Ciao carissimi lettori,

Oggi vorrei recensirvi il mio shampoo preferito, un prodotto che uso continuamente da diversi anni, forse addirittura 5 e che mi ha sempre pienamente soddisfatta. Il prodotto in causa è lo KERATINA E CACHEMIRE shampoo nutriente e ristrutturante con estratti di keratina e proteine di cachemire del marchio italiano Bottega Verde. Credo che avete capito tutti ormai che io sono una grandissima fan e utilizzatrice di questo marchio ed è quindi assolutamente normale che i miei cosmetici preferiti e prodotti che uso di più siano firmati Bottega Verde. Detto questo devo comunque specificare che il prodotto non mi è stato regalato e non ho ricevuto alcun compenso dal brand o dai suoi rappresentanti per scrivere questo articolo. Come specificavo precedentemente, io acquisisco questo shampoo con regolarità da anni e ho desiderato condividere le mie impressioni in quanto consumatore con voi, i miei fedeli e carissimi lettori.

Informazioni dal produttore: Questo shampoo è stato creato per detergere i capelli fragili, spenti, danneggiati e che si spezzano facilmente. La keratina e le proteine di cachemire svolgono un’azione nutritiva e prottetiva conferendo forza e vitalità ai capelli rendendoli allo stesso tempo morbidi e facili da pettinare. Non contiene parabeni e coloranti.

Modalità d’utilizzo: Applicare su capelli bagnati una quantità di shampoo sufficiente per la lunghezza della capigliatura massaggiando fino ad ottenere una sofficissima e piacevolissima schiuma. Risciacquare poi con acqua abbondante.

Valutazione personale: Come vi dicevo, questo shampoo è il mio shampoo preferito e vi svellerò subito il motivo principale. Adoro per tanti motivi questo prodotto ma il motivo principale che mi fa prediligere questo shampoo è il fatto che non mi fa scaricare il colore dai capelli. L’ho usato sempre quando mi tingevo i capelli, poi, per un po’ di tempo, quando non facevo più la tinta, avevo smesso di usarlo per provare altri prodotti ma subito dopo aver optato per la frangia blu sono ritornato al prodotto che mi permetteva di mantenere il colore inalterato più a lungo possibile. Con questo shampoo il momento della doccia è diventato un vero momento di relax, una dolce coccola dove godere del piacevole e avvolgente profumo mentre la soffice schiuma rivitalizzava il mio cuoio capelluto. Grazie a questo shampoo i capelli diventavano molto facili da pettinare e dopo averli asciugati diventavano lucidi, setosi, lisci, morbidi e con un aspetto molto sano e vigoroso. Confesso che ho sempre preferito completare il trattamento dei miei capelli con il balsamo e l’olio sublime della stessa linea, Keratina e cachemire. Anche se tinti, grazie a questo shampoo, i miei capelli hanno sempre una lucentezza naturale e un aspetto molto sano e non si spezzano più. Inoltre, come potete vedere dalle foto che ho condiviso, uso questo prodotto da parecchio tempo ed i miei capelli acquistano una lucentezza invidiabile anche in assenza di tinta o piastra per lisciarli. Non ho mai acquistato questo prodotto a prezzo pieno che ritengo troppo alto per la quantità di prodotto contenuta nel barattolo ma l’ho acquistato molto sovente anche con lo sconto del 50% quindi a 3,99 che ritengo un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Inutile dire che al prezzo di 2,99 e viste tutte le sue qualità, questo prodotto diventava per me un vero affare tanto da cercare di fare delle scorte. Apprezzo molto che il flacone è riciclabile e che lo shampoo non contenga parabeni e coloranti però mi chiedo se il suo effetto sarebbe lo stesso senza i diversi siliconi presenti nella lista degli ingredienti. Nonostante continuerò sicuramente a usarlo anche con questa composizione, sarei molto interessata anche a provare una versione senza siliconi.

PRO: non contiene parabeni o coloranti, rende i capelli morbidi e docili alla pettinatura, rinforza e nutre i capelli rendendoli lucidi, forti e meno inclini a spezzarsi, non scarica il colore dai capelli tinti, buon rapporto qualità/prezzo quando scontato

CONTRO: prezzo pieno un po’ alto per il mio budget, contiene siliconi

Conclusione: Questo prodotto potrebbe essere apprezzato da persone con capelli fragili, opachi, tendenti a spezzarsi, che desiderano avere capelli setosi, nutriti e ristrutturati mantenendo allo stesso tempo più a lungo possibile il colore della tinta preferita.

