Ciao carissimi lettori,

Come avrete già capito dal titolo di questo post sono andata a vedere il terzo capitolo della saga John Wick che vede nei panni del personaggio principale il famoso attore Keanu Reeves. Per chi non ha visto i primi due capitoli e non sa di cosa si tratta in questi film vi spiego in poche righe il trama centrale di questo saga. John Wick è un ex assassino al servizio della Gran Tavola, un gruppo di diverse mafie provenienti da tutto il mondo. Si era ritirato quando aveva conosciuto la moglie e dopo che lei è deceduta ha continuato la sua vita cercando di rispettare i desideri e i principi di vita di sua moglie. Nel primo capitolo vediamo come un attacco da parte di altro gruppo di mafiosi russi lo fa ritornare alla sua vecchia vita e John comincia a fare di nuovo quello che sa fare meglio, uccidere. Tutto gira intorno al hotel Continental che ospita l'elite del mondo dei sicari e che una terra sacra per tutti loro perché l'unica regola che va rispettata dentro questo posto è che non ci si può uccidere sul suo territorio senza rischiare la scomunica. Nel secondo capitolo, John Wick si ritrova davanti la Camorra, che rivendica e vuole riscuotere  un pegno, un debito sigillato col sangue che lo legava ancora al suo passato.

Il finale del secondo capitolo da nascita a quello che sarà il terzo capitolo e vede John Wick lottare contro tutto il mondo, anche contro coloro che prima erano i suoi amici, per salvare la sua vita. L'ora di tregua che Winston, il direttore del Continental, le da prima della scomunica ufficiale le fa guadagnare tempo per prepararsi ad affrontare una folla di assassini inferociti che cercano di ucciderlo e riscuotere la taglia che c'è sulla sua testa.

Come sapete già, io odio gli spoiler, quindi se vi aspettate che vi racconti in dettaglio quello che succederà, potete anche smettere di leggere il mio post. Intendo condividere con voi le mie impressioni dopo aver visto questo film. Dal punto di vista del trama, questo film è più coerente e la sequenzialità degli eventi è più precisa e concisa. Per tutti i capitoli di questa saga la regia è stata affidata sempre a Chad Stahelski e questo si può notare nella costruzione dei singoli momenti ma anche nella prevalenza delle scene di combattimento e arti marziali. Come curiosità, ho scoperto che Chad Stahelski che in origine era partito come cascatore ha fatto la parte della controfigura di Keanu Reeves nella trilogia Matrix.

Ci sono altri aspetti importanti che meritano di essere condivisi con noi come la presenza molto dinamica e coinvolgente di Halle Berry nei panni di Sofia, anche essa una ex-killer che vuole dimenticare e lasciare indietro il suo passato ma viene costretta a ritornare.

Possiamo ancora godere della presenza di Lawrence Fishburne nella parte di Bowery King il re del ghetto, Ian McShane nella parte del direttore Winston e Lance Reddick nella parte del rigoroso Charon, il concierge del Continental.  Come nuove addizioni al cast, ho apprezzato molto la presenza di Angelica Huston nei panni di una raffinata ed eccentrica Roma Ruska, donna d'affari e capo della mafia bielorussa, Mark Dacascos, nei panni di Zero, killer professionista, maestro d'arti marziali, sushi chef nonché ammiratore di John Wick e finalmente Asia Kate Dillon, nei panni dell'implacabile e intransigente giudicatrice della Gran Tavola.

Il film è ricco di scene di combattimento come potevate già intuire, colpi ben assestati (se la danno di santa ragione anche alle zone intime) momenti di suspence, eventi inattesi e sconvolgenti. John Wick Parabellum è un film d'azione iperadrenalinico criticato da alcuni per essere troppo violento, troppo nervoso, ironico e con troppi cadaveri, io personalmente lo trovo normale per un film del genere action. Tuttavia sono d'accordo con l'apprezzamento delle coreografie dei combattimenti come entusiasmanti, elettrizzanti e molto curate.

Se doveste vedere questo film, vi prego fatemi sapere cosa ne pensate dell'addestramento che hanno ricevuto i cani di Sofia per attaccare e ferire soprattutto la zona inguinale.

Anche se ho promesso di non rivelare fatti importanti di questo film, vi dico comunque che il finale di questo film lascia tanto spazio ad un altro sequel e l'unica cosa di cui mi dispiace e dover aspettare altri 2 o 3 anni per quello che si spera, sarà il capitolo finale.

As you will have already understood from the title of this post I went to see the third chapter of the saga John Wick that sees in the shoes of the main character the famous actor Keanu Reeves. For those who have not seen the first two chapters and do not know what is the main subject in these films I will explain in a few lines the central plot of this saga. John Wick is a former assassin in the service of the High Table, a group of different mafias from all over the world. He had retired when he met his wife and after she died he continued his life trying to respect his wife's wishes and life principles. In the first chapter we see how an attack by another group of Russian mobsters brings him back to his old life and John begins to do again what he does best, killing. Everything revolves around the Continental hotel that houses the elite of the world of hired killers and a sacred land for all of them because the only rule that must be respected in this place is that one can't kill  on its territory without risking excommunication. In the second chapter, John Wick finds himself in front of the Camorra, which claims and wants to collect a pledge, a debt sealed with blood that still tied him to his past.

The ending of the second chapter gives birth to what will be the third chapter and sees John Wick fighting against the whole world, even those who were his first friends to save his life. The hour of respite that Winston, the manager of the Continental, gives him before the official excommunication makes him gain time to prepare himself to face a crowd of angry killers who try to kill him and collect the size that is on his head. 

As you already know, I hate spoilers, so if you expect me to tell you in detail what will happen, you can also stop reading my post. I intend to share my impressions with you after watching this movie. From the point of view of the plot, this film is more coherent and the sequence of events is more precise and concise. The direction of all the chapters of this saga  has always been entrusted to Chad Stahelski and this can be noticed in the construction of the single moments but also in the prevalence of the fighting and martial arts scenes. As a curiosity, I discovered that Chad Stahelski who originally started out as a stuntman did the part of Keanu Reeves's stunt double in the Matrix trilogy.

There are other important aspects that deserve to be shared with us as the very dynamic and engaging presence of Halle Berry in the role of Sofia, also an ex-killer who wants to forget and leave behind her past but is forced to return.We can still enjoy the presence of Lawrence Fishburne in the role of Bowery King the king of the ghetto, Ian McShane in the role of director Winston and Lance Reddick in the part of Charon, the strict concierge of the Continental. Like new additions to the cast, I really appreciated the presence of Angelica Huston as a refined and eccentric Roma Ruska, businesswoman and head of the Belarusian mafia, Mark Dacascos, in the role of Zero, professional killer, master of martial arts , sushi chef and admirer of John Wick and finally Asia Kate Dillon, in the role of the implacable and uncompromising judge of the High Table.

The film is full of fighting scenes as you could already guess, well-aimed blows (the intimate areas get seriously damaged) moments of suspense, unexpected and shocking events. John Wick Parabellum is a hyperadrenaline action film criticized by some for being too violent, too nervous, ironic and with too many corpses, I personally find it normal for a film of the action genre. However I agree with the appreciation of the choreography of the fighting scenes as exciting, electrifying and very accurate.
If you were to watch this movie, please let me know what you think of the training that the Sofia's dogs received to attack and injure especially the groin area.

