Solo Cose Belle - settembre 2022 / Only Beautiful Things - September 2022

Carissimi amici e lettori,

Oggi ritorno a raccontarvi le cose belle che hanno rallegrato il mese di settembre per me. Non ho tante cose da condividere ma quelle che ci sono, sono state abbastanza da riempire tutto il mese, come si dice, "poche ma buone". 

Come lo avete sicuramente capito a questo punto leggendo e seguendo il mio blog, sono una grande amante della letteratura, dei libri e della lettura perciò all'arrivo di una mail che mi offriva dei grandi sconti, non ho resistito. Ho colto subito l'opportunità di fare bottino e ho ordinato ben 11 libri su uno dei miei siti preferiti. Ho scelto dei grandi classici, titoli importanti di autori che hanno lasciato un segno nella letteratura universale. Fra questi titoli ci sono libri che in passato ho letto in altre lingue ma visto che ero curiosa se una lingua diversa avrebbe cambiato il mio parere iniziale, ho colto subito l'opportunità di acquistarli. Vi dico subito che ho già letto uno di questi libri. Per il momento non vi dico quale libro, mi riservo lo sfizio di farvelo scoprire nella sua recensione. Sono sicura che anche alcuni di voi hanno approfittato degli stessi sconti e hanno arricchito la loro libreria. 

Oltre a questi fantastici libri, vorrei parlarvi di un'altra cosa bella che nonostante non abbia visto me come principale protagonista, mi ha portato comunque tanta gioia. Questo mese, una mia collega di lavoro, una splendida ragazza, generosa, empatica, colta e tanto cara, è andata una settimana  in vacanza nei Paesi Bassi. Sapendo che sono una grande amante dei viaggi, ha trovato tempo durante la sua vacanza per condividere con me delle splendide foto di quei meravigliosi posti che molto probabilmente con potrò mai percorrere. Al ritorno mi ha portato anche dei meravigliosi souvenir, una stampa con un bellissimo quadro di van Gogh, delle carinissime saponette a forma di cuoricini e dei meravigliosi bulbi di tulipani che andrò a piantare con la speranza di fare un buon lavoro e in primavera, poter farvi vedere dei meravigliosi tulipani freschi.

Today I return to talk to you about the beautiful things that brightened up the month of September for me. I don't have so many things to share but the ones that I have, were enough to fill the whole month, as they say, "few but good".

As you have surely understood at this point by reading and following my blog, I am a great lover of literature, books and reading so when I received an email that offered me great discounts, I could not resist. I immediately took the opportunity to loot and ordered 11 books from one of my favorite sites. I have chosen great classics, important titles by authors who have left their mark on universal literature. Among these titles, there are books that I have read in the past in other languages ​​but since I was curious if a different language would change my initial opinion, I immediately took the opportunity to buy them. I tell you right away that I have already read one of these books. For the moment I won't tell you which one, I reserve the caprice to let you discover it in its review. I'm sure some of you have also taken advantage of the same discounts and enriched their library.

In addition to these fantastic books, I would like to talk to you about another beautiful thing that despite not having seen me as the main protagonist, still brought me a lot of joy. This month, a co-worker of mine, a beautiful girl, generous, empathetic, cultured and very dear, went on vacation to the Netherlands for a week. Knowing that I am a great lover of travel, she took time during her vacation to share with me some great photos of those wonderful places that I will most likely never be able to travel to. On my return she also brought me some wonderful souvenirs, a print with a beautiful van Gogh's painting, some cute little heart-shaped soap bars and wonderful tulip bulbs that I will plant hoping to do a good job and in spring, to be able to show you some fresh and gorgeous tulips.

Solo Cose Belle - Novembre / Only beautiful things - November

Carissimi lettori e amici, 

È arrivato finalmente il momento di condividere con voi le cose belle che ho vissuto questo mese. Prima di tutto, voglio dire che il mese corrente è stato un mese ricco di cose belle per me al pari del mese scorso e non vedo l'ora che arrivi Dicembre nella speranza che mi porti delle altre cose altrettanto belle. 

Come prima cosa bella che voglio condividere con voi è il fantastico albero di Natale che abbiamo addobbato in attesa delle feste natalizie. Abbiamo sempre avuto  un'albero di Natale di dimensioni regolari ma quest'anno mio marito mi disse che era ora di prendere uno più grande. E cosi, abbiamo comprato un'albero alto 2 metri e 30 centimetri che mio marito e una persona che per il momento non rivelo ancora, hanno accuratamente addobbato sotto le mie direttive. Ovviamente abbiamo comprato anche qualche addobbo in più, altre luci e altre ghirlande ma come potete vedere, il risultato merita decisamente lo sforzo.

The time has finally come to share with you the beautiful things I experienced this month. First of all, I want to say that the current month has been a month full of beautiful things for me like last month and I am looking forward to December in the hope that it will bring me other equally beautiful things.

The first beautiful thing that I want to share with you is the fantastic Christmas tree that we have decorated in anticipation of the Christmas holidays. We've always had a regular sized Christmas tree but this year my husband told me it was time to get a bigger one. And so, we bought a tree 2 meters and 30 centimeters tall that my husband and a person who for the moment I do not reveal yet, have carefully decorated under my directives. Of course we also bought some more decorations, other lights and other garlands but as you can see, the result is totally worth the effort.

Un'altra cosa bella relativa a questo mese che avevo condiviso in anteprima con qualcuno di voi, è che durante le ferie autunnali, sono riuscita a fare un piccolo viaggio in montagna, a Livigno per esattezza dove sin dall'inizio mi aspettava un stupendo paesaggio invernale. Siccome questo post si chiama solo cose belle, vi farò vedere solo le cose belle di questo momento ma forse qualcuno intuirà che ci sono stati anche dei contrattempi o ostacoli senza che io li nominassi. Certo che svegliarsi al mattino con un simile panorama o viaggiare e arrivare subito ad essere circondato dalle nuvole può mettere su un secondo piano qualsiasi problema. 

ENG: Another nice thing about this month that I had shared a preview with some of you, is that during the autumn holidays, I was able to take a little trip to the mountains, to Livigno to be exact where a wonderful wintwer landscape awaited me already. Since this post is called only beautiful things, I will show you only the beautiful things of this moment but perhaps someone will understand that there have also been setbacks or obstacles without me naming them. Of course, waking up in the morning with such a view or traveling and immediately being surrounded by clouds can put any problem in the backround.

Poi come ultima cosa bella che condivido con voi e che non ho condiviso sui social perché volevo conservare la sorpresa e la cosa più bella per questo post, è il fatto che ho rivisto finalmente mia madre dopo circa 3 anni nei quali ci siamo sentite solo al telefono e viste solo su Whatsapp. Avete dunque indovinato chi è stata la persona misteriosa ad aiutarci con i preparativi natalizi? 

ENG: Then as the last nice thing that I share with you and that I have not shared on social networks because I wanted to keep the surprise and the best thing for this post, is the fact that I finally saw my mother again after almost 3 years in which we heared ourselves only on the phone and saw each other only on Whatsapp. So have you guessed who was the mysterious person who helped us with the Christmas preparations?