Today I would like to review my favorite shampoo, a product that I have been using continuously for several years, maybe even 5 years now, and that has always fully satisfied me. The product in question is the KERATINA E CACHEMIRE nourishing and restructuring shampoo with keratin extracts and cashmere proteins from the Italian brand Bottega Verde. I think you have all understood by now that I am a huge fan and user of this brand and it is therefore absolutely normal that my favorite cosmetics and products I use the most are signed Bottega Verde. Having said that, I must still specify that the product was not given to me and I have not received any compensation from the brand or its representatives for writing this article. As I previously specified, I have been acquiring this shampoo on a regular basis for years and have wanted to share with you, my loyal and dearest readers, my impressions as a consumer.

Information from the manufacturer: This shampoo was created to cleanse brittle, dull, damaged and easily broken hair. Keratin and cashmere proteins have a nourishing and protective action, giving strength and vitality to the hair, making it soft and easy to comb at the same time. It does not contain parabens and dyes.

How to use: Apply a sufficient amount of shampoo for the length of the hair to wash, to wet hair , massaging until a very soft and pleasant foam is obtained. Then rinse with plenty of water.

Personal Evaluation: As I told you, this shampoo is my favorite shampoo and I will tell you the main reason right away. I love this product for many reasons but the main reason that makes me prefer this shampoo is the fact that it does not releases the color from my hair. I always used it when dyeing my hair, then, for a while, when I was no longer dyeing, I stopped using it to try other products but immediately after opting for the blue fringe I went back to the product that I allowed me to keep the color unchanged as long as possible. With this shampoo the moment of the shower has become a real moment of relaxation, a sweet cuddle where one can enjoy the pleasant and enveloping scent while the soft foam revitalized the scalp. Thanks to this shampoo the hair became very easy to comb and after drying it became shiny, silky, smooth, soft and with a very healthy and vigorous appearance. I confess that I have always preferred to complete the treatment of my hair with the conditioner and the sublime oil from the same line, Keratin and cashmere. Even when dyed, thanks to this shampoo, my hair always has a natural shine and a very healthy look and no longer breaks. Also, as you can see from the photos I shared, I have been using this product for a long time and my hair acquires an enviable shine even in the absence of dye or hair ironing. I have never purchased this product at full price which I consider too high for the quantity of product contained in the bottle but I have bought it very often even with a 50% discount, therefore at 3.99 which I believe is a good quality / price ratio. Needless to say, at the price of 2.99 and given all its qualities, this product became a real bargain for me, so much so that I tried to stock up. I really appreciate that the bottle is recyclable and that the shampoo does not contain parabens and dyes but I wonder if its effect would be the same without the different silicones present in the ingredient list. Although I will definitely continue to use it with this composition as well, I would also be very interested in trying a silicone-free version.

PRO: it does not contain parabens or dyes, makes the hair soft and easy to comb, strengthens and nourishes the hair making it shiny, strong and less prone to breaking, does not unload the color from dyed hair, good value for money when discounted

CONS: full price a bit high for my budget, it contains silicones

Conclusion: This product could be appreciated by people with brittle, dull, tending to break hair, who wish to have silky, nourished and restructured hair while maintaining their favourite hair color intact as long as possible.

Kafka sulla spiaggia di Haruki Murakami - recensione letteraria / Kafka on the Shore by Haruki Murakami - book review

Ciao carissimi lettori,

Ero molto titubante a fare questa recensione perché questo libro mi ha lasciato delle impressioni confuse e cercavo di chiarirmi prima le idee e rileggere certi paragrafi. Ho letto questo libro dopo che mi è stato fortemente raccomandato, direttamente ma indirettamente, attraverso descrizioni sui diversi social e duenque partivo con delle aspettative abbastanza alte. Confesso di aver già letto “A sud del confine, a Ovest del sole” di Haruki Murakami, libro che non mi aveva impressionato positivamente e tuttavia dopo diverse rassicurazioni anche nelle recensioni disponibili online, ho deciso comunque di cominciare a leggere Kafka sulla spiaggia per scoprire il lavoro più completo di questo autore. 

