Solo Cose Belle - luglio 2021 / Only Beautiful Things - July 2021

Ciao carissimi amici e lettori,

È arrivato il momento per l'appuntamento con  "solo cose belle" e confesso che l'entusiasmo era troppo forte per poterlo placare. Chi mi segue anche sui social, avrà intuito che sono in vacanza e quindi ha sicuramente capito dalle mie storie da che parti sto girovagando. Non ho ancora finito le vacanze e non ho ancora strutturato un post viaggi ma condividerò anche sul mio blog, l'entusiasmo dei primi giorni quando prima di arrivare a destinazione (scoprirete presto quale), ci siamo fermati a Napoli e sulla costiera amalfitana.  Confesso di aver già visitato da turista, questi posti esattamente 10 anni fa, quando abbiamo ammirato castelli maestuosi, abbiamo fatto il giro con il bus panoramico e passeggiato a volontà sul lungo mare napoletano, amalfitano e sorrentino. Stavolta non essendo in grado di ripetere il comportamento precedente, ci siamo fermati nei punti panoramici, abbiamo indugiato nell'ammirare la distesa infinta del mare e i bordi sinuosi e colorati delle costiere amalfitane e abbiamo vissuto il tramonto sulla spiaggia con davanti un bicchiere profumato e piatti gustosi.

The time has come for the appointment with "only beautiful things" and I confess that the enthusiasm was too strong to be able to placate it.  Those who also follow me on social media will have guessed that I'm on vacation and therefore have certainly understood from my stories where I am wandering around.  I have not finished my holidays yet and I have not yet structured a travel post but I will also share on my blog the enthusiasm of the first days when, before arriving at our destination (you will soon find out which one), we stopped in Naples and on the Amalfi coast.  I confess that I have already visited these places as a tourist exactly 10 years ago, when we admired majestic castles, we took the tour with the panoramic bus and walked at will along the Neapolitan, Amalfi and Sorrento sea promenades.  This time not being able to repeat the previous behavior, we stopped at the panoramic points, we lingered in admiring the endless expanse of the sea and the sinuous and colorful edges of the Amalfi coast and we experienced the sunset on the beach with a fragrant glass and delicious dishes in front of us.

Napoli / Naples

La vera pizza si mangia a Napoli / Naples is where one can eat true pizza

Il Napoli che potete vedere qui è stato fotografato dalle colline del Vomero dove abbiamo anche mangiato la miglior pizza mai assaggiata fin'ora. Sia il panorama, sia la pizza ci hanno lasciati letteralmente senza parole. Rispetto a 10 anni fa, ho trovato Napoli molto cambiata in meglio. Il lungomare è molto più curato, pieno di bar pittoreschi e turisti curiosi.

The Naples that you can see here was photographed from the hills of Vomero where we also ate the best pizza ever tasted so far.  Both the view and the pizza literally left us speechless.  Compared to 10 years ago, I found Naples much changed for the better.  The promenade is much nicer, full of pottoresque bars and curious tourists.

Per quanto riguarda la costiera amalfitana, se 10 anni fa i locali erano radi ed i turisti pochi, questa volta abbiamo notato un boom turistico. Ci è stato praticamente impossibile fermarci ad Amalfi o Positano e per questo motivo me la sono goduta  solo dall'auto ma ho avuto l'occasione di fare lunghe e bellissime passeggiate a Minori e Sorrento dove c'erano più posti di parcheggio liberi. Una piccola nota acida, i posti di parcheggio per disabili erano pochi e tutti pieni ma nonostante fossero tutti occupati,  non ho visto in giro sedie a rotelle, stampelle o deambulatori oltre al mio che sfortunatamente restava in macchina con me. Le foto scattate in queste città le ha fatte mio marito mentre io attendevo in macchina con l'ansia che la polizia non ci multasse per i 5 minuti di sosta in posti non adibiti a questo. Nonostante ciò, ho potuto ammirare comunque le bellissime città, gli edifici in stile romantico che hanno ispirato tante storie d'amore e tanti film. Fortunatamente per poter ammirare il panorama dall'alto hanno creato dei magnifici punti panoramici dove poter scendere, ascoltare il suono dolce del mare, respirare l'aria fresca e godersi la vista mozzafiato.

