IT: è arrivato il momento di condividere con voi le cose belle di questo mese. Agosto è stato un mese abbastanza problematico per me, ma, nonostante ciò, mi sono impegnata a cercare qualcosa da condividere con voi, per quanto banale o semplice esso fosse.

IT: Prima di tutto vorrei parlarvi della persona che ha reso sopportabile per me, un mese altrimenti molto difficile. Questa persona è mio marito, che mi è stato vicino quando stavo male, mi ha aiutato quando da sola non ce la facevo e mi ha coccolata con piccoli gesti rendendo tutto più facile e piacevole. Una di queste piccole cose inaspettate è stata la mattinata di un fine settimana quando mi ha sorpreso preparando una colazione sfiziosa. Certo, la torta è comprata (non so fare le torte nemmeno io, quindi non posso di certo pretendere che lui lo sappia) e il cappuccino lo ha fatto usando la macchinetta per il caffè, ma avere accanto una persona che si alza prima di te, il sabato mattina presto per andare a comprare la torta, preparare il cappuccio e darti il buongiorno in modo romantico. 

ENG: First of all I would like to tell you about the person who made an otherwise very difficult month, bearable for me. This person is my husband, who was close to me when I was sick, helped me when I couldn't do it alone and pampered me with small gestures making everything easier and more pleasant. One of these unexpected little things was a weekend morning when he surprised me by preparing a delicious breakfast. Sure, the cake was purchased (I don't know how to make cakes either, so I certainly can't expect him to know) and he made the cappuccino using the coffè machine, but having a person next to you who gets up before you, on Saturday early morning to go buy a cake, prepare the cappuccino and say good morning in a romantic way.

IT: Altre cose belle di cui vorrei parlarvi riguardano sempre l'aspetto mangiareccio della vita. Condivido con voi un semplice pranzo in una giornata di lavoro e un dolce speciale, provato per la prima volta. Un pranzo con pochi ma gustosi piatti della cucina giapponese, giusto per restare leggeri in una giornata altrimenti impegnativa mentre il dolce provato per curiosità in un altra occasione, mi ha fatto capire che ci sarà sempre un piatto delizioso per i momenti tetri. Il tiramisù al cioccolato bianco e pistacchio è stata una vera goduria e mi ha fatto capire che provare cose nuove porta sempre a delle scoperte interessanti. E voi, cosa mi raccontate di bello? Quali sono le cose belle per voi queste mese?

ENG: Other beautiful things I would like to tell you about also concern the foody aspect of life. I share with you a simple lunch on a working day and a special dessert, tried for the first time. A lunch with a few but tasty dishes of Japanese cuisine, just to stay light on an otherwise busy day while the dessert tried out of curiosity on another occasion, made me understand that there will always be a delicious dish for gloomy moments. The white chocolate and pistachio tiramisu was a real pleasure and made me realize that trying new things always leads to interesting discoveries. What nice things can you tell me? Today I will review for you another product that the South Korean brand Elizavecca has gifted to me. As I take very serious testing and reviewing products, I have to try and use them several times before expressing my opinion even if I appreciate the product from the first try. The product that I will review this time is the Hydro-gel Bouncy Eye Patch and I will proceed following my usual criteria.

Information from the producer: Elizavecca’s Hydro-gel eye patch comes as a set of 20 pieces eye patches individually provided with a base film that allows the product to keep its moisture and properties intact. Thanks to its special formula containing ingredients like adenosine, vitamin B, jojoba seed oil, collagen, red algae extract, aloe barbadensis extract and papaya fruit extract, moisturizes, decongests, smoothes, and improves wrinkles in the delicate around the eye area. Suitable for all skin types, even or especially mature skin with wrinkles.

Packaging: the product comes in the form of 20 sheet eye patches packaged in a transparent plastic container enclosed in an airtight bag which is itself packed in a cardboard box. After use one must dispose separately for each piece of packaging.

Consistency: White sheet patches containing a transparent and sticky product that adheres easily to the skin.

