Ingrediente:
- 300 grame de orez de calitate
- o ceapa medie tocata marunt
- un morcov tocat marunt
- 20 grame de telina tocata marunt
- un dovlecel verde (zucchini) feliat delicat (a se folosi in special partea cu coaja)
- un sfert de ardei gras rosu taiat feliute subtiri
- 50 ml smantana pentru gatit
- sare, piper, vegeta dupa gust
- ulei de masline extravirgin
- patrunjel tocat marunt
- un plic de sofran
Se caleste ceapa, morcovul si telina in ulei de masline adaugand si un strop de apa. Cand zarzavaturile s-au calit se adauga orezul si apa in care s-a dizolvat vegeta. (nu uitati proportiile sunt 1 portie orez si 3 apa) Dupa 5 minute adaugati ardeiul gras si amestecati. Dupa alte 5 minute adaugati dovlecelul si amestecati din nou. Timpul total de fierbere pentru orez este indicat pe ambalaj in functie de specialitatea de orez. Orezul cel mai indicat pentru risotto este carnaroli sau arborio si trebuie sa fiarba cam 14 minute. Cu un minut inainte sa stingeti focul adaugati smantana, sofranul sarea si piperul dupa gust. Cand este gata presarati patrunjelul. Pofta buna!
