Solo cose belle mese di giugno / Only beautiful things month of June

IT: Ciao carissimi amici,

Oggi è un altro appuntamento della rubrica mensile “Solo Cose Belle” ideata e iniziata da Fiore di Collina. Oggi purtroppo sono anche arrivata alla conclusione che rischio di diventare ripetitiva perché sono comunque un essere abitudinario, mi piacciono sempre le stesse cose, faccio quasi sempre le stesse cose, compro le stesse cose e quindi rischio di annoiare il mio lettore. Ecco perché ho deciso di non parlarvi di tutte le cose belle di questo mese ma solo delle cose belle e inedite, che succedono per la prima volta o che non sono successe da parecchio tempo. Una delle cose che infatti non facevo da tanto per via dell’epidemia era uscire di casa e visitare luoghi bellissimi. Ecco quindi che questo mese fra una pioggia e l’altra siamo riusciti anche a fare due scappatelle sul lago d’Iseo e sul lago Como. Lago d’Iseo era tanto che non lo vedevamo e quindi per rinfrescarci la memoria abbiamo scelto di girarlo in macchina alternando anche delle belle passeggiate sulle promenade delle sue città ma per quanto riguarda il lago Como, avevamo in mente di goderci il lago e siamo andati dritti, dritti a Colico e distesi sull’erba ne abbiamo approfittato per leggere, parlare, goderci il paesaggio e sentirci in connessione con la natura.

So this month between rains we also managed to make two escapades on Lake Iseo and Lake Como. Lake Iseo was so long that we did not see it and therefore to refresh our memory we chose to see it driving and also alternating beautiful walks on the promenades of its cities but as regards Lake Como, we had in mind to enjoy the lake and we went straight, straight to Colico and lying on the grass we took the opportunity to read, speak, enjoy the landscape and feel connected to nature.

IT: Una cosa decisamente nuova e bella invece è la mia nuova macchina fotografica che abbiamo comprato questo mese e pagheremo a rate, la piccola, snella, leggera, precisa e velocissima Canon SX730HS. Non dico altro perché poi sembrerà un post sponsorizzato e non lo è (mi sarebbe piaciuto però), ma vi farò vedere alcune foto scattate usandola. Le foto sono poche perché è un acquisto molto recente e non abbiamo ancora avuto occasione di metterla alla prova ma come già mi conoscete, io amo fare foto e quindi non tarderò ad utilizzarla con furore. Non mi posso lamentare del mio cellulare che di foto ne ha fatto tante e le ha fatte anche molto bene però un tocco più professionale mi serviva :D Un'altra cosa inedita e decisamente bella è che questo mese mi sono fatta tagliare i capelli da un professionista. Potete vedere questo taglio nella foto in cui faccio vedere anche la mia nuova macchina fotografica però non sono stato ispirata a fotografarla subito con la piega fatta dalla parrucchiera e quindi la potete vedere solo giorni più tardi, dopo aver lavato i capelli e creato la mia ormai solita piega con il foulard.

I can't complain about my cell phone, which took many photos and made them very well too, however, I needed a more professional touch: D Another unusual and decidedly beautiful thing is that this month I had my hair cut by a professional. You can see this cut in the photo where I also show my new camera, however I was not inspired to photograph it immediately with the hairstyle made by the hairdresser and therefore you can see it only days later, after washing my hair and creating my now usual style using a scarf.

