San Valentino - come lo vedo io / Valentine's day - the way I see it

Ciao anime belle,
Oggi sono qui con qualche consiglio per la tanto attesa festa degli innamorati. So che ne avete già visto una marea di post del genere che vi parlano di cosa prendere per Lei e cosa prendere per Lui ma il mio post è diverso. Io non voglio parlare di cose da comprare, anche se non potete fare la figuraccia che non avete preso manco un mazzo di fiori 😉 Per me San Valentino non vuol dire regalare e ricevere cose, per me San Valentino vuol dire fare qualcosa, fare qualcosa di speciale che vi farà ricordare quel momento anche molti anni dopo. Le cose si rompono, hanno un periodo di scadenza o si buttano ma il vissuto e i ricordi ti rimangono per sempre. Fra cinque anni, Lui non si ricorderà che gli avete comprato un taglia capelli o Lei che le avete regalato un profumo ma si ricorderà se per questo momento gli abbiate regalato un viaggio in un posto stupendo, un invito ad un concerto, la lettura di un poema d'amore o se gli abbiate preparato per la prima volta un dolce straordinario. La festa degli innamorati non deve essere una gara a chi spende di più ma una festa di emozioni e ricordi, una festa del vivere, una festa di sentimenti intensi.
Noi per San Valentino andremo a goderci la montagna, lo spa e il relax in un fine settimana tutto per noi. Nell'attesa ci regaleremo i soliti cioccolatini e fiori sognando il weekend. A voi anche una poesia d'amore perché parliamo dopotutto della festa degli innamorati...

Craciunul meu / Il mio Natale / My Christmas

Salutare dragi cititori,
Astazi nu vreau sa va prezint produse, retete culinare, tehnici de machiaj sau carti, astazi vreau sa vorbesc putin despre lucrurile cu adevarat importante in viata: bunatatea, bunul simt, respectul, sinceritatea si intelegerea, adica acele lucruri care fac din noi oameni, care construiesc umanitatea noastra. Am ales sa vorbesc despe acest subiect acum pentru ca se apropie sarbatorile de Craciun si daca in viata de zi cu zi nu avem mereu timp sa ne asiguram ca am bifat toate elemenele mai sus mentionate, acesta ar fii momentul potrivit sa facem o pauza si sa ne gandim la ceilalti, la noi, la ceea ce suntem pentru noi si pentru ceilalti. Craciunul este un moment in care daruim si mai presus de orice dar material, trebuie sa daruim iubire si afectiune, asadar asigurati-va va rog ca sub frumosul vostru brad nu se afla doar cadouri scumpe ci mai ales daruri facute din inima. Nici un dar nu este mai frumos decat un suflet cald si luminos. Daruiti fara sa va asteptati ceva in schimb, daruiti pentru ca iubiti, pentru ca respectati si pentru ca vreati sa ajutati. Daruiti mereu o particica din voi insiva persoanelor care merita si atunci cand e posibil daruiti prezenta voastra in toate modurile posibile.

Carissimi lettori,
Oggi non vi voglio parlare di prodotti, ricette culinarie, tecniche di make up o libri, oggi voglio parlarvi delle cose veramente importanti nella vita: la bontà, il buon senso, il rispetto, la sincerità e la comprensione, cioè le cose che fanno di noi esseri umani, che costruiscono la nostra umanità. Ho scelto di parlare adesso di questo argomento perché le feste Natalizie si avvicinano e se nella vita di tutti i giorni non abbiamo tempo di assicurarci di aver spuntato tutti gli elementi precedentemente menzionati, questo è il momento giusto per fare una pausa e pensare agli altri, a noi, a quello che siamo per noi e per gli altri. Il Natale è un momento in cui regaliamo però prima di qualsiasi dono materiale, regaliamo amore e affetto quindi assicuratevi per favore che sotto il vostro bellissimo albero non ci siano solo regali costosi ma regali fatti col cuore. Non c'è regalo più bello di un'anima calda e luminosa. Regalate senza aspettarvi niente in ritorno, regalate perché amate, rispettate e volete aiutare. Regalate sempre una piccola parte di se stessi alle persone che se lo meritano e quando è possibile regalate la vostra presenza in tutti i modi possibili.

Pe parcusul vacantei in Tenerife am avut ocazia sa vizitam si o alta insula Canara, situata foarte aproape de Tenerife si usor de ajuns cu ajutorul unei curse de aproximativ o ora cu nava. Aceasta insula se numeste Gomera. Gomera e foarte diferita de Tenerife, mult mai mica, si mai putin populata, o insula in care ca prima limba se vorbeste germana, chiar daca si Gomera este tot o insula spaniola, ea te cucereste cu peisajele sale deosebite. Unul din aceste locuri mirifice este Valea Gran Rey. Asa cum se intelege din nume, vorbim de o vale ampla, de unde se pot admira plantele specifice, palmierii si oceanul. Va puteti delecta privirea cu diverse nuante de verde, dealuri si stanci care isi schimba culoarea in lumina soarelui, aidoma oceanului.