Although I promised not to reveal important facts about this film, I can tell you, however, that the ending of this film leaves much room for another sequel and the only thing I'm sorry about is having to wait another 2 or 3 years for what it hopefully will be, the final chapter.

Crucifixion movie and the Tanacu case / Il film Crucifixion e il caso Tanacu / Filmul Crucifixion si cazul Tanacu

Salutare dragi cititori,
Astazi vreau sa va vorbesc despre un Film care este foarte popular in aceasta perioada, filmul horror CRUCIFIXION, un film bazat pe povestea reala a exorcismului din cazul Tanacu. Pentru cei ce nu cunosc cazul, in vara anului 2005, la manastirea Tanacu in judetul Vaslui s-a practicat un exorcism in care tanara Maricica Irina Cornici, a fost legata pe o cruce fara mancare si fara apa timp de cel putin 3 zile, conducand la decesul acesteia de catre preotul Daniel Corogeanu si alte patru maicute daca nu ma insel. In film au fost lejer modificate numele persoanelor implicate, Maricica Irina Cornici devine Adelina Marinescu, preotul Daniel Corogeanu devine preotul Dumitru iar prietena care o convinge pe Maricica sa ramana in manastire, primeste numele de Vaduva in film, in realitate Vaduva poate fi un nume de familie, nu un nume efectiv. Chiar daca filmul pleaca de la un scepticism deghizat iar personajul principal incearca sa demaste clerul si sa scoata in evidenta atrocitatile comise, in final concluzia filmului este ca la Tanacu a fost un caz real de posesie demoniaca si ca Adelina era "indracita". Nu voi discuta atat de mult filmul, pentru ca sunt sigura ca cei interesati de acest gen de filme il vor viziona oricum, dar voi expune faptele reale ale cazului Tanacu. Maricica provenea dintr-o familie cu precedente pentru boli psihiatrice, tatal sau s-a sinucis in fata fiicei cand aceasta avea doar 2 ani, la 3 ani de zile mama o abandoneaza si sfarseste intr-un orfelinat unde face tot posibilul sa se apere de abuzurile si violentele pe care tineri orfani dar si personal masculin al orfelinatului incearca sa i le aplice. Devenise obsedata de idea de virginitate iar autopsia realizata asupra Maricicai a relevat ca tanara era virgina cand a decedat neavand nimic in comun cu personajul Adelina care ar fi fost sedusa si abandonata in Germania in timp ce se gasea acolo pentru a munci. Realmente Maricica muncise in Germania si stransese 3700 de euro cu care voia sa isi cumepere o casuta. Intoarsa in Romania, este convinsa de o prietena sa intre in manastire pentru ca ar fi avut un trai linistit, nimic mai departe de realitate. Abia intrata in manastire, Maricicai i se confisca banii castigati cu truda in Germania, chiar daca nu depusese inca juramant pentru a deveni maicuta. Doar acest fapt era suficient pentru a provoca o cadere nervoasa oricarei persoane. La acest fapt se adauga momentul cutremurator in care Maricica marturiseste in timpul spovedaniei preotului Daniel ca s-ar fi marturbat iar acesta o categorizeaza ca pacatoasa, desemnand actul de masturbare, ca un raport sexual cu diavolul. In urma acetor evenimente, Maricica are o criza nervoasa, este internata in spitalul Judetean din Vaslui unde este diagnosticata cu "schizofrenie dezorganizata" si i se presciu sedative. Odata externata din spital nu are unde sa mearga asa ca se intoarce la manastirea Tanacu unde la urmatoarea criza schizofrenica, este legata pe doua scanduri in forma de cruce cu lanturi, i se baga un prosop in gura, i se lipeste leucoplast la gura pentru a o impiedica sa mai urle cuvinte obsecene si i se practica molitve, este infometata si insetata pana cand cedeaza. Religia crestin ortodoxa nu recunoaste exorcismul, nu pregateste oficial preoti pentru a-l practica iar rarele cazuri de persoane considerate "indracite" sunt infruntate cu rugaciuni fara a priva de libertate persoana. In final, preotul Corogeanu si maicutele care au participat la exorcism au fost condamnati intre 8 si 14 ani de inchisoare pentru privare de libertate, executand circa 2 treimi din condamna si in momentul de fata sunt liberi si sanatosi. 
In perioada respectiva eu studiam la facultatea de Sociologie si Psihologie, specializarea Psihologie din cadrul Universitatii de Vest din Timisoara si imi amintesc ca discutasem acest caz cu colegi si profesori, ajungand si noi la concluzia ca se trata de un caz de schizofrenie. 
In ceea ce priveste cazul Tanacu, opinia publica in Romania este impartita, pe de o parte un procentaj destul de considerabil al populatiei care considera acesta un act barbar, specific Evului Mediu, pe de alta parte un alt procentaj considerabil care retine ca preotul Corogeanu i-a salvat spiritul Maricicai, si nu in ultimul rand avem autoritatile ecleziastice ale bisericii Romane care au specificat ca in cazurile de persoane potential posedate, masurile prevazute sunt rugaciunile, stropirea cu molifta si in nici una caz nu se pot aplica masuri de constrangere fizica, lanturi sau imobilizare de orice fel. 
Un alt film care s-a inspirat din acest caz este filmul "Dupa dealuri" in regia lui Cristian Mungiu si premiat la festivalul de film de la Cannes.
In ceea ce priveste filmul Crucifixion, doresc sa va informez ca diferite personaje au fost interpretate de actori romani, precum Adelina, interpretata de actrita Ada Lupu, preotul Anton, interpretat de Corneliu Ulici, preotul Dumitru interpretat de Catalin Babliuc, micuta Lina, interpretata de Ozana Oancea, baiatul tigan Tavian interpretat de Florian Voicu, tatal sau Amanar, interpretat de Radu Banzaru si nu in ultimul rand medicul Funar, interpratata de renumita Maia Morgenstern. Frazele in romana din acest film sunt pronuntate corect. Nu atat de credibila este ilustrarea nivelului de trai din Romania, eu nu imi amintesc o tara atat de saraca nici macar in anii '90, imediat dupa Revolutie, strazile de tara atat de bine luminate cand nici macar pe arterele principale nu se gasesc circa 10 stalpi in circa 500 de metri de sosea si prezenta atator de multi romani cu ochi si par inchis la culoare intr-o zona a tari dominata de persoane cu par blond si ochi albastri. 
Sper ca v-a placut postarea mea si o gasiti folositoare in previziunea vizionarii filmului Crucifixion. Va salut si va astept cu drag la urmatoarea postare!

