Carissimi amici e lettori, 

Oggi sono qui per il nuovo appuntamento con le cose belle di questo mese. Per coloro che mi seguono su Instagram, il link lo trovate anche sopra, womantoday32, le cose che condividerò adesso non sono una novità, ma per coloro che non dedicano tempo a questo social, le cose belle di questo mese riguardano il breve viaggio che ho fatto sul lago Maggiore. All'inizio dell'anno vi avevo parlato di alcuni nuovi problemi di salute che poi piano piano ho accettato come un'altro compagno per la vita ma siccome non è per niente facile gestire i sintomi e la terapia (difficilmente controllabile a casa dove ho tutto il necessario) volevo provare ad affrontare la situazione anche in un ambito nuovo come quando viaggio. Perciò ci siamo organizzati per passare una breve vacanza di 3 giorni a visitare lago Maggiore e le sue bellissime città. Non ho avuto il successo che speravo nel controllo dei problemi di salute ma visitando questi posti stupendi mi ha ricordato ancora una volta quanto sia bello viaggiare, quanto mi possa alzare il morale e quanta pace mi possa dare ammirare paesaggi e panorami multicolori come quelli che condividerò in seguito. Abbiamo visitato Arona, Stresa e Lucarno e ci siamo soffermati in ognuna di queste città per ammirare i paesaggi, scattare foto, ascoltare i cantanti di strada, fare un aperitivo delizioso, pranzare e cenare con  pietanze squisite. Come novità rispetto alle condivisioni sui social, nel post di oggi condivido con voi le prelibatezze del lago Maggiore. Detto ciò, vi saluto e vi abbraccio con calore e vi do appuntamento al prossimo post.

At the beginning of the year I told you about some new health problems which I then slowly accepted as another life partner but since it is not at all easy to manage the symptoms and the therapy (difficult to control at home where I have everything necessary) I wanted to try to deal with the situation even in a new environment like when I travel. So we organized ourselves to spend a short 3-day break visiting Lake Maggiore and its beautiful cities. I haven't had the success I hoped in controlling my health problems but visiting these beautiful places reminded me once again how beautiful it is to travel, how much it can lift my spirits and how much peace it can give me to admire multicolored landscapes and panoramas like the ones I will share afterwards. We visited Arona, Stresa and Lucarno and stopped in each of these cities to admire the landscapes, take pictures, listen to street singers, have a delicious happy hour, have lunch and dinner with exquisite dishes. As a novelty compared to sharing on social networks, in today's post I share with you the delicacies of Lake Maggiore. Having said that, I greet you and embrace you warmly and see you in the next post.

Una vera dipendenza - Il Sorgo Rosso di Mo Yan - recensione letteraria / True addiction - Red Sorghum by Mo Yan - book review

 

Ciao carissimi lettori,

Oggi non vedo l’ora di parlarvi di un libro che mi ha tanto sorpreso, un libro che mi ha impressionato e deliziato allo stesso tempo, un libro che mi è piaciuto talmente tanto che quando ho finito le quasi 500 pagine, avrei voluto che continuasse ancora perché mi aveva reso avida del suo contenuto. Il romanzo di oggi è il Sorgo Rosso ed è la seconda opera dello scrittore cinese Mo Yan che io leggo. Il primo libro che avevo letto, Le Rane e che ho recensito QUI mi aveva già fatto apprezzare molto questo scrittore per il modo oggettivo in cui evoca ed analizza i fatti e per gli spunti di riflessione quasi filosofici che condivide con il lettore, ma dopo aver letto questo romanzo ho cominciato ad apprezzare Mo Yan anche come scrittore, come narratore e creatore di letteratura. Forse sembrerà presto fare una simile affermazione dopo aver letto solo 2 libri, che totalizzano più di 850 pagine, ma dopo aver letto quest’opera ho subito capito che Mo Yan è diventato uno dei miei scrittori preferiti. Prima di parlarvi nello specifico di questo romanzo vorrei fare una piccola precisazione, il vero nome dello scrittore è Guan Moye, Mo Yan essendo il suo pseudonimo, una scelta audace perché la traduzione del suo pseudonimo significa: “colui che non desidera parlare”, curioso per qualcuno che ha scelto di fare lo scrittore ma su questo argomento ritornerò più avanti quando parlerò del suo modo di scrivere.