Una bellissima scoperta letteraria

Ciao carissimi amici,

Come avevo annunciato nel post solo cose belle del mese di maggio, il mese scorso avevo fatto la scoperta di un bellissimo libro che consiglio a tutti, genitori e non genitori, per una più approfondita comprensione delle diverse sfumature della vita. Come vi ricorderete già, questo libro mi ha profondamente commossa e non vorrei aspettare per condividere con voi le mie impressioni. Il libro si chiama “Cara Lilli” ed è il diario di una mamma di due monelli con disturbo dello spettro autistico di Maristella Bocciero. Come avrete sicuramente capito dal titolo, questo libro è un diario che racconta le esperienze di una madre di due bambini che hanno questo disturbo ed è disponibile in formato e-book. Prima di tutto vorrei dire che questo è più di un diario, è molto simile al genere epistolare e descrive in un modo conciso ma allo stesso tempo ricercato quello che Maristella ha affrontato dal 2012 fino ad oggi in quanto madre di due bambini speciali. La narrazione è fluida e scorrevole, a tratti informativa, a tratti commovente ma più di ogni altra cosa, questo libro racchiude nelle sue pagine un’esperienza di vita che si legge tutto d’un fiato. Il diario non racconta solo le esperienze di questa madre ma anche quelle dei suoi figli ed è molto importante anche per capire l’evoluzione e la dinamica di questo disturbo. Confesso che anche se ho una laurea in psicologia, all’università non ho avuto molto a che fare con bambini con questo disturbo, durante i miei periodi di tirocinio ho incontrato solo bambini con sindrome di Down, un disturbo diverso e con altre sfumature, ed è anche per questo che ho letto questo libro anche da un punto di vista terapeutico. Mi ha fatto piacere leggere come la Monella abbia sopraffatto i suoi disagi nel movimento, diventando una brava nuotatrice o come il Monello abbia sopraffatto le difficoltà che le hanno ostacolato il linguaggio arrivando perfino a cantare in inglese.

Vorrei congratularmi con Maristella per aver avuto il coraggio di scrivere questo libro, per aver avuto il coraggio di parlare della sua tristezza, della sua ansia, della sua disperazione, ma anche della gioia e delle soddisfazioni per ogni piccolo traguardo raggiunto dai suoi figli. Questo libro potrebbe cambiare il modo in cui i genitori affrontano l’autismo e quindi potrebbe anche cambiare il mondo. Se tutti i genitori trovassero il coraggio per spronare i figli verso la normalità, verso l’integrazione, se tutti i genitori cercassero di dare ai loro figli le possibilità e le opportunità per superare i loro limiti, il mondo non potrà più ignorare, sottovalutare e limitare le cure necessarie e le cure letteralmente dovute ai ragazzi con un disturbo pervasivo dello sviluppo.

Mi auguro che questo libro diventi un successone e che venga tradotto in tante lingue perché potrebbe aiutare tantissimi genitori che a loro volta potrebbero aiutare tantissimi bambini.

As I had announced in the post "only beautiful things" of May, last month I had made the discovery of a beautiful book that I recommend to everyone, parents and non-parents, for a deeper understanding of the different nuances of life. As you will already remember, this book has deeply touched me and I would not wait to share my impressions with you. The book is called "Cara Lilli" and is the diary of a mother of two little children with an autism spectrum disorder by Maristella Bocciero. As you may have understood from the title, this book is a diary that tells the experiences of a mother of two children who have this disorder and is available in e-book format. First of all I would like to say that this is more than a diary, it is very similar to the epistolary genre and describes in a concise but at the same time refined way what Maristella has faced from 2012 until today as mother of two special children. The narrative is fluid and flowing, at times informative, at times emotional but more than anything else, this book contains in its pages a life experience that can be read in one breath. 

The diary doesn't talk only about the experiences of this mother but also of those of her children and it is also very important to understand the evolution and dynamics of this disorder. I confess that although I have a degree in psychology, at university I have not had much to do with children with this disorder, during my internships I have only met children with Down syndrome, a different disorder and with other nuances, and that's also why I read this book also from a therapeutic point of view. I was pleased to read how Monella overpowered her discomforts in movement, becoming a good swimmer or how Monello overpowered the difficulties that hindered his language, even going so far as singing in English.

I would like to congratulate Maristella for having had the courage to write this book, for having had the courage to speak of her sadness, her anxiety, her despair, but also about the joy and satisfaction for each small goal reached by her children. This book could change the way parents deal with autism and therefore it could also change the world. If all parents found the courage to urge their children towards normalcy, towards integration, if all parents tried to give their children the possibilities and opportunities to overcome their limits, the world will no longer be able to ignore, underestimate and limit the necessary treatments and the therapies literally due to children with a pervasive developmental disorder.