Ciao cari lettori,
Oggi vi voglio parlare di un film che è molto popolare in questo periodo, 
il film d'horrore Crucifixion (il male è stato invovato), un film basato sulla storia vera del esorcismo nel caso Tanacu. Per coloro che non conoscono il caso, nell'estate del 2005, al monastero Tanacu nel distretto Vaslui è stato eseguito un esorcismo in cui la giovane Maricica Irina Cornici è stata legata ad una croce senza cibo né acqua per almeno tre giorni, che condusse alla sua morte, eseguito dal sacerdote Daniel Corogeanu e quattro suore, se non mi sbaglio. Nel  film sono stati mpdificati un po 'i nomi delle persone coinvolte, Maricica Irina Cornici diventa Adelina Marinescu, il sacerdote Daniel Corogeanu diventa sacerdote Dumitru e l'amica che persuade Maricica a restare nel monastero, chiamata Vaduva (vedova) nel film, in realtà può essere solo un cognome, non un nome effettivo. Anche se il film va da uno scetticismo travestito e il protagonista cerca di esporre il clero  per evidenziare le atrocità commesse, nella conclusione finale è che a Tanacu c'è stato un vero e proprio caso di possessione demoniaca e che Adelina era "posseduta". Non voglio parlare tanto del film, perché sono sicura che coloro che sono interessati al genere guarderanno il film comunque, ma esporrò i fatti reali del caso Tanacu. Maricica proveniva da una famiglia con precedenti per malattie psichiatriche, il padre si suicidò davanti a sua figlia quando lei aveva solo 2 anni, a 3 anni la madre l'abbandona e finisce in un orfanotrofio dove fa del suo meglio per difendersi dagli abusi e la violenza che i giovani orfani e il personale maschile dell'orfanotrofio stanno cercando di procurarle. Divenne ossessionata dall'idea di verginità e l'autopsia eseguita su Maricica ha rivelato che la giovane era vergine quando è morta che quindi non ha nulla in comune con il personaggio Adelina che sarebbe stata sedotta e abbandonata in Germania quando si è trovata lì per lavoro. Infatti, Maricica ha lavorato in Germania e ha raccolto 3700 euro con i quali voleva comprare una casa. Tornata in Romania, viene convinta da un'amica ad entrare nel monastero perché avrebbe avuto una vita tranquilla, niente di più lontano dalla realtà. Appena entrata nel monastero, a Maricica vengono confiscati i tanto sudati soldi guadagnati in Germania, anche se non aveva ancora preso i voti per diventare suora. Questo da solo era abbastanza per causare un crollo nervoso ad una persona. A questo fatto si aggiunge il terribile momento in cui Maricica racconta al sacerdote Daniel durante la confessione il fatto che si è masturbata e viene classificata come peccatrice e la masturbazione viene disegnata come rapporto sessuale con il diavolo. Dopo questi eventi, Maricica ha un esaurimento nervoso, e viene ricoverata in ospedale a Vaslui dove le viene diagnosticata la "schizofrenia disorganizzata" e le vengono prescritti dei sedativi. Una volta dimessa dall'ospedale non ha dove andare se non tornare al monastero Tanacu dove alla prossima crisi schizofrenica, viene legata con catene a due tavole di legno a forma di croce, le viene infilato un asciugamano in bocca, le viene sigillata la bocca con adesivo per impedirle di urlare parole oscene, viene bagnata con acqua santa, affamata e assetata finché non soccombe. La religione cristiana ortodossa non riconosce l'esorcismo, non prepara ufficialmente i preti a praticarlo, e rari casi di persone considerate "possedute" sono affrontati con preghiere senza privare la persona della libertà. Infine, il sacerdote Corogeanu e le suore che hanno partecipato all'esorcismo sono stati condannati a pene detentive tra gli 8 ei 14 anni di carcere per la privazione della libertà, scontando circa due terzi della condanna e attualmente sono liberi e in buona salute.
In quel periodo studiavo alla Facoltà di Sociologia e Psicologia, specializzandomi in Psicologia presso l'Università Ovest a Timisoara e ricordo che stavamo discutendo questo caso con i colleghi e i professori, giungendo alla conclusione che trattava un caso di schizofrenia.
Per quanto riguarda caso Tanacu, l'opinione pubblica in Romania è divisa, da un lato, una percentuale non trascurabile della popolazione che lo considerano un atto barbarico, tipico per il Medio Evo, d'altra parte un altro considerevole percentuale che è convinta  che il prete Corogeanu ha salvato lo spirito di Maricica, e, ultimo ma non meno importante abbiamo le autorità ecclesiastiche della chiesa rumena che ha dichiarato che in casi di persone potenzialmente possedute, le misure previste sono preghiere, cospargere con acqua santa e in nessun caso si possono applicare restrizioni fisiche, catene o immobilizzazione di qualsiasi tipo. 
Un altro film ispirato a questo caso è il film "Oltre le colline" diretto da Cristian Mungiu e premiato al Festival di Cannes.Per quanto riguarda il film Crucifixion, desidero informarvi che diversi personaggi sono stati interpretati da attori rumeni, come Adelina, interpretata dall'attrice Ada Lupu, il sacerdote Anton, interpretato da Corneliu Ulici, il sacerdote Dumitru interpretato da Catalin Babliuc, suor Lina, interpretata da Ozana Oancea, Tavian, il ragazzo zingaro interpretato da Florian Voicu, suo padre Amanar, interpretato da Radu Banzaru e non ultimo il medico Funar interpretato dalla famosa Maia Morgenstern. Le frasi rumene in questo film sono pronunciate correttamente. Non sono altrettanto credibili:  l'illustrazione del tenore di vita in Romania, non ricordo un paese così povero, neanche negli anni '90, dopo la rivoluzione, le vie del paese così ben illuminate, neanche sulle strade principali non si trovano 10 pali in circa 500 metri di strada e la presenza di tanti rumeni con occhi e capelli scuri in una zona del paese dominata da capelli biondi e occhi azzurri.