Color and fragrance: the product that enriches the patches is transparent, glossy and odorless

Method of application: After the face cleansing and toner routine, apply eye cream, take out the patch, remove the protective film and paste the patch onto the area bellow your eye. Repeat the procedure for the other eye and wait approximately 3-4 hours. For a better result, apply the patches before going to bed at night and remove them when awakening.

Personal evaluation: I will start my personal evaluation by telling you that I fell in love with this product. I must confess that until now I used only contour eye cream, serums or treatments and only rarely I have used the eye masks and packs removable after some dozens of minutes and when I read that this product was to be applied for a few hours, I was very curious about its results. First of all, as soon as removed from the protective film it easy to understand that this patch will it will stretch and smooth the skin around the eyes due to the sticky surface of the patch. I tried this product in so many occasions in order to understand how to apply it in order to have the greatest benefit. It may seem a problem to wait 3 to 4 hours but from my experience the result can be noticed also after applying them only for 15-20 minutes. Since I wanted to benefit at most from this new technology, I applied it in different circumstances. I also applied it before going to bed, the result was noticeable but not my favorite due to my morning face cleansing routine as soon as awaken. My favorite moment to apply them was during my relax routine and before preparing for events. My relax routine is when I do a complete face care and skin care procedure, that includes cleansing scrubing, toning, and face sheet mask applying. Before applying the face mask, I apply the eye patches and while relaxing, I read, listen to music, watch a movie, apply a foot mask or file my nails and do manicure. And when I have to prepare myself to go out, I also have the patches on while I do eye make up and this way even if I have to lose some eyeshadow powder, it falls on my patches instead of my skin. They can also be applied while doing house chores and before going to work. The removal of the eyepatches is very satisfying because it leaves a smoothed eye area, a fine and soft skin, free of dark circles or eye bags. The skin results brighter, younger and the wrinkles are attenuated. I also applied them on my upper lid after I left them rest in the fridge for an hour. In this case they reduced the puffiness of my eyes after a night of bad sleep ar crying episode. I love this product for its fabulous results, its form and versatility in application. I don’t think I will ever use another type of eye packs as long as Hydro-gel Bouncy Eye Patch is my favorite. Even if available online on many sites, I recommend purchasing it from the company site to have a guarantee of quality and lower or no shipping fees when buying for a certain amount of money. If purchasing with other methods, always check for the original checking number stamp.

PROS: good results in mitigating dark circles, puffiness, eye bags and wrinkles, rejuvenating effect, nice packaging, travel friendly, good availability online for other countries than its producer, good price / quality ratio and good versatility.

CONS: None

Conclusion: This product can be useful to people that have wrinkles, dark circles, eye bags or eye puffiness issues. It can also turn useful to people looking for a good eye treatment routine that can be done while, relaxing, sleeping or carry out activities.

Oggi recensirò per voi un altro prodotto che il marchio sudcoreano Elizavecca mi ha omaggiato. Poiché prendo molto seriamente i test e le recensioni dei prodotti, devo provare e usare più volte e più volte un prodotto prima di esprimere la mia opinione, anche se lo apprezzo sin dal primo tentativo. Il prodotto che recensirò questa volta è l'Hydrogel Bouncy Eye Patch e procederò seguendo i miei soliti criteri.

Informazioni dal produttore: i cuscinetti per occhi Hydro-gel di Elizavecca si presentano come un set di 20 pezzi di maschere contorno occhi fornite individualmente con una pellicola protettiva che consente al prodotto di mantenere intatte l'umidità e le proprietà. Metodo di applicazione: Dopo la routine di pulizia e tonico del viso, applicare la crema per gli occhi, togliere il cerotto, rimuovere la pellicola protettiva e applicare il cerotto sulla zona sotto l'occhio. Ripetere la procedura per l'altro occhio e attendere circa 3-4 ore. Per un risultato migliore, applicare i cerotti prima di coricarsi la sera e rimuovendogli al risveglio.

