Elizavecca CER-100 Collagen Coating Hair A+ Muscle Shampoo 500ml - personal review / Shampoo Collagen Coating Hair A+ Muscle CER-100 del marchio Elizavecca - recensione personale

Hello dear friends,

Today I will review a product that I appreciated from the start, a product that I received with enthusiasm and a product that fullfiled all my expectations. The product is Elizavecca’s CER – 100 Collagen Coating Hair A+ Muscle Shampoo. When I was contacted by an Elizavecca representative for the new collaboration, I choosed with joy this shampoo. If you don’t remember I already had the opportunity of collaborating with this South Corean brand in many occasions and every time the results were beyond expectations. This time around, Elizavecca honored me with various products but in this post, I will review only the shampoo. As I usually do, I will start my review with the division following my usual system.

Information from the producer: This shampoo is realized with natural-origin ingredients like hydrolyzed collagen, ceramide NP and proteins. Its innovative formula containing Hydrolyzed Collagen, Avena Sativa (Oat) Protein Extract, Hydrolyzed Soy Protein, Hydrolyzed Wheat Protein, Hydrolyzed Corn Protein, Ceramide NP, Illicium Verum (Anise) Fruit Extract, Origanum Vulgare Leaf Extract nourishes, strengthens and protects the hair by adding also a hair root care element to the cleansing process. The ceramide NP forms a protective film very similar to skin lipids to defend the skin, the dermis and epidermis of the scalp and is good for hair elasticity and gloss care.

Packaging: it comes in the form of a dispenser containing 500 ml of product, a package equipped with a pump device to adequately dose the desired quantity

Consistency: fluid

Color and fragrance: transparent and colorless with a very delicate and pleasant scent

Availability: for Italy and Europe only online

Price: 25000 South Korean won equivalent of 18,46€ and $ 19,25 on the website of the brand or otherwise with prices starting from $ 14.00 or 12.82 € depending on promotion or sales. To this price is to be considered the addition of eventual shipping cost and or custom fees if needed.

P.A: expiration date marked separately on every package

INCI: Water, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Disodium Laureth Sulfosuccinate, Sodium Chloride, Glycerin, Sodium Cocoyl Glutamate, Polyquaternium-10, Polyquaternium-67, Fragrance, Butylene Glycol, 1,2-Hexanediol, Sodium Benzoate, Citric Acid, Caprylyl Glycol, Dipropylene Glycol, Polyquaternium-11, Disodium EDTA, Hydrolyzed Collagen (100 ppm), Ceramide NP, Decyl Glucoside, Illicium Verum (Anise) Fruit Extract, Gelatin, Hydrolyzed Keratin, Avena Sativa (Oat) Protein Extract, PEG-12 Dimethicone, Hydrolyzed Soy Protein, Hydrolyzed Wheat Protein, Moringa Oleifera Seed Extract, Hydrolyzed Corn Protein, Polyquaternium-7, Salix Alba (Willow) Bark Extract, Origanum Vulgare Leaf Extract, Chamaecyparis Obtusa Leaf Extract, Scutellaria Baicalensis Root Extract, Portulaca Oleracea Extract, Lactobacillus/Soybean Ferment Extract, Cinnamomum Cassia Bark Extract, Beta-Glucan, Propolis Extract

Precautions and warnings: do not use on damaged skin or on skin with wounds or affected by eczema, consult a doctor if after use you should notice side effects such as redness, swelling and itching, store at room temperature, keep away from children, always rinse thoroughly after each use (see also the packaging)

Method of application: soake the hair with enough water, take an sufficient amount of shampoo, gently massage hair and scalp and then rinse the hair with warm water.

