Non so se voi utilizzate o meno i social media e se ne avete mai avuto problemi. Io gli uso, in presente, molto meno rispetto agli anni scorsi e uso soprattutto Instagram ma siccome mi sono imbattuta in una situazione alquanto peculiare, volevo condividerla con voi, se non altro, almeno perché possiate evitare di imbattervi in situazioni del genere.
Iniziamo con il fatto che seguire ed avere seguaci sui social è molto spesso complicato, richiede tempo e presenza online e diventa spesso snervante e logorante perciò imbattersi in comportamenti fraudolenti diventa una triste vicenda. Non uso applicativi che acquisiscono follower finti o seguono e poi smettono di seguire le persone perciò faccio tutto a mano, quando ho tempo. Instagram ha facilitato il controllo nel senso che, per chi entra sugli account delle persone per visionare e mettere like ai contenuti, c'è la possibilità di controllare se viene ancora seguito dalla persona in causa semplicemente cliccando sulla voce seguiti. Nel caso lo fosse, il suo account sarebbe visto per primo, se non lo si vede, vuol dire che non è più seguito. Se si cerca conferma, basta cliccare il proprio username nella casella cerca, se neanche in quel caso compare il proprio id, allora siate certi, non siete più seguiti.
Questo è il preambolo della situazione. Dopo aver riscontrato questa situazione nel caso di una persona che minacciava attraverso un suo post di usare un applicativo per smettere di seguire in automatico coloro che non lo seguivono più, ho commentato il post rispettivo facendo notare la persona che aveva smesso di seguirmi anche se io non l'avevo fatto per prima. Ho continuato dicendo che avrei aspettato un altro giorno perché ritornasse a seguirmi, altrimenti avrei denunciato pubblicamente il suo comportamento. Ho fatto appena in tempo a commentare, scattare alcune cattura schermo come prova di quanto detto, quando mi sono ritrovata una notifica di instagram che mi avvisava che il mio commento era stato rimosso in quanto stessi cercando di ottenere follower in modo fraudolento. Ad una lettura attiva del commento, si evince che non era un comportamento fraudolento, a meno che non si consideri fraudolento il rapporto fra stipendio e prestazione di un lavoro oppure ottenere un bene dopo aver offerto in cambio qualcosa concordato in precedenza. Perdipiù, il mio commento denunciava una frode, cioè un utente che usava metodi disonesti per procurarsi seguaci. Sospetto che il commento sia stato segnalato dall'utente in causa anche perché sono stata contemporaneamente rimossa come follower dal suddetto utente. Ho bloccato l'utente in causa ma il mio post ha un'altro scopo, cioè quello di avvertirvi che nel caso notiate simili comportamenti, sarebbe meglio smettere di seguire queste persone senza commettere gli sbagli che ho commesso io, cioè tentare di affrontarli e smascherare le loro bugie. I don't know if you use social media or not and if you have ever had problems with it. I use them, at present, much less than in previous years and I use mostly Instagram but since I ran into a rather peculiar situation, I wanted to share it with you, if nothing else, at least so that you can avoid running into similar situations.
Let's start with the fact that following and having followers on social media is often very complicated, it requires time and an online presence and often becomes unnerving and exhausting, so coming across fraudulent behavior becomes a sad story. I don't use applications that acquire fake followers or follow and then stop following people, so I do everything manually, when I have time. Instagram has made it easier to control in the sense that, for those who look into people's accounts to view and like content, there is the possibility of checking if they are still being followed by the person in question simply by clicking on the voice following. If one is being folliwed, his/her account would be seen first, if you don't see it, it means they are no longer following. If you are looking for confirmation, just insert your nickname in the search box, if your nickname doesn't appear in that case either, then rest assured, you are no longer being followed.
This is the preamble to the situation. After having encountered this situation in the case of a person who threatened through one of his posts to use an application to automatically unfollow those who no longer followed him, I commented on the respective post pointing out the person who had stopped following me even if I had not done so first. I continued saying that I would wait for another day for him to follow back otherwise I would have publicly denounced his behavior. I barely had time to comment, take some screenshots as proof of what was said, when I found an Instagram notification warning me that my comment had been removed because I was trying to fraudulently obtain followers. Upon active reading of the comment, it appears that it was not fraudulent behavior, unless the relationship between salary and performance of a job is considered fraudulent or obtaining a good after offering something previously agreed in exchange. Furthermore, my comment was reporting a fraud, that is a user who was using dishonest methods to gain followers. I suspect that the comment was reported by the user in question also because I was simultaneously removed as a follower by the aforementioned user. I blocked the user in question but my post has another purpose, namely to warn you that if you notice similar behavior, it would be better to stop following these people without making the mistakes I made, that is, trying to confront them and expose their lies. I am inserting the screen captures that I managed to take in the hope that they may be useful to you.