As for the Amalfi coast, if 10 years ago the locals were few and the tourists few, this time we noticed a tourist boom.  It was practically impossible for us to stop in Amalfi or Positano and for this reason I only enjoyed it from the car but I had the opportunity to take long and beautiful walks in Minori and Sorrento where there were more free parking spaces.  A little sour note, the parking spaces for disable people were few and all full but although they were all occupied, I did not see wheelchairs, crutches or walkers around other than mine which unfortunately stayed in the car with me.  The photos taken in these cities were made by my husband while I was waiting in the car with the anxiety that the police would not fine us for the 5 minutes of parking in places not used for this.  Despite this, I was still able to admire the beautiful cities, the romantic-style buildings that have inspired so many love stories and so many films.  Fortunately, in order to admire the panorama from above, they have created magnificent panoramic points where you can go down, listen to the sweet sound of the sea, breathe the fresh air and enjoy the breathtaking view.

Diario di vacanza - la pura verità su Alberobello / Vacation diary - the truth about Alberobello

Ben ritrovati miei carissimi amici e lettori,

Oggi ho pensato che l’argomento migliore per il primo post dopo una vacanza è la condivisione di una delle mie esperienze come viaggiatrice di questa vacanza. Per coloro che seguivano il mio blog anche l’anno scorso, di sicuro vi ricorderete che le mie vacanza estive le ho passate sempre in Puglia. Quest’anno ho pensato che visto che la Puglia è molto grande e tante persone mi consigliano di vedere certi posti, dovrei vedere alcuni di questi posti tanto lodati. Uno di questi posti è Alberobello, una città nota per i trulli, delle costruzioni bianche e coniche in pietra nata nel XVI secolo quando il conte Andrea Matteo III Acquaviva d’Aragona portò 40 famiglie di contadini a reclamare e coltivare la terra in cambio di un decimo dei loro raccolti. La particolarità delle costruzioni di questo posto ha un’origine alquanto insolita, il successore di conte Andrea, il conte Giangirolamo II decretò che le case potevano essere costruite solo usando sedimenti di calcare e carsico che si trovavano in abbondanza nella zona. L’obbligo di costruire le case con solo pietra e senza mortaio o malta era semplicemente un espediente che evitava al conte di pagare le tasse al viceré spagnolo del Regno di Napoli in quanto secondo la legge Pragmatica de Baronibus, in vigore fino al 1700, prevedeva la necessità dell’assenso reale per la costruzione di centri urbani abitati con l’uso di terracotta e malta e dunque la necessità di pagare le tasse al re.  Alberobello rimase un feudo dei conti Acquaviva solo fino al 27 maggio 1797 quando il re Ferdinando IV di Borbone accolse la petizione di civili e monaci di Alberobello e decretò che Alberobello era una città reale, liberandola dal feudo dovuti ai conti. Vi parlerò adesso un po’ della mia esperienza in questo posto, come potete vedere dalle foto il posto è bellissimo e molto curato, ho apprezzato molto il fatto che i trulli venivano decorati con fiori per esaltare la loro unicità. Consiglio a chi viene qui di non sperare di vedere il posto in un solo giorno perché è molto grande e ci sono diversi musei che ritraggono la normale vita in un trullo nei secoli scorsi quindi consiglio particolarmente di visitare il trullo Sovrano, l’unico trullo realizzato usando la malta e quindi in violazione della legge Pragmatica Baronibus, dalla famiglia Perta appartenente al primo vicario foraneo di Alberobello e con questo penso che abbiamo capito perché i monaci fecero la petizione al re Ferdinando per liberare Alberobello dal feudo ai conti Acquaviva; la Casa Pezzolla che narra la storia del territorio e dei trulli; il Museo Dell’Olio e la chiesa matrice di Alberobello, dedicata ai santi medici Cosma e Damiano che custodisce numerose reliquie. Detto tutto questo, passiamo alla parte pragmatica di questo posto e per certi aspetti non sempre tanto bella. Prima di tutto voglio informarvi che c’è un parcheggio prima dell’entrata in Alberobello abbastanza costoso, noi abbiamo scelto la tariffa giornaliera di 5€ che era molto conveniente rispetto alla tariffa oraria. Subito prima di entrare a sinistra, ci sono le toillettes, a pagamento, 50 centesimi che vi consiglio di usare perché altrimenti non ne troverete bagni prima dei bar e ristoranti della Piazza del Popolo e questi bar sono abbastanza costosi. Vi suggerisco di fermarvi subito dopo l’entrata al punto informazioni per la mappa e per avere i consigli sui posti da vedere, monumenti da visitare e soprattutto per le vie più corte per arrivarci. Reputo tutto ciò di grande importanza per qualsiasi meta turistica, la cosa che ho gradito meno è stato il carattere molto commerciale in tutto quello che ho visto: tutti i musei sono a pagamento, non parliamo di somme alte, ma se si vuole vederli tutti arriviamo a dei costi per niente trascurabili, i trulli aperti alle visite che non sono musei, sono in realtà negozi dove il personale è dedito a farti comprare cose. Parlando dei prezzi, per mangiare e bere, consiglio assolutamente i bar, i ristoranti e le terrazze in prossimità all'entrata, da l’altra parte della strada perché si mangia bene e si paga meno in confronto ai ristoranti e bar del centro e delle zone interne e consiglio la stessa cosa per quanto riguarda i prodotti tipici e i souvenir. Non fatevi ingannare da frasi “oggi abbiamo una promozione”, “questo è il miglior prezzo”, aspettate di finire il tour e sempre sul lato opposto all'entrata, troverete dei negozi altrettanto carini e ben decorati con prezzi più accessibili.

