OH STRESS, WHY, OH WHY?!

Salutare dragi cititori,

In ultima perioada trec prin momente de stress deloc neglijabile, la locul de munca si numai si cautam in lung in in lat o solutie. Am auzit vorbindu-se foarte bine de aceste mici dispozitive de inlaturare a stressului si ma gandeam ca ar fi o idee interesanta sa le accord o sansa. Desigur nu ma astept sa inlature prin magie starea de stress dar sper sa ma ajute sa ma relaxez atat incat sa pot privi lucrurile si dintr-o alta perspectiva. Iar daca asta nu va functiona sper sa ii agit si pe cei din jurul meu cu jocul de culor si lumini :P Voi ce spuneti? Sunteti si voi stresati? Daca da, ati incerca unul din dispozitivele de mai jos?

Salve cari lettori,

Ultimamente sto passando attraverso momenti di stress per niente trascurabili, sul posto di lavoro e quindi sto cercando assiduamente una soluzione. Ho sentito parlare molto bene di questi piccoli dispositivi per sollevare lo stress e ho pensato che sarebbe un'idea interessante dare loro una possibilità. Naturalmente non mi aspetto che rimuovano magicamente lo stress, ma spero che mi aiutino a rilassarmi e guardare le cose da una prospettiva diversa. E se questo non dovesse funzionare, spero di far innervosire le persone intorno a me con il gioco di colori e luci :P Voi che ne pensate?