Valutazione personale: inizierò la mia valutazione personale dicendovi che mi sono innamorata di questo prodotto. Devo confessare che fino ad ora ho utilizzato solo creme contorno occhi, sieri o trattamenti e solo di rado ho utilizzato le maschere occhi e gli impacchi removibili dopo qualche decina di minuti e quando ho letto che questo prodotto doveva essere applicato per diverse ore, ero molto curiosa dei suoi risultati. Innanzitutto, appena rimosso dalla pellicola protettiva è facile capire che questo cerotto stenderà e levigherà la pelle del contorno occhi grazie alla superficie appiccicosa del cerotto. Ho provato questo prodotto in tante occasioni per capire come applicarlo per avere il massimo beneficio. Può sembrare un problema aspettare dalle 3 alle 4 ore ma dalla mia esperienza il risultato si nota anche dopo averle applicate solo per 15-20 minuti. Poiché volevo trarre il massimo vantaggio da questa nuova tecnologia, l'ho applicata in diverse circostanze. L'ho applicato anche prima di andare a letto, il risultato è stato evidente ma non il mio preferito a causa della mia routine mattutina di pulizia del viso appena sveglia. Il mio momento preferito per applicarli è stato durante la mia routine di relax e prima di prepararmi per gli eventi. La mia routine di relax è quando eseguo una procedura completa per la cura del viso e della pelle, che include lo scrub detergente, la tonificazione e l'applicazione di una maschera per il viso. Prima di applicare la maschera viso, applico i cerotti sugli occhi e mentre mi rilasso, leggo, ascolto musica, guardo un film, applico una maschera per i piedi o limo le unghie e faccio la manicure. E quando devo prepararmi per uscire, applico i cerotti anche mentre mi trucco gli occhi e così anche se devo perdere dell'ombretto in polvere, questo cade sui cerotti anziché sulla pelle. Possono essere applicati anche durante le faccende domestiche e prima di andare al lavoro. La rimozione delle mascherine dagli occhi è molto soddisfacente perché lascia un contorno occhi levigato, una pelle fine e morbida, priva di occhiaie o borse sotto gli occhi. La pelle risulta più luminosa, giovane e le rughe attenuate. Li ho applicati anche sulla palpebra superiore dopo averli lasciati riposare in frigorifero per un'ora. In questo caso hanno ridotto il gonfiore dei miei occhi dopo una notte insonne o un episodio di pianto. Amo questo prodotto per i suoi risultati favolosi, la sua forma e la versatilità nell'applicazione. Non credo che userò mai un altro tipo di impacco per gli occhi finché Hydro-gel Bouncy Eye Patch sarà il mio preferito. Anche se disponibile online su molti siti, consiglio di acquistarlo dal sito dell'azienda per avere una garanzia di qualità e risparmiare sulle spese di spedizione quando si acquista per una certa somma di denaro. Se acquistate con altri metodi, controllate sempre il bollino con numero di controllo originale.

PRO: buoni risultati nell'attenuare occhiaie, borse, gonfiori e rughe, ha effetto ringiovanente, bella confezione, adatto ai viaggi, buona disponibilità online per paesi diversi dal produttore, buon rapporto qualità/prezzo e buona versatilità.

CONTRO: Nessuno

Conclusione: questo prodotto può essere utile per le persone che hanno rughe, occhiaie, borse sotto gli occhi o problemi di gonfiore agli occhi. Può anche rivelarsi utile per le persone che cercano una buona routine di trattamento degli occhi che può essere eseguita mentre ci si rilassa, si dorme o si svolgono attività.

Viaggio al Lago dei Caprioli sul sentiero degli Gnomi /Journey to Lago dei Caprioli on the path of the Gnomes

Carissimi amici e lettori, 

Oggi ritorno con un travel post, un articolo in cui vi parlerò di un luogo meraviglioso che ho scoperto nelle vacanze estive del mese scorso. Come vi avevo già accennato nel post "solo cose belle" del mese scorso, nelle 2 settimane di vacanza abbiamo visitato alcuni posti nel Trentino. Vi avevo già parlato del parco dell'Adamello a Ponte di Legno, un posto pieno di colori e persone felici e oggi vi parlerò di un luogo ancora più speciale, ancora più incantevole, il lago dei Caprioli. Lago dei Caprioli è un lago alpino, con acqua cristallina, flora lussureggiante, circondato da una foresta fitta di alberi alti che cercano di toccare il cielo, ruscelli che sorridono al sole e un profumo fresco di conifere. La leggenda narra che i caprioli scendono ad abbeverarsi ad ogni tramonto ed ogni alba.

