfumare. Dopo 30 secondi il trucco si asciuga del tutto, resisterà tutta la giornata anche in condizioni di sudore. È consigliabile usare un primer e lo spray fissante per migliorare ancora di più la durata e la qualità mentre per rimuoverlo servirà un prodotto specifico. 

Packaging: si presenta come una matita di 1.2 grammi, già appuntita prevista con un cappuccio metallizzato.

Valutazione personale: Per quanto riguarda la facilità di applicazione e le qualità del prodotto, confermo quello che ho detto nelle recensioni precedenti e quindi stavolta vorrei parlare solo del colore che è l’unico elemento che potrebbe contraddistinguere le recensioni. Il colore è molto vivace e molto intenso, un vero tocco glamour per un make-up che mette in evidenza e contraddistingue. Ho adorato questo colore fin da subito e usato in piccole quantità, magari solo sulla rima inferiore dell’occhio o appena visibile sul palpebro superiore, l’ho usato anche per rendere un po’ chic la mia apparenza quando andavo al lavoro. Non occorre credo raccontarvi che per uscire fuori, al ristorante o serate con amici, il make-up realizzato usando questo prodotto è stato uno dei miei preferiti. Vi avevo lasciato intendere in precedenza che la mia matita occhi preferita era sempre una matita Urban Decay e adesso devo confermare che la matita preferita è infatti la Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-on nella tonalità Roxy. Essendo la mia preferita, l'ho finita più di un anno fa e viste le sue incredibili proprietà e l'ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo ero decisa a riacquistarla ma purtroppo non la trovo più disponibile in Italia. In precedenza l'avevo acquistata nei negozi Sephora ma al momento, i prodotti Urban Decay non sono più venduti in questi negozi. Detto ciò, ho intenzione di ordinarla online sul sito del produttore una volta finiti anche altri prodotti Urban Decay per fare un ordine unico. Nel caso foste interessati, aggiungo che Urban Decay è un marchio statunitense perciò l'ordine non prevederà solo costi di trasporto ma anche spese doganali.

PRO: prodotto travel free, stesura molto facile, colore molto intenso, durata 24 ore, non sbava, ideale per un look preciso e anche per un look sfumato, ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, disponibilità in tantissime tonalità, prodotto vegan, cruelty free, legno di buona qualità e facile da temperare

CONTRO: contiene oli minerali, silicone, PEG

Conclusione: Questa matita è ideale per le persone che amano il make-up intenso, stravagante, facile da realizzare e con ottima durata ma anche per coloro che cercano di rendere interessante un make-up regolare. Il prezzo può sembrare alto ma adeguato in rapporto con la qualità e con il risultato.

That being said, I think you remember the Urban Decay brand and the reviews of the Perversion HERE eyeliner pencil (matte black color) and Deep End HERE (metallic peacock color with shimmer finish). So in this case too, I will review an eyeliner pencil and it is the URBAN DECAY 24/7 Glide - On Waterproof pencil in Roxy color, a beautiful bright blue color with a glitter finish.

Information from the manufacturer: the highly acclaimed waterproof pencil, thanks to its innovative vegan formula, enriched with jojoba oil, cotton seed oil and vitamin E, has a very creamy texture and draws a very precise line. All this allows an application without smudging and easy to blend. After 30 seconds the make-up dries completely, it will last all day even in sweaty conditions. It is advisable to use a primer and the fixing spray to improve further on the duration and quality while to remove it you will need a specific product.

Packaging: looks like a 1.2 gram pencil, already pointed with a metallic cap.

Personal evaluation: With regard to the ease of application and the quality of the product, I confirm what I said in the previous reviews so this time I would like to talk only about the color which is the only element that could distinguish the reviews. The color is very lively and very intense, a real touch of glamor for a make-up that highlights and distinguishes. I loved this color right away and used it in small quantities, perhaps only on the lower eye rim or barely visible on the upper eyelid, I also used it to make my appearance a little chic when I went to work. I don't need to tell you that to go out, to restaurants or evenings with friends, the make-up made using this product was one of my favorites. I've previously hinted that my favorite eye pencil was always an Urban Decay pencil and now I have to confirm that my favorite pencil is indeed the Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-on in Roxy. Since it is my favorite, I finished it more than a year ago and given its incredible properties and the excellent quality/price ratio I was determined to buy it again but unfortunately I can no longer find it available in Italy. Previously I had purchased it in Sephora stores but at the moment, Urban Decay products are no longer sold in these stores. That being said, I intend to order it online on the manufacturer's website once I have finished other Urban Decay products to make a single order. In case you are interested, I add that Urban Decay is an American brand so the order will not only include shipping costs but also customs fees.