Il Sorgo Rosso è un romanzo storico che narra la storia di una famiglia del distretto di Gaomi nella regione di Shandong, estesa su diverse generazioni. La narrazione è in prima persona e non per caso in quanto anche l’autore è nato e cresciuto nello stesso posto. In realtà, questa opera che è il sua primo romanzo, vide la luce del giorno nel 1986 quando l’autore consegui anche la laurea al dipartimento di letteratura dell’Academia d’Arti e subito colse l’interesse del mondo artistico. L’anno successivo, nel 1987, fu realizzata la trasposizione cinematografica delle prime due parti del romanzo dal regista Zhāng Yìmóu, film che l’anno seguente vinse l’Orso d’Oro al Festival Internazionale del cinema di Berlino. L’argomento trattato in questo romanzo è la vita di una famiglia particolare, le sue relazioni, i rapporti nella comunità, le avventure e le sofferenze patite durante la seconda guerra sino – giapponese. La narrazione in Sorgo Rosso è realizzata su una struttura di piani sovrapposti, in avanti e all’indietro, dal 1925 al 1972 circa, partendo dal matrimonio arrangiato di Dai Fengliang, la nonna del narratore, al ritorno del nipote, questo personaggio assente, al paese dei suoi nonni e di suo padre. La narrazione spazia da eventi che descrivono la vita, le tradizioni popolari e le abitudini della popolazione contadina all’epoca antecedente alla seconda guerra sino – giapponese, agli eventi scaturiti dall’invasione giapponese, al comunismo reale menzionando anche la rivoluzione culturale che scosse il comunismo appena istaurato. La narrazione ha una struttura quasi epopeica, la presenza di diverse generazioni le conferisce l’aspetto di un vero saga mentre la presenza di certi personaggi canaglia che diventano eroi le dà un carattere di mitopoiesis, creazione di miti. I personaggi principali di questo romanzo sono: Yu Zhan’ao, un ragazzo turbolento che con il passare degli anni si trasforma in un bandito e poi in un comandante della resistenza contro l’invasione giapponese, Dai Fegliang, una ragazza di modeste origini che si vedrà cambiata la vita dopo l’incontro con il giovane Yu, Yu Dougan, il figlio dei primi due personaggi e il padre del narratore, un adolescente che la guerra renderà forte, Zio Liu o Arhat Liu, lavorante anziano nella distilleria della famiglia Shan che inseguito sotto l’amministrazione di Dai Fengliang diventerà un prezioso consigliere e fedele amministratore. Altri personaggi importanti che compariranno successivamente sono Lian’er, la seconda moglie di Yu Zhan’ao, una ragazza sensuale e misteriosa la cui rabbia alla fine diventerà profezia, Cao Mengjiu, capo distretto, famoso per la sua saggezza e spirito di giustizia apparentemente incorruttibile, Collo Macchiato, il bandito che diventerà esempio di vita per Yu Zhan’ao, Occhio Nero, il capo della Società di Ferro, una delle organizzazioni della resistenza contro l’invasione giapponese, e Jiang Piede Piccolo, il comandante dell’Ottava Armata. In verità ci furono diverse organizzazioni a combattere contro l’invasione giapponese e le loro dinamiche erano molto complesse e per niente scontate. Per quanto riguarda gli eventi, io che non conosco a fatto la storia cinese, confesso che sono stata molto sorpresa e sbalordita dalla genesi di alcuni momenti, dalle dinamiche di altri e dal modo in cui sono stati percepiti dal popolo cinese.