Ritornando alla mia esperienza di turista in questo posto posso dire in conclusione che questo è un posto bellissimo con una storia molto interessante ma con un forte carattere commerciale dove lo scopo principale di tutti sembra essere quello di farti aprire il portafoglio, il che mi sembra molto triste per una zona che come elemento principale nella sua storia abbia la vita dei contadini, con la sua semplicità e  praticità.

Today I thought that the best argument for the first post after a holiday is the sharing of one of my experiences as a traveler on this holiday. For those who followed my blog last year, for sure you will remember that for my summer vacation I also visited Apulia. This year I thought that since Apulia is very large and many people recommend me to see certain places, I should see some of these highly praised places. One of these places is Alberobello, a city known for its trulli, white buildings and conical stones built in the sixteenth century when Count Andrea Matteo III Acquaviva of Aragon brought 40 families of farmers to claim and cultivate the land in exchange for a tenth of their crops. The peculiarity of the buildings of this place has a rather unusual origin, the successor of Count Andrea, Count Giangirolamo II decreed that the houses could only be built using limestone and karstic sediments that were found in abundance in the area. The obligation to build houses with only stone and without mortar was simply a device that prevented the count from paying taxes to the Spanish viceroy of the Kingdom of Naples because according to the law Pragmatica de Baronibus, in force until 1700, it was mandatory the royal assent for the construction of urban centers with the use of terracotta and mortar and therefore the need to pay taxes to the king. Alberobello remained a fief of the counts Acquaviva only until May 27, 1797 when King Ferdinand IV of Bourbon received the petition of civilians and monks of Alberobello and decreed that Alberobello was a royal city, freeing it from the fief owed to the counts. I will tell you now a bit 'of my experience in this place, as you can see from the photos the place is very beautiful and well cared, I really appreciated the fact that the trulli were decorated with flowers to enhance their uniqueness. I recommend to those who come here not to hope to see the place in a single day because it is very large and there are museums that portray the normal life in a trullo in past centuries so I recommend particularly to visit the Trullo Sovereign, the only trullo made using the mortar and therefore in violation of the Pragmatica Baronibus law, by the Perta family belonging to the first vicar of Alberobello and with this I think we understood why the monks will fight the petition to King Ferdinando to free Alberobello from the fief to the Acquaviva Counts; the Casa Pezzolla that tells the story of the territory and that of the trulli; the Oil Museum and the master church of Alberobello, taught to the saints Cosma and Damiano, who keep numerous relics. Having said all this, let's move on to the pragmatic and in some ways not always so beautiful part of this place. First of all I want to inform you that there is a parking lot before entry into Alberobello quite expensive, we have chosen the daily rate of € 5 which was very convenient compared to the hourly rate. Just before entering to the left, there are toillettes, for a fee, 50 cents that I recommend