Personal evaluation: Just as for the other shampoo I reviewed for this brand in the past, in this case also I noticed how easy it was to take the right amount of product thanks to the pump dispenser and avoid any wastage. This type of dispenser is also very useful in case of fall since spilling is impossible. When applied, the shampoo makes a good quantity of foam with little amount of product and releases a very delicate and pleasant fragrance. The fragrance is not at all invasive and it might also please persons who don’t like perfume in cosmetics. One of the most important things that one can notice while using this shampoo is that it has a great capacity of cleansing. I usually do two shampoos, one to clean hair and eliminate residues of toxins and styling products and one to condition and beautify the appearance of my hair but using this product, just one shampooing was enough to clean, remove grease and make my hair look wonderful. My hair tends to be greasy and two days after I wash it, the hair root line tends to become oily and therefore I use dry shampoo. When using CER-100 muscle shampoo, I noticed a slightly oily appearance only after 3,4 days and therefore I didn’t have to use dry shampoo at all. My scalp is very sensitive due to a seborrheic dermatitis condition and gets irritated and tends to develop flaky white scales or crust but while using this shampoo, these problems were seriously diminished. It is not a cure for this problem but a good alternative for the moments of pause in between the treatment periods. After dry blowing, my hair looked healthy, glowing and had a soft texture. It was easy to style and kept a freshly done appearance longer than I obtained in the past with the regular products I use. Elizavecca’s CER-100 Collagen Coating Hair A+ Muscle Shampoo is among the best shampoos I used. The price may seem high but given the quantity and especially the good results, I believe there is a very good price value ratio.

PROS: removes dead skin cells, cleanses and conditions the scalp and hair, has a great oil balance control, makes a good amount of bubbles while leaving a healthy scalp and a soft hair texture.

CONS: in Europe is available only online, hope soon there will be lots of Elizavecca shops.

Conclusion: this shampoo is a great alternative for people who hate strong fragranced products, people that seek a good quality / price ratio and a product that offers great results with little amount of effort.

ITALIANO

Ciao carissimi amici,

CONTRO: in Europa è disponibile solo online, spero presto ci siano molti negozi Elizavecca.

Risotto piselli e speck / Peas and speck risotto / Risotto cu mazăre și speck

Carissimi amici e lettori,

Buon pranzo o perché no, buona cena!

In today's post, I'm going to share with you the recipe for a delicious dish that I've been cooking for at least a few years but for some reason, I've never been able to present it on my blog. The intention to do so was there, so much so that as you can see, I have detailed photos, step by step, photos that given the current situation, I can no longer take. What's more, the dish is so much appreciated in my home that, given my current inability to cook, now my husband no longer even needs me to instruct him on what to do because he knows how to do it by heart. As you can already see from the ingredients list, this risotto is very nutritious, contains a good amount of proteins and is also very tasty thanks to the creaming with grated cheese. That being said, here's the recipe:

Ingredients for 2 servings: 200 g carnaroli or arborio rice, half a diced carrot, half a diced celery stem, a small red onion cut into large pieces (so that it can be seen), 80 g of smoked speck, 80 gr canned peas (the good ones so as not to notice the skin), one or two sachets of saffron, 15 gr grated Grana Padano cheese or another cheese of your liking, and a few more grams for plating, salt, pepper, extra virgin olive oil. For those who prefer to use stock cube or powdered broth, change the amount of salt and consider that speck also contains salt.

Preparation: Lightly fry the carrot and celery in a little extra virgin olive oil (I always add a few drops of water to soften without frying), add the onion and wait for it to become translucent. Then add the rice and 3 times the amount of water. Cook for 10 minutes stirring occasionally. At the end of these minutes (which may be more or less based on the cooking time indicated on the chose packet of rice) add the saffron and the peas. Cook for another minute, then turn off the stove and stir in the risotto by adding the grated cheese. After serving, grate the other cheese and combine the risotto thus obtained with a wine of your preference. Enjoy your lunch or why not, enjoy your dinner!

ROMANA

I leoni di Sicilia - recensione letteraria / The Florios of Sicily - book review

Ciao carissimi lettori e amici,

Buona lettura!

ENGLISH

Hello dear readers and friends,

Today I return with a literary review, the review of a highly appreciated book, that 3 years after its publication remains at the top of the charts confirming itself as the best-selling title in Italy. The book is entitled THE FLORIOS OF SICILY, has sold more than 700,000 copies, giving birth to more than 35 editions and having already been published in the United States of America, Spain and the Netherlands while the translation is underway in more than 30 countries. The author of this novel is Stefania Auci, an Italian writer born in Trapani in 1974 and graduated in law. The book is a family saga, the saga of one of the most important families in Italian history, the Florio. For those like me who, before reading this book, were not aware of who this family was, the Florio family started as traders, they invented canned tuna, marsala wine, they also innovated the pharmaceutical industry, transport, armament, extraction of sulfur, motor racing, thus creating themselves a name in the civil and political society of the time. At the end of the nineteenth and early twentieth centuries, the Florio family reached their apotheosis by attending the most important noble and royal circles in Europe. I let myself go a bit because this part will be told only in the second volume of this saga, while the events of the novel The Florios of Sicily end after Garibaldi's landing in Sicily and the union of Italy.