Conclusion: This pencil is ideal for people who love intense, extravagant, easy to make and long lasting make-up but also for those who would like to make regular make-up interesting. The price may seem high but adequate in relation to the quality and the result.

Today I finally managed to publish on my blog a review of the fabulous products that the South Korean brand Elizavecca sent me this summer. The problem with my broken hand has not yet been completely resolved but using the brace, I can use the computer quite well. That said, the product I will review now is the Skin Liar T-rawing foundation in the shade no. 9. As usual I will proceed with my review following the pre-established criteria.

Manufacturer information: This foundation has been created with cutting-edge technology that uses precious natural ingredients such as Angelica gigas root, famous in cosmetics for its antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and anti-aging effects, astragalus root extract which also adds antibacterial and emollient properties, licorice and borage extracts with additional antioxidant and immunostimulant properties, peony and Poria Cocos mushroom extracts with soothing and calming effects, combining them with the best products of chemical research such as hyaluronic acid, adenosine and collagen to calm sensitive and irritated skin, hydrate it and reduce the appearance of wrinkles. In addition, this foundation has whitening properties and has a sun protection factor of SPF 50. nd reduce the appearance of wrinkles. Personal evaluation: although online on other sites that sell the product it is recommended to apply it with a brush, my personal experience supports the manufacturer's instructions that recommend applying it with a sponge. I tried to apply the foundation with both a brush and a damp sponge and while with the brush I was unable to spread the product, using the sponge I obtained decidedly better results. I used a damp sponge to gradually apply small amounts of foundation by tapping until the product was absorbed. Unfortunately, I chose the wrong shade of foundation, choosing a shade lighter than my skin tone and to correct it in the final make-up I covered it with bronzer and blush. In the few weeks that I tested this product, probably also due to the appearance of some dry skin problems and even if using increasingly more hydrating creams, I noticed a small problem in absorption that manifested itself with a very light and barely perceptible flaking of the skin in the areas where the skin was drier. Therefore, based on my experience, I do not recommend this product to people with dry skin. I will try this product further in a period where I will have fewer dry skin problems. That being said, I really appreciated the natural look that is obtained after applying the product, so much so that it seems like you have not used a foundation. The whitening aspect is remarkable and pleasant as it rejuvenates the final appearance of the complexion a lot. I must also mention the fact that it is easily removable even with a simple makeup remover wipe.

PROS: anti-aging and antioxidant properties, whitening effect and very natural result, does not clog pores if the skin is not dry, easily removable

CONS: not efficient on dry skin, available only online

Conclusion: I recommend this product to anyone looking for natural make-up with anti-aging and antioxidant effects.

Oggi finalmente riesco a pubblicare sul mio blog una recensione dei favolosi prodotti che il marchio sudcoreano Elizavecca mi ha inviato quest’estate. Il problema alla mano fratturata non si è ancora risolto del tutto ma utilizzando il tutore, riesco ad utilizzare il computer abbastanza bene. Detto questo, il prodotto che recensirò adesso è il fondotinta Skin Liar T-rawing nella colorazione no. 9. Come al solito procederò con la mia recensione seguendo i criteri prestabiliti.

Informazioni dal produttore: questo fondotinta è stato realizzato con una tecnologia all’avanguardia che utilizza preziosi ingredienti naturali come radice di Angelica gigas famosa nella cosmesi per i suoi effetti antiossidanti, antinfiammatori e anti age, l’estratto di radice di astragalo che aggiunge anche proprietà antibatteriche ed emolliente, estratti di liquirizia e borragine con ulteriori proprietà antiossidanti ed immunostimolanti, estratti di peonia e fungo Poria Cocos con effetti lenitivi e calmanti coniugandoli con i migliori prodotti della ricerca chimica come acido ialuronico, adenosine e collagene per calmare la pelle sensibile ed irritata, idratarla e ridurre l’aspetto delle rughe. Inoltre questo fondotinta ha delle proprietà sbiancanti e ha un fattore di protezione solare SPF 50. Grazie alla sua texture che aderisce perfettamente alla pelle, fissa il trucco senza ostruire i pori e crea una pelle liscia senza deteriorarsi durante i ritocchi del trucco.

Metodologia di applicazione: dopo la regolare routine di cura della pelle, applicare una quantità adeguata di prodotto sulla pelle e stenderne uno strato sottile con una spugna, picchiettando più volte per farlo assorbire dalla pelle.

Avvertimenti e precauzioni: non applicare su ferite e nel caso dovessero comparire irritazioni, sospendere l’uso e consultare un medico.

Valutazione personale: nonostante online su altri siti che vendono il prodotto viene raccomandata l’applicazione anche con un pennello, la mia esperienza personale sostiene le indicazioni del produttore che consigliano l’applicazione con una spugna. Ho provato ad applicare il fondotinta sia con un pennello sia con una spugna inumidita e mentre con il pennello non sono riuscita a stendere il prodotto, usando la spugna ho ottenuto risultati decisamente migliori. Ho usato una spugna inumidita per applicare gradualmente delle piccole quantità di fondotinta picchiettando fino all’assorbimento del prodotto. Purtroppo ho sbagliato la tonalità del fondotinta, scegliendone una tonalità più chiara rispetto al mio incarnato e per correggere nel make-up finale ho coperto con bronzer e blush. Nelle poche settimane che ho testato questo prodotto, probabilmente dovuto anche alla comparsa di alcuni problemi di pelle secca e usando comunque delle creme ogni volta più idratanti, ho nottato un piccolo problema nell’assorbimento che si manifestava con una leggerissima e poco percettibile desquamazione della pelle nelle aree dove la pelle era più secca. Pertanto, in base alla mia esperienza, non consiglio questo prodotto alle persone con pelle secca. Proverò ulteriormente questo prodotto in un periodo dove avrò meno problemi di pelle secca. Detto ciò, ho apprezzato moltissimo l’aspetto naturale che si ottiene dopo l’applicazione del prodotto, tanto da sembrare di non aver usato un fondotinta. L’aspetto sbiancante è notevole e piacevole in quanto ringiovanisce molto l’aspetto finale dell’incarnato. Devo menzionare anche il fatto che è facilmente removibile anche con una semplice salvietta struccante.

PRO: proprietà anti aging e antiossidanti, effetto sbiancante e risultato molto naturale, non ostruisce i pori se la pelle non è secca, facilmente removibile

CONTRO: non rende sulla pelle secca, disponibile solo online

Conclusione: Consiglio questo prodotto a tutti coloro che cercano un make-up naturale con effetti anti aging e antiossidanti.

Estate e protezione solare per un viso idratato e luminoso / Summer and sun protection for an hydrated and luminous face

 

Ciao carissimi amici e lettori,

L’estate è arrivata e con lei sono arrivate anche le giornate calde, il sole, la possibilità di andare sulla spiaggia e abbronzarsi. Tutti amiamo il sole, o comunque la maggior parte, se non contiamo i vampiri e sarebbe un vero peccato non farlo in sicurezza, proteggendo la nostra pelle e non intendo solo la lozione, l’olio o lo spray con protezione solare da usare sulla spiaggia. Senza considerare la mia battuta sui vampiri, i dermatologi consigliano a tutte le persone, indipendentemente da età, sesso o condizioni di salute di usare per il viso una protezione solare spf 50 nei mesi caldi dell’anno. Questo non significa farlo solo nei 3 mesi estivi ma iniziare ad usarlo iniziando dagli ultimi mesi primaverili fino ai primi mesi autunnali. Da anni, io uso una crema viso per pelli delicati di uno dei marchi italiani che uso di più, Bottega Verde, ma di recente ho scoperto un’altra crema viso con protezione viso spf 50 dello stesso marchio. Perciò oggi non farò una semplice recensione ma piuttosto un confronto fra due creme viso con alta protezione UVA e UVB non allo scopo di determinare una classifica ma per illustrare tutte le loro proprietà.