Vorrei finalmente parlare dell’aspetto che mi ha più impressionato in questo romanzo e cioè delle sue ricchezze sul piano letterario. Il sorgo rosso è un romanzo che eccelle in figure retoriche ma a impressionarmi così tanto non è stato il numero di metafore, epiteti, assonanze, ossimori, ipostasi e quant’altro ma la loro qualità, la loro forza, la loro capacità di creare immagini, suoni, odori, impressioni e di persistere a lungo nella mia mente. Mo Yan ha un talento molto speciale, un talento rarissimo che è quello di raccontare fatti terribili senza creare scompiglio o ripugnanza e lo fa grazie alla sua capacità di usare le figure retoriche. Espressioni come: “sangue morbido e liscio come piume di uccelli”, “dopo la morte, il suo volto era bello come la giada” oppure “dalla bocca e dal naso spruzzò fuori il sangue scarlatto come una freccia” dipingono un quadro vivido, intenso e memorabile senza risvegliare ansietà e senza frenare o rallentare il flusso della lettura. Grazie all’uso dei piani sovrapposti lo scrittore ci rivela eventi tragici aumentando gradualmente l’intensità in modo che il lettore ormai informato dell’epilogo non viva l’angustia e il terrore associati. Senza fare uno spoiler, menziono come esempio la morte di zio Liu di cui l’autore ci informa già dal primo capitolo con frasi semplici e che più avanti andrà a richiamare aggiungendo dettagli e colori per costruire e concludere un quadro di brutale violenza. Questa costruzione graduale è la chiave per mantenere vivo l’interesse dei lettori senza creare panico e subire perdite. Essendo un romanzo storico che narra eventi di guerra, Il Sorgo Rosso narra aggressioni, violenze, tradimenti, parla di morte, di suicidio e di omicidio in tutte le sue forme, ma rispecchia fedelmente la cultura rurale cinese, le convinzioni, l’ignoranza, la disperazione, la miseria, l’amore, l’emozione e la rassegnazione che dimora in ogni contadino, ogni bandito e ogni anima dell’alta pianura cinese. Mo Yan illustra tutto questo con la sua narrazione senza usare esplicitamente la descrizione ma figure retoriche che in poche parole evocano usanze, qualità, tratti e impressioni. Ritornando al significato del suo pseudonimo, la scelta evoca pienamente il suo stile letterario perché Guan Moye non parla, lui dipinge con parole realtà, fatti, eventi, persone e posti con una maestria degna del premio Nobel.

Consiglio questo libro a tutti gli amanti della buona lettura e a tutti coloro che vogliono esplorare e approfondire la cultura di un popolo millenario ma vi avverto, la narrazione di Mo Yan crea dipendenza. Dopo aver letto Le Rane, ho deciso di acquistare Il Sorgo Rosso e dopo aver letto questo romanzo, ho messo nella lista dei prossimi acquisti altri suoi 3 libri.

Today I can't wait to tell you about a book that surprised me so much, a book that impressed and delighted me at the same time, a book that I liked so much that when I finished the nearly 500 pages, I wanted it to continue because it had made me greedy for its content. Today's novel is Red Sorghum and it is the second work of the Chinese writer Mo Yan that I read. The first book I had read, Frog and which I reviewed HERE had already made me appreciate this writer a lot for the objective way in which he evokes and analyzes the facts and for the almost philosophical food for thought he shares with the reader, but after having read this novel I began to appreciate Mo Yan also as a writer, as a narrator and creator of literature. Perhaps it will seem to soon to make a similar statement after reading only 2 books, which total more than 850 pages, but after reading this work I immediately realized that Mo Yan has become one of my favorite writers. Before talking specifically about this novel I would like to make a small clarification, the writer's real name is Guan Moye, Mo Yan being his pen name, a bold choice because the translation of his pen name means: "don't speak", curious for someone who has chosen to be a writer but I will return to this topic later when I talk about his way of writing.

Red Sorghum is a historical novel that tells the story of a family from the Gaomi district in the Shandong region, spanning several generations. The narration is in the first person and not by chance as the author was also born and raised in the same place. In fact, this work, which is his first novel, saw the light of day in 1986 when the author also graduated from the literature department of the Academy of Arts and immediately caught the interest of the artistic world. The following year, in 1987, was made the film adaptation of the first two parts of the novel by director Zhāng Yìmóu, a film that the following year won the Golden Bear at the Berlin International Film Festival. The topic covered in this novel is the life of a very special family, its relationships, its bonds with the community, its adventures and sufferings suffered during the second Sino-Japanese war. The narration in Red Sorghum is carried out on a structure of overlapping planes, forwards and backwards, from about 1925 to 1972, starting from the arranged marriage of Dai Fengliang, the grandmother of the narrator, to the return of his grandson, this absent character, on the lands of his grandparents and his father. The narration ranges from events that describe the life, popular traditions and habits of the peasant population at the time before the Second Sino-Japanese War, to the events arising from the Japanese invasion, to real communism, also mentioning the cultural revolution that shook the just installed communism. The narrative has an almost epopeic structure, the presence of several generations gives it the appearance of a true saga while the presence of certain knave characters who become heroes gives it a character of mythopoiesis, the creation of myths. The main characters of this novel are: Yu Zhan'ao, a turbulent boy who over the years turns into a bandit and then into a commander of the resistance against the Japanese invasion, Dai Fegliang, a girl of modest origins who will see his life changed after meeting the young Yu, Yu Dougan, the son of the first two characters and the narrator's father, a teenager that the war will make strong, Uncle Liu or Arhat Liu, an elderly worker in the Shan family distillery who turned under the administration of Dai Fengliang into a valuable advisor and faithful administrator. Other important characters who will appear later are Lian'er, Yu Zhan'ao's second wife, a sensual and mysterious girl whose anger will eventually become prophecy, Cao Mengjiu, district leader, famous for his wisdom and seemingly incorruptible spirit of justice, Spotted Neck, the bandit who will become an example of life for Yu Zhan'ao, Black Eye, the leader of the Iron Society, one of the organizations of the resistance against the Japanese invasion, and Jiang Small Foot, the commander of the Eighth Army. In truth, there were several organizations fighting against the Japanese invasion and their dynamics were very complex and not at all obvious. As for the events, I, who do not know Chinese history, I confess that I was very surprised and amazed by the genesis of some moments, by the dynamics of others and by the way in which they were perceived by the Chinese people.