The novel begins with the arriving at Palermo of Paolo and Ignazio Florio, two brothers from Bagnara Calabra, ambitious and intent to use their skills to enrich themselves and create a name for themselves. Giuseppina Saffiotti, wife of Paolo and mother of Vincenzo Florio and Vittoria Florio, nephew of Paolo and Ignazio and cousin of Vincenzo also arrive with them. The first part of the novel narrates the difficulties that the Florio brothers encounter trying to integrate into a diffident and retrograde society that feels threatened by the spirit of initiative of the Florio family. Unfortunately, Paolo dies soon and his brother Ignazio remains in charge of the shop, who not only diligently keeps the aromatics going by creating innovative techniques for processing raw materials, increasing the number of managed services and establishing links in the community but also takes care of education and the upbringing of his nephew Vincenzo who is literally the protagonist of this first novel. When Ignazio dies, Vincenzo takes over the reins of the company, taking it to heights never dreamed of by his predecessors. Vincenzo Florio senior is credited with the invention of canned tuna, the refinement of a poor wine, the marsala, to develop it into a nectar worthy of the tables of kings, the creation of a shipping company and the monopoly on transport but despite all this fails to be integrated and accepted by the high society of Palermo as an equal. For Sicilian nobles and princes, Vincenzo always remains a "porter", whose blood "stinks of sweat", his only value and the only element that makes him necessary is his monetary capacity, the ability to save them from bankruptcy with loans that they fail to repay. Vincenzo becomes part of the politics of the island and in the end of the politics of united Italy but the one who will be accepted by the high society of Palermo and Italy is his son Ignazio, a son he raises as his uncle had raised him and for whom he chooses the name of the only father he has ever known, Ignazio. Ignazio is the heir and the future of the Florio family, the result of an even more complex and intricate family dynamic than the one that sees Paolo, Giuseppina and Ignazio as main characters. Giulia Portalupi, Vincenzo's mother, daughter of Milanese merchants, is a stubborn, proud and strong woman who, despite the vicissitudes, judgments, gossip and rejection of the two families, remains firmly next to Vincenzo and their daughters, Angelina and Giuseppina. The arrival of Ignazio constitutes her redemption, her chance to be accepted by a society that, without knowing her, had judged her as a climber, an easy and uneducated woman. Giulia, on the other hand, is not uneducated, she is a woman who had received an excellent education, a determined woman that despite the clumsy attempts of society to degrade her, knows how to defend her love and her family. Giuseppina's ordeal, her regretting until death having had to leave Bagnara, is overcome in painful content and intensity by the suffering that her daughter-in-law Giulia and her granddaughters have to endure during childhood. Unlike Giuseppina, Giulia will also have the opportunity to rejoice, to be happy and satisfied. Stefania Auci has managed, respecting the known history of the Florio family, to give life to intriguing and exciting family dynamics that capture and delight the reader. Her talent can also be observed in the way she integrated bloody and important historical events such as the riots of 1818, the revolution of 1848, the arrival of Garibaldi in Sicily and the subsequent union of Italy, with history, economic development, the progress and the deadlock of one of the most famous Italian families. Phrases such as “From that revolutionary matter, Vincenzo had ripurposed one thing: always remembering that politicians should not be trusted. Use them, manipulate them, bribe them if necessary, because every man has a price. But never, never trust them blindly. " clearly describe the way in which Vincenzo makes his business grow and increase the power of his family in a "Palermo, a slave mistress, who seems to sell herself to everyone, but which belongs only to herself", in Sicily and soon also in the new united Italy.

The narrative is fluid, flows pleasantly and makes this novel easy to read despite the integration of real historical events and the 437 pages. It will be a pleasant read on your solitary evenings in front of a cup of hot tea, on study or work breaks and on your holidays, if the voluminous and bulky aspect of the volume won’t create problems. Enjoy the reading!

Cosa dice la critica / What critics say:
