I recently saw a movie about beauty, self-esteem and confidence that made me realize the fact that we are the ones deciding who we want to be and the way people sees us depends on us and on the way we are seeing and treating ourselves. To cut it short, the conclusion of that movie was the fact that it depends on us to be perceived as beautiful, we have to choose the path, the shoes and to walk our person in becoming that gorgeous woman or man we know we are. Believe me, in life, the way we walk talks loudly about who we are. Don't you agree? Whether we are active girls wearing women walking sandals or women penny loafers, the miles we walk feeling comfortable and carefree can shape our personality and can determine how the others will report to us. Feeling comfortable is very important and can help us stay true to ourselves because as soon as we forget that we need to feel at ease, we will stop believing in ourselves. 
 If you know you are a classy chic person that can't live without high heels then don't be afraid of wearing them because people might say you are a snob because when you start doubting yourself, your value will decrease and you will become what other say about you. You need to repeat yourself that you are great and people will love you and the prophecy will accomplish. I studied this phenomenon in college and I know that if you believe that you will rock your shoes, you will look amazing whether you're wearing stilettos or women water sandals. Sandals are not only very comfortable but they are also chic and elegant. Can you imagine a boho outfit pared up with a a pair of gorgeous lace up gladiator sandals? I do and I know that such a look would be perfect for summer. 
We have to acknowledge who we are and make ourseleves feel comfortable and safe in our skin. I see people being afraid of showing who they really are because they are afraid of being judged or treated different but if we stop being afraid of showing who we are people will start treating us as we deserve. Don't be afraid of showing your ethnicity and wear your socofy shoes with confidence and style.

Oggi ritorno con un fashion post. Che ne dite, troppi post del genere ultimamente? Beh, lo scopo del post di oggi non è quello di presentarvi le ultime tendenze ma di darvi qualche suggerimento per come indossare un vestito che non è più nuovo. Io raramente butto i vestiti che compro, lo faccio solo quando sono rovinati ma altrimenti trovo modi per poterli indossare anche se non sono più in tendenza. È possibile fare questa cosa solo con gli indumenti neutri, dalle linee classiche, per quanto riguarda gli indumenti che rispecchiano un trend particolare, non ci resta che sperare che quel trend compaia di nuovo oppure regalarli a chi ne ha bisogno. Per poter indossare sempre un vestito indipendentemente dai trend bisogna acquistare sempre vestiti in tonalità neutre come: grigio, marrone, bianco, beige e di sicuro nero. La lunghezza dev'essere una media, in modo da poter funzionare sia nei trend che prediligono i vestiti corti sia in quelli centrati su vestiti lunghi. Cercate di evitare fronzoli, merletti, cerniere perché di solito rispecchiano certe tendenze e sembreranno datati negli anni successivi. È meglio scegliere abiti dalle linee pulite, semplici creati usando tessuti valorosi e genuini come la lana, il cotone, il lino o la seta. Certo i tessuti artificiali possono durare di più ma è molto probabile che diventino obsoleti e di sicuro non costituiranno un pezzo vintage. Vi suggerisco di abbinare in questi casi scarpe classiche in pelle, sciarpe con motivi moderni, borse chic e se possibile in tendenza e gioielli raffinati ed eleganti per creare un ensemble piacevole e difficile da collocare nella linea temporale della moda. Non dimenticate un trucco adatto alla situazione e il vostro look potrebbe sembrare in tendenza in qualsiasi momento. Spero abbiate gradito i miei suggerimenti. Today I come back with a fashion post. What do you say, to many similar posts lately? Well, the purpose of this post isn’t that of presenting you with the latest trends but that of providing you with some tips of how to wear a dress that isn’t new anymore. I rarely throw away the clothes I buy, I only do it when are ruined but otherwise I find ways to wear them even if they aren't trendy anymore. It is possible to do this only with neutral garments, with classic lines, as far as garments that reflect a particular trend are concerned, we can only hope that the trend will appear again in future otherwise give it to those who need it. In order to always wear a dress regardless of trends, you must always buy clothes in neutral shades such as gray, brown, white, beige and certainly, black. The length must be an average one, so you can use it both during trends that prefer short dresses and also during those centered on long dresses. Try to avoid frills, lace, zippers because they usually reflect certain trends and will look dated in the following years. It is better to choose clothes with clean, simple lines created using valorous and genuine fabrics such as wool, cotton, linen or silk. Of course, artificial fabrics can last longer, but they are very likely to become obsolete and certainly will not be a vintage piece. In these cases I suggest you combine classic leather shoes, scarves with modern patterns, chic and if possible trendy bags and refined and elegant jewelry to create a pleasant and difficult to be placed in the fashion timeline ensemble. Oggi ritorno con un fashion post, un post non molto comune per me e per il mio blog in quanto non mi ritengo molto fotogenica e da quando ho messo su peso, non mi piace molto vedermi nelle foto e ancor meno farmi vedere. Comunque grazie a tante di voi ho capito che non mi devo vergognare e che se un vestito è bello, è giusto farlo vedere in tante taglie e misure. Come vi avevo accennato in  un post precedente, per festeggiare San Valentino io e mio marito siamo andati in una piccola vacanza, per esattezza siamo ritornati a Cogne dove abbiamo passato anche un bellissimo Natale. Come potete vedere Cogne a febbraio è bellissima, c’è ancora tanta neve, si può sciare, la città è ancora decorata, i negozi accolgono calorosamente i turisti e la città brulica di persone. Siccome siamo ancora in inverno e a Natale ho capito che a Cogne regna il freddo, per passare un bellissimo e tranquillissimo weekend senza raffreddori, mi sono vestita pesantemente. Tutto questo non vuol dire che non possiamo essere alla moda o indossare vestiti trendy. Ho scelto 2 colori che fanno molto tendenza quest’inverno, il blu scuro e il grigio e gli ho accessoriati con i miei gioielli preferiti. Non prediligo le cose griffate, preferisco una bella borsa non di un marchio prestigioso, come questa favolosa borsa di Primadonna anziché un falso o una copia di un marchio famoso. Per i gioielli, in questi momenti speciali preferisco indossare i pochi gioielli di marchi famosi che ho e che ho ricevuto come regali in occasioni speciali. Al contrario delle borse e dei vestiti, per quanto riguarda i gioielli e gli orologi ritengo che si possa investire e comprare un gioiello o un orologio griffato in quanto questi oggetti durano molto, quasi una vita e con il passare del tempo accumulano ancora più valore diventando storia. Cosa ne pensate di questo outfit casual per una passeggiata in montagna?