✅Iniziamo con la crema viso che uso ormai da anni, giornalmente per almeno 6 mesi all’anno, cioè la crema SOL PELLI SENSIBILI - CREMA SOLARE VISO - PROTEZIONE SPECIFICA PER PELLI SENSIBILI. Questa è una crema specifica per proteggere dal sole le pelli più sensibili, facilmente irritabili e soggette ad arrossamenti. La sua formula facile da spalmare e senza profumo minimizza il rischio di allergie mentre gli ingredienti preziosi come il latte di Avena e l''olio di Jojoba, lasciano la pelle idratata, radiosa e morbida, pronta a farsi coccolare dai raggi del sole. Il latte di Avena, essendo ricco di zuccheri, aiuta a mantenere in buono stato la barriera idrolipidica cutanea, contribuisce a mantenere un’idratazione ottimale. L’olio di Jojoba invece conferisce nutrimento e morbidezza anche alle pelli secche e disidratate. I produttori del marchio consigliano di usarla sempre prima di esporsi al sole ma io, nei mesi in cui la uso, la integro nella mia routine viso quotidiana, cioè dopo aver deterso, tonificato e applicato l’essenza che più mi piace, applico una quantità sufficiente per tutto il viso. Per motivi di salute, io non posso più prendere il sole ma, devo avvisare coloro che intendono farlo che qualora dovessero sudare o fare il bagno e quindi lavare via la crema, è meglio riapplicarla. È facile applicarla, si assorbe dopo alcuni movimenti circolari e anche se al primo momento rimane una sensazione leggermente appiccicosa, questa sparisce dopo pochi minuti. Non bisogna prendere troppo prodotto perché questa crema è molto densa, infatti, nonostante la usi per cinque, sei mesi all’anno, mi basta un tubetto all’anno. Come considerazione finale vi devo dire che la pelle ottiene un aspetto veramente radioso, è idratata, nutrita e ha un aspetto molto sano e la sua protezione solare è ottimale, mai una bruciatura o una scottatura da quando la uso. Inoltre, siccome il dermatologo mi ha consigliato di usare una crema con spf 50 anche per i problemi di couperose, vi confermo, che dal momento in cui inizio ad usarla, i problemi di rossore spariscono. Inoltre, vi ho già parlato di questa crema QUI.

Summer has arrived and with it have also come the hot days, the sun, the possibility of going to the beach and getting a tan. We all love the sun, or most of us anyway, if we don't count the vampires and it would be a real shame not to do it safely, protecting our skin and I don't just mean sunscreen lotion, oil or spray to use when going at the beach. Regardless of my joke about vampires, dermatologists recommend that all people, regardless of age, gender or health conditions, use SPF 50 sunscreen on their faces in the warm months of the year. This doesn't mean doing it only in the 3 summer months but starting to use it from the last spring months up to the first autumn months. For years, I have been using a face cream for delicate skin from one of the Italian brands I use most, Bottega Verde, but recently I discovered another face cream with spf 50 face protection from the same brand. Therefore, today I will not do just a simple review but rather a comparison between two face creams with high UVA and UVB protection not with the aim of determining a ranking but to better illustrate all their properties.

Let's start with the face cream that I have been using for years now, daily for at least 6 months a year, that is, the SOL SENSITIVE SKIN - FACIAL SUN CREAM - SPECIFIC PROTECTION FOR SENSITIVE SKIN cream. This is a specific cream to protect the most sensitive, easily irritable and redness-prone skin from the sun. It’s easy-to-spread and fragrance-free formula minimizes the risk of allergies while precious ingredients such as oat milk and jojoba oil leave the skin hydrated, radiant and soft, ready to be pampered by the sun's rays. Oat milk, being rich in sugars, helps maintain the skin's hydrolipidic barrier in good condition and helps maintain optimal hydration. Jojoba oil, on the other hand, provides nourishment and softness even to dry and dehydrated skin. The producers of the brand recommend always using it before exposing yourself to the sun but, in the months in which I use it, I integrate it into my daily facial routine, that is, after cleansing, toning and applying the essence that I like most, I apply a quantity enough for the entire face. For health reasons, I can no longer sunbathe but I must warn those who intend to do so that if they have to sweat or take a bath and therefore wash off the cream, it is best to reapply it. It is easy to apply, it absorbs after a few circular movements and even if at first there remains a slightly sticky sensation, this disappears after a few minutes. You shouldn't take too much product because this cream is very dense, in fact, despite using it for five, six months a year, one tube a year is enough for me. As a final consideration I must tell you that the skin gets a truly radiant appearance, it is hydrated, nourished and looks very healthy and its sun protection is optimal, never a burn or sunburn since I have been using it. Furthermore, since the dermatologist advised me to use a cream with spf 50 also for rosacea problems, I can confirm that from the moment I start using it, the redness problems disappear.

