I recently saw a movie about beauty, self-esteem and confidence that made me realize the fact that we are the ones deciding who we want to be and the way people sees us depends on us and on the way we are seeing and treating ourselves. To cut it short, the conclusion of that movie was the fact that it depends on us to be perceived as beautiful, we have to choose the path, the shoes and to walk our person in becoming that gorgeous woman or man we know we are. Believe me, in life, the way we walk talks loudly about who we are. Don't you agree? Whether we are active girls wearing women walking sandals or women penny loafers, the miles we walk feeling comfortable and carefree can shape our personality and can determine how the others will report to us. Feeling comfortable is very important and can help us stay true to ourselves because as soon as we forget that we need to feel at ease, we will stop believing in ourselves. 
 If you know you are a classy chic person that can't live without high heels then don't be afraid of wearing them because people might say you are a snob because when you start doubting yourself, your value will decrease and you will become what other say about you. You need to repeat yourself that you are great and people will love you and the prophecy will accomplish. I studied this phenomenon in college and I know that if you believe that you will rock your shoes, you will look amazing whether you're wearing stilettos or women water sandals. Sandals are not only very comfortable but they are also chic and elegant. Can you imagine a boho outfit pared up with a a pair of gorgeous lace up gladiator sandals? I do and I know that such a look would be perfect for summer. 
We have to acknowledge who we are and make ourseleves feel comfortable and safe in our skin. I see people being afraid of showing who they really are because they are afraid of being judged or treated different but if we stop being afraid of showing who we are people will start treating us as we deserve. Don't be afraid of showing your ethnicity and wear your socofy shoes with confidence and style.

Tasty bacon bread / Pane gustoso con pancetta / Paine gustoasa cu sunca

Cred ca stiti deja ca nu sunt o pasionata a aluaturilor in bucatarie dar in ultima vreme am hotarat sa incerc sa le fac si pe acestea si cred ca pentru un incepator, piatra de temelie nu poate fi alta decat painea. Iar cum eu nu fac niciodata lucrurile simple si imi place sa personalizez totul, am hotarat sa fac paine umpluta cu bunataturi. Iata tot ce aveti nevoie pentru aceasta reteta:

Ingrediente aluat: 1 kg faina 00 (eu prefer sa folosesc faina biologica), 16 gr drojdie de bere proaspata, 1 ou intreg, apa calda, sare, zahar dupa gust

Umplutura: 150 gr Costita afumata taiata cubulete, 100 gr masline verzi, 50 gr parmezan ras
Veti avea nevoie si de galbenusul unui ou pentru a intinde un strat peste paine.

Preparare: Puneti faina intr-un castron facand o gaura in mijloc. Intre timp incalziti o cana cu apa si dizolvati drojdia. Spargeti oul in gaura formata in faina, puneti sarea, zaharul si apa cu drojdie si incepeti sa framantati. E util sa pastrati langa voi alta apa calda in cazul in care veti mai avea nevoie pentru a framanta aluatul. In momentul in care aluatul se desprinde de pe fundul castronului, e cazul sa il acoperiti cu un prosop si sa il lasati sa creasca langa o sursa de caldura pentru cel putin o ora. Dupa ce a tracut aceasta ora, puteti merge sa controlati aluatul, este necesar cel putin ca acesta sa se fi dublat in volum. Presarati faina pe un plan de lucru, scoateti aluatul si intindeti-l cu sucitorul (vergea). Presarati costita afumata prajita in precedenta, maslinele feliate subtire si parmezanul ras si rotiti aluatul ca pe o rulada. Va sfatuiesc sa nu umpleti toata suprafata aluatului la inceput pentru a-l putea rula, adaugati gradual umplutura. Cand ati terminat si ati obtinut o rulada consistenta, asezati-o pe o tava cu hartie de cuptor pe fund unsa cu putin ulei sau intr-o tava unsa cu cativa stropi de ulei. Cu o pensula distribuiti galbenusul de ou pe suprafata painii pentru a obtine o culoare aurie. Bagati tava in cuptorul preincalzit si coaceti painea la 120° pentru 50 - 60 de minute. Eu folosesc metoda acului pentru a controla ca painea nu e cruda (nu trebuie sa ramana nimic lipit pe ac cand il scoateti). Asteptati o jumatate de ora  si apoi veti putea gusta painea cat inca mai e calda. Pofta buna!