Today I want to talk about a film that is very popular in this period,the horror movie Crucifixion, a film based on the true story of the exorcism in the Tanacu case. For those who do not know the case, in the summer of 2005, at the Tanacu monastery in the Vaslui district an exorcism was performed in which the young Maricica Irina Cornici was tied to a cross without food or water for at least three days, which led to the her death, performed by priest Daniel Corogeanu and four nuns, if I'm not mistaken. In the film the names of the people involved have been slightly modified, Maricica Irina Cornici becomes Adelina Marinescu, the priest Daniel Corogeanu becomes priest Dumitru and the friend who persuades Maricica to stay in the monastery, called Vaduva (widow) in the film, in reality it can only be a surname, not an actual name. Even if the film goes from a disguised skepticism and the protagonist tries to expose the clergy and highlight the atrocities committed, in the end the conclusion is that in Tanacu there was a real case of demonic possession and that Adelina was "possessed". I do not want to talk so much about the movie, because I'm sure that those interested in the genre will watch it anyway, but I will talk about the real facts of the Tanacu case. Maricica came from a family with a history of psychiatric illness, her father committed suicide in front of his daughter when she was only 2 years old. At 3 years her mother abandoned her and ended up in an orphanage where she did her best to defend herself from abuse and violence that the other young orphans and the orphanage men's staff were trying to do to her. She became obsessed with the idea of virginity and the autopsy performed on Maricica revealed that she was a virgin when she died so she has nothing in common with the character Adelina who would have been seduced and abandoned in Germany when she was there for work . In fact, Maricica worked in Germany and raised 3700 euros with which she wanted to buy a small house. Back in Romania, she was persuaded by a friend to enter the monastery because she would have had a peaceful life, nothing more distant from reality. As soon as she entered the monastery, the hard-earned money obtained in Germany were confiscated from Maricica, even though she had not yet taken the vows to become a nun. This alone was enough to cause a nervous breakdown in a person. To this fact is added the terrible moment in which Maricica tells to the priest Daniel during the confession the fact that she has masturbated herself and is classified as a sinner and masturbation is designed as sexual intercourse with the devil. After these events, Maricica has a nervous breakdown, and is hospitalized in Vaslui where she is diagnosed with "disorganized schizophrenia" and sedatives are prescribed to her. Once she is released from the hospital she has nowhere to go but to return to the Tanacu monastery where, at the next schizophrenic crisis, she is tied with chains to a two wooden cross-shaped boards , a towel is shoved in her mouth, her mouth being sealed then with adhesive to prevent it from screaming obscene words, is bathed with holy water, starved and thirstied until she succumbs. The Orthodox Christian religion does not recognize exorcism, does not officially prepare priests to practice it, and rare cases of people considered "possessed" are faced with prayers without depriving the person of freedom. Finally, the priest Corogeanu and the nuns who participated in the exorcism were sentenced to prison terms between 8 and 14 years for the deprivation of liberty, serving about two thirds of the sentence and are currently free and in good health. 
At that time I studied at the Faculty of Sociology and Psychology, specializing in Psychology at the West University in Timisoara and remember that we discussed this case with colleagues and professors, coming to the conclusion that it was a case of schizophrenia.
Regarding the Tanacu case, the public opinion in Romania is divided, on the one hand, a non negligible percentage of the population that consider it a barbaric act, typical for the Middle Ages, on the other hand another considerable percentage that is convinced that the priest Corogeanu has saved the spirit of Maricica, and last but not least we have the ecclesiastical authorities of the Romanian church which has declared that in cases of potentially possessed persons, the planned measures are prayers, sprinkle with holy water and under no circumstances they can apply physical restrictions, chains or immobilization of any kind.
Another film inspired by this case is the film "Beyond the hills" directed by Cristian Mungiu and awarded at the Cannes Film Festival. As for the film Crucifixion, I would like to inform you that several characters have been interpreted by Romanian actors, like Adelina, played by 'actress Ada Lupu, the priest Anton, played by Corneliu Ulici, the priest Dumitru played by Catalin Babliuc, Sister Lina, played by Ozana Oancea, Tavian, the gypsy boy played by Florian Voicu, his father Amanar, played by Radu Banzaru and not last the doctor Funar interpreted by the famous Maia Morgenstern. The Romanian phrases in this film are pronounced correctly. Red Sparrow and Tomb Raider movie reviews

A trecut ceva timp de la ultima mea postare despre filme asadar astazi revin cu o postare despre doua filme. Nu intentionez sa vorbesc despre doua filme pentru a recupera timpul in care nu am scris despre filme ci pur si simplu pentru ca ambele filme au in comun o tema cu caracter social de impact aceea a fenomenului "girl power". Emanciparea femeii a inceput cu multe decenii in urma dar inca nu a ajuns la dezvoltarea completa. Inca mai vedem situatii in care femeia este penalizata pentru simplul fapt ca e femeie, as putea sa vorbesc mai mult despre asta si sa va exemplific ilustrand diferite situatii dar nu este acesta momentul pentru ca acum vreau doar sa va vorbesc despre doua filme proaspat iesite in cinematograf.

Primul film este Red Sparrow ce o vede ca protagonista pe frumoasa si talentata Jennifer Lawrence. Filmul trateaza subiectul spionajului si a razboiului rece intre Rusia si America. Rusia pregateste niste agenti speciali numiti "red sparrow" adica sageti rosii pentru a seduce, extoarce si fura informatii si secrete de stat de la oficialii americani. Stiu ca ilustarea femeii ca obiect sexual care foloseste sexappeal-ul pentru a obtine ceva nu are mult de a face cu fenomenul girl power, dar daca vizionati acest film veti vedea ca eroina, Dominika, aka Jennifer Lawrence foloseste toate informatiile achizitionate pentru a intelege persoanele si pentru a-si atinge scopurile fara sa recurga la a-si vinde corpul. Personajele sunt interesante, bine structurate iar interpretarea actorilor este de buna calitate. Mi-a facut placere sa il vad pe Jeremy Irons intr-o alta interpretare exceptionala dar nu la fel de impresionata am fost de interpretarea lui Joel Edgerton aka Nathaniel. Alti actori care s-au remarcat in acest film sunt Matthias Schoenaerts in rolul unchiului perfid si periculos al eroinei si Charlotte Rampling in rolul profesoarei de manipulare. Desfasurarea filmului e destul de lenta, pe alocuri chiar plictisitoare dar finalul este surprinzator si ridica considerabil standardul acestui film. Pentru cei ce sunt interesati in a vedea un film de actiune, energic cu multe scene de lupta nu recomand acest film dar acelora interesati in scene de suspans, mister si intrigi le spun ca acest film ii va incanta cu siguranta. In multe cinematografe acest fim nu mai ruleaza, eu l-am vazut dupa ce a iesit din rularea cotidiana la un pret promotional dar daca va grabiti il mai puteti viziona in unele cinematografe.

È passato un po 'di tempo dal mio ultimo post sui film, quindi oggi torno con un post su due film. Non intendo parlare di due film per recuperare il tempo in cui non ho parlato di film, ma semplicemente perché entrambi i film condividono un tema di impatto sociale, quello del fenomeno "girl power". L'emancipazione delle donne è iniziato molti decenni fa ma non è ancora del tutto completato. Vedo ancora situazioni in cui la donna viene penalizzata per il semplice fatto di essere una donna, potrei parlarne di più ed esemplificare illustrando diverse situazioni ma questo non è il momento perché ora voglio solo parlarvi di due nuovi film in cinema.

Il primo film è Red Sparrow che vede come protagonista della bella e talentuosa Jennifer Lawrence. Il film tratta l'argomento dello spionaggio e della guerra fredda tra Russia e America. La Russia prepara agenti speciali chiamati "red sparrow", in traduzione passero rosso per sedurre, estorcere e sottrarre informazioni e segreti di stato dai funzionari statunitensi. So che dipingere la donna come oggetto sessuale che usa il suo sexappeal per ottenere qualcosa non ha molto a che fare con il fenomeno girl power, ma guardando questo film si vedrà che l'eroina, Dominika, alias Jennifer Lawrence usa tutte le informazioni acquisite per capire le persone e per raggiungere i suoi obiettivi senza dover vendere il suo corpo. I personaggi sono interessanti, ben strutturati e l'interpretazione degli attori è di buona qualità. Mi è piaciuto vedere Jeremy Irons in un'altra performance eccezionale, ma non sono stata altretanto impressionata dalla recitazione di Joel Edgerton alias Nathaniel. Altri attori che si sono fatti notare in questo film sono Matthias Schoenaerts nei panni dello zio perfido e pericoloso dell'eroina e Charlotte Rampling come insegnante di manipolazione. Lo svolgimento del film è piuttosto lento, a volte persino noioso, ma il finale è sorprendente e aumenta considerevolmente lo standard di questo film. A coloro che sono interessati a vedere un film d'azione, energico con molte scene di combattimento, non consiglio questo film, ma a chi è interessato a scene di suspense, mistero e intrighi dico loro che questo film sicuramente sarà di loro gradimento. In molti cinema questo film non gira più, io l'ho visto dopo che è uscito dalla routine quotidiana ad un prezzo promozionale, ma se vi affrettate potete ancora guardarlo in alcuni cinema.

It's been a while since my last movie post, so today I'm back with a two-movie post. I do not want to talk about two films to recover the time when I have not talked about movies, but simply because both films share a theme of social impact, that of the "girl power" phenomenon. Women's emancipation began many decades ago but is not yet fully completed. I still see situations in which the woman is penalized for the simple fact of being a woman, I could talk more and exemplify by illustrating different situations but this is not the moment because now I just want to talk about two new films in cinema.

  

The first film is Red Sparrow, starring the beautiful and talented Jennifer Lawrence. The film deals with the subject of espionage and the cold war between Russia and America. Russia prepares special agents called "red sparrow", to seduce, extort and subtract information and state secrets from US officials. I know that describing the woman as a sexual object that uses her sexappeal to get something does not have much to do with the girl power phenomenon, but watching this movie you will see that the heroine, Dominika, aka Jennifer Lawrence uses all the information acquired to understand people and achieve her goals without having to sell her body. The characters are interesting, well structured and the actors' interpretation is of good quality. I loved seeing Jeremy Irons in another exceptional performance, but I was not as impressed by the acting of Joel Edgerton aka Nathaniel. Other actors who have made themselves noticed in this film are Matthias Schoenaerts in the role of the heroine's treacherous and dangerous uncle and Charlotte Rampling as the manipulation teacher. The film is rather slow, sometimes even boring, but the ending is surprising and increases considerably the standard of this film. To those who are interested in seeing an action movie, energetic with many scenes of combat, I do not recommend this film, but to those interested in suspense, mystery and intrigue, I tell them that this movie will surely please them. In many cinemas this film is not running anymore, I saw it after it came out of the daily routine at a promotional price, but if you hurry up you can still watch it in some cinemas.

Cel de-al doilea film despre care vreau sa va vorbesc este Tomb Raider in versiunea ce o vede pe Alicia Vikander in rolul eroinei Lara Croft. Sunt sigura ca multi dintre voi, ca si mine de altfel, cand va ganditi la Tomb Raider si Lara Croft o aveti in minte pe Angelina Jolie care a reusit sa isi puna amprenta personalitatii asupra acestui personaj atat de cunoscut gamerilor. Trebuie sa spun ca interpretarea Aliciei Vikander este destul de diferita de cea a Angelinei Jolie, nu este atat de evidentiat sexappeal-ul eroinei si se pune mai mult accent asupra laturii sale copilaresti. Eu am gasit foarte interesanta si credibila deopotriva pe Alicia Vikander in rolul unei Lara Croft adolescenta. Nu am fost insa deloc impresionata de interpretarile masculine, dupa ce in precedenta acest film i-a vazut in roluri principale pe Daniel Craig, John Voight si Gerard Butler, interpretarile lui Daniel Wu, Walton Goggins si Dominic West pot parea oarecum insipide, cel putin din punctul meu de vedere. In ceea ce priveste ritmul desfasurarii filmului, acesta este unul destul de energic, fara momente goale, condimentat cu diverse elemente enigmistice si imbogatit cu un suspans prevedibil pentru aceasta categorie de filme. Pentru cei ce prefera un film de actiune, acesta poate fi o alegere reusita insa acelora ce se asteapta sa gaseasca o baza istorica, culturala sau stiintifica ilustrata si explicata in mod adecvat in contextul intamplarilor imi pare rau sa le spun ca vor ramane dezamagiti. Acestea fiind spuse, este in mod sigur un film care merita vazut, poate nu la cinematograf dar in mod sigur atunci cand va iesi in format dvd. In ceea ce priveste componenta girl power, o veti regasi preponderent in mai toate momentele acestui film iar acesta este un lucru placut din punctul meu de vedere. Finalul, asa cum este de asteptat, lasa loc unui sequel si apropie in acelasi timp personajul Lara Crfoft de eroina pe care am cunoscut-o cu totii din jocuri sau filmele precedente. Acest film ruleaza in continuare in cinematograf, asadar daca va intereseaza sa il vedeti pe marile ecrane, sunteti inca la timp pentru a o face.

Il secondo film con cui voglio parlare è Tomb Raider nella versione che vede Alicia Vikander nei panni dell'eroina Lara Croft. Sono sicura che molti di voi, come me d'altronde, quando pensate a Tomb Raider e Lara Croft, vi viene subito in mente Angelina Jolie che è riuscita a mettere l'impronta della sua personalità su questo personaggio così familiare a tutti i gamer. Devo dire che l'interpretazione di Alicia Vikander è molto diversa da quella di Angelina Jolie, non è tanto evidenziato il sex-appeal dell'eroina, e c'è una maggiore enfasi sul suo lato infantile. Ho trovato Alicia Vikander come un'attrice molto interessante e credibile come l'adolescente Lara Croft. Ma non sono stata affatto colpita dalle interpretazioni maschili, dopo che in precedenza questo film abbia visto Daniel Craig, John Voight e Gerard Butler, le performance di Daniel Wu, Walton Goggins e Dominic West sono state abbastanza insipide dal mio punto di vista. Per quanto riguarda il ritmo del film, è abbastanza energico, senza momenti vuoti, condito con vari elementi enigmatici e arricchito con una suspense normale per questa categoria di film. Per coloro che preferiscono un film d'azione, questa può essere una buona scelta, ma a coloro che si aspettano di trovare una base storica, culturale o scientifica illustrata e adeguatamente spiegata nel contesto degli eventi, mi dispiace dir loro che rimarranno delusi. Detto questo, è sicuramente un film degno di essere visto, forse non al cinema ma certamente quando sarà uscito in formato DVD. Per quanto riguarda la componente girl power, la troverete quasi in tutti i momenti di questo film e questa è una cosa carina dal mio punto di vista. Il finale, come previsto, lascia spazio per un seguito, e allo stesso tempo avvicina di più il personaggio di Lara Crfoft all'eroina che tutti noi abbiamo conosciuto nei giochi o film precedenti. Questo film sta ancora girando nei cinema, quindi se doveste essere interessati a vederlo sui maxischermi, siete ancora in tempo per farlo.

The second film I want to talk about is Tomb Raider in the version that sees Alicia Vikander in the role of heroine Lara Croft. I'm sure that many of you, like me on the other hand, when you think of Tomb Raider and Lara Croft, you immediately come to think of Angelina Jolie who managed to put the imprint of her personality on this character so familiar to all gamers. I must say that Alicia Vikander's interpretation is very different from Angelina Jolie's, the heroin's sex appeal is not so much emphasized, and there is more emphasis on her childhood side. I found Alicia Vikander as a very interesting and believable actress like the teenager Lara Croft. But I was not at all impressed by the male interpretations, after this film has previously seen Daniel Craig, John Voight and Gerard Butler, the performances of Daniel Wu, Walton Goggins and Dominic West have been quite insipid from my point of view. Regarding the rhythm of the film, it is quite energetic, without empty moments, seasoned with various enigmatic elements and enriched with a normal suspense for this category of film. For those who prefer an action film, this may be a good choice, but to those who expect to find an illustrated historical, cultural or scientific basis and adequately explained in the context of events, I am sorry to tell them that they will be disappointed. That being said, it is definitely a film worthy of being seen, perhaps not at the cinema but certainly when it comes out in DVD format. As for the girl power component, you will find it almost in all the moments of this film and this is a nice thing from my point of view. The final, as expected, leaves room for a sequel, and at the same time brings the character of Lara Croft closer to the heroine we all knew from games or previous films. This movie is still runnig in cinemas, so if you are interested in seeing it on the giant screens, you are still in time to do it.

My birthday and Sephora / Il mio compleanno e Sephora / Ziua mea de nastere si Sephora

Salutare dragilor,

Astazi voi impartasi cu voi o experienta destul de personala. Saptamana aceasta a fost ziua mea de nastere, iar in ceea ce priveste data va spun doar ca aduc primavara. Pentru ca voiam sa ma bucur din plin de acest moment mi-am luat concediu, eu sunt una care nu reuseste intotdeauna sa isi lase grijile muncii la locul de munca asa ca acest concediu era necesar pentru linistea mea interioara. Dimineata m-am trezit devreme, am pregatit micul dejun si dupa ce m-am primenit am iesit din casa si m-am indreptat la magazinul Sephora. Aveam de gand sa ma rasfat si sa imi fac cadou acel CC cream minunat de la Erborian despre care v-am povestit saptamanile trecute. Vanzatoarea foarte amabila a controlat cardul meu Sephora black si mi-a explicat ca aveam dreptul ca cateva privilegii si anume un make-up gratuit, o proba de parfumuri si 10% reducere la orice produs. Am profitat imediat de make-up-ul gratuit si bineinteles si de proba parfumurilor care la sfarsit s-a soldat cu o monstra gratis a parfumului care mi-a placut cel mai mult. Cat despre achizitii, am cumparat acea fantastica CC cream si am cerut un sfat si in ceea ce priveste mastile in tesut despre care se vorbeste foarte mult in ultima vreme. Vanzatoarea mi-a prezentat mastile Sephora in tesut, recomandandu-mi masca cu ceai verde pentru un ten cu imperfectiuni. Am ramas un pic perplexa pentru ca dintre toate persoanele ce le cunosc am poate tenul cel mai curat, sunt curioasa ce ten avea domnisoara, desigur era greu de ghicit sub stratul gros de fond de ten dar morala este ca orice parere ai despre tine, este util sa ai si parerea unui expert 😏  Alaturi de produsele cumparate mi-au fost oferite cu multa amabilitate alte mostre de produs iar la intrebarea vanzatoarei daca preferam mostre de parfumuri sau creme am ales creme, cand voi folosi acele produse voi impartasi cu voi parerea mea.  Mi-a fost inmanat si un pliant pentru a comanda online si a lua marfa din magazin, daca voi avea ocazia sa o fac, va voi povesti cum a decurs totul. Am continuat ziua cu o gustare in oras, dupa aceea m-am intors acasa, mi-am facut manichiura, am citit un pic, nu de alta, dar oja trebuia sa se uste, iar in mod normal am timp doar in weekend pentru acest rasfat, si in continuare m-am bucurat si de cateva filme. Primul film a fost “UP IN THE AIR” cu George Clooney si Anna Kendrick, un mix de drama si comedie despre ceea ce inseamna viata, al doilea film a fost “Life” cu Dane DeHaan si Robert Pattison, un documentar despre viata actorului James Dean si prietenia dintre acesta si fotograful Dennis Stock, Robert Pattison interpreteaza fotograful 😏  Am incheiat ziua bucurandu-ma de atentii de la apropiati si cu un alt film, la cinematograf de aceasta data. Voi cum va petreceti de obicei ziua de nastere?

Ciao cari lettori,

Oggi voglio condividere con voi un'esperienza molto personale. Questa settimana c'è stato il mio compleanno, e per quanto riguarda la data vi dico solo che porto la primavera. Perché volevo godere al massimo di questo momento ho preso le ferie, io sono una che non riesce sempre a lasciare le preoccupazioni connesse al lavoro sul posto di lavoro e quindi le ferie erano necessarie per la mia pace interiore. Mi sono svegliata al mattino presto, ho preparato la colazione e dopo che mi sono agghindata, sono uscita di casa e mi sono indirizzata al negozio Sephora. Intendevo coccolarmi e regalarmi quella buonissima crema CC di Erborian di cui vi ho parlato la settimana scorsa. La commessa gentilmente ha controllato mia tessera Sephora black e mi spiegato che avevo diritto a dei piccoli privilegi, vale a dire un make-up gratuito, una prova profumi e il 10% di sconto su qualsiasi prodotto. Ho colto al volo il make-up gratuito e, naturalmente la prova profumi che si è finalizzata con un campione gratuito della fragranza che mi è piaciuto di più. Per quanto riguarda gli acquisti, ho comprato la fantastica crema CC e chiesto consiglio sulle maschere viso in tessuto di cui si parla tanto ultimamente. La commessa mi ha fatto conoscere le maschere in tessuto Sephora, raccomandando la maschera al tè verde per pelli con imperfezioni. Ero un po 'perplessa perché fra tutte le persone che conosco, ho forse la pelle più pulita, sono curiosa che pelle aveva la signorina, naturalmente era difficile da indovinare sotto quello strato spesso di fondotinta, ma la morale è che qualsiasi opinione tu abbia su di te è e utile per avere il parere di un esperto 😏  Insieme ai prodotti acquistati mi sono stati offerti con gentilezza altri campioni di prodotti e alla domanda se preferivo campioni di profumi o di creme, ho scelto creme, e appena avrò utilizzato questi prodotti condividerò con voi il mio parere. Mi è stato consegnato anche un volantino per ordinare online e ritirare la merce in negozio, appena avrò la possibilità di farlo, io vi dirò come è andato tutto. Ho continuato la giornata con uno spuntino in città, poi sono tornato a casa, ho fatto la mia manicure, ho letto un po ', perché lo smalto doveva asciugarsi bene e normalmente ho tempo solo durante il fine settimana per questi vizi, e per continuare mi sono goduta un paio di film. Il primo film è stato "Tra le nuvole" con George Clooney e Anna Kendrick, un mix di dramma e commedia su quello che significa la vita, il secondo film è stato "Life" con Dane DeHaan e Robert Pattison, un documentario sulla vita dell'attore James Dean e l'amicizia con il fotografo Dennis Stock, Robert Pattinson interpreta il fotografo 😏  Ho finito la giornata attenzioni dai miei cari e con un altro film, al cinema questa volta. Today I want to share with you a very personal experience. This week there was my birthday, and as for the date I only say that I bring the spring. Because I wanted to make the most of this moment I took the leave, I'm one of those that does not always manage to leave the concerns relating to work at the workplace and then the holidays were necessary for my inner peace. I woke up early in the morning, I prepared breakfast and after I got dressed, I left home and I went to the Sephora store. I intended to pamper myself and treat myself with the delicious Erborian CC cream of which I spoke last week. The saleswoman kindly checked my Sephora black card and explained that I had the right to small privileges, like a free makeup, a perfume test  and 10% discount on any product. I asked immediately the free make-up and of course the perfume test that was finalized with a free sample of the fragrance that I liked most. As for shopping, I bought the fantastic CC cream and asked for advice on those fabric face masks which is spoken so much lately. The clerk introduced me to the Sephora fabric masks, recommending the mask with green tea for skin with imperfections. I was a bit 'puzzled because among all the people I know, I have perhaps the most clean skin, I'm curious about the skin of the saleswoman, of course it was difficult to guess it under the thick layer of foundation, but the moral is that any type of opinion you might have about yourself, it is helpful to have the opinion of an expert 😏  With the products I purchased it were offered with kindness samples from other products and at the question if preferred samples of perfumes or creams, I chose creams, and as soon as I have used these products will share with you my opinion. I was also handed a flyer to order online and pick up the goods in the store, when I have the chance to do it, I'll tell you how it all went. THE GREAT WALL - movie review / THE GREAT WALL - recensione film / THE GREAT WALL - despre film