I hope that this book will become a hit and that it will be translated into many languages because it could help many parents who in turn could help many children.

Newchic summer sale 2020

Hello dear readers,

How are you doing? How are you coping with the period after lockdown? For me is still a transitional period because even if I have more freedom and can do much more things, I still prefer to be cautious and do things gradually. The virus is still out there and it only waits for us to huddle in order to strike again. This is why for example I still prefer to do shopping like I did while in lockdown, online that is! As long as we know our needs, our measuments, check out stores thoroughly, it is possible to buy online almost everything, from clothing, to cosmetics, electronics, footwear, books and pretty much all that our heart desires. And we can also benefit from sales, discounts if we just look around some more che check different brands and stores. 

While browsing different stores online, I came across the Newchic summer sale proposals and thought I might share some ideas with you. For example I really need some sandals because since I wasn't sure when this lockdown would have ended, I waited on buying them. The beautiful lace up gladiator sandals really caught my attention and thought my readers would also like checking them out. Those sandals must be great when when it's very hot outside and for the more cool evenings these daisy flat shoes can be a fantastic alternative, don't you think? 

Browsing some more I found lots of fabulous items and made some perfect combinations in my head like for these graffiti printed pants that would look so stylish with the flat shoes we have seen before. I love light fabrics that alow me to stay fresh and move easily without giving up on looking chic and this is why these pants cought my eye. What do you think?

I have been thinking only about me and other people of same gender until now but it is only right to think about the men in our lives, our partners, husbands, sons, fathers because they have also seen hard times during this lockdown. I don't know about the men in your life but my husband really needs an usb hair trimmer to adjust the disaster that his wife and a broken electric hair clipper did to his hair in this period 😅 

And while I was still on this website I noticed some gorgeous mens floreal t-shirts perfect for hidding the tummy that eating lots of home cooked meals caused during this lockdown. Seriously now, these t-shirts look very trendy and cool for this summer and that is the main reason why I noticed them 😏

Quello che conta davvero / What really matters

Ciao carissimi lettori,
Confesso che ho meditato a lungo su questo post, se scriverlo, se pubblicarlo, come sarebbe stato ricevuto, ecc. Mi sono fatto mille domande e perché non dirlo, mille seghe mentali, il che non per forza significa che erano immotivati. Non ricordo di preciso se era nel fine settimana o settimana scorsa che avevo trovato e condiviso su Facebook, un film realizzato dalla BBC sull'ospedale di Lodi e parzialmente anche Codogno, che ha visto la situazione presente in questo ospedale e come il personale sanitario stesse affrontando l'emergenza Covid a distanza di diversi mesi dall'esordio. Io lavoro in questo ospedale e conosco almeno di alcune persone presenti in questo filmino e quindi se vogliamo vedere il mio parere di parte, possiamo farlo ma proprio per lo stesso motivo, vi chiedo anche di considerare il fatto che conosco molto bene la situazione e quello che stanno vivendo quelle persone. Io ho il massimo rispetto per tutti questi medici, tecnici, infermieri e operatori sanitari che hanno dato il meglio e hanno fatto tutto quello che stava nelle loro possibilità per curare le persone che arrivano dentro l'ospedale e tenere in sicurezza quelle che stanno al di fuori, compresi i loro famigliari. 
La mia titubanza era motivata dal fatto che si tratta di sempre dal mio posto di lavoro, dal fatto che i commenti su YouTube non erano polemici ma di più, dal fatto che una volta diminuito l'allarmismo la gente è dimenticata del sacrificio di queste persone e di tante, tante altre cose. Ho lasciato diversi commenti su YouTube, spiegando a chi che notavano certe "falle" nella preparazione del personale che il processo era lunghissimo, che il personale doveva disinfettarsi prima di indossare ogni pezzo dell'equipaggiamento, che dovevano usare anche due paia di guanti, ecc , quando il film è stato editato dal film e quindi non era una mancanza del personale, bensì una mancanza della BBC.
Confesso che quei commenti aggressivi, beffardi, arroganti e insensibili mi hanno fatto arrabbiare parecchio. Non mi hanno fatto arrabbiare perché riguardavano persone che conosco ma perché insultavano, sminuivano e prendevano in giro il lavoro e la pubblicazione di alcune delle persone che hanno lavorato duro in questo periodo, che ci sono curati al meglio delle loro possibilità con il rischio di ammalarsi e che hanno messo le loro famiglie sul secondo piano per servire la cittadinanza, cose non da tutti, anzi, oso dire, cose da pochi. Con questo, io vorrei ringraziare tutto il personale sanitario, di tutto il paese e di tutti i paesi colpiti, per il loro lavoro e per la loro fatica nel curare e nel mantenere sani tutti noi! 
Notare e soprattutto non dimenticare tutto questo, è quello che conta davvero per tutti coloro che hanno lavorato in questo difficile periodo. 
Un grazie di cuore da parte di una impiegatuccia che per niente include se stessa fra di voi, che fa un lavoro per niente meritevole quanto il vostro e che per di più, è anche rimasta una casa e un bel po 'di tempo durante questa crisi. 
Dopo aver detto tutto questo, vorrei farvi vedere il film di qui sto parlando.