✅Proseguiamo adesso, cosi come vi avevo annunciato all’inizio del post, con la recensione della seconda crema, cioè la SOL ALOE ACIDO IALURONICO - CREMA SOLARE VISO - SUPER IDRATANTE - CON SUCCO DI ALOE IPERFERMENTATO E ACIDO IALURONICO - PROTEZIONE ALTA SPF50 (50 ML) - WATER RESISTANT. Come il nome vi avrà già fatto capire, questa crema contiene anche acido ialuronico e succo di aloe vera nei suoi ingredienti per ottimizzare ancora di più le proprietà nutritive e idratanti. Inoltre, questa crema è resistente all’acqua quindi non richiede applicarla più volte nell’arco della giornata. La sua texture è più fluida e vellutata, ha una consistenza leggera e si applica con più facilità senza lasciare residui. È molto piacevole da stendere, rimane leggera sulla pelle regalando comfort ad ogni applicazione, non è per niente appiccicosa ed è ideale per le persone con pelle grassa che magari potrebbero trovare difficile usare l’altra crema solare, compresa la crema appena recensita. La sua formula con succo di Aloe iperfermentato e Acido Ialuronico, aiuta a mantenere l'idratazione tutto il giorno, contrastando la fastidiosa sensazione di secchezza durante l'esposizione solare. Un’altra differenza consiste nel fatto che questa crema ha una fragranza fiorita, verde, acquatica e muschiata. Io ho trovato più facile è piacevole applicare questa crema, inoltre, il fatto che ho una pelle che durante l’estate mi diventa grassa, mi trovo meglio con questa consistenza. Anche con questa crema la pelle resta morbida, idratata, luminosa e la protezione solare è garantita tutta la giornata. Nonostante fosse una crema water proof, in caso scegliate di fare bagni ripetuti o entrate in contatto con i tessuti, vi consiglio di riapplicarla. Al momento, uso entrambi i prodotti e visto la sua consistenza più leggera della prima crema, non credo che il tubo mi basterà per tutti i mesi in cui io uso la protezione solare per il viso.

 Let’s proceed as I announced at the beginning of the post with the review of the second cream, that is, SOL ALOE HYALURONIC ACID - SUN FACIAL CREAM - SUPER MOISTURIZING - WITH HYPERFERMENTED ALOE JUICE AND HYALURONIC ACID - HIGH PROTECTION SPF50 (50 ML) - WATER RESISTANT. As the name sould have already made you understand, this cream also contains hyaluronic acid and aloe vera juice among its ingredients to further optimize its nutritional and hydrating properties. Furthermore, this cream is water resistant so it does not require applying it several times throughout the day. Its texture is more fluid and velvety, it has a light consistency and is applied more easily without leaving residues. It is very pleasant to apply, it remains light on the skin giving comfort with each application, it is not sticky at all and is ideal for people with oily skin who may find it difficult to use other sun creams including the first one I reviewed. Its formula with hyper-fermented Aloe juice and Hyaluronic Acid helps maintain hydration all day, counteracting the annoying sensation of dryness during sun exposure. Another difference is that this cream has a floral, green, aquatic and musky fragrance. I found it easier and more pleasant to apply this cream, furthermore, the fact that I have a skin type that during summer, becomes oily, makes me feel better with this consistency. With this cream also the skin remains soft, hydrated, luminous and sun protection is guaranteed all day long. Although it was a water proof cream, if you choose to take repeated baths or come into contact with fabrics, I recommend reapplying it. At the moment, I use both products and given its lighter consistency than the first cream, I don't think the tube will be enough for me for all the months in which I use sunscreen for my face.

CONS: for some, the presence of the perfume could be a deterrent, furthermore, as the shop assistant pointed out to me, not suitable for those who are allergic to aloe vera

 

Conclusioni finali: entrambi i prodotti hanno un’ottima protezione solare, lasciano la pelle nutrita, idratata, luminosa e con un aspetto molto sano. Mentre la prima crema è adatta a pelli sensibili, secche e che si irritano facilmente, la seconda è perfetta per le pelli più grasse, senza allergie all’aloe vera. La prima non ha profumi, ha una consistenza più densa è richiede più massaggi per farla assorbire ma richiede poco prodotto per coprire tutta l’area. La seconda, ha proprietà water proof, ha una consistenza più leggera, si assorbe subito e ha una profumazione molto piacevole. Avendo un costo più o meno simile e proprietà di idratazione e protezione solare equivalenti, la differenza fra queste creme è il pubblico per il quale sono indicate.

Final conclusions: both products have excellent sun protection, leaving the skin nourished, hydrated, radiant and with a very healthy appearance. While the first cream is suitable for sensitive, dry and easily irritated skin, the second is perfect for oilier skin, without allergies to aloe vera. The first has no perfume, has a denser consistency and requires more massages to make it absorb but requires little product to cover the entire area. The second has water proof properties, has a lighter consistency, is absorbed immediately and has a very pleasant scent. Having a more or less similar cost and equivalent hydration and sun protection properties, the difference between these creams is the audience for which they are indicated.