Ciao carissimi lettori,
Penso che sappiate già che non sono una grande appassionata di impasti  in cucina, ma ultimamente ho deciso di provarli e penso che per un principiante, la pietra angolare non può essere altro che il pane. E siccome non faccio mai cose semplici e mi piace personalizzare tutto, ho deciso di fare un pane ripieno di bontà. Ecco tutto ciò che serve per questa ricetta:

Ingredienti: 1 kg di farina 00 (preferisco usare farina biologica), 16 g di lievito di birra fresco, 1 uovo intero, acqua tiepida, sale, zucchero qb

Ripieno: 150 grammi cubetti di pancetta affumicata, 100 grammi di olive verdi, 50 grammi di parmigiano
Ci sarà bisogno anche di un tuorlo d'uovo da spalmare uno strato sopra il pane.

Preparazione: mettere la farina in una ciotola facendo un buco nel mezzo. Nel frattempo scaldare una tazza d'acqua per sciogliere il lievito. Rompere l'uovo lasciandolo cadere nella buca di farina, aggiungere il sale, lo zucchero, l'acqua e il lievito iniziando a impastare. È utile tenere altra acqua calda vicino nel caso ci fosse bisogno ancora per impastare. Quando l'impasto si stacca dal fondo della ciotola, dobbiamo coprirlo con un asciugamano e lasciarlo crescere vicino a una fonte di calore per almeno un'ora. Una volta superato questo tempo, possiamo andare a controllare l'impasto, deve essere almeno raddoppiato di volume. Stendete della farina su un piano di lavoro, rimuovere l'impasto per lavorarlo con il mattarello. Cospargete l'impasto con la pancetta affumicata fritta in precedenza, le olive in fettine sottili e il parmigiano grattugiato e arrotolare l'impasto  in un rotolo. Vi consiglio di non riempire l'intera superficie dell'impasto sin dall'inizio per poterlo arrotolare, ma aggiungere gradualmente il ripieno. Quando avete finito e avete ottenuto un rotolo consistente, adagiatelo su una teglia con la carta da forno sul fondo e un po 'd'olio o in una teglia unta con qualche goccio d'olio. Con un pennello, stendete il tuorlo sulla superficie del pane per ottenere un colore dorato. Mettere la teglia nel forno preriscaldato a 120° e cuocere per 50 - 60 minuti. Io uso il metodo dell'ago per controllare che il pane non sia pronto (non deve restare niente attaccato sull'ago quando viene inserito e rimosso). Aspettare mezz'ora per assaggiare il pane ancora caldo. Buon appetito!

I think you already know that I'm not a big fan of doing dough in the kitchen, but lately I've decided to try them and I think that for a beginner, the cornerstone can't be anything else but the bread. And since I never do simple things and I like to customize everything, I decided to make a bread filled with many goodies. Here is everything you need for this recipe:

Ingredients: 1 kg of 00 flour (I prefer to use organic flour), 16 g of fresh brewer's yeast, 1 whole egg, warm water, salt, sugar to taste

Filling: 150 grams of smoked bacon, 100 grams of green olives, 50 grams of Parmesan
You will also need an egg yolk to spread a layer over the bread.

Preparation: put the flour in a bowl making a hole in the middle. Meanwhile heat a cup of water to dissolve the yeast. Break the egg by letting it fall into the flour pit, add salt, sugar, water and yeast and start mixing. It is useful to keep other hot water nearby in case there is still need for kneading. When the dough comes off the bottom of the bowl, we must cover it with a towel and let it grow near a heat source for at least an hour. Once this time has passed, we can go and check the dough, it must be at least doubled in volume. Spread some flour on a work surface, remove the dough to work it with a rolling pin. Sprinkle the dough with the previously fried smoked bacon, the olives in thin slices and the grated Parmesan and work the dough into a roll. I advise you not to fill the entire surface of the dough from the beginning to be able to roll it but gradually add the filling. When you have finished and you have obtained a substantial roll, place it on a baking tin with  baking paper on the bottom and a little oil or in a baking tin greased with a few drops of oil. With a brush, spread the yolk on the surface of the bread to obtain a golden color when baked. Put the pan in the preheated oven at 120 ° and cook for 50 - 60 minutes. I use the needle method to check that the bread is ready (nothing should remain attached to the needle when it is inserted and removed). Wait half an hour and then you can taste the warm bread. Enjoy your meal!