Today I return with a fashion post, a post not very common for me and my blog because I do not consider myself very photogenic and since I put on weight, I do not really like to see myself in the pictures and even less show myself. However, thanks to many of you I realized that I do not have to be ashamed and that if a piece of clothing is beautiful, it is right to show it in many sizes and body figures. As I had mentioned in a previous post, to celebrate Valentine's Day my husband and I went on a little holiday, therefore we returned to Cogne where we also spent a beautiful Christmas. As you can see Cogne in February is beautiful, there is still a lot of snow, you can ski, the city is still decorated, the shops warmly welcome tourists and the city swarms with people. Since we are still in winter and at Christmas I realized that in Cogne the cold reigns, to spend a beautiful and calm weekend without getting cold, I dressed heavily. All this does not mean that we can not be fashionable or wear trendy clothes. I chose 2 colors that are very trendy this winter, dark blue and grey and I have accessorized with my favorite jewels. I do not like designer things, I prefer a beautiful bag not of a prestigious brand, like this fabulous Primadonna bag instead of a fake or a copy of a famous brand. For jewelry, in these special moments I prefer to wear the few jewels of prestigious brands that I have and received as gifts on special occasions. As opposed to bags and clothes, as far as jewelry and watches are concerned, I believe that we can invest and buy a designer jewel or watch as these objects last a lot, almost a lifetime and with the passage of time accumulate even more value becoming history. Today I come back with a fashion post and since the cold has already come to our door, I will talk about coats. Since lately I like very much to buy online I decided to check a site with which I had a good experience in the past and that is FashionMia. Therefore, browsing their site I found some of these nicest women winter coats in beautiful colors and soft fabrics suitable for all ages. You can find them in many colors, with or without fur (fake) and of different lengths so you will surely find one that you may like. You will notice that my choices are very trendy due to the shapes and colors and so are the other items for sale on this site. And if you do not like stylish coats or if you have a more casual style, FashionMia also has a wide choice of jackets like that you can see in this post. 

Thinking then that a coat is even more elegant if worn along with a dress I also browsed the pages dedicated cheap plus size dresses in the hope of finding a cute dress. I have to say I was successful because I found more than one item. Oggi ritorno con un post di moda e siccome il freddo è già arrivato alle nostre porte intendevo parlarvi di cappotti. Siccome ultimamente mi piace molto comprare online ho deciso di controllare un sito con cui ho avuto una bella esperienza in passato e cioè FashionMia. Ecco che curiosando sul loro sito ho trovato questi deliziosi cappotti invernali per donne in bellissimi colori e soffici tessuti adatti a tutte le età.