Durante la vacanza a Tenerife ho avuto l’occasione di visitare un altra isola Canaria, che si trova molto vicino a Tenerife, facilmente raggiungibile con una corsa di un ora con la nave. Questa isola si chiama Gomera. Gomera è molto diversa da Tenerife, molto più piccola e meno popolata, un isola dove la prima lingua che sente è il tedesco, bensì Gomera è sempre un isola spagnola, ti conquista con i suoi paesaggi speciali. Uno di questi luoghi meravigliosi è la Valle Gran Rey. Come si può ben comprendere già dal nome, stiamo parlando si un’ampia valle, dove si possono ammirare le piante del luogo, le palme e l’oceano. Potete deliziare i vostri occhi con diverse sfumature di verde, colline e rocce che cambiano tonalità in base alla luce del sole come l’oceano d’altronde.

While on holiday in Tenerife, I had the opportunity to visit another Canary island, located very close to Tenerife, easily accessible with a trip of one hour by boat. This island is called Gomera. Gomera is very different from Tenerife, much smaller and less populated, an island where the first language you hear is German, although Gomera is always a Spanish island, wins you over with its special landscapes. Piece of heaven / O bucata de rai / Un angolo di paradiso

Salutare dragi cititori,
Au ramas atatea lucruri pe care le-am vazut in Tenerife si pe care vreau sa le impartasesc cu voi incat nu stiu de unde sa incep. Dupa ce am mai privit inca o data toate fotografiile m-am oprit asupra gradinii botanice din Santa Cruz (capitala insulei), un loc magic, cu cascade involburate, culori vibrante, flori exotice, palmieri verzi si o panorama asupra orasului si oceanului care iti taie respiratia. Gradina este deservita de o ampla parcare si un mic muzeu in care puteti vedea cum a fost realizata. Intrarea costa doar 6 € iar harta care va ajuta sa va rientati inauntru 0,50 €. Nu vreau sa va mai distrag cu alte cuvinte asa ca va las mai bine sa admirati imaginile.

Mi restano ancora tante cose che ho visto a Tenerife e che voglio condividere con voi che non so da dove cominciare. Dopo che ho guardato un altra volta tutte le foto, mi sono fermata sul giardino botanico di Santa Cruz (la capitale della isola), un posto magico, con cascate vorticose, colori vibranti, fiori esotici, palme verdi e una vista mozza fiato sulla città e sull'oceano. Il giardino è servito da un ampio parcheggio e un piccolo museo dove potete vedere come è stata realizzata. L'ingresso costa solo 6 € e la mappa per orientarsi 0.50 €. Non voglio farvi perdere altro tempo con le parole quindi vi lascio ammirare le foto.

I still have so many things that I've seen in Tenerife and I want to share with you that I do not know where to start. After I looked one more time all the photos, I stopped on the botanical garden of Santa Cruz (the capital of the island), a magical place, with swirling waterfalls, vibrant colors, exotic flowers, green palm trees and a breathtaking view over the city and the ocean. The garden is served by a large parking lot and a small museum where you can see how it was done. Vacation - a true MUST do! / Vacanta - un adevarat MUST! / Vacanze - un vero MUST!