Situato a 1280 metri altitudine in località Fazzon, il lago è facilmente raggiungibile su una strada asfaltata lunga 6 chilometri che parte da Pellizzano e si ferma in un parcheggio che dista 400 metri dal bacino. La strada fino al lago è una bella salita nella foresta ma per coloro che sono in possesso di un tagliando in quanto disabili, è permesso di guidare e arrivare in macchina fino al lago. Coloro che sono in forma smagliante e sono alla ricerca di un'autentica avventura in natura, hanno la possibilità di arrivarci a piedi, partendo sempre da Pellizzano,  attraverso il Sentiero degli Gnomi. Un nome cosi pittoresco è dato dalle sculture in legno e altre strutture realizzate con materiali naturali che si trovano sul suo percorso e che raffigurano degli gnomi. Continuando la strada fino a 1546 metri, ci si arriva alla Malga alta di Fazzon dove di estate è possibile fare delle escursioni guidate e godersi seguire l'alpeggio estivo. 

Tornando al Lago dei Caprioli, il sentiero che lo circonda è costellato di panchine che permettono di ammirare in tranquillità la bellezza del posto, ascoltare il silenzio dell'acqua ferma e respirare con calma i profumi della foresta. Delle piccole costruzioni come le discese di acqua, ponticelli sopra i ruscelli che alimentano il lago, bar, terrazze, arricchiscono la sua naturale bellezza. Coloro che vorrebbero fermarsi un po' di più e non si sono portati già da mangiare, possono sostare al bar ristorante presente sul posto. Il locale offre un'ampia scelta di piatti da degustare mentre ci si ammira la bellezza di questo posto. 

La prima volta che ci sono stata, sul lago era in corso una gara di pesca e quidi non ci siamo potuti avvicinare alla sponda del lago. Lo abbiamo fatto successivamente quando una volta goduto della pace che il lago offre, ci siamo anche addentrati per quello che il deambulatore mi permetteva, nella foresta che circonda il lago. Dopo simili avventure, assaggiare i piatti trentini sulla terrazza sopra il lago, è stata una vera goduria.

Today I return with a travel post, an article in which I will talk to you about a wonderful place that I discovered during the summer holidays, last month.  As I already mentioned in the previous "only beautiful things" post, last month, in the 2 weeks of vacation we visited some places in Trentino. I had already told you about the Adamello park in Ponte di Legno, a place full of colors and happy people and today I will talk to you about an even more special, even more enchanting place, the lake of Caprioli. Lago dei Caprioli is an alpine lake, with crystal clear water, lush flora, surrounded by a dense forest of tall trees that try to touch the sky, streams that smile at the sun and a fresh scent of conifers.  The legend says that the roe deer come down to drink on every sunset and every sunrise.

Located at an altitude of 1280 meters in the locality of Fazzon, the lake is easily reachable on a 6 km long asphalted road that starts from Pellizzano and stops in a parking lot which is 400 meters distant from the basin.  The road up to the lake is a nice climb in the forest but for those who are in possession of a coupon as they are disabled, they are allowed to drive and arrive by car to the lake. Those who are in great shape and are looking for an authentic adventure in nature, have the opportunity to get there on foot, always starting from Pellizzano, through the Path of the Gnomes. Such a picturesque name is given by the wood carvings and other structures made with natural materials that are found along its path and which represent the gnomes. Continuing the road up to 1546 meters, you will arrive at the Malga Alta di Fazzon where in summer it is possible to take guided hikes and enjoy the mountain pastures. 