Lanbena - my new favourite facial mask / Lanbena - la mia nuova maschera viso preferita

Hello dear friends, today I am here to talk to you about a fabric face mask new to me that I had the chance to test thanks to a collaboration. This product is LANBENA 24k Gold Six Peptides Serum Facial Mask produced by the brand Lanbena, a brand specialized in cosmetics and skin care. For the production of cosmetics, Lanbena uses top quality ingredients like asian plant extracts and high end japanese technology. I want to assure you that the fact that this product was given to me, won't affect my review at all, I will expresse my honest opinion as you will discover by reading this post. This tissue mask is a cosmetic product that promises to rejuvenate skin, restore natural glow and youthful aspect to the skin. It is made of Japanese microfiber cloth of a soft texture that it fits perfectly to the face contour on a 360-degrees, adopting a super - strong moisture looking principle. 
Its main ingredients are myrothamnus flabellifolia extract also called resurrection plant due to the reviving property of  apparently dead leaves revive very fast when rain comes and rice ferment filtrate. The myrothamnus flabellifolia estract is a skin conditioning agent and has emollient properties as for the rice ferment filtrate, also called sake, has regenerating, revitalizing, smoothing, soothing, antioxidants, moisturizing and protective agents for a perfect skin care and facial care. Besides these ingredients, this product also contains as main ingredients: sodium hyaluronate, the salt used to produce hyaluronate acid with great properties in reducing flaking and restoring suppleness to skin, centella asiatica well known herb with many uses in cosmetology such as anti-oxidant, anti-photoaging, anti-psoriatic, or anticellulite agents, in collagen production and healing of wounds. This mask contains numerous plant extracts as you may notice in the ingredient list but I will have to mention only a few others like: Polygonum Cuspidatum root extract, another important antioxidant, Scutellaria baicalensis root extract rich in flavones such as baicalin and wogonoside with main antitumor, antiaging and antioxidant effects among many others and Camellia sinensis leaf extract also known as Green Tea with anti-aging, anti-inflammation, antioxidant a moisturizind properties. Thanks to all the ingredients mentioned above and many other high end components and technology, this mask diminishes wrinkles, lifts and firms the skin, visibly reduces the appearance of fine lines and tightens sagging facial skin. It also has moisturizing properties that effectively fights against early signs of aging. 

Directions for use: it is important to clean first the face and apply toner, take the mask from the package, unfold it and apply it on the face with the protective film on the ouside. Peel off the protective film and relax for 15-20 minutes while letting the mask do its magic. When this time is over remove mask and massage the eventual remaining serum until complete absortion. 

Precautions: avoid the contact with the eyes or damaged skin, interrupt use if allergies or discomfort occur, not suitable for children under the age of three. It is recommended a storage in a cool and dry place, far from direct exposure to sunlight. 

Packaging: the packaging is a very practical evelope of the size of a normal smartphone, easy to store, carry in bag and apply when needed most. Inside the envelope, the mask is carefully folded and I find it very easy to apply thanks to the protective film. 

Availability: internet, brand online store, amazon, aliexpress etc. 

Price: a 7 pieces pack usually costs 39.06$ but often is discounted at 31.29$; On Amazon it is available only pack of 4 different pieces for 7,99€ and on Aliexpress this product is on sale at 1.25$ a piece when ordered at least 4 pieces and 1.44$ a piece otherwise