you to use because otherwise you will not find other toillettes before the bars and restaurants of Piazza del Popolo and these bars are quite expensive. I suggest you stop immediately after entering to the information point for the map and for advice on places to see, monuments to visit and especially for the shortest ways to get there. I consider all this of great importance for any tourist destination, the thing that I liked less was the very commercial character in everything I've seen: all museums have fees, we do not talk about high amounts, but if you want to see all of them you might arrive at some costs for nothing negligible, the trulli open to visits that are not museums, are actually shops where the staff is dedicated to making you buy things. Speaking of prices, for eating and drinking, I definitely recommend the bars, restaurants and terraces at the entrance on the other side of the street because you eat well and pay less compared to the restaurants and bars of the center and the internal areas and I recommend the same thing regarding typical products and souvenirs. Do not be fooled by phrases "today we have a promotion", "this is the best price", wait to finish the tour and always on the opposite side of the entrance, you will find shops just as nice and well decorated but with more affordable prices. Returning to my experience as a tourist in this place I can say in conclusion that this is a beautiful place with a very interesting story but with a strong commercial character where the main purpose of everyone seems to be that of making you open the wallet, which seems very sad for an area that has as its main element in its history the life of the farmers with its simplicity and practicality.

Astazi revin cu un alt post despre vacanta mea in Puglia si minunatele locuri pe care le-am vazut si trait in aceasta vacanta. In postarea de astazi va voi vorbi despre cele mai frumoase si deosebite plaje din Puglia (din plajele ce le-am frecventat noi). Prima din aceste plaje este plaja din Santa Maria al Bagno de pe malul marii ionice. Orasul in sine este un oras superb, amenajat pentru a atrage turisti, ceea ce nu este foarte comun in Puglia, iar plaja este o plaja spectaculoasa, o plaja cu nisip alb fin dar si cu stanci. Apa este minunata, dimineata are o frumoasa culoare albastru topaz care in lumina dupa-amiezii se transforma apoi in verde smarald. Fundalul este ferm ceea ce face si din aceasta plaja si mare potrivita si persoanelor care nu stiu sa inoate. Plaja este atat amenaja cat si libera iar pe plaja amenajata daca ati comandat pranzul la bar, baietii care lucreaza acolo vi-l pot aduce sub umbrela pe sezlong daca doriti. Plaja amenajata este servita de WC, cabine pentru a se schimba si un dus cu fise. Va inspira imaginile de mai jos?

Oggi torno con un altro post sulla mia vacanza in Puglia e sui posti meravigliosi che abbiamo visto e vissuto in questa vacanza. Nel post di oggi vi parlerò delle più belle e straordinarie spiagge della Puglia ( fra le spiagge che abbiamo frequentato noi). La prima di queste spiagge è la spiaggia di Santa Maria al Bagno sul mare ionico. La città stessa è una bella città, organizzata per attirare i turisti, che non è molto comune in Puglia e la spiaggia è spettacolare, una spiaggia con sabbia bianca e fine, ma anche con le rocce. L'acqua è meravigliosa, al mattino ha un bel colore blu topazio che nella luce del pomeriggio diventa verde smeraldo.