Vorrei iniziare con le cose che mi sono piaciute e mi hanno lasciato una impressione positiva e discutere magari in seguito gli aspetti meno positivi. Prima di tutto ho apprezzato i vari riferimenti alla cultura giapponese, i proverbi, le descrizioni delle tradizioni giapponesi, le tipologie di letto e filosofie del sonno, il cibo, la filosofia del mangiare ma soprattutto il modo in cui la morte è vista e percepita nella cultura giapponese. Ho apprezzato molto e soprattutto all’inizio del libro, la struttura particolare della narrazione, con episodi del passato che si alternavano a momenti del presente nella visione e prospettiva a diversi personaggi. Ho apprezzato molto anche la diversità dei personaggi e il modo in cui venivano descritte le loro caratteristiche e il modo in cui l’autore tirava fuori la loro unicità nei momenti di banale quotidianità. Murakami è molto grafico e sa descrivere molto bene qualsiasi oggetto o persona, nei più piccoli e intimi dettagli, ma non ha colto con altrettanta precisione l’universo dei rapporti fra i personaggi. La cosa che mi ha deluso è stata l’assenza di affettività, la mancanza di connessione e coesione fra i diversi personaggi, il modo in cui uno percepisce l’altro e risponde a questi input. Forse ero troppo abituata a libri che sondassero in profondità l’animo dei loro personaggi o forse avrei preferito meno descrizioni che illustrano i rapporti sessuali o momenti di toelettatura e più descrizioni dei sentimenti che uno risveglia nell’altro. Capisco che la letteratura moderna fa uso smisurato di sessualità per vendere e per raggiungere ogni categoria di lettore però magari io avrei preferito intuire, immaginare certi aspetti non vederli descritti come in un film. In più se vi ricordate la mia recensione del libro Lolita, non gradisco aspetti di pedofilia nella letteratura, mi ripugnano, mi sconvolgono e trovo che il suo uso per qualsiasi motivo e a qualsiasi scopo non farà altro che peggiorare la situazione degli abusi, delle mutilazioni e le aggressioni varie verso i minori. 

Ho cercato a lungo di capire la filosofia e il messaggio di questo libro e inizialmente non riuscivo a coglierlo. Ero sicura che dovevo guardare oltre la prostituta che cita Hegel mentre fa sesso orale ed ero convinta che il messaggio si nascondesse dietro Nakata, io dei personaggi principali, uno dei più enigmatici personaggi di questo romanzo. Mi chiedevo cosa volesse comunicarci Murakami con il sonno e il cambiamento che il personaggio Nakata subisce da bambino e ho cominciato a vedere la luce solo quando ho scoperto che i personaggi ignorassero la sconfitta del Giappone nella seconda guerra mondiale e le bombe atomiche. Visto che questo aspetto era degno di ulteriori approfondimenti, ho cercato su internet di leggere di più su come il Giappone narra al suo popolo la seconda guerra mondiale. Ho scoperto cosi che a lungo non si parlava della sconfitta, non si raccontava Hiroshima e Nagasaki e sostanzialmente il popolo giapponese non sapeva di aver perso una guerra di fronte agli Stati Uniti d’America. Non conosco tanto bene la cultura giapponese, ma da quello che ho letto in materia di libri e anche di commenti e racconti fatti da cittadini giapponesi su internet, credo che lo scopo di questa strategia è stata la sopravvivenza del paese come paese forte e vittorioso. Probabilmente una conoscenza più approfondita e discussa del finale di questo momento storico avrebbe inculcato al popolo il concetto della perdita, della disfatta. Scegliendo di occultare quella parte della storia, il paese ha dato la possibilità di guarire e ai sopravvissuti e di cominciare da capo come paese all’avanguardia, potente e intraprendente attraverso le nuove generazioni, un po’ come la teoria del viaggio di 40 anni nel deserto di Mosè allo scopo di far dimenticare al suo popolo il concetto della schiavitù. Nakata rispecchia il popolo giapponese, un popolo che ha dormito e poi si è risvegliato e al risveglio deve scoprire e capire ogni cosa. La chiave quindi di questo romanzo è proprio questo personaggio, un personaggio che rachiude l'essenza di un popolo e rappresenta l'emblema di una cultura.

I was very hesitant to do this review because this book left me confused impressions and I was trying to clarify my ideas first and reread certain paragraphs. I read this book after it was strongly recommended to me, directly and also indirectly, through descriptions on different social networks so I started my reading with quite high expectations. I confess that I have already read "South of the border, West of the sun" by Haruki Murakami, a book that did not impress me positively and yet after several reassurances also in the reviews available online, I still decided to start reading Kafka on the shore to discover the most complete work of this author.

