Ca femei ne place sa cumparam produse cosmetice dar tot ca femei stim ca unele remedii de la bunica sunt la fel sau poate chiar mai eficace, nu costa aproape nimic si sunt si usor de facut.
Iata reteta pentru un exfoliant facut in casa pentru pielea de pe fata:
- 2 lingurite de zahar
- 2 lingurite de sare fina
- 1 lingurita abundanta de miere
- zeama de lamaie cat sa amalgameze continutul pana la o compozitie pastoasa
Amestecati-le pe rand, usor, compozitia este cu atat mai eficace cu cat este mai densa.
Umeziti fata inainte de aplicare si aplicati compozitia masand usor. Daca doriti puteti lasa cateva minute compozitia pe chip pentru a o folosi ca pe masca datorita efectelor hidratante ale mierii si astringente ale lamaii. Spalati apoi chipul cu apa rece, tamponati usor cu un prosop uscat si aplicati lotiunea tonica dorita si crema hidratanta preferata.
Atentie, acesta este un exfoliant puternic, nu este indicat tenurilor sensibile, in viitor voi posta unul si pentru tenurile sensibile.