Expiration date: in my case 2021/11/09

Cruelty free product 

Personal experience: First of all I want to say that as soon as I applied this mask I understood that it was among the best product of this genre that I ever tried. It has a perfect shape for my face, a soft tissue cloth, it has a good quantity of serum and a light, fresh and clean perfume. It stayed perfect in place for more than 30 minutes (you know I love leaving them longer than needed) even if I started to move at a certain moment. For the entire time of application I had a sensation of freshness and I felt my skin streched and smooth like in plastic surgery. Once I removed the mask, my skin was hydrated, glowing, brighter, smoother and softer like the skin of a baby. As you may also notice in the photos below, the skin gained a natural glow and smooth surface. Since this product is praised for its cicatrizing properties I will use only this mask and try to observe if there will be improvements with my blotchiness problems. For the moment I use everyday a cream with a 50 sun protection factor and my problem is under control but if this mask will help me eliminate this problem, I will become its number one fan. I will return later with informations on this situation. For the moment I used this product only twice but I noticed right the way a smoother and more firm  skin. When I received and tried this product I knew only the prices on the Lanbena site and I already thought it had a good value for the money, considering the fact that now I know it is also available on Aliexpress and amazon at lower prices, I think it has a great value for the money. One thing is sure, I will certainly buy this product in future in any way it will be available. 

PROS: great results in skin tone and skin suppleness, perfect adherence to face, light perfume, very good ingredient list, great value for the money, very practical packaging, easy to apply

CONS: NONE

Conclusions: I can only recommend this product to all those needing a rejuvenating, firming and toning face care treatment and to all those looking for good ingredient list and cruelty free products. From my point of view this product is perfect for all the persons looking for an ecological, ethical and high-end treatment. This product is also available for all budgets.

Ciao cari amici, oggi sono qui per parlarvi di una maschera per il viso in tessuto nuova per me, che ho avuto la possibilità di testare grazie a una collaborazione. Questo prodotto è la Maschera Facciale LANBENA con siero 24k Gold Six Peptides prodotta dal marchio Lanbena, un marchio specializzato in cosmetici e cura della pelle. Per la produzione di cosmetici, Lanbena utilizza ingredienti di alta qualità come estratti di piante asiatiche e tecnologia giapponese di alto livello. Voglio assicurarvi che il fatto che questo prodotto mi sia stato omaggiato non influenzerà minimamente la mia recensione, esprimerò la mia onesta opinione come scoprirete leggendo questo post. Questa maschera di tessuto è un prodotto cosmetico che promette di ringiovanire la pelle, ripristinare la luminosità naturale e l'aspetto giovanile del viso. È realizzato in tessuto di microfibra giapponese con una texture morbida che si adatta perfettamente al contorno del viso a 360 gradi, adottando un principio di idratazione super duraturo. I suoi ingredienti principali sono l'estratto di myrothamnus flabellifolia chiamato anche pianta della resurrezione a causa della proprietà di rivitalizzazione delle foglie apparentemente morte che si riprendono  velocemente quando piove e il filtrato di riso fermentato. L'estratto di myrothamnus flabellifolia è un agente condizionante della pelle e ha proprietà emollienti mentre il filtrato di riso fermentato, chiamato anche sake, ha proprietà rigeneranti, rivitalizzanti, leviganti, lenitive, antiossidanti, idratanti e protettive per una perfetta cura della pelle e del viso. Oltre a questi componenti, questo prodotto contiene anche fra gli ingredienti principali: il sodio ialuronato, il sale usato per produrre l'acido ialuronico con proprietà eccellenti nel ridurre l'aspetto molliccio e ridare elasticità alla pelle, erba centella asiatica ben nota con per i suoi molti usi in cosmetologia come antiossidante, agenti anti-photoaging, anti-psoriasi o anti cellulite, nella produzione di collagene e nella cicatrizzazione delle ferite. Questa maschera contiene numerosi estratti di piante, come si può notare nella lista degli ingredienti, ma dovrò menzionarne solo alcuni come: estratto di radice di Polygonum Cuspidatum, un altro antiossidante importante, estratto di radice di Baicalensis Scutellaria ricco di flavoni come baicalin e wogonoside con principi antitumorali, antiaging e antiossidanti tra molti altri e estratto di foglie di Camellia sinensis noto anche come tè verde, con proprietà anti-invecchiamento, anti-infiammazione, antiossidante un idratante. Grazie a tutti gli ingredienti sopra menzionati e molti altri componenti e tecnologie di alto livello, questa maschera riduce le rughe, solleva e rassoda la pelle, riduce visibilmente l'aspetto delle linee sottili e tira la pelle cascante del viso. Ha anche proprietà idratanti che combattono efficacemente contro i primi segni di invecchiamento.