Lo sfondo è saldo facendo della spiaggia e del mare un posto adatto anche alle persone che non sanno nuotare. La spiaggia è attrezzata e anche libera e se sulla spiaggia attrezzata avete ordinato il pranzo al bar, i ragazzi che vi lavorano possono portarlo sotto l'ombrello sul lettino, se si desidera. La spiaggia attrezzata è servita da WC, cabine per cambiarsi e doccia a pagamento con moneta. Vi possono inspirare le immagini qui sotto?

Today I come back with another post on my vacation in Puglia and the wonderful places we have seen and lived on this holiday. In today's post I will talk about the most beautiful and amazing beaches of Puglia (among the beaches we have attended to). The first of these beaches is the beach of Santa Maria al Bagno on the Ionian Sea. The city itself is a beautiful city, organized to attract tourists, which is not very common in Puglia and the beach is spectacular, a beach with white and fine sand, but also with rocks. The water is wonderful, in the morning it has a beautiful blue topaz color that in the afternoon light becomes emerald green. The background is solid, making the beach and the sea a place suitable even for people who do not know how to swim. The beach is equipped and also free and if you have ordered lunch on the beach at the bar, the guys who work there can bring it under the umbrella on the sunbed if desired. The equipped beach is served by toilets, changing cabins and a payment shower with coins. Do you feel inspired by the pictures below?

O alta plaja deosebita este plaja din Torre Specchia Ruggeri de pe malul marii adriatice. Si in acest caz avem de a face cu o plaja usor accesibila, cu fundal ferm si apa cristalina. Plaja este in general nisipoasa dar pentru cei dornici sa se ascunda printre stanci in apa in orele cele mai toride aici o puteti face cu usurinta. Un'altra splendida spiaggia è la spiaggia di Torre Specchia Ruggeri sul mare adriatico. In questo caso ci troviamo di fronte ad una spiaggia facilmente accessibile, con sfondo stabile e acque cristalline. La spiaggia è soprattutto di sabbia, ma per coloro che amano nascondersi tra le rocce in acqua nelle ore torride qui lo possono fare facilmente. La spiaggia è sia attrezzata che libera, il prezzo sulla spiaggia attrezzata è di 22 € per un ombrellone e due lettini, ma devi venire la mattina presto, perché la spiaggia attrezzata ha pochi posti che vengono affittati immediatamente. La sabbia non è molto fine su questa spiaggia e in genere il piede affonda quando si cammina in acqua, è importante fare attenzione a come camminate nella parte rocciosa del mare perché le pietre sono scivolose per via della vegetazione o taglienti e possono causare lesioni. Anche questa spiaggia è servita da un bel bar, un po 'più lontano dalla spiaggia, ma sappiamo che l'attività fisica fa bene al corpo. Mi ricordo che qui ho sentito una delle acque più calde fra tutte le spiagge frequentate in Puglia e, come si può vedere l'acqua è limpida e abbastanza pulita. Ho svegliato il vostro interesse?

Another beautiful beach is the beach of Torre Specchia Ruggeri on the Adriatic Sea. In this case too we are faced with an easily accessible beach, with stable background and crystal clear waters. Din plajele despre care va vorbesc astazi, aceasta este ultima plaja relativ usor accesibila. Pentru a ajunge pe plaja trebuie sa parcurgeti aproximativ 2 km de padure prin parcul Porto Selvaggio sau la pretul de 2€ dus si alti 2€ intors puteti lua naveta electrica ecologica si sa admirati peisajul padurii in timp ce va deplasati. Trebuie sa va informez ca din 2007 acest parc face parte din Fondul pentru Mediu Italian in lista celor 100 de locuri care trebuie salvate. Despre frumusetea lui nu are rost sa va vorbesc, o puteti vedea foarte bine din imaginile de mai jos, imi permit doar sa spun ca realitatea este mai frumoasa decat fotografia. Ce parere aveti, va incumetati sa il vizitati?