Returning to the Lake of Caprioli, the path that surrounds it is provided with benches that allow you to admire the beauty of the place in tranquility, listen to the silence of the still water and calmly breathe the scents of the forest. Small constructions, water runs, bridges over the streams that feed the lake, bars, terraces enrich its natural beauty. Those who would like to stay a little longer and have not already brought around any food, can stop at the on-site bar-restaurant. The restaurant offers a wide choice of dishes to taste while admiring the beauty of this place.

The first time I was there, a fishing competition was in progress on the lake and therefore we could not get close to the lake shore. We did it later when once we enjoyed the peace that the lake offers, we also went into the forest that surrounds the lake for what the walker allowed me. After such adventures, tasting Trentino dishes on the terrace above the lake was a real pleasure.

I am sure you were wondering when was I going to publish the reviews for the latest products that the south Korean brand Elizavecca sent me and here I am with the first review for the Carbonated Bubble Clay Mask. I am sorry if you had to wait for my review but before expressing my evaluation, I like to try several times the product I am going to review in order to discover all its qualities or eventual flaws and how to use it better in order to obtain the highest benefit. As for this product, let me tell you that I have never tried such a product before and therefore I was curious, enthusiastic and reasonable cautious. That being said, I will start my review by following my usual criteria.

Informations from the producer: the carbonated clay mask thanks to the bubbling technology and important ingredients such as kaolin, charcoal powder, camelia sinensis leaf extract, carbonated water, allantoin, lavender, peppermint and rosemary extract, chamomile and freesia flower extract, cleanses pores, removes sebum while leaving skin smoother and brighter. It is perfect for cleaning and reducing pores on nose and T zone areas.

Packaging: a plastic jar containing 100 g of product, a transparent plastic lid and a white plastic spatula

Consistency: soft gelatinous and creamy texture

Method of application: Take a proper amount of product an apply it on your face avoiding the area around the eyes. The product comes with a spatula to facilitate application.

Personal evaluation: First of all, I need to make a few clarifications regarding the application of the product. I find that the spatula that comes with the package is a little small for my inexpert hand, therefore I used a wider spatula that I had at home. The application must be well-timed so that it can be done before the mask starts bubbling and it is important to apply a subtle layer of product. In a few minutes I noticed the bubbles and the product started changing color becoming clearer and puffy. When it started having a whitish appearance, I started massaging the product into the skin with subtle movements for a minute more or less. After this massage, I washed the product away with warm water. The first thing I noticed after using the Carbonated bubble clay mask is that it did one of the best exfoliating and scrubing actions I have ever experimented on my skin. It was like the sebum, grease and keratinocytes simply disappeared, the pores resulted cleaner and the complexion was luminous, refreshed and smooth without the effect of tightening skin. This mask offers complete cleansing, exfoliates the skin of dead cells, sebum and blackheads, while maintaining its elasticity and plasticity. It has no smell and it is quite easy to apply when using a wider spatula or doing it with the fingers in a fast pace. Another advice that I can give is to close the jar as soon as the product is applied and if you manage to also place the plastic coverage before closing the lid it is better because it will prevent the reactions with the air and thus the bubbling process. I must confess I really like this product even if at the beginning I had problems applying it. As soon as I found the right to way to apply it, using this product became e pleasure. It cleans the skin of all its debris without the usage of aggressive scrubs and leaves a clean and radiant aspect in just a few minutes. The Carbonated Bubble Clay Mask is a product I would really love to use again in future.

PROS: eliminates dead skin cells and keratinocytes, purifies and helps reducing pores, leaves a radiant and levigated skin complexion, offers an easy and fast exfoliating process, great cleanser, travel friendly, when on sale or promotions it has a great quality / price ratio.

CONS: needs a few tries to manage and control application without product waste

Conclusion: I recommend the Carbonated Bubble Clay Mask to people that are looking for a product that promptly cleanses and exfoliates at the same time leaving a skin well taken care of.

Mi dispiace se avete dovuto aspettare la mia recensione ma prima di esprimere la mia valutazione, mi piace provare più volte il prodotto che vado a recensire per scoprirne tutte le qualità o eventuali difetti e come utilizzarlo al meglio per ottenere il massimo beneficio. Per quanto riguarda questo prodotto, lasciate che vi dica che non avevo mai provato un prodotto del genere prima e quindi ero curiosa, entusiasta e ragionevolmente cauta. Detto questo, inizierò la mia recensione seguendo i miei soliti criteri.