Salutare dragi cititori,

Astazi revin cu un post despre filme, a trecut ceva timp de la ultima postare de acest gen. Filmul despre care vreau sa va vorbesc a iesit de putin timp in cinematografe si suntem bombardati pe toate retelele de socializare cu reclame la acest film. Filmul in cauza este THE GREAT WALL, un film ce are ca tema dupa cum spune si numele marele zid chinezesc. Protagonistul acestui film este Matt Damon, unul din actorii mei preferati si trebuie sa marturisesc ca acesta a fost motivul principal care m-a impins sa merg sa vad acest film. Alaturi de Matt Damon putem admira si alti mari actori precum Willem Dafoe, care nu mai are nevoie de nici o prezentare sau Pedro Pascal pe care l-am vazut in precedenta in Tronul de Spade si The Mentalist. Restul actorilor este constituit in principal de tineri actori de origine chineza despre care trebuie sa spun ca nu am auzit nimic pana acum dar care au jucat bine in pofida tuturor scenelor de lupta si a acrobatiilor demne de jocurile olimpice de gimnastica. In ceea ce priveste povestea, nu va asteptati sa fie un film istoric, deci daca nu stiati nimic despre constructia Marelui Zid Chinezesc veti iesi din sala la fel de ignoranti in acest domeniu de cum ati intrat. Filmul transpune ceea ce pare a fi o legenda (din pacate nu am reusit sa verific acest lucru) despre motivul pentru care zidul a fost construit, si anume pentru a tine la distanta niste creaturi oribile care devora oameni si care reprezinta imoralitatea si decadenta umana. Urmarind acest film imi venea constant in minte ceea ce am invatat la facultate despre diferenta intre cultura occidentala, preponderent individualista si cea orientala, cu spirit colectivist si orientata asupra grupului si este usor sa remarcati aceste diferente observand personajele principale: mercenarul William Garin, interpretat de Matt Damon si generalul si eroul de razboi Lin Mae, interpretat de actrita Tian Jing. Si mai elocvent este acest fapt daca privim personajele Pedro Tovar interpretat de Pedro Pascal si Ballard interpretat de Willem Dafoe, doi hoti de profesie care cauta sa se imbogateasca cu orice scop si personajele Wang si Peng Yong interpretate de Andy Lau si Luhan, care isi sacrifica viata pentru ca ceilalti sa reuseasca sa opreasca bestiile feroce si implicit sa salveze tara si omenirea. Filmul este destul de bun, e un film comercial, pentru cei ce adora actiunea si strategia militara, are si ceva intrigi sa nu se plictiseasca spectatorul dar principala mea critica sta in faptul ca personajul Ballard, interpretat de Willem Dafoe este superficial si lipsit de profunzime. Sunt sigura ca acest rol i-a fost oferit, nu il vad pe Willem Dafoe in acest moment al vietii si al carierei sale artistice facand o auditie pentru un rol, si tocmai de aceea sunt surprinsa ca i-a fost propus un astfel de rol nesemnificativ care sa nu ii permita sa ne incante cu talentul sau. In concluzie vreau sa spun ca este un film ok, merita vazut, nu neaparat la cinematograf daca nu constituie o ocazie pentru a iesi cu prietenii sau daca nu intentionati sa va bucurati din plin de efectele audio. Va multumesc pentru vizita si va astept cu drag la urmatoarea postare, pana atunci, sa aveti o zi minunata!

Salve carissimi lettori,

Oggi torno con un post su film, è passato del tempo da quando ho fatto l'ultimo post di questo tipo. Il film di cui voglio parlarvi è uscito da un po 'di tempo nei cinema e siamo bombardati su tutti i social network con la pubblicità per questo film. Il film in questione è THE GREAT WALL, un film che ha come tema, come dice anche il nome, la Grande Muraglia Cinese. Il protagonista di questo film è Matt Damon, uno dei miei attori preferiti e devo confessare che questo è stato il motivo principale che mi ha spinto ad andare a vedere questo film. A fianco di Matt Damon possiamo ammirare altri attori importanti come Willem Dafoe, che non ha bisogno di presentazioni o Pedro Pascal che abbiamo visto in precedenza in Trono Spade e The Mentalist. Il resto del cast è composto prevalentemente da giovani attori di origine cinese di cui devo dire che non ho sentito niente finora, ma hanno recitato bene nonostante tutte le scene di combattimento e le acrobazie degne delle Olimpiadi di ginnastica. Per quanto riguarda la storia, non aspettatevi di vedere un film storico, quindi se non sapete nulla sulla costruzione della Grande Muraglia ne uscirete tanto ignoranti come siete entrati. Il film prende quello che sembra essere una leggenda (purtroppo non sono riuscita a controllare questo) sul perché il muro è stato costruito, in particolare per scongiurare alcune creature orribili che divorano gli esseri umani e rappresentano l'immoralità e la decadenza umana. Guardando questo film avevo sempre in mente ciò che ho imparato in università circa la differenza tra la cultura occidentale in gran parte individualista e quella orientale, con lo spirito del collettivismo e centrata sul gruppo ed è facile notare queste differenze guardando i personaggi principali: il mercenario William Garin, interpretato da Matt Damon e il generale ed eroe di guerra Lin Mae, interpretata da Jing Tian. Questo fatto è ancora più eloquente se guardiamo i personaggi Pedro Tovar interpretato da Pedro Pascal e Ballard interpretato da Willem Dafoe, due ladri di professione, che cercano di arricchirsi in qualsiasi modo e i personaggi Wang e Peng Yong interpretati da Andy Lau e Luhan, che sacrificano la loro vita perché gli altri riescano a fermare le bestie feroci e, quindi, a salvare il paese e l'umanità. Il film è abbastanza buono, si tratta di un film commerciale per chi ama l'azione e la strategia militare, con tanto di intrighi perché lo spettatore non si annoi, ma la mia critica principale è che il personaggio Ballard, interpretato da Willem Dafoe è superficiale e privo di spessore. Sono sicura che questo ruolo gli è stato proposto, non vedo proprio Willem Dafoe in questo momento della sua vita e carriera artistica facendo un provino per un ruolo, ed è per questo che mi sorprende che gli è stato offerto un ruolo così insignificante che non gli permetta di deliziarci con il suo talento. In conclusione voglio dire che è un film ok, vale la pena di vederlo, non necessariamente al cinema, se non non avete la possibilità di uscire con gli amici o se non avete intenzione di godervi al massimo gli effetti audio. Today I come back with a post on a movie, it's been a while since I made the last post of this kind. The film I want to talk about it got out for a bit 'of time in theaters and we are bombarded on all social networks with advertising for this film. The film in question is THE GREAT WALL, a film whose theme is as the name says, the Great Wall of China. The protagonist of this film is Matt Damon, one of my favorite actors and I must confess that this was the main reason that prompted me to go and see this movie. Opposite Matt Damon we can admire other important actors like Willem Dafoe, who needs no introduction or Pedro Pascal that we saw earlier in the Iron Throne and The Mentalist. The rest of the cast is mostly made up of young actors of Chinese origin of which I have to say I have not heard anything so far, but they have acted well despite all the fight scenes and acrobatics worthy of the Olympic games of gymnastics. As for the story, do not expect to see a historical film, so if you know nothing about the construction of the Great Wall, you will come out as ignorant as you came in. The film takes what appears to be a legend (unfortunately I could not check this) about why the wall was built, especially to ward off some horrible creatures who devour humans and represent immorality and human decline. Watching this film, I came countinously to my mind what I learned in college about the difference between Western culture largely individualistic and eastern culture, with the spirit of collectivism and centered on the group and it is easy to notice these differences watching the main characters: the mercenary William Garin, interpreted by Matt Damon and the general and war hero Lin Mae, played by Jing Tian. This fact is even more significant if we look at the characters Pedro Tovar played by Pedro Pascal and Ballard played by Willem Dafoe, two professional thieves, who try to get rich in any way and Wang and Peng Yong characters played by Andy Lau and Luhan, who sacrifice their lives so that others are able to stop the wild beasts, and thus to save the country and humanity. The film is quite good, it is a commercial film for those who love action and military strategy, complete with intrigue because the viewer does not get bored, but my main criticism is that the character Ballard, played by Willem Dafoe is superficial and depthless. I am sure that this role was offered to him, I do not see at all Willem Dafoe at this time of his life and artistic career, auditioning for a role, and that is why I am surprised that he was offered a so insignificant role that does not allow him to delight us with his talent. In conclusion I want to say it's an okay movie, it's worth to see it, not necessarily to the cinema, if you do not have the chance to go out with friends or if you're not interested to enjoy the sound effects. Salutare dragi cititori,