La terza spiaggia di cui parlo è la spiaggia di Porto Selvaggio del parco naturale regionale con lo stesso nome, sul territorio del comune Nardò in provincia di Lecce, sulla costa ionica. Tra le spiagge di cui parlo oggi, questa è l'ultima spiaggia con accesso relativamente facile. Per raggiungere la spiaggia bisogna percorrere circa 2 km a piedi nel parco e nella foresta di Porto Selvaggio o altrimenti al prezzo di 2 € andata e 2 € ritorno si può prendere la navetta elettrica e quindi ecologica e godersi il paesaggio strada facendo. La spiaggia è prevalentemente rocciosa e quando vi siete stancati di cuocere sotto il sole è possibile ritirarsi all'ombra di un albero o visitare una delle molte altre attrazioni come Torre Alto e la Palude del Capitano o sorseggiare una bibita fresca o gustare un gelato al bar vicino alla spiaggia. La spiaggia è solo libera, quindi è necessario portare con voi tutto il necessario per poter prendere il sole. Devo informarvi che dal 2007, questo parco fa parte del Fondo per l'Ambiente Italiano ed è stato inserito sulla lista 100 posti da salvaguardare. Della sua bellezza è inutile parlare, si può benissimo vedere dalle immagini qui sotto, lasciatemi dire solo che la realtà è più bella dell'immagine. Cosa ne pensate, vi azzardereste a visitarlo?

The third beach I will talk about is the beach of Porto Selvaggio of the regional natural park with the same name, in the territory of the municipality Nardò in the province of Lecce, on the Ionian coast. Among the beaches I talk about today, this is the last beach with relatively easy access. To get to the beach you have to walk about 2 km in the park and in the forest of Porto Selvaggio or otherwise at the price of 2 € go and 2 € return you can take the electric and therefore ecological shuttle and enjoy the landscape roadside doing. The beach is predominantly rocky and when you are tired of baking in the sun you can retreat to the shade of a tree or visit one of the many other attractions like Torre Alta and Palude del Capitano or sip a fresh drink or enjoy an ice cream at the bar next to the beach. The beach is only free, so you need to bring everything you need to be able to sunbathe. I have to inform you that since 2007, this park is part of the Italian Environment Fund and has been included in the list of 100 places to be safeguarded. Aceasta nu este o plaja usor accesibila, pentru a ajunge la apa trebuie sa sariti intr-o rapa, la propriu, nu la figurat si cred ca sa urcati si sa iesiti poate fii chiar mai dificil. Avem de-a face cu o plaja salbatica, pe care persoanele se intindeau sa se bronzeze doar pe un prosop, altiminteri se bucurau sa inoate in apa cristalina. Pe stanci, am vazut diverse persoane care faceau plaja bucurandu-se de o panorama superba. Ce ziceti, ati avea curajul sa va bucurati de aceasta plaja?

La quarta spiaggia della quale voglio parlarvi oggi è la Grotta della Poesia, una spiaggia che, come il nome che ha, predispone alla creatività e all'amore. Non si tratta di una spiaggia facilmente accessibile, per raggiungere l'acqua bisogna saltare in un burrone, letteralmente, non in senso figurato e penso che salita per uscire fuori potrebbe essere ancora più difficile. Si tratta di una spiaggia selvaggia dove la gente si sdraiava solo su un telo mare per prendere il sole, altrimenti godeva nuotare in acque cristalline. Ho visto diverse persone prendere il sole sulle rocce godendo della vista mozzafiato. Che ne pensate, avreste il coraggio di godere di questa spiaggia?