Salutare dragi cititori,

Iata ca m-am intors din concediu si respectiv din vacanta. Postarea mea de astazi vorbeste despre utilitatea unei vacante. Desigur, imi veti spune ca vacanta o face cine are bani si timp liber si nu vreau sa va contrazic pentru ca stim cu totii ca nimic nu este gratis. Eu insami cunosc foarte bine persoane care nu au mers niciodata in vacanta si au folosit timpul liber pentru alte activitatii, asadar postarea mea nu intentioneaza sa va recomande de locuri, momente, etc. Ritmul vietii din prezent este mult mai accelerat, esti constrans sa faci mai multe lucruri in acelasi timp, atentia distributiva nu mai constituie un dar, ci o necesitate, multe activitati au devenit mecanice pentru a lasa ca atentia sa se indrepte spre lucruri mai importante, de exemplu bei cafeaua intr-o secunda in picioare la bar, saluti persoanele de cele mai mute ori fara sa schimbi nici un alt cuvant pentru ca in acelasi timp iti ordonezi activitatiile din ziua curenta, citesti mail-urile pe telefon sau platesti on-line o factura pentru a evita coada la ghisee. Daca in trecut familiile aveau roluri bine definite, barbatul era capul familiei si aducea bani in casa in timp ce sotia ingrijea casa, gatea si crestea copii, in ziua de astazi, ca o consecinta a liberului arbitru sau a nevoilor, femeile au si ele o slujba, asadar toate activitatile se impart, avand ca rezultat final mai putin timp pentru toti.Tocmai din acest motiv, este util sa te desprinzi cateva zile sau saptamani din acest ritm micidial pentru a te relaxa chiar si cu cele mai simple lucruri, sa nu iti mai sune alarma dimineata, sa bei cafeaua linistit facand si o mica conversatie, sa citesti o carte lejera care sa iti deconecteze mintea de la griji, sa ai timp sa privesti orizontul, sa bei sau sa mananci ceva deosebit care sa iti aminteasca in viitor de acest moment, sa vezi locuri si persoane noi care sa iti largeasca orizoturile mentale. Prin locuri noi nu ma refer neaparat la alte tari sau destinatii exotice, chiar si sa cunosti orasul de la 50 de km prin care treci in fiecare zi cand mergi la serviciu cu masina sau autobuzul si in care nu ai salutat niciodata localnicii poate fii stimulant pentru ca orice loc nou ne pune in miscare neuronii, atrofiati altminteri in cotidianitate. Asadar in functie de posibilitati, de ordonarea prioritatilor cand e vorba de chestiuni financiare, fiecare trebuie sa ne ingaduim o pauza, pentru a merge nu stiu, la mare, sau la munte la bunici. In urmatoarele saptamani voi impartasi cu voi imagini si descrieri din vacanta mea din Tenerife, daca vreti sa impartasiti in comentarii descrieri ale vacantei voastre sau link-uri cu vacantele voastre sunteti bineveniti, ne dati ocazia sa ne informam pentru a planifica poate alte vacante.

Ciao carissime e carissimi lettori,

Eccomi di ritorno dalle ferie e di conseguenza dalle vacanze. Il mio post di oggi è centrato su l’utilità di una vacanza. Certo, mi direte che le vacanze le fa chi ha soldi e tempo e non vi voglio contradire perché come ben sappiamo tutti, niente è gratis oggigiorno. Io conosco benissimo persone che non sono mai andate in vacanza e che hanno usato le loro ferie per svolgere altre attività, quindi il mio post non ha l’intenzione di raccomandarvi posti, momenti, ecc. Il ritmo della vita presente è molto più accelerato, sei costretto a fare più cose allo stesso tempo, l’attenzione distributiva non è più un dono ma una necessita, tante attività vengono svolte in automatico per lasciare che l’attenzione si concentri su cose più importanti, per esempio prendi il caffè in un secondo, in piedi al bar e saluti la gente il più delle volte senza scambiare nessuna altra parola perché nel fratempo stai organizzando le attività della giornata, stai leggendo le mail sul cellulare oppure stai pagando on-line una bolletta per evitare la fila agli sportelli. Se in passato le famiglie avevano de ruoli ben definiti, gli uomini erano il capo famiglia e portavano in casa i soldi mentre la moglie teneva a posto la casa, cucinava e curava i bambini, al giorno d’oggi, conseguenza della libera scelta oppure delle necessità, le donne hanno anche loro un lavoro retribuito e quindi tutte le altre attività si dividono avendo come conseguenza meno tempo per tutti. Proprio per questo motivo è molto importante staccarsi un paio di giorni o settimane da questo ritmo micidiale per rilassarsi anche con le cose più semplici, come non dover impostare la sveglia al mattino, gustarsi tranquillamente i caffè facendo magari anche una piccola conversazione, leggere un libro leggero, che ti permetta di staccare la mente dalle preoccupazioni, guardare l’orizzonte, bere o mangiare qualcosa di speciale che ti faccia ricordare in futuro quel momento, vedere posti e persone nuove che possano allargare i tuoi orizzonti mentali. Con posti nuovi non dico necessariamente altri paesi o destinazioni esotiche, anche conoscere la città che sta a 50 km e che vedi sempre dal finestrino della macchina o bus mentre vai a lavorare e dove non hai mai salutato la gente del posto può essere stimolante perché ogni posto nuovo e attività nuova mette in moto i nostri neuroni, altrimenti atrofizzati dalla quotidianità. Quindi in base alle possibilità e alle priorità che diamo alle scelte finanziare, ogniuno di noi deve concedersi una pausa per andare al mare o in montagna dai nonni. So based on the possibilities and priorities we give to financing options, each of us must take a break to go to the beach or the mountains to the grandparents.