I confess that I have meditate  greatly about this post, whether to write it, whether to publish it, how it would have been received, etc. I asked myself a thousand questions and why not say it, have made myself a thousand worries, which does not necessarily mean that they were unmotivated. I do not remember exactly if it was over the weekend or last week that I had found and shared on facebook, a film made by the BBC on the hospital of Lodi and partially also Codogno, which showed the situation in this hospital and how the healthcare personnel was facing the Covid emergency several months after its debut. I work in this hospital and I know by sight at least some of the people present in this video and therefore if you might consider my opinion biased, you can do that, but for the same reason, I also ask you to consider the fact that I know the situation very well and what those people are experiencing. I have the utmost respect for all these doctors, technicians, nurses and health workers who have given their best and have done everything they could to treat the people who arrived inside the hospital and keep at safe those who are outside, including their family members. 

My hesitation was motivated by the fact that it was still my workplace, by the fact that the comments on youtube were not controversial but more, by the fact that once the alarmism diminished, people forgot about the sacrifice of these people and many, many other things. I left several comments on youtube, explaining to those who noticed certain "flaws" in the preparation of the staff that the process was very long, that the staff had to disinfect themselves before wearing each piece of equipment, that they also had to wear two pairs of gloves, etc. , facts that were cut at the editing when the film was processed and therefore it was not a lack of the staff, but a lack of the BBC. 

With this, I would like to thank all the health personnel, from all over the country and from all the affected countries, for their work and for their effort in caring for and keeping us healthy!

Come ben sappiate, sono una patita delle maschere in tessuto e ne uso una alla settimana più o meno. Confesso che spesso orino maschere online, a volte anche dall'estero a prezzi molto vantaggiosi, ma vista la situazione, comprare all'estero in questo periodo è un po’ difficile per non parlare del fatto che questo è un ottimo momento per appoggiare l’economia del paese in cui viviamo. Perciò mi fa ancora più piacere parlarvi oggi della maschera HYDROGEL FILLER EFFECT VELENO DI VIPERA lifting intensivo del marchio ACTY MASK. L’innovazione di questo prodotto è il formato hydrogel, un formato anatomico, che non gocciola e non necessita risciacquo.