I would like to start with the things that I liked and left a positive impression on me and then discuss the less positive aspects later. First of all I appreciated the various references to Japanese culture, the proverbs, the descriptions of Japanese traditions, the types of bed and sleeping philosophies, the food, the philosophy of eating but above all the way in which death is seen and perceived in the Japanese culture. I really appreciated, especially at the beginning of the book, the particular structure of the narrative, with episodes from the past that alternated with moments of the present in the vision and perspective of different characters. I also really appreciated the diversity of the characters and the way in which their characteristics were described and the way in which the author brought out their uniqueness in moments of banal everyday life. Murakami is very graphic and can describe any object or person very well, in the smallest and most intimate details, but he has not grasped the universe of relationships between the characters with equal precision. The thing that disappointed me was the absence of affectivity, the lack of connection and cohesion between the different characters, the way in which one perceives the other and responds to these inputs. Maybe I was too used to books that deeply probe the soul of their characters or maybe I would have preferred fewer descriptions illustrating sexual intercourse or moments of grooming and more descriptions of the feelings that one awakens in the other. I understand that modern literature makes excessive use of sexuality to sell and to reach every category of reader, but maybe I would have preferred to guess, imagine certain aspects not to see them described as in movies. In addition, if you remember my review of the Lolita book, I dislike aspects of pedophilia in literature, they repel me, upset me and I find that its use for any reason and for any purpose will only worsen the situation of abuse, mutilation and violence on minors.

I have long tried to understand the philosophy and the message of this book and initially I could not grasp it. I was sure that I had to look beyond the prostitute who mentions Hegel while she does oral sex and I was convinced that the message was hiding behind Nakata, the main characters and one of the most enigmatic characters in this novel. I wondered what Murakami wanted to communicate to us through the sleep and the change that the character Nakata undergoes as a child and I only began to see the light when I discovered that the characters ignored Japan's defeat in World War II and the atomic bombs. Since this aspect was worthy of further study, I searched the internet to read more about how Japan tells the people about her World War II. I discovered that for a long time there was no talk of defeat, no mention of Hiroshima and Nagasaki and basically the Japanese people did not know that they had lost a war to the United States of America. I don't know Japanese culture very well, but from what I have read through books and also comments and stories made by Japanese citizens on the internet, I believe that the purpose of this strategy was the survival of the country as a strong and victorious country. Probably a deeper and more discussed knowledge of the ending of this historical moment would have inculcated to the people the concept of loss, of defeat. By choosing to hide that part of history, the country has given itself the chance to heal and to survivors to start anew as a pioneering, powerful and enterprising country through the new generations, a bit like the 40-year travel theory in the desert of Moses in order to make his people forget the concept of slavery. Nakata reflects the Japanese people, a people who slept and then woke up and when he woke up he had discover and understood everything. Therefore, the key to this novel is this character, a character who encloses the essence of a people and represents the emblem of a culture.

Solo cose belle - edizione ottobre 2021 / Only beautiful things - october 2021 edition

Ciao carissimi amici e lettori,

Nel post di oggi condivido le cose belle relative al mese di ottobre dell'anno corrente. Il mese è iniziato molto bene perché nella prima settimana o incontrato una carissima amica che non vedevo da tempo. Ogni tanto ci facciamo una chiacchierata al telefono ma non è niente in confronta ad una ritrovata in persona. Purtroppo la situazione che ha sconvolto le nostre vite negli ultimi due anni, hanno anche limitato molto le nostre possibilità di vederci. Quindi potete immaginare quanto fossi impaziente di incontrare nuovamente la mia amica Francesca, con cui ho diverse cose in comune, tra le quali anche la passione per il blogging.  In tale occasione abbiamo scelto un ristorante molto carino e abbiamo pranzato insieme ai nostri cari mariti. Come potete vedere il posto scelto è molto pittoresco con proposte gastronomiche all'altezza e la ritrovata è stata arricchita da una conversazione proficua e appagante. In onestà, siamo stati fra i primi ad arrivare e gli ultimi ad andarsene e quando ci siamo salutati, abbiamo scambiato regali e si siamo proposti di non aspettare cosi a lungo per ritrovarci. Ci siamo regalate la stessa tipologia di regali, indovinate cosa? Libri! Ognuna ha regalato all'altra un libro, di cui aveva già letto un esemplare in precedenza e aveva apprezzato la trama, la narrazione e lo stile letterario. Sono due libri recenti, apprezzati molto dal pubblico lettore tanto da essere editate tante, tante volte. Condivido con voi il regalo che ho ricevuto io, per quanto riguarda il libro che ho regalato io, ve lo farò presente quando condividerò con voi la recensione.