I would like to finally talk about the aspect that most impressed me in this novel, that is its literary riches. Red Sorghum is a novel that excels in rhetorical figures but what impressed me so much was not the number of metaphors, epithets, assonances, oxymorons, hypostases and so on, but their quality, their strength, their ability to create images , sounds, smells, impressions and to linger on in my mind. Mo Yan has a very special talent, a very rare talent which is to tell terrible facts without creating confusion or repugnance and he does that thanks to his ability to use rhetorical figures. Expressions such as: "blood soft and smooth like bird feathers", "after death, her face was as beautiful as jade" or "from the mouth and nose he spray out the scarlet blood like an arrow" paint a vivid, intense and memorable picture without arousing anxiety and without slowing down the flow of reading. Thanks to the use of superimposed dimensions, the writer reveals tragic events to us by gradually increasing the intensity so that the reader now informed of the epilogue does not experience the associated anguish and terror. Without making a spoiler, I mention as an example the death of Uncle Liu of which the author informs us from the first chapter with simple sentences and which he will later recall by adding details and colors to build and conclude a picture of brutal violence. This gradual construction is the key to keeping readers' interest alive without creating panic and have losses. Being a historical novel that narrates war events, Red Sorghum narrates attacks, violence, betrayals, speaks of death, suicide and murder in all its forms, but faithfully reflects the Chinese rural culture, beliefs, ignorance, desperation, misery, love, emotion and resignation that dwell in every peasant, every bandit and every soul of China's high plain. Mo Yan illustrates all this with his narration without explicitly using the description but rhetorical figures that in a few words evoke customs, qualities, traits and impressions. Returning to the meaning of his pen name, the choice fully evokes his literary style because Guan Moye does not speak, he paints reality, facts, events, people and places with words with a skill worthy of the Nobel Prize.

I recommend this book to all lovers of good reading and to all those who want to explore and deepen the culture of a thousand-year-old people but I warn you, Mo Yan's narration is addictive. After reading Frog, I decided to buy Red Sorghum and after reading this novel, I put 3 more books of this author on the list of my next purchases.

Porcelain face - Elizavecca's moisture whitening skin liar cream review

 

Hello dear readers, this post is another cosmetic and skin care review and the product I will review today is the third and last product that the Korean skin care brand, Elizavecca, sent me on the last collaboration. This product is the Skin Liar Moisture Whitening Cream. What got me interested in this cream is the whitening effect and since I have never tried anything similar before, I decided that trying for the first time an Elizavecca product, a brand that gave me only satisfaction, was the best decision. The purpose of this cream is to moisturize, cover, even, whiten and reduce fine lines, spots, skin blemishes and enlarged pores. For this category of products, this cream is the best I have tried, but not having serious problems in this area, I don’t feel like having the skills to judge performance in this area. That being said, as a person with moderate enlarged pores, occasional redness of the skin, rarely present skin spotting but noticeable and heavily treated fine lines, I review this cream as following.

Other precious ingredients like collagen, sodium hyaluronate, shea butter, goat milk and vitamin C smoothens skin and evens complexion and skin tone while maintaining its natural elasticity and moisture. The result will be a moisturized and smooth skin. This product is perfect for those interested in Saengeol make-up style. Saengeol is a look that doesn’t use make-up products but other products that give radiance to the skin.

Cautions and warnings: if reactions like itching, stigmata or swelling should appear after applying and exposing to sunlight, consult a doctor. Do not use on open wounds or dermatitis, keep out of the reach of children and store at room temperature and out of the direct sunlight.

Application: use as an after base – care on mornings and before going out by taking a sufficient amount of product and gently massage it into the skin. The area around the eyes is to be avoided.