The fourth beach I want to talk to you today is Grotta della Poesia (Cave of Poetry), a beach that, as its name, predisposes to creativity and love. It is not an easily accessible beach, to reach the water you have to jump into a ravine, literally, not figuratively and I think climbing to get out could be even harder. It is a wild beach where people only lay on a sea towel in order to tan, otherwise they enjoyed swimming in crystal clear waters. I have seen several people sunbathe on the rocks enjoying the breathtaking views. What do you think, would you dare to enjoy this beach?

In sfarsit am ajuns sa va vorbesc despre Canale del Ciolo, ultima plaja din postarea de astazi. Si in acest caz avem de a face cu o plaja salbatica cu doua cai de acces, extrem de dificile, una dintre acestea necesita sa sariti in apa de pe una din stancile din imagine iar cea de-a doua sa coborati printr-o vale a durerii si sa luptati cu diversi arbusti teposi, stanci alunecoase si animale neprietenoase ce isi apara teritoriul. Aceasta este una din cele mai inguste plaje si poate una din cele mai frumoase. In iulie era destul de aglomerata, ceea ce ma face sa cred ca in luna august este practic imposibil sa gasest un loc unde sa te intinzi la soare. Daca stiti sa inotati, si aveti o buna conditie fizica nu puteti si nu trebuie sa ratati aceasta plaja, apa sa calda si peisajul superb merita efortul. Daca in schimb nu va incumetati sa coborati, puteti oricum sa o admirati de la superbul local cladit in stanca, unde puteti manca, gusta o bautura delicioasa sau chiar inchiria un hamac si sa gustati o sampanie. Acest local este relativ scump pentru Puglia dar panorama ce iti taie respiratia merita fiecare cent. Ce spuneti? Va incumetati sa mergeti pe plaja sau preferati sa admirati peisajul de pe terasa barului?

Finalmente ho modo di parlare di Canale del Ciolo, l'ultima spiaggia del post di oggi. Anche in questo caso ci troviamo di fronte ad una spiaggia selvaggia con due strade di accesso, estremamente difficili, di cui una richiede di saltare in acqua da una delle rocce che vedete nell'immagine e la seconda a scendere attraverso una valle del dolore e lottare contro i vari arbusti che hanno le spine, le rocce scivolose e gli animali poco amichevoli che difendono il loro territorio. Si tratta di una delle spiagge più ristrette e forse anche di una delle più belle. Al mese di luglio era abbastanza piena, il che mi fa pensare che ad agosto è quasi impossibile trovare un posto per sdraiarsi al sole. Se sapete nuotare, e avete una buona condizione fisica, non potete e non dovete perdervi questa spiaggia, l'acqua calda e l'incredibile paesaggio valgono la pena. Se invece non avete il coraggio di scendere, potete in ogni caso ammirarla dal bellissimo locale costruito nella roccia, dove si può mangiare, gustare un delizioso drink o noleggiare un'amaca e gustare un bicchiere di champagne. Questo ristorante è relativamente costoso per la Puglia ma il panorama mozzafiato vale ogni centesimo. Che idea vi siete fatti? Pensate di andare in spiaggia o preferite godervi il panorama dalla terrazza del bar?

Finally I have the opportunity to talk about Canale del Ciolo, the last beach of today's post. Again in this case we are faced with a wild beach with two extremely difficult access roads, one of which requires one to jump into the water from one of the rocks you see in the image and the second to descend through a valley of pain and fight against the various shrubs that have thorns, the slippery rocks and the unfriendly animals that defend their territory. It is one of the narrowest beaches and perhaps even one of the most beautiful.

In the month of July it was quite full, which makes me think that in August it is almost impossible to find a place to lie down in the sun. If you know how to swim, and you have a good physical condition, you can not and do not have to miss this beach, the warm water and the incredible scenery are worth it. If you do not have the courage to go down, you can still admire it from the beautiful terrace built in rock, where you can eat, enjoy a delicious drink or rent a hammock and enjoy a glass of champagne. This restaurant is relatively expensive for Puglia but the breathtaking view is worth every penny. What do you think?