Astazi impartasesc cu voi impresiile mele despre filmul Inferno. Filmul Inferno este un film realizat dupa romanul cu acelasi nume de Dan Brown si care il are ca personaj principal pe profesorul Robert Langdon, personaj principal si in Codul Da Vinci si Ingeri si demoni interpretat de un Tom Hanks mai in varsta dar la fel de erudit si cult chiar si atunci cand este afectat de amnezie. Filmul este un adevarat thriller, plin de scene care te lasa cu sufletul la gura, conspiratii si eroi determinati sa faca orice pentru a salva umanitatea. Pe scurt, filmul il vede pe renumitul profesor intr-o cursa disperata contra cronometru pentru a salva omenirea de la extinctie, de la o calamitate creata in laborator de un geniu al raului. Un miliardar excentric, pe numele lui Bertrand Zobrist, preocupat de problematica suprapopularii planetei a creat o noua tulpina de ciuma, incurabila care va injumatati populatia globului. Desi nici prin cap nu imi trece sa justific o asemenea idee bolnava, un adevarat genocid, trebuie sa fiu de acord insa cu faptul ca suprapopularea este cu adevarat o problema importanta si care risca asa cum explica Zobrist sa fie nemesis-ul planetei si intregii noastre rase. Ben Foster a interpretat foarte bine acest geniu al raului si as fi apreciat mai multe secvente cu acest personaj si actor. Ceea ce am apreciat cel mai mult a fost suspens-ul si intorsaturile neasteptate de situatie, demn de un adevarat roman politist de prima clasa si finalul care te tine cu inima la gura chiar daca iti imaginezi ca nu se poate termina decat bine. Aceste fiind spuse va recomand sa vedeti acest film daca sunteti amatori de thriller-uri, enigme si teorii apocaliptice :D Va doresc o vizionare placuta!

Oggi condivido con voi le mie impressioni sul film Inferno. Inferno è stato realizzato dopo il romanzo omonime di Dan Brown che vede come personaggio principale il professore Robert Langdon, personaggio principale anche nei film  Il Codice Da Vinci e Angeli e Demoni interpretato da un Tom Hanks più anziano ma ugualmente studioso e colto anche quando è affetto da amnesia. Il film è un vero thriller pieno di scene che lasciano senza fiato, cospirazioni ed eroi determinati a fare qualsiasi cosa per salvare l'umanità. In breve, il film vede il noto professore in una corsa disperata contro il tempo per salvare l'umanità dall'estinzione, per via di una calamità creata in laboratorio da un genio del male. Un miliardario eccentrico, di nome Bertrand Zobrist preoccupato per la questione della sovrappopolazione del pianeta ha creato un nuovo ceppo di peste, incurabile che sta per dimezzare la popolazione mondiale. Anche se non ci penso neanche  giustificare una simile idea malata, un vero genocidio, devo però essere d’accordo con il fatto che la sovrappopolazione è veramente un problema molto importante che rischia come spiega Zobrist di essere la nemesi del nostro pianeta e di tutta la nostra razza. Ben Foster ha recitato molto bene la parte del genio del male e avrei apprezzato più sequenze con questo personaggio e attore. Quello che ho apprezzato di più è stata la suspense ed i colpi di scena inaspettati, degni di un romanzo poliziesco di prima classe e la fine che ti tiene con il cuore in bocca, anche se si immagina che non può finire che bene. Detto questo, vi consiglio di vedere questo film se siete appassionati di thriller, misteri e teorie apocalittiche :D Vi auguro una buona visione!

Today I share with you my impressions of the film Inferno. Inferno was made after the homonymous novel by Dan Brown that has as main character Professor Robert Langdon, the main character even in the film The Da Vinci Code and Angels and Demons starring an older but equally studious and educated Tom Hanks, even when affected with amnesia. The film is a true thriller full of scenes that leave you breathless, conspiracies and  heroes determined to do anything to save humanity. In a few words, the film sees the well-known professor in a desperate race against time to save humanity from extinction, by a disaster created in the laboratory by an evil genius. An eccentric billionaire, named Bertrand Zobrist concerned about the issue of overpopulation of the planet has created a new strain of plague, incurable who is going to halve the world's population. Even if I do not intend to justify such a sick idea, a real genocide, I have to agree with the fact that overpopulation is really a very important issue that just as Zobrist explains might be the nemesis of our planet and of all our race. Ben Foster played very well the role of evil genius and I would have appreciated more sequences with this character and actor. What I appreciated most was the suspense and unexpected twists worthy of a first-rate detective novel and the end that keeps you breathless, even if you imagine that can only end well. That being said, I recommend you see this movie if you are fans of thrillers, mysteries and apocalyptic theories :D Enjoy this movie!