Istruzioni per l'uso: è importante pulire prima il viso e applicare il toner, togliere la maschera dalla confezione, aprirla e applicarla sul viso con il film protettivo verso l'esterno. Staccare la pellicola protettiva e rilassarsi per 15-20 minuti lasciando che la maschera faccia la sua magia. Quando questo tempo è finito, togliete la maschera e massaggiare l'eventuale siero rimasto fino al completo assorbimento.

Precauzioni: evitare il contatto con gli occhi o la pelle danneggiata, interrompere l'uso in caso di allergie o disturbi, non adatto a bambini di età inferiore ai tre anni. Si consiglia uno stoccaggio in un luogo fresco e asciutto, lontano dall'esposizione diretta alla luce solare.

Confezionamento: la confezione è un modello molto pratico dalle dimensioni di un normale smartphone, facile da stoccare, trasportare e  applicare quando necessario. All'interno della busta, la maschera è accuratamente piegata e trovo che sia molto facile da applicare grazie al film protettivo.

Prezzo: un pacco da 7 pezzi costa in genere 39,06 $ ma spesso è scontato a 31,29 $; Su Amazon è disponibile solo un pacchetto di 4 pezzi diversi per 7,99 € e su Aliexpress questo prodotto è in vendita a 1,25 $ a pezzo se ordinato almeno 4 pezzi e 1,44 $ a pezzo per singole maschere

Prodotto realizzato senza infierire crudeltà sugli animali

Esperienza personale: prima di tutto voglio dire che non appena ho applicato questa maschera ho subito capito che era uno dei migliori prodotti di questo genere che abbia mai provato. Ha una forma perfetta per il mio viso, un tessuto morbido, una buona quantità di siero e un profumo leggero, fresco e pulito. È rimasta perfetta per più di 30 minuti (sapete che mi piace lasciarli più a lungo del necessario) anche se ad un certo punto ho iniziato a muovermi. Per tutto il tempo di applicazione ho avuto una sensazione di freschezza e ho sentito la mia pelle tesa e liscia come in chirurgia plastica. Una volta rimossa la maschera, la mia pelle era idratata, luminosa, più chiara, liscia e morbida come la pelle di un bambino. Come potete notare nelle foto qui sotto, la pelle ha acquisito una luminosità naturale e una superficie levigata. Dato che questo prodotto è apprezzato per le sue proprietà cicatrizzanti, userò solo questa maschera e cercherò di osservare se ci possono essere miglioramenti con i miei problemi di couperose. Per il momento uso ogni giorno una crema con fattore di protezione solare 50 e il mio problema è sotto controllo, ma se questa maschera mi aiuterà ad eliminare questo problema, diventerò il suo fan numero uno. Ritornerò più tardi con informazioni su questa particolarità. Per il momento ho usato questo prodotto solo due volte, ma ho notato il modo in cui una pelle diventa più liscia e più soda. Quando ho ricevuto e provato questo prodotto, conoscevo solo i prezzi sul sito di Lanbena e ho già pensato che avesse un buon rapporto qualità / prezzo, considerando il fatto che ora so che è disponibile anche su Aliexpress e Amazon a prezzi ancora più bassi, penso che ha un grande rapporto qualità-prezzo. Una cosa è certa, sicuramente acquisterò questo prodotto in futuro in qualsiasi modo sarà disponibile.

PRO: ottimi risultati per quando riguarda la tonicità e la morbidezza della pelle, perfetta aderenza al viso, profumo leggero, ottima lista degli ingredienti, ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo, packaging molto pratico, facile da applicare

CONTRO: NESSUNO

Conclusioni: Posso solo consigliare questo prodotto a tutti coloro che hanno bisogno di un buon trattamento per il viso, ringiovanente, rassodante e tonificante e a tutti coloro che cercano una buona lista di ingredienti e prodotti cruelty free. Dal mio punto di vista questo prodotto è perfetto per tutte le persone che cercano un trattamento ecologico, etico e di alta qualità. Questo prodotto è disponibile anche per tutti i budget.