Skin type: all skin types

Personal evaluation: first of all, I recommend applying this cream after the daily cleansing, toning and moisturizing routine. This cream works better if a normal moisturizer has been applied previously. This way the Skin Liar Cream is distributed better and the whitening effect components are better absorbed without leaving white trails. If applied during spring or summer, I suggest applying it also on neck and cleavage so there won’t be differences in color. I apply it always after my complete skin routine diminishing only a little bit the amount of my facial cream. Using it this way the product is fully absorbed with only a few gentle massage movements and leaves the skin soft, smooth, visibly whiter and more even for a result that lasts all day. By using this product, the fine lines, the dark spots and blemishes are overall covered and hidden with the care and talent of an artist. The results are obvious after the first application, the skin looks clearer, whiter, more even and with less imperfections. I have to remind that this is not a treatment for those problems, the Skin Liar Moisture Whitening Cream being first of all, a cosmetic product. Therefore, it will cover, not treat those issues. Personally, I like very much the texture and the sensation it leaves on my skin and I also appreciate very much the result, the skin becoming visibly clearer, whiter and evened. At the beginning I thought that since I didn’t have important skin issues, I wouldn’t get to use this product very much but as soon I started using, it I realized it was perfect for a make-up no make-up look or as Koreans call it, Saengeol make-up style, that is a neat and well-finished look without the use of make-up products.

PROS: great coverage of the fine line, blemishes and other skin imperfections, it absorbs completely and maintains the skin hydration, leaves the skin visibly clearer, brighter and smoother after the first application. Travel friendly product, very practical packing, good quality / price ration, also contains fine ingredients and has no perfume.

CONS: contains mineral oils and ciclopentaxyloxane

Conclusion: this product could turn useful to people with skin blemishes, uneven skin tone or fine lines, looking for a quick solution in order to make those issues less visible or people just interested in a Saengeol look.

Ciao cari lettori, questo post è un'altra recensione di cosmetici e cura della pelle e il prodotto che recensirò oggi è il terzo e ultimo prodotto che il marchio coreano di cura della pelle, Elizavecca, mi ha inviato nell'ultima collaborazione. Questo prodotto è la crema sbiancante Skin Liar Moisture. Ciò che mi ha interessato di questa crema è l'effetto sbiancante e siccome non avevo mai provato nulla di simile prima, ho deciso che iniziare provando per primo un prodotto Elizavecca, un marchio che in passato mi ha dato solo soddisfazioni, fosse la decisione migliore. Lo scopo di questa crema è idratare, coprire, uniformare, sbiancare e ridurre linee sottili, macchie, imperfezioni della pelle e pori dilatati. Per questa categoria di prodotti, questa crema è la migliore che ho provato, ma non avendo seri problemi in quest'area, non mi sento di avere le capacità per giudicare le prestazioni in quest'area. Detto questo, come persona con pori dilatati moderati, arrossamento occasionale della pelle, macchie cutanee sporadiche ma linee sottili evidenti intensamente trattate, recensisco questa crema come segue.

Avvertenze e precauzioni: se dopo l'applicazione e l'esposizione alla luce solare dovessero comparire reazioni come prurito, stimmate o gonfiore, consultare un medico. Non utilizzare su ferite aperte o dermatiti, tenere fuori dalla portata dei bambini e conservare a temperatura ambiente e al riparo dalla luce diretta del sole.

Applicazione: utilizzare come un dopo base – cura la mattina e prima di uscire prelevare una quantità sufficiente di prodotto e massaggiarlo delicatamente sulla pelle. L'area intorno agli occhi è da evitare.