Informazioni dal produttore: la maschera Carbonated Clay, grazie alla tecnologia dell’effetto frizzante e ad ingredienti importanti come caolino, polvere di carbone, estratto di foglie di camelia sinensis, acqua gassata, allantoina, estratto di radice di lavanda, menta piperita e rosmarino, estratto di fiori di camomilla e fresia, deterge i pori, rimuove il sebo lasciando la pelle più liscia e luminosa. È perfetto per pulire e ridurre i pori nella zona naso e zona T.

Precauzioni e avvertenze: il prodotto non deve essere utilizzato su ferite, eczemi o cute affetta da dermatiti, evitare il contatto con il contorno occhi, se dopo l'applicazione dovesse comparire gonfiore, prurito, stigmate, si consiglia di consultare un medico, conservare a temperatura ambiente, lontano dalla luce solare, tenere fuori dalla portata dei bambini.

Metodo di applicazione: Prelevare una quantità adeguata di prodotto e applicarlo sul viso evitando la zona del contorno occhi. Il prodotto viene accompagnato da una spatola per facilitare l'applicazione.

Valutazione personale: Prima di tutto devo fare alcune precisazioni in merito all'applicazione del prodotto. Trovo che la spatola che viene fornita con la confezione sia un po' piccola per la mia mano inesperta, quindi ho usato una spatola più grande che avevo a casa. L'applicazione deve essere tempestiva in modo che possa essere eseguita prima che la maschera diventi frizzante ed è importante applicare uno strato sottile di prodotto. In pochi minuti ho notato delle bolle e il prodotto ha iniziato a cambiare colore diventando più chiaro e gonfio. Quando ha iniziato ad avere un aspetto biancastro, ho iniziato a massaggiare il prodotto sulla pelle con movimenti sottili per un minuto più o meno. Dopo questo massaggio, ho lavato via il prodotto con acqua tiepida. La prima cosa che ho notato dopo aver usato la maschera frizzante all'argilla è che ha fatto una delle migliori azioni esfolianti e scrubanti che abbia mai sperimentato sulla mia pelle. Era come se sebo, grasso e cheratinociti fossero semplicemente scomparsi, i pori risultavano più puliti e l'incarnato era luminoso, rinfrescato e levigato senza l'effetto della pelle che stringe. Questa maschera offre una pulizia completa, esfolia la pelle da cellule morte, sebo e punti neri, mantenendone elasticità e plasticità. Non ha odore ed è abbastanza facile da applicare quando si usa una spatola più ampia o lo si fa con le dita a ritmo sostenuto. Un altro consiglio che posso darvi è di chiudere il vasetto appena applicato il prodotto e se riuscite a mettere anche la copertura in plastica prima di chiudere il coperchio è meglio perché eviterà le reazioni con l'aria e quindi il processo frizzante. Devo confessare che questo prodotto mi piace molto anche se all'inizio ho avuto problemi ad applicarlo. Non appena ho trovato il modo giusto per applicarlo, usare questo prodotto è diventato un piacere. Pulisce la pelle da tutti i suoi detriti senza l'uso di scrub aggressivi e lascia un aspetto pulito e luminoso in pochi minuti. La maschera Carbonated Bubble Clay è un prodotto che mi piacerebbe davvero usare di nuovo in futuro.

PRO: elimina le cellule morte della pelle e i cheratinociti, purifica e aiuta a ridurre i pori, lascia un incarnato radioso e levigato, offre un processo esfoliante facile e veloce, ottimo detergente, adatto ai viaggi, in saldi o promozioni ha un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo .

CONTRO: necessita di alcuni tentativi per gestire e controllare l'applicazione senza sprechi di prodotto

Conclusione: Consiglio la Maschera Carbonated Bubble Clay alle persone che cercano un prodotto che deterga ed esfolia velocemente allo stesso tempo lasciando una pelle ben curata.