Valutazione personale: Inizio dicendovi subito che ho amato questa maschera dalla prima applicazione. L’ho comprata diverse altre volte e ogni volta sono stata più che soddisfatta. Il formato in due pezzi aiuta moltissimo l’applicazione e il fatto che la maschera non gocciola rende questo momento ancora più piacevole. La maschera aderisce perfettamente ma è necessario fare attenzione a non toccare la parte con il gel per non rovinarla. La sensazione durante l’applicazione è molto piacevole, specialmente se prima la maschera è stata conservata nel frigo. Durante l’applicazione ho notato un importante effetto tensore sulla mia pelle. A differenza delle altre maschere in tessuto che abbondano in essenza, non consiglio aspettare che il tessuto si secchi completamente a meno che non si desideri anche un effetto peeling. 

Dopo l’applicazione la pelle rimane levigata, compatta, uniforme sia nel colore che nella texture, morbida, soffice e idratata. Anche se noto il profumo nella lista degli ingredienti, io non ho avvertito alcun aroma tranne un leggero e appena percepibile sentore di pulito e fresco. 

Mi piace molto anche la lista degli ingredienti, più è corta, meglio è e come avete sicuramente notato abbiamo estratti di ingredienti pregiati fra le prime righe, come estratto di ginko biloba, castagno d’India, collagene, acido ialuronico e il veleno di vipera (dipeptide diaminobutyroyl benzylamide diacetate). 

Servirebbe magari un formato solo un po’ più grande, io ho un viso piccolo e avrei preferito avere qualche centimetro in più. Viste le dimensioni, non credo possa essere utilizzata da uomini. Mi ritengo completamente soddisfatta dal risultato, dal fatto che è un cosmetico prodotto in Italia e soprattutto dal rapporto qualità – prezzo. Ho comprato diverse volte questo prodotto e sicuramente lo acquisterò di nuovo anche in futuro.

Avvertenze: non indicato alle persone sotto 12 anni, non applicare in caso di pelle irritata o infiammata, in caso di contatto con gli occhi, lavare abbondantemente con acqua.

PRO: ottimo effetto levigante, l’uso costante migliora le rughe, formato molto pratico, facile applicazione, buon INCI, buon rapporto qualità – prezzo, buona reperibilità in Italia.

CONTRO: sarebbe utile un formato più grande

Conclusione: Ottimo prodotto per coloro che cercano un effetto lifting a casa propria e senza spendere troppo e anche per coloro che cercano un buon prodotto per la cura del viso.

Personal evaluation: I'll start by telling you right away that I loved this mask from the first application. I bought it several times and every time I was more than satisfied. 

The two-piece format greatly helps the application and the fact that the mask does not drip makes this moment even more pleasant. The mask adheres perfectly but it is necessary to be careful not to touch the part with the gel in order not to ruin it. The sensation during application is very pleasant, especially if the mask was kept first in the fridge. During the application I noticed an important tightening effect on my skin. Unlike the other fabric masks that abound in essence, I do not recommend waiting for the fabric to dry completely unless you also want a peeling effect. 

After application, the skin remains smooth, compact, uniform in both color and texture, tender, soft and hydrated. Although I notice the perfume in the list of ingredients, I have not noticed any aroma except for a light and barely perceptible hint of cleaness and freshness. 

I also really like the list of ingredients, the shorter it is, the better it is and as you have certainly noticed we have extracts of precious ingredients in the first few lines, such as ginko biloba extract, chestnut of India, collagen, hyaluronic acid and viper poison (dipeptide diaminobutyroyl benzylamide diacetate). 

Maybe a size just a little bigger would be needed, I have a small face and I would have preferred to have a few centimeters more. Given the size, I don't think I can be used by males. 

I am completely satisfied with the result, the fact that it is a cosmetic produced in Italy and above all, the quality - price ratio. I have bought this product several times and will certainly buy it again in the future.

Warnings: not suitable for people under 12 years, do not apply in case of irritated or inflamed skin, in case of contact with eyes, wash with plenty of water.

PRO: excellent smoothing effect, constant use improves wrinkles, very practical format, easy application, good INCI, good value for money, good availability in Italy.

CONS: A larger format would be useful

Conclusion: Excellent product for those looking for a lifting effect at home and without spending too much and also for those looking for a good face care product.