In today's post I share the beautiful things related to the month of October of the current year. The month started very well because in the first week I met a very dear friend that I hadn't seen for a long time. Every now and then we have a chat on the phone but it is nothing compared to seeing ourselves in person. Unfortunately, the situation that has disrupted our lives over the past two years has also greatly limited our chances of seeing each other. So you can imagine how eager I was to meet my friend Francesca again, with whom I have several things in common, including the passion for blogging. On that occasion we chose a very nice restaurant and had lunch with our dear husbands. As you can see the chosen place is very picturesque with delicious gastronomic proposals and the discovery was enriched by a fruitful and satisfying conversation. Honestly, we were among the first to arrive and the last to leave and when we said goodbye, we exchanged gifts and made a promise not to wait that long in order to meet again. We gave ourselves the same kind of gifts, guess what? Books! Each gave the other a book, of which she had already read a copy previously and enjoyed the plot, the narrative and the literary style. Is the case of two recent books, much appreciated by the public reader so much that they have been edited many, many times over. I share with you the gift I received, as for the book I gave as gift, I will let you know when I'll share the review with you.

L'altro evento importante e bello dell'inizio di questo mese è stato l'anniversario del mio matrimonio. In tale occasione abbiamo deciso di passare la giornata fuori facendo le cose che ci piacciono molto e di cui abbiamo fatto a meno negli ultimi anni, iniziando ad usufruire solo dopo l'implementazione del green pass. Abbiamo pranzato e cenato fuori e abbiamo fatto una maratone cinema. A pranzo ci siamo recati in un fast food che apprezziamo molto per gustarci alcuni dei nostri piatti preferiti, poi abbiamo visionato al cinema il nuovo film 007 cioè BOND 25 - NO TIME TO DIE e in seguito la pellicola ESCAPE ROOM 2 - gioco mortale. Abbiamo scelto di concludere questo pomeriggio pieno di emozioni con una cena molto intima, in un ristorante etnico dove il piatto viene condiviso e consumato con le mani. Sono diversi anni che non frequentavamo più questo ristorante e siamo stati molto contenti di scoprire che i sapori e gli aromi erano gli stessi e che l'atmosfera era ancora più romantica e personale. Ovviamente in questa occasione io e mio marito ci siamo regalati le cose che amiamo di più, e mi domando se indovinerete quale sia stato il mio regalo ;)

Un'altra cosa bella che vorrei menzionare è stato il cambiamento che abbiamo notato nell'atmosfera generale fra l'inizio del mese e la fine dello stesso mese. Se ai primi di ottobre il cinema era ancora quasi vuoto, quando siamo tornati alla fine del mese abbiamo trovato le sale quasi piene e per quanto riguarda i ristoranti, i bar e i pub, abbiamo notato che alcuni posti che non avevano ancora aperto le porte, adesso hanno ricominciato a ricevere clienti e deliziarli con le loro pietanze secondo i vecchi orari di apertura. Non so voi, ma io ho interpretato tutto questo come l'inizio di un ritorno alla normalità.

The other important and beautiful event of the beginning of this month was my wedding anniversary. On that occasion we decided to spend the day out doing the things we really like and have done without or less in recent years, returning to a kind of normality only after the implementation of the green pass. We had lunch and dinner out and did a cinema marathon. For lunch we went to a fast food restaurant that we really appreciate to enjoy some of our favorite dishes, then we watched the new movie 007 at the cinema, that is BOND 25 - NO TIME TO DIE and then the film ESCAPE ROOM 2 - tournament of champions. We have chosen to conclude this afternoon full of emotions with a very intimate dinner, in an ethnic restaurant where the dish is shared and eaten with hands. We have not frequented this restaurant for several years and we were very happy to find that the flavors and aromas were the same and that the atmosphere was even more romantic and personal. Obviously on this occasion my husband and I gave ourselves as gifts the things we love most, and I wonder if you will guess what my gift was;)

Another beautiful thing I would like to mention was the change we noticed in the general atmosphere between the beginning of the month and the end of the same month. If at the beginning of October the cinema was still almost empty, when we returned at the end of the month we found the halls almost full and as regards the restaurants, bars and pubs, we noticed that some places that had not yet opened their doors, now they have begun to receive customers and delight them with their dishes according to the old opening hours. I don't know about you, but I interpreted all of this as the beginning of a return to normal.