Tipo di pelle: tutti i tipi di pelle

Valutazione personale: innanzitutto consiglio di applicare questa crema dopo la routine quotidiana di detersione, tonificazione e idratazione. Questa crema funziona meglio se in precedenza è stata applicata una normale crema idratante. In questo modo la Crema Skin Liar si distribuisce meglio e i componenti ad effetto sbiancante vengono assorbiti meglio senza lasciare scie bianche. Se applicato durante la primavera o l'estate, consiglio di applicarlo anche su collo e décolleté così non ci saranno differenze di colore. Lo applico sempre dopo la mia routine completa di cura della pelle, diminuendo solo un po' la quantità della mia crema viso. Usato in questo modo il prodotto viene assorbito completamente con pochi e delicati movimenti di massaggio e lasciando la pelle morbida, levigata, visibilmente più bianca e uniforme per un risultato che dura tutto il giorno. Utilizzando questo prodotto, le linee sottili, le macchie scure e le imperfezioni sono nel complesso coperte e nascoste con la cura e il talento di un artista. I risultati sono evidenti già dalla prima applicazione, la pelle apparendo più chiara, più bianca, più uniforme e con meno imperfezioni. Devo ricordare che questo non è un trattamento per quei problemi, la Skin Liar Moisture Whitening Cream essendo prima di tutto, un prodotto cosmetico. Pertanto, coprirà non tratterà tali problemi. Personalmente, mi piace molto la consistenza e la sensazione che lascia sulla mia pelle e apprezzo molto anche il risultato, la pelle diventa visibilmente più chiara, bianca e uniforme. All'inizio pensavo che siccome non avevo grossi problemi della pelle, non avrei usato molto questo prodotto ma non appena ho iniziato ad usarlo, ho capito che era perfetto per un look senza trucco o come lo chiamano i coreani, stile Saengeol make-up, ovvero un look curato e ben rifinito senza l'utilizzo di prodotti per il trucco.

PRO: ottima copertura delle linee sottili, macchie e altre imperfezioni della pelle, assorbe completamente e mantiene l'idratazione della pelle, lascia la pelle visibilmente più chiara, luminosa e levigata già dalla prima applicazione. Prodotto adatto ai viaggi, confezione molto pratica, buon rapporto qualità/prezzo, contiene anche ingredienti pregiati e non ha profumo.

CONTRO: contiene oli minerali e ciclopentaxiloxane

Conclusione: questo prodotto potrebbe tornare utile a persone con imperfezioni della pelle, colorito della pelle non uniforme o linee sottili per ottenere una soluzione rapida e rendere questi problemi meno visibili o semplicemente alle persone interessate allo stile Saengeol.

Solo Cose Belle - marzo 2022 / Only Beautiful Things - March 2022

Inizio i post del mese di aprile con le cose belle relative al mese di marzo. Non mi dilungo con le introduzioni ma siccome non tutti mi state seguendo su tutti i social, non avete avuto modo di venire a conoscenza con gli eventi salienti della mia vita il mese scorso. Comunque il mio primo consiglio, se avete voglia di sapere più cose di me, è di seguirmi su Insta, in quanto quello è il social che prediligo, forse perché lì, la gente in generale pubblica delle belle cose, forse perché lì è difficile fare polemica o forse semplicemente perché lì i cuoricini vanno di moda. Quindi le belle cose del mese scorso comprendono la festa del 1 marzo, la festa della Donna (e implicitamente anche il mio compliblog), mia madre che è venuta a trovarmi per qualche settimana e il mio compleanno. In queste occasioni ho ricevuto bellissimi regali, altrettanto bei fiori, auguri a cascate e pranzi nei ristoranti preferiti. Non devo nemmeno dimenticare le numerose orchidee che sono rifiorite questo mese giusto in tempo per portare un raggio di luce e colore nella mia vita. Su Insta, ci sono delle foto della maggior parte di questi momenti ma desidero condividere anche sul mio blog questi momenti. 

Per coloro che si chiedono come vanno invece le più recenti (se si possa chiamare recente una cosa che dura da 8 mesi ormai) brutte cose, tutto quello che posso dire è che ci sono ancora e resteranno anche loro, probabilmente per sempre. L'unica cosa a cambiare sono io, che cerco di trovare modi per conviverci al meglio. Quindi aggiungiamo anche questa rassegnazione/riappacificazione alle belle cose di questo mese.

I start the posts of the month of April with the beautiful things related to the month of March. I won't dwell on the introductions but since not all of you are following me on all social networks, you didn't get to know the salient events of my life last month. However, my first advice, if you want to know more about me, is to follow me on Insta, as that's my favorite social network, perhaps because people in general post nice things there, perhaps because it's difficult to do controversy there or perhaps simply because little hearts are a trend there. So last month's beautiful things include March 1st, Women's Day (and by implication my blog anniversary), my mother who came to visit me for a few weeks and my birthday.  On these occasions I have received beautiful gifts, equally beautiful flowers, waterfall of good wishes and lunches in my favorite restaurants.  Nor must I forget the many orchids that have bloomed again this month just in time to bring a ray of light and color into my life. On Insta, there are photos of most of these moments but I want to share some of them on my blog as well.

For those wondering how the recently (if that is the word to use for a thing going on for over 8 months now) bad things go, all I can say is that they still exist and will also continue doing so, probably forever. The only thing that changes is me, trying to find ways to live with them, better. So let's also add this resignation/reconciliation to the good things of this month.
